Nos vastos estudos que localizam o afeto como força central na constituição da paisagem urbana e das relações sociais, políticas e econômicas, busquei me movimentar por um espaço que tratasse das novas modalidades de um afeto íntimo e de uma intimidade pública. O cruzamento da pesquisa teórica com a produção de artistas contemporâneos apareceu como método de pesquisa e impulso produtivo apontando para um trabalho prático-teórico que trouxesse tanto uma escrita de si quanto uma escrita conceitual para dentro do trabalho. The intersection of theoretical research with the production of contemporary artists appeared as a research method and productive momentum pointing to a practical-theoretical work to bring both a written and a conceptual writing themselves into the work. [pt] A presente pesquisa tem como objeto a análise do cabimento da Responsabilidade Civil dos pais em relação aos filhos por abandono afetivo. Primeiramente, será apresentada a instituição família no direito civil constitucional brasileiro, o conceito de família e sua evolução histórica bem como a importância dos pais na formação dos filhos, para, posteriormente, examinar a legislação pertinente à família e filiação. Sob a nova perspectiva familiar, serão estudados os princípios adotados pelo ordenamento jurídico brasileiro no que se refere ao direito dos filhos, analisando-se, o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, da paternidade responsável e planejamento familiar, da afetividade e do melhor interesse da criança e do adolescente. Sobre o instituto da responsabilidade civil, observar-se-ão pontos relevantes, incluindo o estudo dos danos morais. Serão examinados os pressupostos da responsabilidade civil à luz do abandono parental afetivo, verificando-se como tais elementos são preenchidos no caso concreto. Ademais, será vislumbrada a efetiva função da indenização, analisando a controvérsia pendente sobre este assunto. Feitas as considerações doutrinárias, será analisada a posição da jurisprudência pátria acerca do assunto, para um total esclarecimento sobre o mesmo. Por fim, conclui-se o tema, de forma a tentar solucionar os questionamentos levantados por todo o corpo da pesquisa. / [en] This research aims to analyze the appropriateness of the Civil Liability of parents towards their children for emotional abandonement. First, the family institution is presented as seen in the Brazilian constitutional civil law, the concept of family and its historical evolution and the importance of parents in the education of their children, to then examine the laws relevant to family and affiliation. Under the new family perspective, the principles adopted by Brazilian law regarding children s rights will be studied as well as examine the principle of human dignity, responsible parenting and family planning, affectivity and the best interests of children and adolescents. On the institution of liability relevant issues will be observed, including the issue of punitive damages. Assumptions of liability will be examined in the light of parental affective abandonment, verifying how these elements are satisfied. Moreover, effective function of the indemnity will be envisioned, analyzing pending controversies on this subject. As doctrinal considerations are done, the position of homeland jurisprudence on the subject will be analyzed, in order to reach total clarification. Finally, the subject concludes, so to try to resolve the questions raised by the entire body of the research.

[pt] O trabalho ora apresentado propõe-se a oferecer esforços no sentido da compreensão daquilo que tão vagamente se denomina natureza humana. De um modo geral, o homem é definido pela filosofia moderna como sujeito capaz de produzir sentido para as coisas e, nessa medida, conhecer e organizar o mundo, ou seja, é definido a partir de sua faculdade intelectual (ou razão), o que o distinguiria dos demais seres da natureza. Nosso objeto é a concepção de tal natureza humana tal qual delineada pelo pensamento setecentista, estruturado sobre sua perspectiva antropocêntrica e racionalista. Contudo, confrontamos tal perspectiva àquela de Baruch de Spinoza, permitindo-nos lançar novas luzes sobre as condições da individuação, bem como - a partir da introdução da teoria dos afetos - retirar da razão o privilégio de conduzir e determinar a subjetivação. A aproximação com o pensamento de Spinoza dá-se sobretudo por meio da Ética, especialmente de suas partes I e III, em que o filósofo constrói respectivamente sua ontologia e sua teoria dos afetos. Deste modo, pretende-se confrontar concepções acerca do indivíduo que, em última análise, implicam também diferentes concepções de ordem ontológica. / [en] The present work is the result of a struggle towards the comprehension of what is so vaguely named human nature. For modern philosophy in general, Man is defined by its capacity of giving meaning to things and therefore acknowledging and organizing the world - or, in other words, by its intellectual faculty (reason) - which make this species differ from all others among nature. Our object is the conception of such human nature as shaped by the seventeenth century philosophy, built over an anthropocentric and rationalist perspective. We confront this conception to the one of Baruch Spinoza, which allows us to enlighten the conditions of individuation, shifting from reason to affects as the elements mainly responsible for such process. The use of Spinoza s philosophy is focused at the Ethics, especially Parts I and IV, in which Spinoza builds his ontology and his theory of affects. Thus, our intention is to compare these comprehensions of human nature which correspondingly imply different ontological theories.

This study enabled the formulation of a new relationship between emotion and sporting environment from studies of affection. For this, we investigated the affective (feelings and emotions) from competition of athletes from various sports. We utilize the methodology of the seizure of affection affective maps, the methodology of scientific research was coined by Bomfim (2003) in their search for doctorate. From the maps the emotional feelings of the subjects investigated in relation to environments using drawings and metaphors, allowing the production of images that point to understand the affection for environments. 81 athletes participated in this research, chosen for convenience and saturation, formalizing an analytical study of type-interpretative (qualitative) with an additional statistical analysis provided by a Likert scale. The maps allow the construction of affective emotional images that relate to linking the individual to the environment when there are images that generate positive esteem and lead to action of individuals. But may also generate negative estimates in respect of the subject with the environment. In this study, athletes in competition produced images of belonging, pleasantness, attraction, contrast, insecurity and destruction. The images were positive with estimates of the pleasantness, proximity, contrast and attraction, while the negative images that were generated estimates of the destruction and insecurity. The image of pleasantness was prepared by the majority of the athletes it relates to the environment with good qualities and feelings as a great environment, beautiful and harmonious. The image of belonging, individuals who perceive the relationship with the environment as a good opportunity for good approximation to their meetings and similar. The image contrast is related to the sporting environment in which the athletes to represent feelings, emotions and words that have a contradictory positive and negative polarization. The image of attraction is that in which the athletes perceive their environment as offering good growth, learning and overcoming. Those negative images with esteem, insecurity and destruction, were prepared by a minimum of respondents, but has a rich reflection on the possibility of the sports environment is not enhanced the actions of athletes. These results were linked to the meaning of sports performance prepared by the athletes. We note that sports environments that generated images with positive esteem - pleasantness, proximity, contrast and attraction - seems to promote an idea of performance targets linked to the process contributing to the action of the athletes. For the images with negative estimates found that the concept of performance targets linked to the outcome of hampering the action of the athletes and their linkage with the sports environment. From these results the understanding of emotions in the sports environment from affection, could enable technicians, athletes and sports psychologists plan the involvement of athletes in sports not only focusing on the physical preparation, but also paying attention to the identification of athletes with their environments, because this binding was shown to be enhanced the actions of individuals which can lead to an improvement in performance. / A presente pesquisa objetivou estudar as emoções no ambiente esportivo a partir da articulação entre a Psicologia Ambiental e a Psicologia do Esporte. Esse estudo possibilitou a formulação de uma nova relação entre emoção e ambiente esportivo a partir dos estudos da afetividade. Para isso, investigamos a afetividade (sentimentos e emoções) de atletas de competição de diversas modalidades esportivas. Utilizamos como metodologia de apreensão dos afetos os mapas afetivos, essa metodologia de investigação científica foi cunhada por Bomfim (2003) em sua pesquisa de doutorado. A partir dos mapas afetivos investigamos as emoções dos sujeitos em relação aos ambientes por meio de desenhos e metáforas, permitindo a elaboração de imagens que apontam para a compreensão da afetividade em relação aos ambientes. Participaram dessa pesquisa 81 atletas, escolhidos por conveniência e saturação, formalizando um estudo do tipo analítico-interpretativo (qualitativo) com uma análise estatística complementar proporcionada por uma escala Likert. Os mapas afetivos permitem a construção de imagens afetivas que relacionam a vinculação do indivíduo ao ambiente quando são imagens que geram estima positiva e potencializam a ação dos indivíduos. Mas também podem gerar estima negativa na relação do sujeito com o ambiente. Nesse estudo, os atletas de competição elaboraram as imagens de pertencimento, agradabilidade, atração, contrastes, insegurança e destruição. As imagens com estima positiva foram a de agradabilidade, pertencimento, contraste e atração, enquanto que as imagens que geraram estima negativa foram a de destruição e insegurança. A imagem de agradabilidade foi elaborada pela maioria, nela os atletas referem-se ao ambiente esportivo com qualidades e sentimentos como sendo de um ambiente ótimo, bonito e harmonioso. Na imagem de pertencimento, os indivíduos que percebem a relação com o ambiente esportivo como uma possibilidade para bons encontros e aproximação com seus semelhantes. A imagem de contrastes se relacionada ao ambiente esportivo no qual os atletas representam com sentimentos, emoções e palavras contraditórias que apresentam uma polarização positiva e negativa. A imagem de atração é aquela em que os atletas percebem seu ambiente esportivo como propiciador de crescimento, aprendizado e superação. Já as imagens com estima negativa, destruição e insegurança, foram elaboradas por uma parcela mínima dos respondentes, mas possibilitou uma rica reflexão sobre a possibilidade do ambiente esportivo não ser potencializador das ações dos atletas. Esses resultados foram articulados ao significado de desempenho esportivo elaborado pelos próprios atletas. Verificamos que os ambientes esportivos que geraram imagens com estima positiva – agradabilidade, pertencimento, contrastes e atração – parecem favorecer a uma idéia de desempenho ligado a metas de processo o que contribuía para a ação dos atletas. Já para as imagens com estima negativa percebemos que a noção de desempenho ligava-se a metas de resultado o que dificulta a ação dos atletas e a vinculação com o seu ambiente esportivo. Diante desses resultados a compreensão das emoções no ambiente esportivo a partir da afetividade, pôde permitir que técnicos, atletas e psicólogos desportivos planejem o envolvimento dos atletas ao esporte não somente focando a preparação física, mas também atentando para a identificação dos atletas com seus ambientes, pois essa vinculação mostrou ser potencializadora das ações dos indivíduos o que pode levar a uma melhora do desempenho.

O presente trabalho refere-se a uma pesquisa-intervenção realizada no Centro de Cidadania LGBT da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, que é uma das principais ações do Programa Estadual Rio sem Homofobia executado pela Secretaria Estadual de Assistência Social e Direitos Humanos do Rio Janeiro. As práticas produzidas neste serviço se ancoram nos encontros da Psicologia com o Direito e o Serviço Social e nos encontros entre saber-técnico e saber-militante cujos diálogos produzidos têm causado alguns deslocamentos no campo de discussão acerca da diversidade sexual e de gênero, ao nos convocar à construção de práticas produtoras de novos territórios de existências. A partir de alguns instrumentos da Análise Institucional, em especial a cartografia, inicia-se esta viagem-pirataria que, conduzida pela possibilidade de Ser Afetado, aporta e aposta em práticas produtoras de subjetivações e potencializadoras da Vida a partir da Teoria da Afetividade Humana de Espinosa e do conceito de Ecosofia de Guattari / This thesis is about an intervention research realized in the LGBT Citizenship Center of the Rio Without Homophobia State Program, run by the State Department of Social Welfare and Human Rights. The practices produced in this Service are anchored in the meetings between Psychology, Social Service, Law and technical knowledge with militant knowledge. The dialogues coming from these meetings have enabled some displacements in the field of discussion about sexual and gender diversity, by calling us to build practices that produce new living territories. From some Institutional Analysis instruments, especially the cartography, starts this trip-piracy, led by the possibility of Being Affected, which lands and bets in practices that intend to be producers of subjectivities and enhancing Life, based on Spinozas Theory of Human Affection and Guattaris Ecosophy Concept

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Este trabalho buscou investigar como se estabelecem e se criam os laços da família recasada a partir da experiência dos filhos a fim de compreender que tipos de interditos aparecem neste contexto e no que se baseiam. Para tal, foi preciso reunir material bibliográfico nacional sobre o recasamento e lançar mão da literatura francesa sobre a fratria neste contexto; foram feitas ainda entrevistas com sete filhos nesta posição; e uma breve ilustração com material midiático acerca do tema do recasamento. Pode-se concluir que as famílias de recasamento pesquisadas vivenciam algumas inconsistências sociais ao reunirem sob um mesmo teto valores ambíguos. O individualismo e o poder da escolha são mais possíveis para os adultos e há uma valorização do casal conjugal, que deve ser preservado. A partir dos estudos apresentados e da variabilidade de experiências de recasamento coletadas nas entrevistas, responde-se que há sim o interdito sexual nas famílias de recasamento com filhos adolescentes. Quer dizer, há também. Pois não é uma estrutura determinista e o surgimento dos interditos depende da combinação de múltiplos e variados fatores, sendo o projeto de família pensado e praticado pelo casal um dos mais relevantes. / This study aimed to investigate how remarried family establish and create ties from the experience of the children in order to understand what kinds of prohibitions appear in this context and in which they are based. To this end, it was necessary to meet national publications on remarriage and make use of French literature on the phratry in this context; interviews were done with seven children in this position; and a brief illustration with media material on the remarriage theme. It can be concluded that the families of remarriage surveyed experience some social contradictions to gather under one roof ambiguous values. Individualism and the power of choice are more likely to adults and there is an appreciation of the married couple, which must be preserved. From the studies submitted and the variability of remarriage experiences collected in the interviews, one responds that there is rather the sexual forbidden in the families of remarriage with teenage children. I mean, there too. It is not a deterministic structure and the emergence of prohibitions depends on the combination of multiple and varied factors, and the family project conceived and practiced by the couple one of the most relevant.

O objetivo geral deste trabalho foi investigar de que forma a afetividade familiar pode influenciar nos rendimentos escolares dos alunos de uma turma da 5ª série do ano de 2016 da referida escola. Longe da pretensão de encontrar relações diretas entre tais elementos, buscou-se através de uma pesquisa exploratória de caráter qualitativo pela aplicação de uma entrevista semiestruturada e do teste Inventário de Percepção de Suporte Familiar (IPSF), levantar dados que possibilitaram tal descrição. De forma aleatória foi definida uma turma da 5ª série em uma escola pública em Salvador, sendo selecionados 5 alunos com os maiores rendimentos escolares e 5 alunos com os 5 menores rendimentos. Os alunos encontram-se na faixa dos 9 aos 12 anos. As mães dos referidos alunos foram convidadas a participarem da pesquisa, sendo que 3 não puderam participar posteriormente por informarem impossibilidades. A pesquisa então contou com 10 crianças e 7 mães. As famílias da referida pesquisa apresentam um nível socioeconômico equiparado, residindo em região circunvizinha da referida escola. A ancoragem teórica do referido trabalho é apresentada por conceitos seguindo como linha principal Piaget (1954) em sua Relations Entre L’affectivié et L’intelligence Dans Le Développement Mental de Lénfant – Relações entre a Afetividade e a Inteligência no Desenvolvimento Mental da Criança, e trabalhos afins por tratarem concomitantemente do desenvolvimento cognitivo e da afetividade que são os temas centrais da presente pesquisa. Piaget aponta que afetividade e cognição são elementos indissociáveis, a afetividade funciona com o combustível para a cognição. Ao concluir a pesquisa, em meio à diversidade de realidades familiares e individualidades de seus atores, percebeu-se ainda assim ocorrência dos reflexos das percepções de afetividade familiar por parte dos alunos sobre os seus respectivos rendimentos escolares. / This work The family affection: Its consequences on learning in a public school in Salvador sought to describe the effects of the perception of family affection by the students on their school income. The aim of this study is to investigate how the family affection can influence in school income of students in a class of 5th series of the year 2016 of that school. Far from the claim to find direct relationships between these elements, it sought through an exploratory research of qualitative character by applying a semi-structured interview and Inventory test Familiar – Support Perception IPSF, collect data that allowed such a description. Randomly was defined a class of 5th grade in a public school in Salvador, being selected 5 students with the highest income and 5 school students with low incomes 5. Students are in the range of 9 to 12 years. The mothers of these students were invited to participate in the study, and 3 could not subsequently participate by informing impossibilities. The research then had 10 children and 7 mothers. The families of that research have an equivalent socioeconomic level, living in the surrounding area of that school. The theoretical anchor of that work is by following concepts as the main line Piaget (1954) in his Relations Between L'affectivié et L'intelligence Dans Le Développement Mental Lenfant – Relations between affectivity and intelligence in the Mental Development of Children and related work concurrently treating cognitive development and affectivity that are the central themes of this research. Piaget suggests that affect and cognition are inseparable elements, affectivity works with fuel for cognition. By completing the survey, through the diversity of family realities and individuality of its actors, it was realized yet occurrence of reflections of perceptions of family affection by the students on their school income.

[pt] O presente trabalho procurou dar início ao estudo do estatuto do afeto na teoria psicanalítica, através da circunscrição dos problemas mais gerais suscitados pelo desenvolvimento impreciso da noção ao longo da própria construção teórica freudiana, e pela pluralidade de suas apropriações na literatura pós-freudiana. Para tanto, foram formados os seguintes pares conceituais como eixos de análise privilegiados: afeto e representação, qualidade e quantidade, afeto e inconsciente. O conceito de angústia como paradigma do afeto foi utilizado como a chave para clarear os impasses e as contribuições alcançadas durante todo este processo. A delimitação do estudo elegeu como referência teórica principal as formulações de André Green pertinentes ao tema, instaurando o ponto de partida que resitua a apreensão das implicações metapsicológicas subjacentes à problemática abordada. / [en] This work found to start a study about affect in psychoanalytic theory, through the circumscription of general problems reminded by the inexact development of the knowledge by along the self Freudian theoretical construction, and by the plurality of their appropriations in the post-Freudian literature. So, there were the following considered pairs as analysis focal points: affect and representation, quality and quantity, affect and insensibility. The concept of anxiety as example was used as a key to become clear the impasses and the contributions that were obtained during the whole process. The study delimitation has selected the manifests of André Green as main theoretical reference concerning to the subject, establishing the beginning that will restore the capture of metapsychological implications that are subjacent to the mentioned matter.

This thesis was developed within the Research, Training, Knowledge and Professional Development Line (LP1), of the Postgraduate Program in Education, of the Education Center (CE), of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). The research unfolds from the following problematic: In a time of superficial understanding of the pain of others, how to recover the dimension of the tragic in teaching training, especially for what the potential of the literature of testimony, considered from an aesthetic and pedagogical dimension, can offer in terms of devices for the training process of the teacher in the context of post-traumatic social life? In these terms, the central aim of the thesis is: To recover and resignify the dimension of the tragic in teacher training, especially by what the aesthetic-affective force present in the testimonial work can lead to in a formation that is more involved with the humanity of the other. In more specific terms the objectives are: a) To undertake a critique of the presence of the epistemic-professional imperative in the scenario of teacher training, to the detriment of the broader training focused on concern for social justice, humanity on the other and human rights; b) To highlight, from historical bases, the importance of the tragic to the conception of human formation in its critical and aesthetic significance; c) Regarding the problem of human formation, highlight the theoretical and social imbrication between the idea of tragedy in the poetic-literary sense and the tragic sense as emanation of the polis and history; d) To elucidate the confluence between the category of the catastrophe and the expression of the tragic within the aesthetics present in the testimony, rethinking its implications in the context of the formative processes. The reasons for this work are justified by the idea that before setting the focus of teacher training in the concern with the list of skills and operational skills necessary to establish the idea of professionalization, we believe that it is vital to enter into a deeper and more essential aspect. Irremediably this leads to the reconfiguration of the teaching being, which, in turn, goes, according to the peculiarities of the present time, through the search for a re-signification of the tragic sense in the formation. The methodological orientation of the investigation follows the directions of the negative dialectic of Theodor Adorno. / O presente trabalho de tese foi desenvolvido dentro da Linha de Pesquisa Formação, Saberes e Desenvolvimento Profissional (LP1), do Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação, do Centro de Educação (CE), da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). A pesquisa se desdobra a partir da seguinte problemática: Numa época de compreensão superficial da dor alheia, como recuperar a dimensão do trágico na formação, especialmente por aquilo que o potencial da literatura do testemunho, considerado a partir de uma dimensão estética e pedagógica, pode oferecer em termos de dispositivos para o processo formativo do professor no contexto de vida social pós-traumático? Nesses termos, o escopo central da tese é: Reaver e resignificar a dimensão do trágico na formação docente especialmente por aquilo que a força estético-afetiva presente na obra testemunhal pode suscitar para uma formação mais implicada com a humanidade do outro. Em termos mais específicos, os objetivos são: a) Empreender uma crítica à presença do imperativo epistêmico-profissional no cenário da formação docente em detrimento da formação mais ampla voltada para a preocupação com a justiça social, a humanidade do outro e os direitos humanos; b) Colocar em evidência, a partir de bases históricas, a importância do trágico para a concepção de formação humana em sua significação crítica e estética; c) No que tange ao problema da formação humana, destacar a imbricação teórica e social entre a ideia de tragédia no sentido poético-literário e o sentido do trágico como emanação da polis e da história; d) Elucidar a confluência entre a categoria da catástrofe e da expressão do trágico no âmbito da estética presente no testemunho, repensando suas implicações no contexto dos processos formativos. As razões deste trabalho se justificam pelo fato de que, antes de assentar o foco da formação de professores na preocupação com o rol de capacidades e habilidades operacionais necessárias ao estabelecimento da ideia de profissionalização, cremos ser vital adentrar um aspecto mais profundo e mais essencial. Irremediavelmente isso leva à reconfiguração do ser docente, o qual, por sua vez, passa, segundo as peculiaridades do tempo presente, pela busca de uma resignificação do sentido do trágico na formação. A orientação metodológica da investigação segue os encaminhamentos da dialética negativa, de Theodor Adorno.
