Technologie zápustkového kování hřídele / Shaft manufacturing using forging technology

This diploma thesis deals with project of shaft manufacturing using drop forging technology. This technology is manufacturing using cubic forming on vertical forging press. Work includes detail data for working out technical drawings of suggested component. Thanks to modification of parameters and forging a whole we reduce material waste which is compared to turning technology. Production process is adapted to established production process in company Kovarna ZETOR Brno. Further the work includes cost price of one forging from the set of 30 000 products a year. The work also contains background research of drop forging technology, technical drawings, production process list and simulation outcome for drop forging of the suggested komponent by software FormFEM.

The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch 2307. The project is submitting design of technology production of holder by solid forming of steel 12 020.0. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of die forging and calculation was designed forging on a vertical cranked press LMZ 1600 and with nominal forging force 16MN (producer ŠMERAL Brno). The lower ejector is using for extrusion component.Heating billet is accomplished by using induction furnance type SOP 400kW.For trimming is used trimmning press LKOA 200 with force 2 MN. For holding of dies is used holder QLZK 1600/UC, dies are made of instrumental steel 19 552.9. A part of this project is economic estimation of production and produce of manufacturing drawings.

The aim of the project was to propose design of technology production of steering pivot holder using solid forming of steel 12 040.0. Based on literary study on die forging and made calculations forging on a vertical crank press LMZ 1000 with nominal forging force of 10MN was designed (producer ŠMERAL Brno). Lower and upper ejectors are used for ejection of components. Induction furnace type SOP 250/6-A30 P/L/T will be used for heating of the raw material. Trimming will be performed using trimming press LDO 315 A/S with press force of 3,15 MN. Dies are made of instrumental steel 19 663.9, for their clamping die clamping device QLZK 1000/UC will be used. The project presents design of technology production of the hinge made of metal sheet plate 11 321. The variant proposed solutions have been designed manufacturing cutting and bending technology in transfer combined die. These themes were elaborated in literatures studies. As a working machine was selected eccentric press LEN 40 C of Slovak producer TOMA INDUSTRIES s.r.o., Trnava, with a nominal force 400 kN. Functional parts are made of tool steel 19 436. In economic results was defined cost of one piece including manufacturers profit and the break-even point, which is coming after production of 151 966 pieces.

The aim of this dissertation is to design an optimal technological processing of a given component by solid forming. This work includes a bibliographic study, which is the source of information for the solutions. Another important topic is the global technological processing of the given component: to begin with gear blank design until the final product. The best option seems to be the die forging on forging press in three steps. From an economical point of view, the die forging realized according to the designed technological processing appears to be the best solution.

Plastic part is metal plated afterwards in order to get desired metal look. Part of this project is injection molding tool design inclusive technical, technological and economic analysis.

In this work is developed a proposal for extrusion head for extruding plastic wires of small diameter. There is a new conceptual design of cooling, which allows shape extruded products already in the extrusion head and thereby eliminates the need for large cooling tanks. To determine the optimal design is used software named Virtual Extrusion Laboratory, which is used in practice for the simulation of the extrusion process. Then it is experimentally determined behavior of plastic material, when the temperature of the melt in the extrusion head is reduced.

Taking into account modern technology solutions has been selected die forging of the wheel hub of automobile steel 14220 (DIN 16MnCr5) about the serial 50000 pcs. Based on the literature study and practical experience has been solved forging process, including technological calculations, engineering drawings and results of simulations of the forging process performed by the Qform software tool. A tool was designed to be made of 19552 grade alloy tool steel. The forged piece is to be forged on an LZK 1000 crank press with the nominal forming force of 10 MN manufactured by Šmeral Brno. The stock is divided with shears from bar 45 mm 6 m long to bar 89.5 mm long.

Technologie zhotovování drážek do pláště kotvy / Technology groove manufacture on a shell clamping element

The aim of the thesis is the design of the production process and tools for production of two grooves in coats of concrete clamp. Shell anchors are made of longitudinally welded stainless steel tubes 17 240. The size of the production of all types of shell of concrete clamps is 18 000 PCs per year. The number and the dimensions of grooves in the coats of anchors were determined on the basis of a practical verification. To the present day the grooves are made by cutting on a band saw, which is little productive and on finishing operations demanding way. The grooves in the coats of anchors will be newly manufactured by technology of shearing, which was a literary study. On the basis of the calculations was selected for the production a hydraulic press of CUPS 25 D. The grooves will be produced on the newly designed shearing tool. Work is carried out by technical-economic evaluation, which compares the current technology of production with the newly proposed technology. Part of the thesis is drawing documentation of coats of concrete clamps of all dimensions and drawing documentation of shearing tool.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att analysera två karaktärer i ”Hardbodies” genren och jämföra dem mot en nutida actionkaraktär. John Matrix från Commando (1985), John McClane från Die Hard (1988) och John Wick från John Wick (2014). Uppsatsen fokuserar på att upptäcka skillnader men i synnerlighet likheter mellan de olika filmerna och karaktärerna. Genom ett maskulint genusperspektiv analyseras karaktärerna för att påvisa dessa skillnader och likheter i relation till maskulinitet och mansideal. Karaktärerna analyseras utifrån Jens Eders analysmetod, karaktärsklockan. Resultatet av karaktärsanalysen påvisade att trots karaktärernas skillnader i uppdrag, kropp och kläder finns det ett gemensamt underliggande uppdrag som handlar om manlighetskomplex.
