[pt] O objetivo desta dissertação é propor e aplicar um modelo conceitual para
monitorar e avaliar projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação (PDeI) de
novos produtos e sistemas complexos (CoPS), mediante o emprego de uma
abordagem metodológica, que integra a escala Technology Readiness Level
(TRL) à ferramenta Stage-Gate e emprega dois métodos multicritério de apoio à
decisão. A metodologia compreende: (i) pesquisa bibliográfica e documental
sobre os temas centrais da pesquisa; (ii) construção do modelo conceitual de
monitoramento e avaliação (MA) de projetos de PD(e)I de CoPS de defesa,
baseado na ferramenta Stage-Gate e na escala TRL; (iii) emprego do método
Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) em dois momentos, sendo o primeiro para
definir os pesos dos critérios para validação da qualidade dos indicadores de
desempenho referentes a projetos de PD(e)I e o segundo para atribuir pesos aos
critérios de avaliação dos referidos projetos no portões de decisão (gates); (iv)
emprego do método TOPSIS para validação da qualidade dos indicadores de
desempenho; e (v) aplicação do modelo proposto, tendo como foco um projeto
de PD(e)I de CoPS em andamento no Centro Tecnológico do Exército (CTEx),
visando evidenciar seu potencial de replicabilidade para os demais projetos de
PD(e)I de CoPS daquele Centro. Destaca-se como resultado principal um modelo
inovador de monitoramento e avaliação de projetos de PD(e)I de CoPS de defesa,
que poderá ser aplicado no CTEx e em outras instituições de CT(e)I, que buscam
a excelência em gestão da inovação, particularmente quando enfrentam os
desafios do desenvolvimento de PD(e)I de CoPS. Os resultados do estudo
empírico conduzido neste contexto organizacional mostraram que é possível
empregar, de forma integrada e efetiva, a ferramenta Stage-Gate e a escala TRL
para monitorar e avaliar projetos de PD(e)I de CoPS de defesa ao longo de seu
desenvolvimento. / [en] The objective of this dissertation is to propose and apply a conceptual
model for monitoring and evaluating research, development, and innovation
(RDandI) projects of new complex products and systems (CoPS), using a
methodological approach that integrates the Technology Readiness Level (TRL)
scale with the Stage-Gate tool and employs two multicriteria decision support
methods. The methodology comprises: (i) bibliographic and documentary
research on the central themes of the research; (ii) development of the
conceptual model for monitoring and evaluation RD(and)I projects of CoPS for the
defense area, based on the Stage-Gate tool and the TRL scale; (iii) use of the
Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in two moments, the first to define
the weights of the criteria for validation of the quality of performance indicators
related to RD(and)I projects; and the second to assign weights to the evaluation
criteria for the mentioned projects at decision gates; (iv) use of the TOPSIS
method to validate the quality of the performance indicators; and (v) application
of the proposed model, focusing on an RD(and)I project underway at the Army
Technological Center (CTEx), aiming to show its potential for replicability to
other RD(and)I projects of CoPS at that Center. The main result is an innovative
model for monitoring and evaluating RD(and)I projects of CoPS for the defense
area, which can be applied at CTEx and other Science and Technology
Institutions seeking excellence in innovation management, particularly when
facing the challenges of CoPS development. The results of the empirical study
conducted in this organizational context showed that it is possible to use the
Stage-Gate tool and the TRL scale in an integrated and effective manner to
monitor and evaluate RD(and)I projects of CoPS for the defense area throughout
their development.

[pt] O objetivo desta dissertação é desenvolver um modelo conceitual de autoavaliação para que organizações que buscam a excelência em gestão da inovação possam verificar em que nível de maturidade se encontram em relação às cláusulas e aos itens da Norma ABNT NBR ISO 56002:2020. Busca-se demonstrar a aplicabilidade do modelo mediante o desenvolvimento de um estudo empírico em uma das empresas do setor elétrico – a Light SESA. A pesquisa pode ser considerada aplicada, metodológica e descritiva. A metodologia compreende: (i) revisão da literatura e análise documental sobre os temas centrais da pesquisa; (ii) definição da estrutura analítica em rede, conforme o método Analytic Network Process (ANP) e segundo a estrutura da referida Norma; (iii) emprego do método ANP para atribuição de pesos aos 28 itens da Norma, mediante reuniões consensuais com especialistas com formação e experiência em gestão da inovação; (iv) elaboração e aplicação do instrumento de autoavaliação junto ao gestor de inovação da empresa Light SESA e a membros de sua equipe para avaliar o nível de maturidade da empresa em relação às cláusulas e aos itens da Norma, com uso da lógica fuzzy; (vi) emprego do método Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) para identificar os itens que devem ser priorizados, visando à melhoria do sistema de gestão da inovação da empresa. Como resultado principal, destaca-se uma sistemática inovadora de autoavaliação para organizações que buscam a excelência em gestão da inovação, na perspectiva de apoiar processos decisórios internos referentes à melhoria contínua de seus sistemas de gestão da inovação. O estudo de caso na Light SESA demonstrou ser plausível determinar o nível de maturidade desta empresa em relação às cláusulas e itens da Norma ABNT NBR ISO 56002:2020 e permitiu identificar oportunidades de melhoria de seu atual sistema de gestão da inovação. / [en] The objective of the dissertation is to develop a conceptual model of self-assessment for organizations that search for excellence in innovation management to verify at which level of maturity they are concerning the ABNT NBR ISO 56002:2020 standard clauses and items. It seeks to demonstrate the model s applicability by developing an empirical study on one of the companies from the electric power sector – Light SESA. The research can be considered applied, methodological and descriptive. The methodology comprises: (i) literature review and documentary analysis on the central research themes; (ii) definition of the analytical structure according to the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and the structure of the ABNT NBR ISO 56002:2020 standard; (iv) application of the ANP method for assigning weights to the 28 normative elements with the participation of experts in the field of innovation management; (v) elaboration, pre-test, and application of the self-assessment tool in Light SESA, asking the innovation manager and collaborators to evaluate the level of maturity of the company in relation in relation to the Standard clauses and items, and using the fuzzy logic; (vi) employment of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method to identify the requirements that should be prioritized aiming to improve the company s innovation management system. As the main result of this dissertation, the assessment model of innovation management systems of companies based on ABNT NBR ISO 56002:2020 Standard can be highlighted from the perspective of supporting internal decision-making processes related to the continuous improvement of their innovation management systems. The case study in Light SESA could demonstrate the self-assessment model s applicability and managerial contributions, helping the company to identify improvement opportunities of its current innovation management system.

À luz dos trabalhos anteriores realizados sobre a abordagem metodológica de gerenciamento estratégico conhecido como Balanced Scorecard (BSC) e métodos multicritério de tomada de decisão (MCDM), esta dissertação teve como objetivo propor um modelo de medição e avaliação da capacidade inovativa e desempenho inovador de organizações estabelecidas, que seja aderente aos seguintes princípios: estrutura multidimensional; definição dos objetivos estratégicos com envolvimento dos stakeholders; análise das relações de causa-efeito; orientação para o processo de inovação; e facilidade de implementação. Alinhado a esses princípios, o modelo proposto combina a metodologia BSC com o método Analytic Network Process (ANP) numa abordagem metodológica híbrida, que considera as interdependências entre os indicadores-chave de inovação classificados segundo as quatro perspectivas do BSC, para calcular os índices globais de capacidade inovativa (ICI) e desempenho inovador (IPI). A aplicabilidade deste modelo pôde ser demonstrada pela sua aplicação no contexto de uma empresa inovadora do setor elétrico no Brasil. O modelo conceitual aqui proposto e os resultados empíricos relativos a uma aplicação em um contexto corporativo podem contribuir para melhorar a capacidade de inovação atual e as práticas de medição de desempenho. A integração do método ANP ao arcabouço do BSC pode ser considerada um diferencial em comparação às práticas atuais de mensuração da capacidade de inovação e desempenho nas organizações. / [en] In the last decades, special attention has been paid to improving innovation capacity and performance measurement and evaluation models, and researchers have been defining new key indicators and factors behind the innovation performance throughout the innovation process. In light of the previous works carried out within the scope of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) theoretical framework and the multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) methods, this dissertation aims to propose a model for measuring and evaluating organizations innovation capacity and performance adhering to the following principles: multi-dimensional structure, stakeholder goals orientation, cause-effect relationship analysis, innovation process orientation, and easy implementation and use. In line with these principles, the proposed model combines the BSC methodology with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method in a hybrid methodological approach. It considers the interdependencies between the key innovation indicators classified according to the four perspectives of the BSC to calculate the global innovation capacity and innovation performance indexes. The applicability of this model could be demonstrated in the context of an innovative electricity generation company in Brazil. The conceptual model here proposed and the empirical results concerning an application in a corporate context may contribute to improving current innovation capacity and performance measurement practices. The integration of the ANP method into the BSC framework can be considered a differential in comparison to the current practices of measuring the innovation capacity and performance in organizations.

Försäkringsmarknaden står inför förändringar, där digitalisering, kundbehov och konkurrenssituation är exempel på dessa förändringar. Dessa förändringar upplevs till viss del redan nu, men de spås påverka marknaden i stor utsträckning inom den närmsta tiden. Innovation blir ett verktyg för organisationer att använda sig av för att möta dessa förändringar. Forskning från 1900-talets början har definierat innovationsteorier som i stor utsträckning baserats på tillverkande industrier, där forskning gällande innovation inom tjänstesektorn är begränsad. Forskare brottas med begreppet innovation, där senare forskning visar på att innovationsarbete skiljer sig mellan organisationer, där organisationens unika karaktärsdrag påverkar förutsättningarna för innovationsarbete. Syftet med denna studie är att studera innovationsarbete i tjänsteföretag genom att undersöka medarbetares föreställningar om innovation samt synen på förutsättningarna för innovation i ett försäkringsbolag. Syftet är vidare att utifrån tidigare forskning diskutera hur bolaget kan organisera kring innovation. Studien är av kvalitativ karaktär och har tillämpat en tolkande ansats. Fallstudien som utförts baseras på den studerade organisationen och det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom 28 intervjuer med anställda utspridda över flera enheter och avdelningar i organisationen. Det empiriska materialet har analyserats med hjälp av en empiristyrd tematisk analysmetod, där resultatet visar på att innovation är ett multi-dimensionellt begrepp som måste utvärderas utifrån organisationens egna förutsättningar för att kunna användas som verktyg att möta framtida förändringar. Föreställningar och förutsättningar för innovation i en organisation påverkar innovationsarbete både positivt och negativt, där slutsatsen dras att innovationsarbete i den studerade organisationen bland annat skulle gynnas av en uttalad strategi, en målsättning, ett syfte, anpassade processer, tillägnade resurser och kompetensutveckling. Det skulle öka möjligheterna för framgångsrikt innovationsarbete i den studerade organisationen. / The insurance industry undergoes a transformation, where digitalization, customer behavior and competition are examples of changes happening on the market. These changes are to some extent already happening, however they are expected to affect the market to a larger extent in the nearest future. Innovation becomes a tool for organizations to use in order to meet these changes. Previous research from the 20:th century has defined innovation theories mainly based on the manufacturing industry, where research regarding the service industry is limited. Researchers are struggling with the innovation concept, where later research indicate that innovation efforts differ among organizations where the unique characteristics of the organization studied affects the conditions for innovation. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate innovation efforts in service organizations by examining employee perceptions of innovation and further the conditions for innovation in an insurance company. The purpose is furthermore to discuss how the company can organize for innovation with regards to previous research. The thesis is performed as a qualitative study and has applied an interpretative approach. The case study that was performed is based on the studied organization and the empirical material has been collected through 28 interviews with employees scattered among the organization. The empirical material has been analyzed through a thematic analysis, where the results show that innovation is a multi-dimensional concept which has to be evaluated from the studied organizations point of view in order for innovation to work as a tool to meet future challenges. Perceptions of and conditions for innovation in an organization affects innovation both positively and negatively, where the conclusion is drawn that innovation efforts in the studied organization are favored by a pronounced strategy, an objective, a purpose, suitable processes, dedicated resources and competence development. This would increase the possibilities for successful innovation efforts in the studied organization.

Weathering the entrepreneurial storm is considered by many an art form in itself but an undeniable, universal truth is the unilateral impact of an extraordinary leader on the chances of triumph in the face of great adversity. Yet the focus of academic studies all too often concerns the understanding of the weather patterns, the choice of captain and the direction of the ship rather than how to turn the wheel, raise the mast or set the sails. This study has the aim of deciphering the routines, actions and methods of entrepreneurial leaders so as to produce tangible, actionable knowledge which real practitioners can bestow upon themselves. This is a collective case study which examines ten entrepreneurial leaders from various cities throughout Sweden using semi-structured, in-depth interviews. The findings pertain to routines, activities and methods that they use to fulfil five roles of effective entrepreneurial leadership which are further boiled down to 52 thematic strategies. These strategies are then aligned into five fundamental skills; encompassing a collective approach, building individual relationships, fragmentation, dynamic perspective and utilising feedback. We believe that through developing these skills that entrepreneurial leaders can better cultivate their own routines, activities and methods contingent to their particular circumstance and transaction set.

在當前競爭日益激烈的網際網路商業環境中,企業對能提升經營績效之創新管理方法與工具的需求更形殷切。尤其在資訊科技快速發展的推波助瀾下,各式新型商品與新穎服務的開發與提供,不但改變了傳統的供需關係,更使企業經營面臨必須全面檢討與不斷創新的壓力。故在知識經濟時代裏,組織的經營重心將是擺在創新上,而新產品的開發又是在創新上最具體的成果,雖然研究發展活動需要投入相當多的資源,但是卻是一個科技公司所依賴維持競爭力的一項企業活動。
基於此,故本論文將在知識創新和研發程序二者之間做相關性探討,而所選擇的專案案例是以企業應用軟體研發程序專案為基礎,從此基礎試著以知識創新活動內容的過程中和技術知識特質中,分析出屬於企業應用軟體產業的知識創新活動內容中的行為為何?以及技術知識特質和這些知識創新行為之間關聯性,進而提供以知識創新行為基礎,架構如何發展成功的研發程序模式,來提昇企業競爭力。
為了分析客觀起見,所選擇的應用軟體研發程序專案案例將有三種不同個案---1.個案一「ERP導入專案」,2.個案二「企業應用客製化軟體開發專案」,3.個案三「企業協同作業方法論專案」。而這三種不同個案有其三個不同類型---導入程序、客製化軟體開發程序、作業方法論程序。這些不同類型在分析軟體技術知識特質和知識創新活動行為之間關聯性,將試著找出共同點,進而得出本論文的研究發現。
從整個論文發展過程中,可知最主要是要發現在企業應用軟體研發程序下的軟體技術知識特質應該運用何種知識創新行為,並以此行為做為企業應用軟體產業在研發程序專案順利完成的成功因素。 / On competitive internet business environment, corporate need innovation management methodology and tool , in order to submit business performance urgently. 本研究針對台灣工具機產業廠商,探索其研發專案知識管理對新產品開發績效的影響,及其技術知識特質對知識管理的關聯性。本論文以深入個案訪談法為主要的研究方法,訪談國內具代表地位的二家工具機業大廠之設計及開發部門,並自其中各選擇二個研發專案作為研究對象。
本研究歸納分析所得到的研究發現如下:
【研究發現一】研發專案知識吸收來源愈多、範圍愈廣、組織學習活動愈多,其新產品開發績效愈高。
【研究發現二】研發專案知識創造技術突破愈多、創新價值愈高,其新產品開發績效愈高。
【研究發現三】研發專案知識蓄積文件化程度愈高、蓄積活動愈多、累積專案核心能耐愈多,其新產品開發績效愈高。
【研究發現四】研發專案知識擴散方式愈多、擴散活動愈多,其新產品開發績效愈高。
【研究發現五】技術知識變動程度對研發專案的知識管理有明顯的影響。

The influence of the characteristics of technological knowledge on knowledge management is also studied. The research was conducted mainly based on deep case studied. The research subjects include four R&D projects two which are selected from two companies of CNC machine industry.
The preliminary conclusions are as follows:
1. The more the R&D project knowledge is absorbed from different sources, wide ranges,and multiple organizational learning activities, the better the performance of new product development would be.
2. The more the R&D project knowledge creates the technological breakthrough and thenewly added value, the better the performance of new product development would be.
3. The more the R&D project knowledge is accumulated with the documentation, the amass of activities, and the core resourcefulness, the better the performance of new product development would be.
4. The more the R&D project knowledge is diffused in different patterns and activities, the better the performance of new product development would be.
5. There exists a direct relationship between the knowledge management of R&D project and the degree of change of technological knowledge.
6. There exists a direct relationship between the knowledge management of R&D project and the degree of explicitness of technological knowledge.
7. There doesn't exist a direct relationship between the knowledge management of R&D project and the degree of path dependence of technological knowledge path.
8. There doesn't exist a direct relationship between the knowledge management of R&D project and the degree of modualization of technological knowledge.
9. There exists a direct relationship between the knowledge management of R&D projects and the degree of complexity of technological knowledge.
As a result, it is suggested that the R & D departments of the companies possessed with different characteristics of technological knowledge should design the organizational form and activities that are conformed to the characteristics of technological knowledge for facilitating the practices of knowledge management.
The internal technology inheritance and the external technology resource deployment have to be executed ordinarily; and the appropriate resources as well as human powershall be properly allocated in accordance with the different steps of new product development with a view to intensifying the satisfactory result.

當產業有重量級競爭者進入時,新的技術可能破壞原本的產業結構,原來的產業競爭者可能受到程度不等的影響。影響的結果取決於企業應變策略及其在產業中的相對位置,應變速度慢或是選擇錯誤的策略皆可能導致公司步上衰退,而與重量級同質性高的廠商受到的衝擊往往最大,資源互補的廠商卻可能從中獲利。
此外,新的技術也可能為產業帶來新應用與新市場,使產業擴大,企業如能把握時機,妥善選擇競爭策略,為客戶創造價值,也能在產業中獲得更大的利潤。
本研究方法採用「個案研究法」來進行,探討個案企業憑藉哪些創新與競爭策略,使其能夠在重量級廠商加入產業對原來產業產生重大影響的環境中突圍,以及如何面對下一波的挑戰。得到的發現如下:
(一)開發中國家的企業要成為國際企業,宜採取漸進式方式,經過多年的耕耘,逐漸成為國際知名企業。(二)智慧型手機開放性架構有利於手機生態系統的競爭,傳統電信營運商將可能淪為數位匯流時代之配角。(三)技術創新的本身並不重要,只有在技術創新影響到產業結構及企業競爭優勢的情況下,才突顯出它的重要性。(四)技術創新可能會影響產業結構,導致市場轉移,企業內現有競爭者必須快速因應。(五) 企業以大量客製化的服務方式來滿足客戶的營運模式,似乎較難進行破壞性創新。(六)企業的能力與稟賦,皆會影響公司的獲利,且會受到技術及市場知識所影響,領導企業具有提供低成本和差異化的能力與稟賦。非領導企業最好在低成本和差異化兩策略上擇一為之..等.

Derzeitige Ansätze des Supply Chain Risikomanagements (SCRM) sind überwiegend dem speziellen Risikomanagement mit operativ-logistischer Prägung zuzuordnen, d. h. sie fokussieren auf reine Risiken, in deren Folge es zu Störungen innerhalb eines logistischen Netzwerks kommt. Wechselwirkungen zwischen Risiken, Chancen und Innovationen werden gegenwärtig nicht berücksichtigt. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, Gestaltungsempfehlungen für eine Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden SCRM-Ansätze von der operativen (überwiegend logistisch geprägten) zur strategischen Managementebene aufzuzeigen.
Auf der Grundlage einer mechanismenorientierten Forschungsstrategie werden Thesen entwickelt und anhand von sechs Fallstudien aus unterschiedlichen Wirtschaftssektoren überprüft. Den konzeptionellen Rahmen für die Gestaltung eines Risiko- und Innovationsmanagements für strategische Netzwerke bilden die Wirkungszusammenhänge zwischen Innovationsmanagement, strategischen Erfolgspotentialen und strategischem Management. Innovationen und Erfolgspotentiale strategischer Netzwerke (Kooperationskompetenz und Prozessmanagement) beeinflussen sich wechselseitig. Gleichzeitig ist der Aufbau, die Nutzung und die Weiterentwicklung von Erfolgspotentialen eine Kernaufgabe des strategischen Managements. Das Management der strategischen Erfolgspotentiale beeinflusst wesentlich die Chancen- und Risikosituation eines strategischen Netzwerks und damit die Erreichung strategischer Netzwerkziele. Prozessmanagement als Erfolgspotential gilt in Kombination mit Wissen als dynamische Kernkompetenz und damit als Kernprozess. Kooperationskompetenz als Erfolgspotential ist insbesondere geprägt durch die Dimensionen des organisationalen Wissens und Lernens. Durch Kooperationskompetenz werden mithin die Voraussetzungen geschaffen, um Prozessmanagement und Wissen zu koordinieren. Folglich ist auch das Management von Kooperationskompetenz als Kernprozess strategischer Netzwerke aufzufassen.
