[en] THE ROLE OF MULTI PROFESSIONAL RESIDENCY IN THE UNIFIED HEALTH SYSTEM (SUS): PERSPECTIVE AND CONTRADICTION / [pt] O PAPEL DA RESIDÊNCIA MULTIPROFISSIONAL NO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE: PERSPECTIVAS E CONTRADIÇÕESLUCIANA DA CONCEICAO E SILVA 21 March 2019 (has links)
[en] This study will discuss the contradictions that involve the implementation of the Multiprofessional Residency in Health (RMS) program within the Unified Health System (SUS). The RMS in the official speech proposes to strengthen the SUS, however, it is inserted in an environment of dismantling health policy. In this work we will make a historical recovery of the contradictions that involve RMS and present results of a study carried out in a multiprofessional health residence in the city of Rio de Janeiro. It is concluded that the RMS is inserted in a terrain of contradictions against the disputes within it for its purpose. Nowadays, while we live the political incentive for vocational training for the SUS, via the RMS, which has been put as a strategy for its reorganization in a direction more aligned with the constitutional precepts, we have noticed, however, the tendency of RMS To be included in a strategic framework for structuring the public service network by offering a precarious workforce for health professionals and submitted to a health model that prioritizes private excellence. Thus, RMS can reinforce the simplification of resources and the weakening of the articulation between the service and the academy, reproducing the logic is recurrent in the formation. Finally, we observed difficulties in ensuring the interlocution between training, management, health care and political participation. It is urgent to strengthen RMS as a resistance strategy of the movements in defense of the SUS in the conception of Sanitary Reform.

[en] FROM SUBLIMATION TO IDEALIZATION: PSYCHIC CONSEQUENCES OF CHANGES IN THE WORK FIELD / [pt] DA SUBLIMAÇÃO À IDEALIZAÇÃO: IMPLICAÇÕES PSÍQUICAS DAS TRANSFORMAÇÕES NO MUNDO DO TRABALHOCECILIA FREIRE MARTINS 26 March 2019 (has links)
[en] This dissertation has the objective of accomplishing a psychoanalytical investigation about the subjective consequences of changes in the field of work. In psychoanalysis there is an association between work and sublimation which is considered central to the production of culture and the psychic functioning. A review on the construction of the concept of sublimation in Freud s texts points at its distinctive features such as its asexual character, the production of culture and a form of psychic protection. However, the evaluation of the work field today calls into question the relationship between work and sublimation, especially when it comes to the protective function of sublimation. Considering that idealization can also be involved in the construction of culture, based on aiminhibited drives, we suggest that it plays a central role in the composition of the current work field, overriding the importance traditionally attributed to sublimation.

[en] BEGINNING TEACHERS: PROFESSIONAL INSERTION IN SCHOOL SYSTEMS AND UNEQUAL WORKING CONDITIONS / [pt] PROFESSORES INICIANTES: INSERÇÃO NAS REDES DE ENSINO E CONDIÇÕES DE TRABALHO DESIGUAISVANESSA CRISTINA MAXIMO PORTELLA 15 April 2019 (has links)
A literatura (MARCELO GARCÍA,
No diálogo
influenciando a constituição do habitus associado à função docente (PENNA,
do trabalho.
[en] Upon finding that the period of initiation in the teaching profession has not
been privileged with investigations in Brazil—although it has gained recent
prominence—and, therefore, acknowledging the need for continuity in terms of
investments in this theme, I hereby develop this research work, with the goal of
expanding current knowledge on the aspects of the work, the professional
development, and the socialization process of beginning teachers, from a
relational perspective. Drawing upon the study of the professional life cycle of
teachers (HUBERMAN, 1995), I have taken, as subjects of the study, teachers
who find themselves in the first two phases of their career, having up to six years
of professional experience. Supported by the notion of field (BOURDIEU, 2009),
which implies thinking relationally, I have worked with beginning teachers of
three school systems—two schools in the public school system (municipal and
federal), and one in the private school system—in order to identify homologies
and divergences in the way that work structure is intended and processed in these
different systems, in Rio de Janeiro. Literature on the period of initiation
(MARCELO, 1999, 2009; PAPI; MARTINS, 2010) shows that the beginning of
the teaching career has specific demands, and that this period may be experienced
with more or less difficulty, depending on the acceptance and support of
beginning teachers and their work location. Thus, I have sought to know how
teachers of different systems experience this period and which aspects seem to
foster or hinder their professional insertion and development. I chose to work with
teachers’ narratives, as my interest was to build this object of study from the
viewpoint of those who experience this phase. Twenty-three semi-structured
interviews (testimonial style) were carried out with teachers of the first few grades
of elementary and early childhood education. Through these interviews, I was able
to apprehend aspects of their daily work and identify strategies (BOURDIEU,
2004) used by institutions and agents to gain ground in these social spaces. I also
perceived how these strategies influence their way of becoming a “teacher” and
their career perspectives. As regards the dialogue between empiricism and theory,
this research project benefits from the contributions made by Bourdieu (2004),
which help clarify the professional insertion strategies present in the field of
education, as well as homologies and discrepancies present in them and how they
come to influence the formation of the habitus associated with the teaching
position. The contributions made by Marcelo (1999, 2009) and Marcelo e Vaillant
(2012) touch on the professional development of teachers and the beginning of the
teaching career, and Barroso (2005) provides elements to reflect on the basis of
autonomy construction, among others. Analyses show various ways to invest in professional development, and distinct logical processes of work building. On the
one hand, they reinforce findings of other research projects concerning the
importance of peers in professional insertion and confirm that time (as a valuable
asset), although it may vary, is a differing factor between young teachers and
more experienced professionals. On the other hand, the analyses highlight the
importance of organizing the school systems and units in the socialization process
of beginning teachers, who build their own perceptions and different intentions in
relation to their work, profession, and investments in their career.

[en] DEATH DRIVE: DESTRUCTION AND CREATION / [pt] PULSÃO DE MORTE: DESTRUIÇÃO E CRIAÇÃOISADORA DE OLIVEIRA LIMA TOSTES 15 February 2019 (has links)
[en] The present dissertation aims to investigate the paradox of the death drive: the destructive movements that are put into action are clearly observed in the psychoanalytic clinic, but in contrast we point out the possibility of creation that it facilitates by undoing what is already established, placing the psyche in front of the unrepresentable that makes it move. Therefore, we will study the work of the negative in view that this theorization allows us to examine the action of the death drive in its structuring perspective and in its deconstructing view of the psychic apparatus. With regard to their disorganizing action, we will think of the pathological effects of the death drive as the side effects of a radical attempt to survive an absolute primary object, therefore, as an effort of subjectivation.

[en] THERE IS ROOM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AUTHORSHIP IN SCHOOL RESEARCH / [pt] HÁ ESPAÇO PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO AUTORAL NOS TRABALHOS DE PESQUISA ESCOLARWAGNER TEIXEIRA DIAS 25 September 2017 (has links)
[en] The study, conducted between 2013 and 2017, aimed to find if there is room for the construction of authorship in research conducted by students from public, university or private schools in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We conducted semi-structured interviews with 28 students from 6th to 9th grade, 15 teachers of different subjects, and 5 school professionals - 3 librarians, 1 computer teacher and 1 reading-room agent. Our aim was to understand how student research is understood, proposed, and conducted, in order to verify if students find room to be authors in their own school research. Based on critical thinking, Pedro Demo s writings on school research, and on Mikhail Bakhtin s dialogic theory of learning, we have analyzed the answers to the interviews and found that: a) yes, there is room for creative work directed to students interests; b) authorship is happening; c) there is concern by the teachers with investing in authorship and fighting plagiarism; d) teachers claim that their academic education did not prepare them to teach students on how to do research; e) scientific texts are seldom worked with; f) there is a conflict between what students see as their questions and what teachers actually want them to talk about; g) student research is seen as a necessary training, even though schools are still shy in teaching how to do research, to select sources and to use them in a cohesive manner. In sum, we understand that, even though there is authorship and creative thinking in student school research, there is little room for a more detailed and critical work with such skill. Also, there is little work with the scientific text genre. We would like to emphasize the need for a deep debate in academic teacher training on how to do research in school in such a way that it is cohesive, ethical, and that it promotes authorship and defeats plagiarism.

[en] SCHOLL SPACE AND TEACHING WORK: MEMORIES AND REPRESENTATION / [pt] ESPAÇO ESCOLAR E TRABALHO DOCENTE: MEMÓRIAS E REPRESENTAÇÕESLUCIANA DE LACERDA DIAS BRAGA 11 March 2016 (has links)
professores. Procura identificar as condições e dimensões do trabalho docente a
cultura e formação do sujeito. As análises são fundamentadas em estudos sobre
arquitetura/espaço (Bachelard, Viñao-Frago, Escolano), cultura visual
(Hernández), espaço/relações de poder (Foucault), memória (Bergson, Bosi) e
estudos sobe docentes (Tardiff, Raymond).
[en] This thesis is a study of memories of school spaces experienced by teachers.
The goal is to identify the conditions and dimensions of teachers work from the
scholar environment and memories of the educational journey of seventeen
teachers working in higher education and in high school in a city in Minas Gerais.
The memories were collected through semi-structured interviews. These
memories of a time and space experienced by the teachers interviewed form a
narrative of the past that blends with the present time, creating meanings in his
teaching activities. Thus, the common thread of this work are the memories of
school space. Both the space, as the teaching are interdependent social constructs,
which are influenced by the life, culture and formation of the subject. The
analyzes are based on studies of architecture / space (Bachelard, Vinao-Frago,
Escolano), visual culture (Hernández), space / power relations (Foucault),
memory (Bergson, Bosi) and studies about teachers (Tardiff, Raymond). The
school environment causes subjective and objective impacts on their inhabitants.
In this sense, space produces identity, symbols and relationships which influence
on teaching. Thus, from the teachers speeches can be seen that: although the ideas
and teaching practices are linked to political, social and technological context, the
latter is the most noticed and, for the use of space, the teacher feels trapped by
higher decisions of the school board, national tests and content of the discipline.

[en] As a member of the Research and Extension Center for Differentiated Education - Nepedif - of Pedro II School, which aims to contribute to the construction of a curricular reorientation project for elementary schools in caiçaras territories, I participated together with a group of researchers of actions that aimed an approximation with the community of Pouso da Cajaíba, Paraty - RJ. Given the interest in building knowledge about it - who it is, how it lives, its yearnings, struggles and deprivations - a microethnography (ERICKSON, 2004) of a literacy event was held (SOARES, 1999) from the screening of the film Narradores de Javé , by Eliane Caffé, due to the thematic approach between fiction and the community reality itself. From the small narratives (BAMBERG and GEORGAKOPOULOU, 2008; BASTOS, 2009) that emerged in this meeting, we sought to investigate how participants discursively constructed themselves, seeking to understand the community identity complexity in focus: between the traditional and the modern. Aligned with the Cultural Studies, it also presents Bauman s (2003) reflections on communities and frontiers, Skliar s (2003) on colonialism and multiculturalism and Goffman s (1988, 2002) on interaction and face, as analytical an interpretative support. The cultural hybridity in which this community lives today can be observed through the temporal - past / present - and spatial - outsiders/insiders, the here / there - micro-displacements in the narratives, bringing to the surface clashes, resistances and contradictions that outline the feelings and identity of that community.

[en] THE TECHNIQUE OF FIBROBARRO APPLIED IN CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY OBJECTS / [pt] A TÉCNICA DO FIBROBARRO ARMADO, APLICADA NA CONSTRUÇÃO DE OBJETOS DE USO COMUNITÁRIOVICENTE JESUS DOS SANTOS 28 May 2013 (has links)
[en] The survey covers constructive and accessible methods and techniques, called Fibrobarro, directed at rural communities. These use materials found in nature and ways of doing that are not from the region, following the empirical methodology, translated into new concepts of participatory design, which determines experiences influencing social relations and education work of these communities. The set of methods and techniques discussed helped in the development of an organic waterbox, serving as an alternative to the current development model, in which unrestrained consumption of non-renewable resources proved to be unviable in terms of sustainability in the process and use. In the last 20 years, the LILD studied clean technologies of low ambient impact and the use of regional materials, taking care of the real demands in the object construction of design and architecture working with composite materials of raw land and natural staple fibers. Details about these techniques and composites developed in laboratory and fields models are observed and studied in the course of research, and also examples of constructions made in the rural community. The Fibrobarro was used in experiments, and he composed of clay added to fibers combined with each other. This composite, when dry polyurethane resin was waterproofed with Vegetable, extracted from castor oil. Both during the tests and in the development of reduced models, some possibilities of combinations had been verified between the fibers along the clay in order to verify the strength, durability and water-resistance of the new composites drawn from the tests, the application of the material in the appropriate construction of the waterbox tank as well as fences and architectural coatings. The survey presents the result of the process of developing an object constructed with these composites, applying the methodology used in the project, with the aim of leveraging LILD rainwater.

Mirim.
