Diplomová práce analyzuje využívání nových technologií v oblasti personalistiky. První část diplomové práce se zabývá teoretickým úvodem do tématu personalistiky s navázáním a propojením nových technologií, které se v této oblasti objevují. Tato část slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část, která byla vypracována ve společnosti DHI a.s. Hlavním přínosem práce bude zanalyzování jednotlivých personálních činností a návrhy možností s přispěním nových technologií.

The aim of the thesis Work motivation is in theoretical part based on the study of the expert literature and it is to define the terms of psychology of the work , human resources and introduce the possibilities of staff motivation and improving of their skill and expertise. In the practical part it´s aim is to analyze the motivational tools and try to capture the corporate culture at a selected institution in the Czech Television. In the research part of the questionnaire focuses on mapping the motivation needs. Detects employee preferences and personal experience in the workplace, such as stress at work, time constraints, or salary satisfaction. Guided interview with the manager of Czech Television Dr. moderators. Jakub Zelezny follows the observed results of the survey. The main method in the evaluation of the questionnaires is the analysis of the results of the questionnaires, as more appropriate methods that are used in the evaluation of a questionnaire survey, there are mathematical methods and then consequently comparison of the results.

The aim of this thesis is to design a multipurpose interior for an Educational Center. Part of this thesis is the analysis of the characteristics of the creative work space, the analysis of the organization and his vision and the evaluation of the current interior state. The disposition of the interior is determined according to the analyses result. This space must satisfy all the requirements of the organization. The final design is realized as graphic visualization. In addition to the interior design, the project also established recommendations for the furniture disposition variations in the space according to the activities that the organization offers in the Center. The project also selects an atypical furniture object (sofa bed) for which is developed design, construction and cost estimation.

This thesis deals with the development of tax-dependent and independent activities. The main aim is to demonstrate significantly higher taxation of tax-dependent against independent activities. The partial objective is to summarize the development of taxation from 1993 until the end of 2009. Thesis first discuss the question of fair determination of the tax base, further examines the legislative regulation of taxation of both activity. In the analytical part the development of taxation is analyzed since 1993 where the numerical calculations show the impact of changes on taxpayers. The thesis records all the important changes that have taken place in connection with the method of calculating the tax liability, development of the tax bands gliding progressive taxation and the subsequent change in the "flat" tax in relation to the amount and way of using tax discounts and deductions, the impact of changes in the development of minimum and maximum tax base, the impact of the existence of a minimum tax base, etc. The calculations are performed on three types of taxpayers who are divided by the amount of their income to low-, medium-and high income taxpayers. Most of the results shall provide a comparison of the impact of tax on taxpayers performing dependent and independent activity.

Money laundering is marginalized phenomenon with high social impact which comes from necessary connection of this activity with illegal activities, especially organized crime. Since the goal of almost every illegal activity is to create profit (and since the biggest profit comes from the activities which are highly dangerous for the society, such as drug trafficking) it is vital for the society to fight money laundering effectively. It is in the best interest of the whole society to fight this phenomenon and cut the organized crime out of their resources through effective control of the money laundering. The goal of this thesis is to explain the issue of money laundering in detail, to map the whole process while using mostly comparative and analytic methods and summarize the international and Czech anti- money laundering legislation. I would be glad if the reader had truly concrete idea about the phenomenon of money laundering after reading my thesis. In the first part, I am dealing with the whole concept of money laundering, meaning history and definition of the term itself. I also compare terms money laundering and legalization of proceeds from crime. Then I analyze the true nature of money laundering and financing of terror and the process of money laundering. Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou personální práce a personálních činností prováděných ve společnosti HB PRINT,s.r.o.V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z personálního managementu. Na tuto část navazuje představení společnosti HB PRINT. Analytická část je věnována rozboru současného stavu personální práce ve společnosti a definování slabých a silných stránek jednotlivých personálních činností. Další úsek praktické části se zabývá návrhy řešení problematických činností.Práce naznačuje směr, kterým by se vedení společnosti mělo ubírat, aby zlepšilo výkon personální práce.
