The thesis deals with the analysis of the structure of the spraying mechanism of the sprinkler, namely the folding handles. The introductory part is theoretical and describes the construction of the main parts of the sprayer. Further, this section deals with materials used in construction and their properties, testing and their weldability. The practical part focuses on the description of the part, ie the design and the type of steel used. In addition, an analysis is performed in Autodesk Invertor. The conclusion of the work consists of recommended modifications of the existing construction and design of a new solution.

The goal of this work is to specify the relation between crisis management and company control and to suggest possible application in implementing of crisis management principles into company control. The research was performed in the period 2003 {--} 2005. Crises of companies are significant and generally unexpected situations which threaten the goal of the company or its existence temporarily or permanently. The impact of such situation can significantly harm the company, its employees, products or services and public reputation. The crises are induced by the pressure of inner or outer events which make the management do urgent decisions. This can be downfall of the market, legislative restrictions, fall of the exchange rate (in foreign currency), unsuccessful innovation, new competitive product etc. The company which was analyzed offers more possibilities for application of crisis management. In the thesis we mention the relation of company control {--} director general and crisis management in certain division ``subordinate{\crqq} to director general. In the thesis we examined certain model situations when the crisis of a company can happen. The main reasons for crisis situations are loss of trade outlet, loss of consumers, competition, unfulfillment of production and overflow of production. Unreasonable overflow of manufacturing capacity results in unfulfillment of promised dates, deterioration in quality, and the outcome can be loss of the customer. All these situations can affect the company so it is important to be ready for them. The main recommendation for managing a company lie in consistent performance of economic and financial analyses and their inspection and evaluation. This will help the management of the company to identify beginning of a crisis. If the crisis situation occurs in a company, the management and owners of the company should consider if they involve crisis management in governing the company or if they want to solve the problems with current management. Although it is not apparent, current management is actually crisis management. Partial changes and suggestions are the following: looking for new trades, reinforcement in marketing and commercial section, permanent preparedness for crisis situations and preparedness of crisis plan, avoiding to be dependant on one customer and regular checking of trade and operative plans.

This work contains reasearch of the procedures and strategies used for mathematical problems of motion by high school students, as well as analysis of student´s problem solving. This part if followed by a compilation of problems in order to practice solving of the motion problems. This compilation is divided into several parts, while each of the parts focuses on different types of problems.

The main goal of this work is to chart interaction of children with the {\clqq}Obkreslovačka`` game. I primarily focus on various strategies for solving exercises where pupils are supposed to encircle certain shapes. I propose and describe three different strategies and evaluate their existence. Part of this work is a statistic compilation of pupil´s success rates while solving exercises from individual sets as well as the statistics of success of each set. I examine the way how children work with this program {--} what problems do they have, what is easy for them and which exercises cause them the biggest problems. I focus on the differences between boys and girls while using concrete strategies and the differences while solving exercises. I am evaluating the suitability of the ``Obkreslovačka{\crqq} game for pupils and recommending this game to a specific age group. Part of my work is based on theoretical knowledge and supplemental data, part is based on my own practical experiences. practicalexperiences.

The diploma thesis deals with non-criminal mediation as the aprropriate method of solving matrimonial causes and family conflicts. It describes the marriage and family, their duties, consequences and historical background. The second chapter deals with matrimonial causes, divorces and their consequences. The third chapter emphasizes the method of mediation and the function of a mediator. The last chapter distinguishes mediation family conflicts {--} mediation of divorce and the upcoming legislature of non-criminal mediation. It shows ethic problems and reflects the legality of mediation approach. The draft law of non-criminal causes is the attachment.

The aim of this master's thesis was to describe alternative dispute resolutions in the overall context of the right to judicial protection guaranteed by the judicial system. In the Czech Republic, there are several alternatives to legal proceedings; these are in particular: (1) arbitration, (2) mediation, and (3) conciliation by the Consumer Protection Act. The thesis then aimed to answer the question whether the existence of these different techniques of settling disputes extends the right to judicial protection of the parties - in a broader sense, whether there is an increase in application of their procedural rights - or vice versa. Arbitration represents an important part of this thesis. I first focus on procedural rights participants in arbitration are guaranteed. I conclude that participants can waive the right to judicial protection guaranteed by Art. 36 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms only under strict conditions, i.e. the expression of will must be unequivocal, informed (conscious) consent, free (voluntary, i.e. without coercion), unconditional; and only to a limited extend. Legal protection of domains in relation to the right of indication The aim of this master thesis is to provide information about the relation between domain names and law, with particular attention paid to rights of indication. The reader will become acquainted with the classification of domain names within the Czech legal system, their possible conflicts with different rights, and procedures which can be used for their protection. The thesis reflects changes caused by the new conception of private law and recent judicial decisions, mainly regarding alternative dispute resolutions. In order to understand this issue, it is also necessary to be familiar with the technical aspects of domain names and the Internet, and therefore this subtopic is included in the thesis as well. The thesis consists of four topical parts. The first one, which is made up of the second and the third chapter, deals with the functioning of the Internet and IP addresses, the registration process of domain names, and their composition, management and main functions. The objective of the thesis "The technique used during the mediation and therapy in the context of the social work" is to describe the techniques used in the Czech Republic. This thesis focuses on the specific terms, which extends the common understanding of the basic information about the mediation described in the 2013 thesis "The mediation in the social work". The theoretical element describes the most common techniques sometimes compared to the therapy, which exists within the social work as a mediation. Anintegral part of the theoretical section is also the family mediation chapter, which is the most common area of mediation in the Czech Republic. Other topicsdescribed are the problem of the mediators ethics, the mediators style and the alternative methods of conflict solutions. The practical section of the thesis consists of personal attendance on the mediation exams at MSp CZ and active mediation techniques training.
