The graduation theses is targeted at mergers in Vietnam. It focuses on the trend in mergers and acquisitions in the Vietnamese market, forms of business combinations, types of mergers, the reasons for merger. This theses is focused on the current applicable legislation for mergers and acquisitions in Vietnam. There are described cases of mergers and acquisitions in Vietnam. There are ways to explain the business valuation in merger. The main goal of this theses is on solving the accounting and tax aspects of the merger in Vietnam.

This thesis focuses on the teaching of mathematics using the CLIL method. The topic is Venn diagrams and learning how to solve problems using these diagrams. The language chosen for the CLIL method is English. First, the CLIL method is described, and later I introduce sets and Venn diagrams. The aim of the thesis is to prepare and implement two lessons using the CLIL method in English, and two lessons in Czech, followed by preparing a test in both languages for a third lesson. The thesis was realized by conducting a teaching experiment, which took place in two classes of multi- year grammar school (in the Quintas - the first year of secondary school). I have compiled and tested four worksheets - two with Czech tasks, two with English tasks, a presentation for the lesson using the CLIL method, and tests for both language versions. Both the tasks and solutions are part of the thesis. Before the preparation of the thesis, the following two research questions were identified: 1. 1 Solving strategies of word problems depending on the context topicality ABSTRACT The thesis deals with word problems solvable by linear equations. The aim of the work is to show if the context, on which the word problem depends, influences how pupils participating in the research solve it and verify if word problem phrasing and modern language usage help pupils solve the word problem. It is accomplished by assigning pupils a set of varied word problems and assessing their solutions. More results were gained by assessing questionnaires related to the context of the word problems being calculated. The second aim of the thesis is to explain various definitions of word problems, putting the term into the context of school mathematics and a brief summary of the historical development of mathematics focusing on word problems. The work consists of three parts. In the first part, problems and word problems are defined and it is shown how word problems are included in the Framework educational programme. RNDr. Josef Málek, DSc. Abstract: The viscosity of the fluids involved in hydrodynamic lubrication typically depends on pressure and shear rate. The thesis is concerned with steady isothermal flows of such fluds. Generalizing the recent results achieved in the case of homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions, the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions subject to the boundary conditions employed in practical applications will be established. The second part is concerned with numerical simulations of the lubrication flow. The experiments indicate that the presented finite element method is successful as long as certain restrictions on the constitutive model are met. Both the restrictions involved in the theoretical results and those indicated by the numerical experiments allow to accurately model real-world lubricants in certain ranges of pressures and shear rates. The first four articles deal with topics related to potential theory, Baire-one functions and its important subclasses, in particular differences of semicontinuous functions. The first paper is devoted to the stability of the Dirichlet problem for which a new criterion in terms of Poisson equation is provided. The second paper improves the recent result obtained by Lukeš et al. It shows that the classical Dirichlet solution belongs to the B1/2 subclass of Baire-one functions. A generalization of this result to the abstract context of the Choquet theory on functions spaces is provided. Finally, an abstract Dirichlet problem for the boundary condition belonging to the class of differences of semincontinuous functions is discussed. The aim is to analyze the legislation means of resolving insolvency, creating a comprehensive business bankruptcies of the insolvency proceedings in bankruptcy reorganization on the basis of a practical example, including subsequent evaluation of the advantages and the low number of permitted reorganisation, and designing themes, de lege ferenda, namely guidelines, which would be appropriate to change the legislation.

Let us have a boundary value problem for the fourth order homogeneous linear ordinary differential equation with constant coefficients, four zero boundary conditions and one additional unilateral condition in the interior of the domain. We prove the existence of a sequence of non-trivial solutions for three types of boundary conditions.

This thesis deals with the project of the banking union of EU. The theoretical part contains an integrated description of this significant project, for example a reason of the formation, the explanation of all components and the legislation that is related to the banking union. The practical part analyses the real impacts of the banking union on the Czech Republic and Slovakia and the eventual impacts on Czech Republic, in case it decides to join the banking union.

This master's thesis deals with issue of cyberbullying. It reports comprehensive view of the phenomen, whose severity has an increasing tendency, in particular thanks to continuous technical progress and development in the field of information and communication technologies. It characterizes particular tools, describes a specific form the resulting risks, which can develop through using the Internet and other digital media. It deals with the effects of cyberbullying to the psychic of the adolescents and brings a comprehensive view and experiences of children and adolescents with this issue. It focuses on the differences in the perception of cyberbullying by children and adults and on the role of social worker in the process of prevention and solution of cyberbullying.

The goal of this thesis is to focus on the awareness of citizens on that register with the employment department, employers, inquiring after potential employees and statistics use services provided by the employment office. The services are meant an active employment policy, for which we consider so-called socially useful jobs, public works, retraining, investment incentives, bridging subsidies, subsidies, integration and contribution in the transition to a new business program. The first part or the theoretical part of the thesis will look at how general treatise on the employment Department, which is mentioned as the actual historical development from the very beginning until now. This part is focused on the information and rules active policies employment and their instruments. Finally, attention is paid to the European social fund from which are also drawn funds for active employment policy. The practical part is focused on a specific contact office of the employment Department in Tabor. All supported projects and direct use of all instruments of active employment policy at a designated liaison department of the employment Department, are analyzed and statistically evaluated.
