The diploma thesis is based on the web Prestastyle.com that was founded in the first half of 2010. Initially it was a non-commercial project where users could find one free Prestashop theme that was ready for download and might be applied for eshop. (Prestashop is open-source solution for eshops) Due to personal reasons I stopped to build the project after short time. By this work I want to continue in the original intention. However, there should be more than just free themes. I want to offer also paid themes and modules of high quality so the users get valuable products. I describe the complete process of reconstruction of Prestastyle project -- setting the goals, analyzing of requirements, defining of users. As well, I present my business plan, which includes also a description of competitive sites and shows my advantages. Then I get to the technical solution and the realisation. There are variety of insights to problems I encoutered during the development. At the end I describe testing of the project and themes, I analyze results and compare them with the set objectives. I evaluate the final results and benefits of the work.

Goal of my thesis is to design and create a new template for CMS WordPress for online journal or a blog with use of HTML5 and CSS3. The resulting template will be responsive. In the first part I will focus on describing WordPress and its history in general. In the next, second, chapter, I will examine the architecture and technologies used by the system. Third chapter will deal with structure of plugin and theme systems. In the fourth and final chapter I will examine the process of creating template in a greater detail. In the partical demonstration I will show creating a new template from scratch, going over basic conceptions, wireframes, coding and final implementation on a live website.

This Masters thesis deals with the design of implementation of the extension of given framework for making web applications in PHP language by a definition of website templates in XML with the possibility of implementing own additional tags in PHP. Frameworks are tools used for simple creation of web applications, and this thesis also describes systems of definitions and the utilization of templates in existing frameworks. The part of the design is also a possibility of definition of relation between state of the element of user interface and web application data. Further, the creation of sample libraries of components demonstrating functionality of the solution is described. In the conclusion, the thesis summarizes achieved results and deals with possibilities of further development.

The dissertation is concerned with automatization proposal of simple injection moulds for plastics. The dissertation is concentrating on the process of CAD design with the aim of make it more effective and automate by the help of 3D parametric strickle board of moulds. It serves for rapid proposal of basic mechanism of the tools. Strickle board of the mould is managed by length of side moulding plate in required range from 300 to the 700mm. For managing of standardized parts was created web portal, which includes database of single parts. These parts can be simply insert to the groups of moulds by the help of hypertext links in software Catia V5. Dissertation includes description of whole system automatization and matching of the new way of CAD design with the original.

Generování syntetického otisku prstu z biometrické šablony / Synthetic Fingerprint Generation from Biometric Template

The goal of this master thesis is to design and implement an approach for synthetic fingerprint generation from a biometric template. The thesis bases the solution on an existing fingerprint generator called SyFDaS developed at the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Information Technology. Individual components of the generator had to be modified and automized to suit better the task of generating from a template. The end product enables the user to create a fingerprint without any intervention just by importing a template. The evaluation in this thesis presents results obtained by comparing the synthetic and original fingerprints using the VeriFinger algorithm. Entirely automatically created fingerprints achieved mixed results; however, manual adjustments of the parameters brought substantial improvements. Up to 72% of synthetic fingerprints reached the match by the VeriFinger. The results of the evaluation helped to identify weak points of the current solution. Based on these, the thesis proposes further steps to improve the success rate of automatic generation and the quality of other components.

Získávání informací a jiné techniky dolování dat z webových stránek získávají na důležitosti s tím, jak se rozvíjí webové technologie a jak roste množství informací uložených na webu, jakožto jediném nosiči těchto informací. Spolu s tímto množství informací také ale roste množství obsahu, který není v kontextu prezentovaných informací ničím důležitý. To je jedním z důvodů, proč je důležité se intenzivně věnovat předzpracování informací uložených na webu. Segmentační algoritmy jsou jedním z možných způsobů předzpracování. Tato práce se věnuje využití shlukovacích technik pro zefektivnění existujících, ale i nalezení zcela nových algoritmů použitelných pro segmentaci webových stránek.

Optimalizace faktorů ovlivňujících spolehlivost pájení moderních elektronických pouzder / Optimization of Factors that Affects the Reliability of Soldering of Modern Electronic Packages

The work deals with research and development of a new method for ball-attach process, resp. reballing process of solder bumps on package with solder ball terminals (BGA, CSP, SOP, etc.), based on research and optimization of the parameters of the final terminals. The output is specially modified templates designed for placement of solder balls before reflow soldering. Three materially different templates were investigated in the work, in addition to the commonly used stainless steel, two other newly designed templates, which used ceramic materials (96% Al2O3a AlN) with thick-layer resistance heating. Proven advantages of the method using templates directly heated by electric current are the reduction of the thermal load of BGA packages in the first soldering process, as well as the creation of a better connection between the metallization of the case and the solder ball after final soldering to the printed circuit board. During the research, development and optimization of the method, tests of the created solder bumps were performed from the point of view of mechanical strength and internal structure. In the next part of the work, a research of solder bumps soldered using infrared heaters was performed in order to determine the influence of the heat flow direction in the process of reflow soldering. The heaters were successively placed in three positions, i.e. heating from the bottom of the housing, heating from the top and both heaters simultaneously. After sample preparation, metallographic cuttings and etching, the analysis of the internal structure of the entire solder ball and the intermetallic layer at the interface of the solder and the solder pad was performed. The work represents not only a new method of soldering solder bumps, but also new knowledge to create their internal structure, which contributes to meeting the increasingly demanding requirements to achieve the required reliability and quality.

Theoretical part contains color spaces (RGB, HSI, YCbCr), methods for skin detection (explicit, parametric or non-parametric methods), image metric, edge detection, mathematical morphology, methods for classification faces (appearance-based methods, feature invariant approaches, knowledge-based methods, template matching methods). Practical part of this thesis contains concept and practical realization two algorithms for segmentation skin in static image (simple method based on Cr chroma components and statistical method). Practical part contains concept and practical realization two algorithms for classification face (appearance-based method and template matching method) too.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a detailed view of a process and way of managing all the sourcing activities in the company Thermo Fischer Scientific. The focus (of my work) is a czech site of mentioned company situated in Mukařov, which, apart from production itself, is engaged also in sourcing for its own needs (where in most cases it has a decision power in its own hands) as well as for the whole company in the global measure (where it operates just as an intermediate searching for possible business partners, without any powers of decision). The main contribution of my work lies in the comparison of both of these variations and detailed investigation and description of all the activities that could help to optimize the global sourcing. I found out that entire optimizations are based on communication improvements among all the sourcing managers and technologists within the global corporation. On the basis of this fact I have projected models of documents the sourcing managers should work with, suppliers database and an information server. The result of my work is a process scheme which should contribute to the outsourced projects optimization.
