Ověření účinnosti šnekového lisu při lisování oleje ze semen révy vinné

This diploma thesis was processed in the years 2018-2019 at the Institute of Horticultural Engineering of the Faculty of Horticulture of the Mendel University in Brno. The aim of this study was to verify and determine the yield of grapevine seed oil during pressing on a screw press with an emphasis on its working setting, especially on the revolutions per minute during pressing. Various possibilities of using marc and the seeds themselves were analyzed. However, we have focused on different ways of separation, seed drying technology and especially pressing methods. In the practical part were compared the results of the thousand grain weight, density of seeds, press performance and values of oil yield, as well as the content and density of oil in six selected varieties of Vitis vinifera L. Furthermore, a chapter dealing with the cost of operation was elaborated.

Annotation Following work deals with the design proposal of the screw drive vehicle designed for the rescue and evacuation from the places which are unavailable to reach with usual vehicles. The intention was to diversify the current drive to design an innovative concept which will be in line with today‘s technological knowledge and modern trends. The main objective of the thesis is to solve the design and the shape of the vehicle which implements the requirements for an emergency car not only in terms of the appearance, but also in the way of functionality and variability of the interior. The thesis is divided into three general parts. The first one includes the historical development, the analysis and the description of technologies. The second part deals with the design, options and their ergonomic and technical solutions. In the last part is the end-point analysis of the proposal.

This work contains a proposal for constructions and workings of a worm mixer of clay, lime, cementand fly ash with water for delivery quantity 18 tons per an hour. The introduction describes problems of mixing and mixers in the preparation of building materials. I have mentioned calculation of the main proportions and drive under the relevant norms and self-fortress control of the stresssed parts of mixer. Drawing documentation is worked into the ACad program and contains the configurations of the proposed machinery and detailed subassembly of important parts of worm mixer.

Velkoobjemový překládací vůz se šnekovým dopravníkem / Large-loading wagon with a screw conveyor

This thesis deals with analysis of constructional solution of large-loading wagons used nowadays. In the first part of this thesis is my own construction design of large-loading wagon, furthermore there is a design of screw conveyor. In the following part stress strain analysis of the chassis of large-loading wagon was made using the finite element method. On the basis of these results were suggested modifications of the chassis. Finally the stress strain analysis of the adapted chassis was made. Attachments of the thesis include deformation results of the chassis and design documentation of the large-loading wagon. This thesis was created in cooperation with ZDT spol. s.r.o. Nové Veselí.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of adhesion of pollution to the final surface treatments of the ETICS system. The theoretical part deals with important factors and processes that affect the degree of adhesion of pollution. The practical part of the diploma thesis follows the diploma thesis of Ing. Jakub Krejčík. Optimization of test methods for simulation of artificial pollution on tested samples was proposed. These samples were then evaluated in the laboratory and also compared with plasters that were exposed to real pollution from the natural environment.

The present thesis is concerned with neutralization of acid groundwater after the hydrochemical uranium mining in the area of Stráž pod Ralskem. In the thesis is briefly described progression of the hydrochemical uranium mining and follow-up negative impacts on the environment. There is described the technology involved in its disposal. This is followed by the design calculation of major apparatus technology associated with neutralization of acid solutions. Output of technology is determined by the mass balance. The results are the main dimensions of the apparatus, mechanical parts and electric power each device.

Cílem této diplomové práce je zlepšit chování nanomanipulátoru, používaného v elektronovém mikroskopu, při vykonávaní nejmenších kroků pohybu. První částí je analýza mechanismu za účelem nalezení možných řešení problému. Dále se práce zabývá testováním řešení jako je optimalizace tuhosti předepínacích pružin mechanismu anebo změna mazání šnekového převodu mechanismu. Výsledkem práce je výběr nejvhodnějšího řešení problému na základě výsledků testů a následná modifikace nanomanipulátoru.

The aim of this thesis was to conduct an experiment in which the efficiency and performance of a screw press were monitored during various modes of operation. The theoretical part of the thesis was focused on a more detailed specification of selected types of nuts. This part also contains a description of individual types of nut trees and their fruits in terms of their practical usage and substances contained. Another objective was to examine the significance and application of nut oils in individual domains of human activity, such as industry, gastronomy, pharmacy, cosmetics, and others. Last but not least, the technical capacities for ensuring mechanical pressing with screw press were introduced and described. The practical part was focused on the process of mechanical pressing using a Farmet UNO screw press. In the first part of the experiment, differences in performance and extraction yield were observed depending on the type of nut being pressed, but also on substances contained in extracted oils. The second part of the experiment focused on pressing of a single type of material, namely peanuts. The performance and extraction yield of the press was observed during three chosen modes of operation. Finally, data regarding performance and extraction yield of Farmet UNO press was processed and evaluated. This was done from the perspective of differences between pressed materials and differences between individual modes of operation. Results of laboratory analyses of substances contained in extracted oils were also processed and compared. This diploma thesis produced rather demonstrable results that can be taken into consideration during practical application.

In the master's thesis author suggest a new simplified theory of crop flow inside the Power Flow header. The thesis contain the factors which can affect the crop flow and comparison between the Power Flow and competitor's header. The thesis also contain geometrical characteristics of crop for four types of cereal.
