Thesis should also contribute to enhancing the public awareness of this important element of scattered vegetation.

This thesis is aimed to compare 4n sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) and 8n and 12n siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) sperm. Relative quantitative values and % of live spermatozoa as a qualitative factor have been compared between species. At the same time influences of four different types of substances (CPE, Ovopel, GnRHa25 and GnRHa75) on sperm quality were compared.

The theoretical part mostly defines elementary terms related to municipalities and funding. The practical part describes the municipality Rozkoš and its specific characteristics. The possibilities of further development of the municipality are defined through the analysis of strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore possibilities of funding of future activities are explored. In the conclusion of this thesis the financing methods of Rozkoš municipality{\crq}s development are shown.

Streamování počítačových her v České republice: kvalitativní studie / Live streaming of computer games in the Czech republic: a qualitative study

This thesis focuses on the phenomenon of live-streaming of computer games in the Czech Republic. This thesis is based on an approach of online ethnography and tries to describe what meaning do the producers of content (who are labeled as performers in this thesis) ascribe to streaming, what are their motivations to stream, how they present themselves on the streams and what is the content of those streams. The live-streaming of computer games in this thesis is put into context of user-generated content. The main part of this thesis is a qualitative research realized through an online observations of streams and through interviews with the performers, who stream on the streaming service Twitch. The findings show that streaming is entertaining and time passing activity for the performers, but also a form of a social contact. Some motivations of the performers include the satisfaction of their viewers and recurring contact with them. There were no financial motivations involved among the performers. Performers mostly do not stylize themselves into any specific role, however some of them do take on themselves the roles of teachers, who teach their viewers to be a better gamer, or the roles of entertainers. Přírodovědný koutek na 1. stupni ZŠ - současný stav a možnosti využívání v učení o přírodě / A corner of natural sciences at grammar school current state and possibilities of its use in teaching about nature

Presented thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of natural science corners in Czech grammar schools and of their use in teaching about nature. All fundamental information was obtained through a survey using questionnaires. The analysis is based on a cross-sectional survey amongst 47 teachers that at present teach at grammar school (1st to 5th grade). Every subjects was asked to fill in a questionnaire containing 19 questions regarding natural science corners in subject's school. Presented graphs show the frequency of the most common answers from the pool of all obtained answers. The results clearly indicate the prevailing opinion of teachers on corners of natural science and shed light on their typical way of use in teaching about nature. Furthermore, the thesis also includes suggestions of educational activities that can be organized in a corner of natural science.

Komparativní analýza televizních sportovních přenosů v České republice a v zahraničí / Comparative analysis of live sports broadcasting in the Czech Republic and other countries

Subject of this study is the analysis of sports television broadcasting in the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain and Great Britain. This comparison serves primarily to examine the visual content of selected TV stations from specific country. TV sports broadcasts are not simply capturing reality, but they are rather an interpretation of this reality, which is also reflected in a number of narrative elements that increases the attractiveness of the event. The author of this study applies the theoretical knowledge to examples of live broadcasts and further develops the theory. Concludes that analysed broadcasts from different countries did not differ significantly from one another, it can be interpreted as a result of the homogenization of sports broadcasting.

The aim of this diploma thesis is Bioart, new media art discipline, which is represented by a narrow group of authors. Bioart is often referred to by variety of names and the term itself is not uniformly defined. The work offers a comprehensive definition of the term as an art area that creates space for social reflection of scientific knowledge through its reflection of modern science. The thesis also describes respective artistic, philosophical and historical context of the term. At the same time, the thesis examines aspects of contemporary bioart from the perspective of the artists working in this field of art by interviewing them. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with Bioart as a term on theoretical level and introduces the interviewed artists. The second chapter summarizes the historical background of Bioart. The third chapter introduces the overlap of Bioart on ethics, safety and engagement of artists and the public in science.
