Целью работы является моделирование процесса создания и поддержания в актуальном состоянии регламента создания раздела проектной строительной документации с использованием технологий информационного моделирования. Обсуждение ведется на примере процесса создания регламента для проектирования раздела «Архитектурные интерьеры», который был реализован в ГК «Страна Девелопмент». Использование регламента позволяет значительно сократить время, затрачиваемое на создание разделов рабочей строительной документации и уменьшить количество ошибок, возникающих за счет использование нестандартных решений. В ходе создания регламента были сформулированы общие правила для этого процесса, следуя которым, можно получать не формальные, а применяемые в практической деятельности документы. На основе созданного регламенты был разработан шаблон в ПО «Revit» и эталонный комплект по объекту ПЛХ ГП-15 секция 1. / The purpose of the work is to model the process of creating and maintaining up to date regulations for creating a section of design construction documentation using information modeling technologies. The discussion is based on the example of the process of creating regulations for the design of the “Architectural Interiors” section, which was implemented in the Strana Development Group of Companies. The use of regulations can significantly reduce the time spent on creating sections of working construction documentation and reduce the number of errors that arise through the use of non-standard solutions. During the creation of the regulations, general rules for this process were formulated, following which you can obtain not formal, but documents used in practical activities. Based on the created regulations, a template was developed in Revit software and a reference set for the PLH GP-15 section 1 object.

The paper describes service business models and developed electronic tools to identify the main risk factors of the project. Using the example of a high-risk project to implement a digital platform, the main factors of project deployment are structured. The application of the project stress testing map was tested. An algorithm has been compiled for obtaining several solutions simultaneously for various project conditions. / В работе описаны сервисные бизнес-модели, разработаны электронные инструменты для выявления основных рисковых факторов проекта. На примере высокорискованого проекта по внедрению цифровой платформы структурированы основные факторы развертывания проекта. Проведена апробация применения карты стресс-тестирования проекта. Составлен алгоритм получения одновременно нескольких решений для различных условий проекта.

Промышленное строительство, развитие аддитивных технологий, эффективность реализации 3D-печати, бизнес-модель реализации аддитивных технологий в промышленном строительстве. Предмет исследования – управленческие отношения возникающие в процессе интеграции технологий 3D-печати при реализации проектов промышленного строительства. Цель работы – разработка механизма интеграции технологий 3D-печати при их внедрении в строительство промышленных зданий и оценке их влияния на производственные процессы. Проведение исследования опирается на общенаучные методы и подходы, ведущим из которых является моделирование. Также, в работе используется системный анализ, методы факторного, логического и сравнительного анализа, графических изображений, обеспечивающие комплексный и объективный характер изучения проблемы. Рассмотрены теоретические и методические основы аддитивных технологий в промышленном строительстве, изложена сущность исследуемой проблемы. Произведен структурный анализ предпосылок применения, существующих методов и опыта использования, исследование методов и возможностей формирования модели ценообразования аддитивных технологий. Предложена бизнес-модель реализации технологий 3D-печати. На основе анализа финансовых показателей выявлено, что интеграция аддитивных технологий в промышленное строительство повышает эффективность производства и снижает экономические затраты на реализацию проектов. Сформулированы рекомендации для дальнейшего развития технологий 3D-печати в отрасли. / The subject of the study is management relations arising in the process of integrating 3D printing technologies in the implementation of industrial construction projects. The purpose of the work is to develop a mechanism for integrating 3D printing technologies when they are introduced into the construction of industrial buildings and assessing their impact on production processes. The research is based on general scientific methods and approaches, the leading of which is modeling. Also, the work uses system analysis, methods of factorial, logical and comparative analysis, graphic images, providing a comprehensive and objective nature of the study of the problem. The theoretical and methodological foundations of additive technologies in industrial construction are considered, the essence of the problem under study is outlined. A structural analysis of the prerequisites for the application, existing methods and experience of use, research of methods and possibilities of forming a pricing model of additive technologies is carried out. A business model for the implementation of 3D printing technologies is proposed. Based on the analysis of financial indicators, it was revealed that the integration of additive technologies into industrial construction increases production efficiency and reduces the economic costs of project implementation. Recommendations are formulated for the further development of 3D printing technologies in the industry.

The paper studies the architectures of mobile applications and their application in the design and development of a software system for mentoring company employees in the form of a mobile application for the Android OS. The study compares modern approaches to organizing the UI layer (MVVM, MVP, MVI, TEA) and the entire application module (The Clean Architecture, Google Architecture Guidelines), identifies their positive and negative sides and provides recommendations for use. Further, the process of organizing work on the product, designing, developing and testing the developed solution with its subsequent implementation in the company and assessing metrics (NPS, ELTV, etc.) is described. / В работе проводится исследование архитектур мобильных приложений и их применение при проектировании и разработке программной системы менторинга сотрудников компании в виде мобильного приложения для ОС Android. В исследовании сравниваются современные подходы к организации UI-слоя (MVVM, MVP, MVI, TEA) и целого модуля приложения (The Clean Architecture, Google Architecture Guidelines), выявляются их положительные и отрицательные стороны и даются рекомендации к применению. Далее описывается процесс организации работы над продуктом, проектирование, разработка и тестирование разработанного решения с последующим внедрением его в компанию и оценкой метрик (NPS, ELTV и др.).

For many woodworking enterprises, the introduction of information systems integration techniques to optimize business processes is an extremely important step in digital development. Low labor productivity, outdated technologies, and lack of adequate tools lead to significant financial losses and reduced competitiveness of enterprises. Для многих деревообрабатывающих предприятий внедрение методики интеграции информационных систем для оптимизации бизнес-процессов является крайне важным шагом в цифровом развитии. Низкая производительность труда, устаревшие технологии и отсутствие адекватных инструментов приводят к значительным финансовым потерям и снижению конкурентоспособности предприятий. The title of graduation work is the development of an automated online system for electronic document management. Objective: to develop and implement an automated online system of electronic document management, content management systems, development of system architecture mining business processes in the electronic document. The first part is devoted to the basic concepts and definitions of electronic document; also focus on the basic principles of workflow management. The second part is devoted to the review the existing analogue electronic document management systems. The third part is devoted to the practical part - the development of an automated on-line system: a functional description of the system, logical design, physical design, structure and composition of the database and the user interface of electronic document management system. The fourth part is devoted to the content management system (CMS-system) and to the integration of electronic document management system. The last part is devoted to the theoretical foundations of data mining (Data Mining) and ways to further integrate electronic document management system. The graduation work consists of an introduction, 5 chapters and conclusion on 148 pages, including 32 figures and the list of 15 references. / Тема выпускной квалификационное работы: разработка онлайн автоматизированной системы для электронного документооборота. Цель работы: разработка и реализация онлайн автоматизированной системы электронного документооборота, системы управления контентом, разработка архитектуры системы интеллектуального анализа бизнес-процессов в электронном документообороте. Первая часть работы посвящена основным понятиям и определениям электронного документооборота; также уделено внимание основным принципам организации документооборота управленческой деятельности. Вторая часть посвящена обзору существующих аналогов систем электронного документооборота. Третья часть посвящена практической части – разработке автоматизированной онлайн-системы: функциональному описанию системы, логическому конструированию, физическому конструированию, структуре и составу базы данных и пользовательскому интерфейсу системы электронного документооборота. Четвёртая часть работы посвящена системе управления контентом (CMS-системе) и интегрированию к системе электронного документооборота. Пятая часть посвящена теоретическим основам интеллектуального анализа данных (Data Mining) и способам дальнейшей интеграции к системе электронного документооборота. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, 5 глав и заключения, изложенных на 148 страницах, а также списка литературы и приложений. В работе имеется 32 рисунка. Список литературы содержит 15 наименований.

Modern Russian science notes the systematic crisis in the sphere of supplementary children education. GR-technologies are gaining importance in this context as a way to achieve optimum results further education sector development through public investment, taking into account the interests of the business. Author of this dissertation present the results of sociological research of the supplementary child education system in Yekaterinburg. The research is described the effectiveness of GR-technologies in the sphere of providing supplementary education for children. The study was conducted by the method of expert survey. Author surveyed entrepreneurs, public servants, leaders of children organizations of supplementary education in Yekaterinburg. Hypothesis-ground of research supports the following goal: on the one hand that only one third of experts familiar and implements in its activities the GR-technologies and on the other hand improving the quality of the application GR-technologies used by public organizations and business provides high levels of creating favorable conditions for the development system of supplementary children education. / Современная наука и государственный аппарат России фиксируют системный и содержательный кризис сферы дополнительного образования детей. GR-технологии приобретают важное значение как способ достижения оптимальных результатов развития сферы дополнительного образования через государственные инвестиции с учетом интересов бизнеса. Автором магистерской диссертации проведено эмпирическое исследование, в результате которого описана эффективность применения GR-технологий в сфере дополнительного образования детей. Исследование проведено методом экспертного опроса руководителей организаций дополнительного образования детей, бизнеса и властных структур г. Екатеринбурга. Гипотезой-основанием исследования выступает следующее утверждение: с одной стороны опрос экспертов показал, что только треть из них знакома и реализует в своей деятельности GR-технологии, а с другой стороны - именно повышение качества применения GR-технологий в системе дополнительного образования детей обуславливает высокий уровень создания благоприятных условий для развития дополнительного образования детей.

Магистерская диссертации посвящена проектированию технологии обучения в целях развития транспрофессиональных компетенций персонала. В теоретической части рассматриваются аспекты проектирования технологии обучения персонала при переходе к тримодальной организации. В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемой компании, проводится анализ кадрового состава, а также анализируется HR-бизнес-процесс «Обучение персонала» в ПАО Сбербанк. На основании этих результатов был разработан проект по развитию транспрофессиональных компетенций персонала. / The master's thesis is devoted to the design of training technology for the development of personnel's TRANS-professional competencies. In the theoretical part, the aspects of designing the technology of personnel training in the transition to a trimodal organization are considered. The practical part describes the General characteristics of the company under study, analyzes the personnel structure, and analyzes the HR-business process "personnel Training" in Sberbank. Based on these results, a project was developed to develop the staff's TRANS-professional competencies.

Изучена деятельность торгового предприятия ООО «Мастер-Торг», проведено моделирование основных бизнес-процессов, разработана системы информационной поддержки в организации онлайн-продаж, а также применен системно-динамический подход для оценки внедрения вэб-ресурса. / In the master's thesis, modern problems of data management using information applications are considered. Работа посвящена вопросам оптимизации процессов продаж на конкретном предприятии с использованием современных систем SAP. В ходе исследования был выполнен анализ наиболее известных информационных систем на рынке, с помощью которых можно оптимизировать процесс продаж, а также процессы предпродажных операций. Рассмотрены внедряемые системы для взаимодействия с клиентами компании с точки зрения продаж – SAP Sales Cloud и SAP S/4 HANA Sales, проанализировал слабые места компании и предоставил пути решения методом оптимизации процессов. В работе отражены выгоды от внедрения выбранного программного обеспечения. / The work is devoted to the optimization of sales processes at a particular enterprise using modern SAP systems. In the course of the study, an analysis was made of the most well-known information systems on the market, with the help of which it is possible to optimize the sales process, as well as the processes of pre-sales operations. The implemented systems for interaction with the company's customers from the point of view of sales analyzed the weaknesses of the company and provided solutions by optimizing processes.
