В данной диссертационной работе исследуется проблема нормы тела в современной модной индустрии в западноевропейских странах. Поднимается вопрос о практиках сопротивления этой норме. Декларируемая свобода нормальной телесности ставится под сомнение, главным тезисом выдвигается усиление контроля над телом в современной fashion-культуре. / This dissertation explores the problem of body norms in the modern fashion industry in Western European countries. The question is raised about practices of resistance to this norm. The declared freedom of normal embodiment is called into question; the main thesis is the strengthening of control over the body in modern fashion culture.

In this research the difficult for the decision problem – a human right to death – is considered. The appeal to philosophical and existential aspects allowed to present a right phenomenon to death in a historical context of its origin and development, and also to define a place and a role of death in culture of mankind and in philosophy. The special attention is paid to research of a problem of death both in existential philosophy, and in the context of modern legal reality, in particular its role in category of somatic human rights. Research of a phenomenon of euthanasia, as main example of realization of the right to death, in its ethical and sociocultural aspects is conducted. Studying of a phenomenon of the right to death as subjective human right is inseparably linked with its free will, but also it demands the definition in the context of the relations of the person with the state as the citizen has to have a right to dispose of both own life, and death. / В данном исследовании рассматривается сложная для решения проблема – право человека на смерть. Обращение к философским и экзистенциальным аспектам позволило представить феномен права на смерть в историческом контексте его зарождения и развития, а также определить место и роль смерти в культуре человечества и в философии. Особое внимание уделяется исследованию проблемы смерти как в экзистенциальной философии, так и в контексте современной правовой реальности, в частности его роли в категории соматических прав человека. Проведено исследование феномена эвтаназии, как главного примера реализации права на смерть, в его этическом и социокультурном аспектах. Изучение феномена права на смерть как субъективного права человека неразрывно связано с его свободой воли, но также оно требует своего определения в контексте отношений человека с государством, так как у гражданина должно быть право распоряжаться как собственной жизнью, так и смертью.

Данная работа посвящена рассмотрению концептов «свобода», «равенство», «права человека» и особенностей их репрезентации в американском масс-медийном дискурсе. Материалом исследования выступают статьи журналов, газет и онлайн-публикаций американских СМИ, среди которых «The Washington Post», «LA Time», «The New York Reporter», «Daily News», «Time» и др. Первая часть работы раскрывает теорию дискурса в науке, отражает особенности масс-медийного дискурса. Также рассмотрены различные определения понятия «концепт», подходы к его изучению и различные методики. По итогу формулируется рабочее определение понятий «масс-медийный дискурс» и «концепт». Вторая часть работы посвящена описанию лексической репрезентации концептов «свобода», «равенство», «права человека» в американском дискурсе масс-медиа. Рассматривается их реализация в медиа-текстах журналов и газет США, концепты анализируются в соответствии с духовно-ценностной моделью В. И. Карасика. По результатам исследования концепты «свобода», «равенство», «права человека» получают всестороннее изучение на основе их репрезентации в американском масс-медийном дискурсе. / This study is devoted to the consideration of the concepts of “liberty”, “equality”, “human rights” and the specificity of their representation in the American mass media discourse. The research material is articles of magazines, newspapers and online publications of the American media, including “The Washington Post”, “LA Time”, “The New York Reporter”, “Daily News”, “Time” and others. The first part of the research reveals the theory of discourse in science, reflects the specificity of mass media discourse. Various definitions of the “concept”, approaches to its study and different methods are also considered. As a result, a working definition of the “mass media discourse” and “concept” is formulated. The second part of the research is devoted to the description of the lexical representation of the concepts of “liberty”, “equality”, “human rights” in the American discourse of mass media. Their implementation in the media texts of magazines and newspapers of the USA is considered, the concepts are analyzed in accordance with the Karasik’s spiritual-value model. According to the results of the research, the concepts of “liberty”, “equality”, “human rights” receive a comprehensive study based on their representation in the American mass media discourse.
