我國銀行授信業務之研究

第一章緒論, 說明研究動機與目的、研究範圍、研究方法與限制, 並簡敘各章內容。 第二章銀行授信概論, 闡釋授信之意義及重要性、授信之基本原則及限制、授信政策 之制定、放款之基本理論及工商業放款之決策過程等, 用為以下各章分析之基礎。第 三章我國銀行授信業務簡介, 略敘及檢討我國銀授信之作業程序及業務現況, 並就中 小企業信用保証基金之成立及發展作一般性介紹。第四章我國銀行授信業務之管轄機 關及有關法令規章 ,旨在彙敘有關授信之法令規章, 說明財政部、中央銀行及其他管 轄單位在授信過程中所扮演之角色及影響。第五章乃本論文之重點所在, 首先分析我 國銀行經營之特殊性, 次就問券調查統計結果, 參考有關金融統計資料, 併同二、三 、四章所敘, 對我國銀行授信業務作一總體之評估與探討; 並與外商銀行在台分行相 互比較。第六章結論與建議, 對前敘各章作一總結, 並提出個人之建議。
