全球經濟環境變遷與區域性經濟聯盟的影響下,台灣由過去自產外銷產品的模式,轉而將生產線移往區位條件較佳的國家,以因應複雜多變的產業環境。我國出口貿易持續呈現以科技產業的相關產出佔出口主要部份;科技產業乃為高資本且變化快速的產業,對於企業財務穩健運作及健全管理機制受到高階管理者重視。為達到企業營運績效,培養優秀具遠見之財務人員為現代科技產業集團新生目標,卓越之財務長更是企業永續成長的關鍵因素。
依據本研究結果發現,現今財務人員所應具備專業技能除傳統財務與會計技能;在實務上,軟性技能與個人特質更影響個人與組織績效表現差異。廣泛市場與文化知識、策略規劃與組織能力、良善的溝通協調能力和團隊合作、談判技巧、對於緊急情況的應變能力均成為企業任用選派財務人員基準。而在養成、訓練機制上,國內企業人事管理單位提供財務訓練制度所能帶來成效抱持保守態度。原因大致來自於無法快速適時修正訓練項目服膺金融環境,以及擔心佔用工作時間及主觀性印象促成。相較於中小型企業,大型企業集團擁有完整的企業大學與訓練體制;但與國外相同產業企業比較,明顯對於高階財務人員無相關養成機制,企業高階主管更不涉及內部專業人員訓練課程,使得實際訓練成效停滯於某一管理層級。專任財務長只仰賴由其他企業挖角產生,而非由內部培養而成,遠不及國外企業系統化的財務人員養成結構。
綜觀我國科技產業財務人員訓練機制,雖尚不及外國企業相關規範;但可窺見其逐漸建立相關體制。專業財務人員技能論之,其策略參與、維繫投資人關係、募資籌資方式優劣分析等嶄新技術專業,和結合軟性技能、個人特質的多元多樣能力,使得科技產業財務人員脫離舊有財會人員範疇,以整合型財務專業人員目標邁進。我國科技產業對於財務人員訓練,應適當修正相關機制因應市場環境,建立完整一連串的財務人員養成機制,取得企業專有高階專業的財務人員,為企業在多變競爭環境中注入成功因素。 / Impact of the global economic and environmental trends and under the regional economic union's influence, Taiwan’s economic model from produced for sale abroad product in the past, has transferred and moved the production line toward the better position condition countries, in accordance to complicated and diversified industrial environment. In order to achieve the enterprise business targets, training of outstanding, foresight for the financial professionals is the modern tech industry groups’ newborn goal, remarkable financial officer is the key aspect that the enterprise continues forever to grow.
Discovered based on this study that nowadays the professional skills required for financial professionals, without the traditional finance and accountant the skill, in the practice, the soft skill and individual special characteristic will make the difference performance for individual and the organization achievements. The widespread market and the cultural knowledge, the strategy plan and the organizing faculty, good communication coordinated ability and the team cooperation, the negotiations skill, becomes the enterprise regarding emergency case's strain capacity to assign details the financial professional’s datum. But in the fosters, education and training mechanism, the domestic enterprise human resource management department provides the financial training system is hard to be able to bring the good result. The reason comes from approximately in is unable at the right moment to revise the training project fast to obey the financial environment, as well as worried that takes the operating time and the subjective impression facilitates. Compares to the small and medium-sized enterprise, the large enterprise group with has the complete enterprise university and the training system, however, compares with the overseas same industrial enterprise, not is obviously related regarding the higher order financial professionals fosters mechanism, the enterprise higher management staff does not involve the internal specialists training program, causes the practical training result to stagnate at a management level only. Finally, Taiwan’s tech industry financial professionals foster mechanism, although was not good as oversea enterprises related standard, but may sneak a peek at it to establish the related system gradually. For the specialized financial professional skills, its strategy participation, maintains the relationship with investors, to solicit the capital fund raising way fit and unfit quality analysis and so on brand-new technical specialty, and combined with soft skill, individual special characteristic's multi-dimensional diverse ability, causes the tech industry financial professionals to be separated from the old finance and accounting personnel category, makes great strides forward by the conformity finance specialists goal. 多一些察覺,少一點壓力? 創傷識讀如何幫助記者感知因採訪而得的創傷經驗 / More awareness, less stress? How trauma literacy helps journalists perceive their traumatic experience in covering trauma news宋思潔, Sung, Sz Jie Unknown Date (has links)
新聞記者因為報導重大創傷事件或社會悲劇,常常需要暴露在充滿創傷的環境如災難現場、事故現場;接觸身心受創傷的人及採訪敘述他人的創傷記憶。這些對創傷的接觸都使新聞記者不斷目睹他人的傷痛並感到身心俱疲,甚至在採訪傷痛經驗後同樣感到「受傷」。
近年國外一些媒體組織和大學新聞系所已開始發展與創傷識讀有關的訓練,幫助記者認識創傷是什麼、受害人在經歷悲慘事件後的創傷反應、採訪創傷新聞可能會帶給記者本身什麼影響、怎麼處理不同類型的創傷新聞及如何調適採訪悲劇後的情緒衝擊,但在台灣這樣的訓練並未成型。
本研究協助於2010年底在台東舉辦一個關於創傷識讀的工作坊給當地記者,並透過深度訪談來討論:創傷識讀對參與的台東駐地記者的影響為何?記者在感知因採訪而得的創傷經驗上有沒有什麼改變?創傷識讀有沒有影響記者採訪創傷新聞的方式?
為了確切討論記者在增加創傷識讀後的改變,本研究用Antonovsky提出的統合感 (Sense of Coherence)中的三大向度,周延理解性(Comprehensibility)、因應管理度(Manageability)及意義性(Meaningfulness)為框架發展訪談問題並分析訪談資料,討論記者參與創傷識讀工作坊後在這三方面的改變。

Trainings about trauma have emerged in media organizations or some journalism educational institutes. These trauma training stressed journalists should take more concerns about trauma on others and on self during covering traumatic events.
Held a simple workshop about trauma to Taitung journalists and used in-depth interviews to analyze if raising journalists awareness about the possible trauma from covering tragedies, what has changed on their perceptions of their traumatic experience from covering trauma news? Also what has changed on their covering about trauma news when they get more awareness about trauma?
The thesis used the concept of sense of coherence to discuss the change on journalists’ comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness about covering trauma news.

高社會焦慮者的注意力訓練療效與眼動歷程之探討 / Therapeutic effects of attentional training and eye-movements in social anxiety梁記雯, Liang, Chi Wen Unknown Date (has links)
本研究主要的研究目的有二:其一,探討高社會焦慮者對不同情緒臉孔的注意力時間歷程;其二,探討自動化階段與控制式階段所進行的注意力訓練,對於降低注意力偏誤以及改善社會焦慮的效果。基於上述兩項研究目的,分為研究一與研究二進行。研究一中,共有60名參與者完成眼動作業,其中高、低社會焦慮組 (HSA組/ LSA組) 各30名。在眼動作業中,生氣、難過、快樂與中性四類情緒臉孔同時呈現於螢幕上,參與者被指示自由觀賞螢幕上的圖片,直到圖片消失。研究一的結果發現,HSA組對生氣臉的初始注視時間 (initial gaze duration; IGD) 明顯高於LSA組,且高於其它三類情緒臉孔,LSA組對四類情緒臉孔的IGD則沒有差異;其次,LSA組對快樂臉的整體凝視時間比例 (proportion of total viewing time; PTVT) 明顯高於HSA組。時間歷程分析的結果發現,HSA組在751-1000 ms 對生氣臉的凝視可能性高於LSA組,以及在7-8 s對難過臉的凝視可能性高於LSA組;LSA組在9-10 s對快樂臉的凝視可能性高於HSA組。研究一結果指向,高社會焦慮者對威脅刺激可能有注意力脫離困難,同時可能缺少對正向刺激的注意。研究二共有72名高社會焦慮者參與,本研究將注意力訓練的刺激呈現時間操弄為100 ms或500 ms兩種,每一種刺激呈現時間的注意力訓練可分為注意力改變組 (AMP組) 與注意力控制組 (ACC組) 兩種情境,因此共有AMP-100、ACC-100、AMP-500與ACC-500四種訓練情境。所有參與者被隨機分派至四種訓練情境中,並完成八次 (每週兩次,為期四週) 的注意力訓練作業。參與者在注意力訓練的前、後分別完成量表填寫、修改版Posner作業與眼動作業的評估,並且在注意力訓練結束至少一個月後,接受追蹤階段的評估。研究二的結果發現,100 ms的注意力訓練可以增進AMP-100組在修改版Posner作業上對所有無效嘗試次的反應時間;降低其在眼動作業上對生氣臉的IGD;同時改善AMP-100組參與者的負向評價恐懼、互動焦慮以及演講前的預期焦慮。500 ms的注意力訓練可以降低AMP-500組的參與者在修改版Posner作業上對社會威脅詞無效嘗試次的反應時間;減少其在眼動作業上對負向情緒臉孔的注意力維持時間,並增加對正向情緒臉孔的注意力維持時間;同時降低AMP-500組的負向評價恐懼與社會互動焦慮。研究二結果顯示,自動化階段與控制式階段所進行的注意力訓練,均可促進高社會焦慮者對威脅刺激的注意力脫離速度,並且改善社會焦慮。本研究於討論中,針對本研究結果在理論與臨床應用上的意涵進行探討,並提出本研究的限制與對未來研究的建議。 / The purpose of the present study was twofold. First, it aimed to investigate the attentional processing of emotional faces in social anxiety using the eye-tracking technique. Second, it tried to examine the effects of attentional training in reducing attentional bias and in decreasing social anxiety symptoms in high socially anxious individuals. In study 1, a total of 30 high socially anxious (HSA) and 30 low socially anxious (LSA) participants completed the eye-movement task. In the eye-movement task, participants were instructed to view the slides on the monitor naturally. Each slide contained 4 emotional faces (one angry, one sad, one happy and one neutral face). The results showed that the HSA participants had longer initial gaze duration (IGD) on angry faces than the LSA participants did. Further, the LSA participants had higher proportion of total viewing time (PTVT) on happy faces than the HSA participants did. Time-course of attention to emotional faces was also examined. The results showed that the HSA group had higher fixation probabilities to angry faces than the LSA group did in the 751-1000 ms time window. The HSA group exhibited higher fixation probability to sad faces than the LSA group did in the 7-8 s time window. Further, compared with the HSA group, the LSA group had higher fixation probability on happy faces in the 9-10 s time window. The results of study 1 indicate that individuals with high socially anxiety may have difficulty in disengagement form social threatening information and may demonstrate decreased attention to positive information. In study 2, seventy-two high socially anxious participants completed the experiments. In the attention training task, stimuli were presented at two durations: 100 ms and 500 ms. Participants were randomly assigned to four different attentional training conditions, including the AMP-100 (attention modification program; presentation duration = 100 ms), the ACC-100 (attention control condition; presentation duration = 100 ms), the AMP-500 and the ACC-500 group. All participants completed eight attentional training sessions delivered over four weeks (i.e., twice weekly sessions). Participants were also required to complete preassessments, postassessments and follow-up assessments. The results demonstrated that the 100 ms attention modification program facilitated attention disengagement in the Modified Version of Posner task and decreased attentional maintenance to angry faces in the eye-movement task for participants in the AMP-100 group. Furthermore, it reduced the fear of negative evaluation, interaction anxiety and anticipated anxiety for public-speaking situation in the AMP-100 group. The 500 ms attention modification program facilitated the disengagement from social threat words in the Modified Version of Posner task in participants of the AMP-500 group. It also decreased the attentional maintenance to negative faces and increased the attentional maintenance to happy faces in participants of the AMP-500 group. Further, it reduced the fear of negative evaluation and social interaction anxiety in the AMP-500 group. The results of study 2 suggest that attention modofication programs may decrease difficulty in disengagement from threat and reduce some aspects of social anxiety symptoms in individuals with high socially anxiety. Theoretical and clinical implications of these results were discussed.
