Since redundancy is considered as just cause for dismissals, the employees protection of theemployment mostly lies in his or her right to redeployment. The requirement for the employee to beconsidered for such redeployment, and thus a continued employment, is that he or she must possesssufficient qualifications for the post in question. The employer has the right to set up qualificationrequirements relating to the employees’ personal attributes and it is the employer who does theassessment whether the qualifications are sufficient. The purpose of this thesis is to examine thelegal framework of the concept ’sufficient qualifications’ within 7 § 2 st. and 22 § 4 st in LAS, inorder to highlight the problems arising from the employers right to set up qualification requirementsrelated to personal attributes of managers. Secondly this thesis aims at investigate how requirementsrelating to personal attributes may lead to disadvantages for female managers, by analyzing thefinds from a gender perspective.In order to fulfill the overall purpose of this thesis, various methods have been used. Theessay mainly consists of a judicial inquiry intended to investigate de lege lata, and therefor thedoctrinal method has been used. The doctrinal method has been supplemented with qualitativeinterviews in order to get a deeper understanding for the managerial role.From the finds in this thesis it can be concluded that managers are poorly protected by therules according to LAS, because of the subjectivity related to the requirements of reliance betweenthe employer and the manager, which has proven to be significative for the managerial role. Equaltreatment between men and women is a well developed area with provisions regarding nondiscriminationset out in several sources of law, both international as well as in the SwedishDiscrimination Act. Despite the strong legal protection women are struggling to get access toleadership positions. Subjective elements tend to be influenced by the norms of society and thelabour market. Within the labour market there is a perception that men’s roles are more congruentwith the leadership role, which can result in prejudice against female leaders. Since the employer isallowed to demand requirements related to reliance, it seems that reliance trumps the legalprotection provided by both LAS and the Discrimination Act.

This collection of work contains poems that are attempting to reach a sense of understanding about the past in regard to place, landscape, architecture, and memory in relation to the self--the speaker, the self-imposed I. The perception of memory, and in particular the prevalence of false memories surrounding place and person are of major concern in this collection, along with the historical and personal narratives moving out of a voice rooted in the Mojave Desert, and in particular, Las Vegas, Nevada. These poems are working through the speaker’s complicated relationship with the desert, and the erosion of place, of home. These poems are an effort to recognize what it means to learn from the desert, to learn from Las Vegas.

Transfer of undertaking or business is a complex fact. It requires many aspects to be takeninto consideration. For there to be a transfer of undertaking or business, it has to be a stableeconomic entity that after transfer has retained its identity. The provisions regarding transferof undertaking or business is found in the transfer of undertaking or business directive,6 b § LAS and 28 § MBL. An employee’s employment is automatically transferred to the transferee. This includes theemployment contract and the employment relationship as it were at the time of the transfer.This is expressed in 6 b § LAS. The provision suggests that the employment relationshipis something that goes beyond the employment contract. It is not clear from the legalpreparatory work, case law or legal literature what should be covered by the concept of anemployment relationship.

Este trabajo reflexiona sobre la construcción de la identidad indígena en la novela La ciudad de las bestias de Isabel Allende. El objetivo es demostrar que estas subjetividades son construidas por los demás personajes, por el narrador y por el desarrollo del argumento mediante discursos de origen occidental que, pese al intento de valorarlas positivamente, las posicionan como subalternas. La metodología se apoyará en la lectura cercana, al analizar trama, personajes y perspectiva de la narración. Se dialogará con teorías poscoloniales, de la subalternidad, y del multiculturalismo e interculturalismo, así como las críticas de las últimas, en tanto servirán para examinar la representación que hace la novela de los indígenas. Primero, se analizará cómo se naturaliza la noción de una categoría de lo indígena como previa a los discursos. Luego, se examinará cómo el encuentro entre occidentales e indígenas enmarca a los indios en una representación orientalista y estereotipada. Asimismo, se analizará de qué modo indígenas y occidentales se relacionan, para determinar en qué medida se establecen vínculos paternalistas que niegan agencia a los indígenas. Esto permitirá determinar hasta qué punto en la novela se revaloriza positivamente a estas subjetividades y en qué medida se les construye como subalternas. / Tesis

Memoria para optar al Título Profesional de Ingeniero Agrónomo Mención: Enología y Viticultura / La industria enológica, permanentemente desarrolla nuevos productos que buscan mejorar las características técnicas y organolépticas de los vinos elaborados. La decisión de uso debe equilibrar variables técnicas y económicas junto a la búsqueda de atributos de calidad reconocibles y valorables por el consumidor. En este trabajo se comparó el efecto de dos levaduras sobre las características físicas, químicas y sensoriales de un vino Chardonnay obtenido con diferentes formas de nutrición nitrogenada. Para ello, se utilizó un mosto deficiente en nitrógeno asimilable al que se adicionó nitrógeno inorgánico (sal de amonio) y un suplemento nutritivo complejo. Durante la fermentación alcohólica, mediante registros diarios de densidad, temperatura y conteos poblacionales de levaduras viables, se evaluó el comportamiento de las cepas utilizadas y se comprobó, que la velocidad y duración del proceso fermentativo, es diferente independiente del tipo de nutrición utilizada. Los vinos fueron analizados físico químicamente y se comprobó que las diferencias obtenidas por efecto de las cepas de levaduras o por el tipo de nutrición nitrogenada, no comprometen analíticamente al producto final. Sensorialmente, las cepas estudiadas presentaron diferencias cuantitativas y/o cualitativas respecto a atributos como intensidad aromática, aromas a frutos tropicales y aceptabilidad, mientras que el uso de un suplemento nutritivo complejo, generó diferencias en la percepción del panel de estos y otros atributos, como la persistencia, acidez y amargor. Se pudo comprobar que el perfil aromático específico presentó diferencias por acción de la cepa de levadura utilizada, pero una suplementación compleja, no generó diferencias en tipo, cantidad e intensidad de descriptores aromáticos identificables por el panel. / The wine industry, constantly develop new products to improve the technical and organoleptic characteristics of wines produced. The decision of use, must balance technical and economic variables beside obtaining appreciated quality attributes by the consumer. In this study, the analytical and sensory effect of wine obtained with two yeasts and different forms of nitrogen nutrition, using a Chardonnay grape juice, deficient in this element was compared Through daily records of density, temperature and counts of viable population it was demonstrated that the breeds of yeast respond differently on the rate fermentation and duration of the process regardless of the type of nitrogen nutrition. The analytical differences obtained, product of the effect of the yeast breeds or the type of nitrogen nutrition, does not compromise final parameters of wine. The studied breeds showed quantitative and/or qualitative sensorial differences especially on aromatic intensity, aromas of tropical fruits and acceptability. The use of a complex nutritional supplement made differences in the perception of the panel of these and other attributes, such as persistence, acidity and bitterness. The aromatics profiles due the actions of yeast breeds were different, however a complex supplementation were not generated differences on quantity and intensity of aromatics descriptors recognizable by the panel.

O estudo tem por objetivo analisar a concepção de sociedade cristã expressa nos casos de excomunhão do Libro de las confesiones, escrito em 1316 pelo clérigo castelhano Martín Pérez. Tendo por ponto de partida a normatividade dos textos confessionais, e que tal caráter empresta ao texto da fonte um aspecto ordenador e propositivo, o estudo aborda a lista dos casos de excomunhão procurando perceber qual sociedade cristã é idealizada e quais rupturas da ordem se pretende regulamentar e corrigir, dado que a excomunhão é uma sanção punitiva que separa o pecador que põe em risco a salvação das almas e a libertas Ecclesiae, proibindo que haja convívio com ele até que seja absolvido e restituído ao seio da comunidade. Dessa forma, a sentença põe em evidência a crença num grupo cristão obediente, livre da impureza do pecado, como um corpo que mantém sua saúde evitando as doenças. A excomunhão ganha uma função medicinal, e a cura do corpo doente se dá pelo rompimento sacramental do laço holístico que, desde o batismo, une todos cristãos entre si e com Cristo. A lista de casos de excomunhão de Martín Pérez, recolhida de autoridades tanto antigas quanto contemporâneas dele, realiza a presentificação e a positivação desses princípios, submetendo a sociedade a desígnios emanados pelas autoridades eclesiásticas da Igreja Católica, que detém o poder de excomungar e absolver, conferindo às mesmas mecanismos sacramentais de controle dos comportamentos sociais. / This study aims to analyze the idea of Christian society expressed in the list of excommunications of the Libro de las confesiones, written in the year 1316 by the Castilian cleric Martín Pérez. Having as a starting point the normativity of the confessional texts, and that this character gives the source text an propositive and coordinative aspect, the study approaches the list of excommunications seeking to perceive which Christian society is idealized, and what order disruptions are regulated and corrected, given that excommunication is a punitive sanction that separates the sinner who puts in danger the salvation of the souls and the libertas Ecclesiae, forbidding coexistence with him until he’s absolved and restituted to the community core. Thereby, the sentence evidences a belief in an obeying Christian group, free from the impurity of sin, like a body that keeps its health by avoiding diseases. The excommunication gains a medical function, and the cure of the ill body goes by the rupture of the sacramental holistic bound that, since baptism, binds every Christian altogether and with Christ. Martín Pérez’s list of excommunications, compiled from both ancient and contemporary authorities, provides presentification and positivization to these principles, submitting the society to the purposes emanating from ecclesiastical authorities of the Catholic Church, the same that have the power to excommunicate and absolve, which confer them sacramental arrangements of social behavior control.

Apesar de tantas conquistas, a luta não para, e, a cada dia, torna-se mais ferrenha, pois, a sua liberdade não é plenamente observada. No entanto, a partir de 2011, a luta recebeu uma ajuda extra com a criação da Marcha das Vadias, movimento que protesta contra a crença de que as mulheres que são vítimas de estupro pediram por isso devido a suas vestimentas. E, partindo dessas frentes de combate – A Marcha das Vadias e o poder das redes sociais –, que a pesquisa pretende colher como resultado o crescimento dos movimentos sociais, por meio do intercâmbio de informações e da circulação de ideias, crenças e convicções políticas, que são articuladas e difundidas no ciberespaço em tempo real. / Los últimos siglos – 20 y 21 – estuvieron marcados por luchas fuertes y decisivos para las mujeres. A pesar de muchos logros y la lucha no es para todos los días se vuelve más feroz, porque su libertad no se cumpla por completo. Sin embargo, desde 2011 la lucha recibió ayuda adicional con la creación de la Fundación March of Bitches, el movimiento de protesta contra la creencia de que las mujeres que son víctimas de violación les pide que por sus prendas. Partieron de estos frentes de lucha - March of Bitches y el poder de las redes sociales -, la investigación pretende obtener como resultado el crecimiento de los movimientos sociales, a través del intercambio de información y circulación de ideas, creencias y convicciones políticas se articulan y difundido en el ciberespacio en tiempo real.

Este proyecto surge de la necesidad de la educación e información de la población -ya sea de los veraneantes y nuevos propietarios-, para que de esta manera se tome conciencia de la urgencia de conservar, preservar y valorar esta riqueza patrimonial que aun queda en una ciudad en las cuales se tejió parte del pasado de nuestro país.

El dodecilbencensulfonato de sodio, principal agente tensoactivo de los detergentes comerciales, fue seleccionado como molécula modelo para estudiar la degradación por procesos oxidativos avanzados de muestras de efluentes de lavandería doméstica e industrial usando el sistema H202 / TiO2/UV en un reactor de lecho fluidizado. La caracterización del catalizador se realizó por Rayos X; los principales parámetros químicos analizados fueron par iónico azul de metileno - LAS, DQO, C02 disuelto, Cl, SO4 -2, CO3 2-, N03, Fe3 + y bioensayos con Daphnia magna. / Sodium dodecilbenzensulfonate, main tensoactive present in commercial detergents, was selected as model molecule to study degradation of domestic and industrial laundry wastewater samples by advanced oxidative processes using H2O2/ TiO 2/UV system in fluidized bed reactor. Catalyst was studied by X-Ray; main chemical parameters measured were ionic pair methylene blue - LAS, DQO, dissolved C02 ; CI, SO4 -2, CO3 2;  N03, Fe3 +  and bioassays with Daphnia magna.
