The thesis will include financial analysis of the specific processing company, evaluation of financial analysis, comparing with relevant standards.

This diploma thesis focuses on the processing of the analysis of the financial management of professional football clubs in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part deals with the financial reporting in the area of sport as a whole, further describes specifics of professional football clubs' financial management and serves as a starting point for the individual financial analysis of the clubs. Practical part contains the football clubs' analysis based on the previously explained theoretical knowledge. Ratio indicators and Altman Z -- score are used for the individual financial analysis. Furthermore, the whole economic branch is briefly summarized and identification of its characteristic features is provided. In conclusion, the results are discussed in detail and potential solution to the current situation is suggested.

My diploma thesis deals with financial analysis of the brewing company Plzeňský Prazdroj,a.s. in the time period of 2004-2007. It is divided into two parts. In the theoretic part, I explain what does financial analysis mean, whom is it useful for and the necessary information sources. I also mention the most frequently used methods of financial analysis. The practical part provides basic information about the company, describes its products and analyses the environment in which the company is operating. Furthermore I perform financial analysis of the company. Techniques of horizontal and vertical analysis are used and I calculate the financial indicators such as profitability ratios. At the end I calculate the Economic Value Added and build the Spider graph.

The thesis contains characteristic of the chosen company and its financial analysis. The analysis is divided into horizontal and vertical analysis, the analysis with the aid of racio indicators and system of ratio indicators and evaluation of the company with some specialized models of financial analysis.

The aim of this diploma work is the examination of using the public financial statements as a basis for extern financial analysis. The work consists of three parts. The first part concerns the final accounts set up according to the Czech accounting rules. It describes the legal regulation of this domain, basic requirements on public information, individual elements of final accounts and further obligations associated with it. Second part of the work is aimed at the financial analysis and gives an overview of information sources and basic techniques of financial analysis. It is mainly focused on the horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and analysis of ratio indicators. In the third part, obtained theoretical knowledge in the field of financial analysis is used for examination of financial health of particular company DOPRAVA ZARUBA M&K, s.r.o..

This paper initially presents the theory behind technical analysis and the conditions for using it. Then it describes how the test of indicators was made. Then the results are commented upon by various titles, markets and indicators. After evaluating the success of technical analysis on various markets, this success was compared between the markets what led to determination of the markets efficiencies.

The diploma paper is focused on the basic methods of the financial analysis. The practical part of the paper is the application on the company.

Financial analysis is one of the most important areas of financial planning. In the introductory part of this thesis is therefore concerned with its meaning. Then I focus on the sources from which financial analysis draws - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Notes to the financial statements and Annual Report. The next part describes the various methods used in financial analysis, particularly focusing on ratio indicators, analysis of indicators of status, solvent and bankruptcy models. For the practical part, I chose the brewery Budweiser Budvar n.p., to which I apply these different methods.

The content of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company VARIEL, using methods of financial analysis and comparison with the relevant standards.

This graduate thesis summarizes and comments the development of AAA AUTO Group during the period 2007 -- 2011. This was achieved by application of financial indicators, such as horizontal and vertical analysis, profitability, liquidity and activity indices, economic value added indicator and others. These were described in the introductory part and afterwards applied on the financial data of the Group in the second part. With their help this thesis evaluated the total economic health of the AAA AUTO Group.
