Em resposta às descobertas e evidências da Pesquisa, realiza alguns apontamentos e/ou sugestões para a categoria profissional em prol de seu fortalecimento e legitimação na sociedade, bem como frente ao seu processo de regulamentação e inserção na Política Social de Educação. A pretensão é a de contribuir com o debate e a realização de ações estratégicas em torno da temática, que se apresenta como pauta contemporânea de discussões, embora evidencie conflitos e contradições de longa data / The dissertation is based on research of bibliographic nature and Field (quantitative and qualitative), in reference to the historical materialist dialectical method. It shows as the main objective the understanding of the process of integration of Social Work in Education Policy in Ribeirão Preto / SP, in response to the profile of social and politician educator of the Social Worker. It addresses in its development the historical trajectory of Education and Social Services in Brazilian society since the beginning, identifying proximities and distances between the two areas in a set of economic, political, social and cultural of the country, in search to highlight the challenges and possibilities of the Social Worker’s action in the educational system, specifically in institutions of public and private learning. In response to the findings and evidence of the research, it is made some notes and / or suggestions for the professional category in favor of its strengthening and legitimacy in the society, as well as front of its regulatory process and integration into the Social Policy of Education. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo discutir as principais propostas da Política Nacional de Educação Especial na perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva e verificar como essas propostas têm sido implantadas na rede municipal de educação de Franca. Busca-se constatar, por meio de amostra, como os alunos com deficiência e seus responsáveis têm avaliado a implantação dessa proposta e se essa atende seus interesses, aspirações e necessidades. Para tanto, inicialmente foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica com o intuito de verificar como os deficientes foram tratados ao longo da história da humanidade, bem como delinear qual é o lugar ocupado pelo deficiente na contemporaneidade. Em seguida, buscou-se junto aos documentos legais, traçar o percurso das políticas públicas educacionais em relação à educação do deficiente ao longo da história da educação no país, com enfoque maior nas últimas décadas. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada com quatro alunos com deficiência intelectual, que frequentam as escolas da rede municipal de educação e trazem em seu histórico a passagem pela escola especial, e com seus representantes. Foi realizada uma análise do conteúdo das informações levantadas na pesquisa e verificado que a maioria dos entrevistados aprova as propostas da rede municipal e avalia como positivo o processo de inclusão, apontando apenas a necessidade de maior investimento na oferta de atendimentos clínico-terapêuticos na rede pública. Afinal, com a transferência da escola especial para a escola regular, os alunos perderam os atendimentos antes disponibilizados... / Inclusive Education has been subject of several debates and claims in international and national scenery, in which many guardians of people with disabilities search for the right of access in a public education and, thus, the guarantee of opportunities of development. In this way, the present research aims to discuss the main proposals of National Politics of Special Education in the view of Inclusive Education and, to verify how these proposals have been set in municipal education in a city called Franca/Brazil. We try to confirm, by samples, how students with disability and their guardians have evaluated the introduction of this proposal and if this proposal meets the interest, aspirations and needs. For this, firstly we carried out a bibliographic search in order to verify how disabilities were treated during the History of humanity, as well as outlining the place occupied by disabilities in contemporaneousness. Then, together with some documents, we try to draw the route of educational public politics regarding disabilities education during the history of education in Brazil, focusing the last decades. Field research was carried out with four students, with intellectual disability that attend municipal schools and bring with then the fact of have studied in special schools and, with their guardians. We carried out an analysis of the content of information gathered in the research and we verify that the greater part of the respondent approve the proposals of municipal education and assess the process of inclusion as positive, showing just the need of more investment in clinical and therapeutic care in public services, since with the change of special school to regular school, students lost the treatment provided by APAE (Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais de Franca). Among them is the participation - aimed at compliance with the differences and the socioeconomic characteristics local. Such participation involves the transfer of decision-making power, resources, administrative autonomy, among others. The participation of the people, by means of the representative organizations is fundamental in the formulation of policies for the control of the shares, at all levels. Privileged spaces in which must be accomplished this participation are the Councils. In These spaces should be represented the users, entities, organizations, Social Assistance and the workers of the area, elected in forums. The realization of this participatory system of their is a challenge for all, including the Members of the Municipal Council for Social Assistance of France/SP. Os desafios propostos pela globalização provocam a necessidade de se ampliar as reflexões multidisciplinares, exigindo maior atenção à problemática socioambiental. Percebemos que a preocupação pela preservação do meio ambiente vem aumentando e já atinge diversos setores da sociedade, embora sejam limitadas, tendo muito a ser feito. Dentro destas reflexões e atuações multidisciplinares, encontramos a oportunidade de atuação do Serviço Social, pois preservação do meio ambiente é um tema relacionado ao trabalho do Assistente Social, uma vez que a garantia da qualidade de vida e dos direitos básicos das populações depende diretamente da qualidade do meio ambiente em que elas estão inseridas. A partir desse pressuposto apresentamos a educação ambiental como uma nova demanda ocupacional para o Assistente Social, procurando refletir acerca da intervenção deste profissional. Desta forma abordamos na dissertação a pertinência e necessária atuação dos profissionais de Serviço Social no espaço criado pelo Governo Federal, e operacionalizado pela Caixa Econômica Federal, através dos Projetos de Trabalho Técnico Social (PTTS), onde paralelo as obras físicas dos programas de desenvolvimento urbano, contam com a prestação de serviços dos assistentes sociais, que em suas atividades trabalham diversos ações como: mobilização e organização comunitária, por meio de processo educativo trabalham temas de educação ambiental e sanitária, e de geração de trabalho e renda. Enfocaremos as experiências dos trabalhos dos assistentes sociais realizados em cidades na região de Piracicaba/SP / Environmental issues have been gaining more space on the public agenda and have become more visible in the various sectors of civil society. The challenges posed by globalization cause the need to broaden the multidisciplinary reflections thus, requiring greater attention to the socio-environmental problems. We noticed that the concern for preserving the environment is increasing and already affects many sectors of society. Within these reflections and disciplinary actions we found the opportunity for the work of Social Services. Preserving the environment is an issue related to the work of the social worker, this is because the guarantee of quality of life and basic rights of the population depends on the quality the population’s environment. From this assumption we introduce environmental education as a new demand from the occupational social worker, trying to reflect on this professional intervention. Therefore we discuss the relevance of the dissertation and the necessary work of professional social work in the space created by the Federal Government and operated by the Caixa Economica Federal, through the Technical Working Projects Social – PTTs. This program, which parallels the physical work of urban development programs, relies on the services of social workers who work on various activities such as: mobilization and community organization, educational process promoting themes of environmental education and health, and employment and income generation. A presente dissertação de mestrado, objetiva verificar como se deu o processo de inserção do Assistente Social neste espaço sócio-ocupacional no município de Uberaba, bem como desvelar como se dá o processo de trabalho do Assistente Social no espaço do NASF. A partir destas apreensões, este estudo recupera o discurso das sete Assistentes Sociais trabalhadores do NASF e do gestor de saúde na ocasião da implantação do NASF em Uberaba-MG, por meio de roteiro de entrevistas. A metodologia utilizada para a análise desta pesquisa, que também é um estudo de caso está embasada no materialismo histórico-dialético, método utilizado para a análise de conteúdo e referenciais teóricos desta pesquisa. Além de se ocupar em analisar o processo de implantação do NASF no município de Uberaba,a pesquisa resgata também o debate da centralidade do trabalho a partir da teoria marxiana, e ainda analisa o embate intelectual travado por Sérgio Lessa e Marilda Iamamoto, contribuindo para a discussão acerca da materialidade do trabalho do Assistente Social, bem como as demandas que foram construídas historicamente para a profissão. As principais contribuições da pesquisa foram: manter o debate da centralidade do trabalho aquecido no interior da profissão, o oferecimento de subsídios para a compreensão do processo de trabalho do Assistente Social e ainda revelar o significado social da profissão no espaço do NASF / The presence of the Social Worker in the Family Health Teams (FHT) through the Support Center for Family Health (SCFH) is recent and not only in the city of Uberaba, but in the country. The following Master Thesis aims to verify how does the inclusion process of the Social Worker happened in the socio-occupational setting in Uberaba, as well as unfold how does the work process of the Social Worker occurs. From these considerations, this study recovers the discourse of the Social Workers who work in the SCFH and in the health manager in the moment of implantation of SCFH in Uberaba (MG), through interview scripts. The research recovers the debate about the work centrality starting from Marxist theories, and also analyzes the intellectual shock proposed by Sérgio Lessa and Marilda Iamamoto, contributing to the discussion about the materiality of the Social Worker, as well as the demands that were historically built for the profession

The focus of this study lies with the Social Service of knowledge production in Brazil, and to analyze productions entered social workers in non-academic areas. Therefore, studies were analyzed submitted / published in the Annals of the Brazilian Congress of Social Workers (CBAS), from 2001 to 2013, from the 10th to the 14th edition of CBAS. The relationships that permeate the production of knowledge and professional practice have the iterativity the Brazilian socio-historical formation, that exceeds the setting condition, it is active and promotes the development of social work that is reflected in the production of the profession knowledge. The historical aspects that outline the movement of the profession in interventional and academic environment impact production of knowledge of Social Work. Starting from this assumption argue are two hypotheses, namely: a) despite established the importance of investigative dimension in the documents-based profession, the professionals involved in non-academic occupational areas need further appropriation for the production of knowledge; b) although with an increase in the number of social workers entered production in these areas, there remains a significant failure of this production. In the development of this research were adopted methodological procedures that characterize it as state of the art, using bibliographic and documentary sources such as subsidies for analysis, which considered the quantitative and qualitative approach and was made in line with the dialectical method. The results show a connection with the literature on the subject in relation to the quantity of production, an increase over the issues. However, to delimit the production of the social worker entered into non-academic spaces sees the little representation of these professionals in this scenario, which strengthens the need for greater ownership of the theoretical and methodological dimension by these professionals to overcome segmentation category between "thinking" and "those who do." / O foco desse estudo recai sobre a produção de conhecimento do Serviço Social no Brasil, tendo como objetivo analisar produções de assistentes sociais inseridos em espaços não acadêmicos. Para tanto, foram analisados trabalhos apresentados/publicados nos Anais do Congresso Brasileiro de Assistentes Sociais (CBAS), no período de 2001 a 2013, da 10ª à 14ª edição do CBAS. As relações que permeiam a produção do conhecimento e o exercício profissional apresentam a iteratividade da formação sócio histórica brasileira, que supera a condição de cenário, pois é ativa e favorece o desenvolvimento do Serviço Social que é refletido na produção do conhecimento da profissão. Os aspectos históricos que delineiam o movimento da profissão, no âmbito interventivo e acadêmico impactam produção do conhecimento do Serviço Social. Partindo-se desse pressuposto defendem-se duas hipóteses, quais sejam: a) apesar de estabelecida a importância da dimensão investigativa nos documentos-base da profissão, os profissionais inseridos em espaços ocupacionais não acadêmicos carecem de melhor apropriação para a produção de conhecimento; b) embora esteja ocorrendo um aumento no número de produções de assistentes sociais inseridos nesses espaços, persiste uma insuficiência significativa dessa produção. No desenvolvimento dessa pesquisa foram adotados procedimentos metodológicos que a caracterizam como estado da arte, utilizando-se de fontes bibliográficas e documentais como subsídios para a análise, que considerou o enfoque quanti-qualitativo e que se fez em consonância com o método dialético. Os resultados encontrados demonstram uma conexão com a literatura sobre o objeto no tocante ao quantitativo de produções, apresentando crescimento ao longo das edições. No entanto, ao delimitar a produção do assistente social inseridos em espaços não acadêmicos vê-se a pouca representatividade desses profissionais nesse cenário, o que fortalece a necessidade de uma maior apropriação da dimensão teórico-metodológica por parte desses profissionais para a superação da segmentação da categoria entre "os que pensam" e "os que fazem".

Apresenta como objetivo principal a compreensão do processo de inserção do Serviço Social na Política Educacional do município de Ribeirão Preto/SP, em atenção ao perfil de educador social e político do Assistente Social. Aborda em seu desenvolvimento a trajetória histórica da Educação e do Serviço Social na sociedade brasileira desde o início, identificando proximidades e distanciamentos entre as duas áreas na conjuntura econômica, política, social e cultural do país, em busca de evidenciar os desafios e possibilidades da atuação do Assistente Social no sistema educacional, em específico nas instituições de ensino públicas e privadas. Em resposta às descobertas e evidências da Pesquisa, realiza alguns apontamentos e/ou sugestões para a categoria profissional em prol de seu fortalecimento e legitimação na sociedade, bem como frente ao seu processo de regulamentação e inserção na Política Social de Educação. A pretensão é a de contribuir com o debate e a realização de ações estratégicas em torno da temática, que se apresenta como pauta contemporânea de discussões, embora evidencie conflitos e contradições de longa data / Abstract: The dissertation is based on research of bibliographic nature and Field (quantitative and qualitative), in reference to the historical materialist dialectical method. It shows as the main objective the understanding of the process of integration of Social Work in Education Policy in Ribeirão Preto / SP, in response to the profile of social and politician educator of the Social Worker. It addresses in its development the historical trajectory of Education and Social Services in Brazilian society since the beginning, identifying proximities and distances between the two areas in a set of economic, political, social and cultural of the country, in search to highlight the challenges and possibilities of the Social Worker's action in the educational system, specifically in institutions of public and private learning. In response to the findings and evidence of the research, it is made some notes and / or suggestions for the professional category in favor of its strengthening and legitimacy in the society, as well as front of its regulatory process and integration into the Social Policy of Education. The intention is to contribute to the debate and implementation of strategic actions around the theme that presents itself as a contemporary agenda of discussions, although evidences conflicts and contradictions of long standing / Mestre
