Através do trabalho de campo e de análise bibliográfica e documental durante os anos de 2010 a 2014, esta pesquisa teve por objetivo compreender a produção das categorias travesti, transexual, trans e transgênero a partir das relações entre saberes e ativismos. Tomei como fio condutor os debates em torno das regulações das transformações corporais do sexo, argumentando que estas discussões são uma importante porta de entrada para o entendimento das relações entre movimentos sociais e especialistas, assim como da circulação transnacional e possíveis particularidades construídas acerca dessas categorias no Brasil. Na análise dos especialistas apresentei tensões entre os saberes biomédicos e os saberes sociais. Argumentei como os especialistas constroem suas versões de sujeito que orientam sua prática profissional a partir métodos e teorias diferentes, produzindo efeitos políticos e relações entre noções de (des)patologização, autonomia e sofrimento. Na análise dos ativistas apresentei como o uso do termo trans é polissêmico, sobretudo se pensarmos suas possíveis articulações com as categorias de travesti, transexual, homens, mulheres e pessoas. Discuti o surgimento de um culturalismo travesti como uma forma de politizar certa noção de cultura como núcleo da identidade travesti. Este culturalismo travesti produz a possibilidade de se constituir uma identidade com orgulho, conjuntamente com noções de nação brasileira, constituindo-se como uma contraposição e interlocução ao que chamei de transglobalização, um processo de espraiamento global das categorias transexual, trans e transgênero. / Based on fieldwork and bibliographical and documentary analysis during the years of 2010 to 2014, this research aims to comprehend the production of travesti, transsexual, trans and transgender categories throughout the relations between acknowledgments and activisms. I took the debates around the regulation of body sex changes as a conductor thread, arguing that these discussions are an important entrance door for the understanding of the relations between social movement and specialists, as well as the transnational movement and possible particularities built around these categories in Brazil. About the specialists analysis, I presented tensions between the biomedical and social acknowledgments. I argued about how the specialists build their own versions of subject that guide their professional practice on different methods and theories, producing political effects and relations between notions of (de)pathologization, autonomy and suffering. About the activists analysis, I presented how polissemic the use of the trans term is, mostly if we think its possible articulations with the categories of travesti, transsexual, women and people. I discussed the appereance of a travesti culturalism as a way to politicize a certain notions of culture as the center of travesti identity. This travesti culturalism produces a possibility to constitute an identity with pride, together with the notions of brazilian nation, constituting itself as a contraposition and interlocution to what I called transglobalisation, a global spreading process of the transsexual, trans and transgender categories.

A atual política de desenvolvimento rural brasileira, centrada no território enquanto institucionalidade da governança, apoia-se numa perspectiva descentralizada de planejamento e gestão, através do estímulo à participação social nos rumos do “território”. O apelo ao conceito de desenvolvimento territorial rural torna-se uma tônica predominante, que parece garantir a superação da concepção setorial e exógena de desenvolvimento rural e ao mesmo tempo abranger a complexa dinâmica social. Nesse rumo, carece um estudo que analise o (des)envolver dessa política de desenvolvimento territorial rural, especialmente no Território do Sisal, concebido por muitos como experiência exemplar. Para tanto, partiu-se da concepção de Estado para em seguida, contextualizar a incorporação da abordagem territorial do desenvolvimento rural no Brasil, problematizando os processos, articulações e argumentos que levaram a conformação e defesa dessa complexa adjetivação da noção de desenvolvimento. Posteriormente, avaliou-se o desenvolver da abordagem territorial, especificamente investigando os efeitos de sua institucionalização no contexto político brasileiro, bem como suas implicações políticas na dinâmica da sociedade civil no Território do Sisal. Buscou-se respaldo numa pesquisa documental e de campo. Na pesquisa documental analisaram-se os documentos eletrônicos referenciais da política de desenvolvimento rural brasileira e também documentos basilares das organizações sociais investigadas, tais como jornais e revistas, relatórios de atividades, entre outros. A pesquisa de campo foi desenvolvida a partir da aplicação de entrevistas semi-estruturadas aos principais líderes dessas organizações e também por meio da participação com observação sistemática em algumas reuniões do CODES-Sisal realizadas durante os últimos dois anos. O estudo aponta que apesar da emergência da abordagem territorial do desenvolvimento rural anunciar várias mudanças em relação aos projetos de desenvolvimento do passado que tinham a região como unidade de intervenção, continua-se regionalizando o espaço com enfoques semelhantes, que associam pobreza à agricultura, mas agora se revestem do discurso de participação social, sustentabilidade, reconhecimento da identidade, entre outros que contribuem para legitimação de formas históricas de dominação. Nesse sentido, o conceito de desenvolvimento territorial rural constitui-se num instrumento de poder mobilizador e organizador do mito que despolitiza a sociedade civil, especialmente no caso dos ativismos sociais do Território do Sisal. Palavras-chave: Desenvolvimento Territorial Rural; Território; Ativismos sociais / ABSTRACT This investigation aims to analyze the socio-political implications resultant in the accession of social activists from Sisal area to the MDA's rural territorial development policy, especially under the National Program for Sustainable Development of Rural Areas. The current policy of Brazilian rural development, centered on the territory while governance's institutionally, relies on the decentralized perspective of planning and management, through stimulus in the social participation on the course of "territory". The appeal to the concept of territorial rural development becomes a dominant theme, that seems to ensure the resilience of the sectorial and exogenous conception of rural development and at the same time cover the complex dynamic social. In this direction, the Sisal Territory, conceived by many as exemplary experience. This started from the conception of State, for then, contextualizes the incorporation of the territorial approach and rural development in Brazil, questioning the processes, articulations and arguments that led the conformation and defense of this complex adjectives of the notion of development. Subsequently, was assessed the develop of the territorial approach, specifically to investigate the effects of institutionalization on the Brazilian political context, as well as its policy implications in the dynamic of civil society in the Sisal Territory. Sought the support in a documentary search and field. In this documentary research was analyzed the electronics files references of Brazilian rural development policy and also the base documents of the investigated social organizations, such as newspapers and magazines, reports of activities, among others. The field research was developed from the application of semi-structured interviews the main leaders of these organizations and also through participation in systematic observation in some meetings in the CODES-Sisal held during the last two years. The study indicates that despite the emergence of a territorial approach to rural development announce several changes in the relation of development projects from past that had the region as the unity of intervention continues up localizing space with similar focus, linking poverty to agriculture but now accepts the discourse of social participation, sustainability, recognition of identity, and others who contribute to legitimizing historical forms of domination. In this sense, the concept of territorial rural development constitutes an organizing and mobilizing power tool of the myth that depoliticizes the civil society, especially in the case of social activism in the Sisal Territory. To do so, we delineated as object of analysis the Marcha das Vadias (Slut Walk Brazil). It was understood that this research object represents a new configuration of the feminism, and share common grammar to other political movements of the current youth scene, understanding these youths as expressions of the spirit of the time and as potential catalysts for behavioral changes. The research, based on multimethodological investigation, includes bibliographic, documental and empirical studies. As main theoretical contributions we have Edgar Morin, Everardo Rocha, Norval Baitello, Rose de Melo Rocha among many other theorists who think the interface between communication, media pictures and consumption practices. The analysis uses two corpora previously selected: i) an ethnographic character, that corresponds to the material collected through field research, ii) and other iconographic comprising the photos, posts and other texts published online (emails/ blog /Facebook ), all elements that make up the public image of the activists. Articulating the steps we propose a reflection on concepts and representations of women and feminism mobilized by the Marcha das Vadias SP . From this reflection, we launched some hypotheses about the connection between these experiences and the overall scenario in contemporary feminist practices, strongly demarcated by the union between the cultures of consumption and media universe. / Esta dissertação, inserida no debate que articula feminismo, sociedade do consumo e pauta midiática, analisa contextos e ações comunicacionais que confrontam representações hegemônicas da mulher e da feminilidade na contemporaneidade. Para tanto, delimitou-se como objeto de análise a chamada Marcha das Vadias . Entendeu-se que este objeto traduz uma nova configuração do feminismo, além de compartilhar de gramática comum a outros movimentos políticos da atual cena juvenil, percebendo estas juventudes como expressões do espírito do tempo e como potenciais catalisadoras de mudanças comportamentais. A pesquisa, de base multimetodológica, contempla estudo bibliográfico, documental e empírico. Como principais aportes teóricos contamos com Edgar Morin, Everardo Rocha, Norval Baitello, Rose de Melo Rocha, dentre tantos outros teóricos que contribuem para pensar a interface comunicação, cenas midiáticas e práticas de consumo. A análise se vale de dois corpora, previamente selecionados: i) um de caráter etnográfico, que corresponde ao material coletado por meio de pesquisa de campo; ii) e outro iconográfico, que compreende as fotografias, postagens e manifestos divulgados online (lista de e-mails/ blog/ Facebook), principais elementos que compõem a imagem pública das ativistas. Articulando as etapas, propomos uma reflexão sobre as concepções e representações da mulher e do feminismo mobilizados pela Marcha das Vadias SP. A partir desta reflexão, lançamos algumas hipóteses sobre a conexão entre tais experiências e o cenário global de práticas feministas na contemporaneidade, fortemente demarcada pela união entre as culturas do consumo e o universo midiático.
