After focusing on the historical background of trade unionism and their own economic and social formation of the Great ABC; to analyze the crisis caused by the changes occurring in the model of capitalist production, and evaluate the actions proposed by the regional institutions to transform reality placed and build a new ABC, the objective of this study is to examine how to determine the relationship between the Union and the institutions of local governance through participation in two distinct periods, the first of them, the one between the Regional Strategic Plan and its realization through the actions under Thematic Group Petrochemical, organized by the Regional Camera and later by the introduction of the Local Production Arrangement plastics industry organized by the Economic Development Agency, identifying the changes occurring in the form of participation and performance of the Union and regional entities. The study also seeks to uncover expectations and factors that influenced the participation of the Union in creating policies in the region and what were the changes of prospects that helped to change the way that performance / Este estudo trata da relação entre o movimento sindical e a Proposta Regional do Grande ABC, tendo como referencial a participação do Sindicato dos Químicos nas ações para a retomada do desenvolvimento econômico e social da região. Após enfocar a trajetória histórica do sindicalismo e da própria formação econômica e social do Grande ABC; analisar a crise provocada pelas transformações ocorridas no modelo de produção capitalista e avaliar as ações proposta pelas instituições regionais para transformar a realidade colocada e construir um novo ABC, o objetivo deste trabalho é examinar como se estabeleceu a relação entre o Sindicato e as instituições de governança local, através da participação, em dois períodos distintos, sendo o primeiro deles, aquele compreendido entre o Planejamento Regional Estratégico e sua materialização através das ações no âmbito do Grupo Temático Petroquímico, organizado pela Câmara Regional e num segundo momento através da instituição do Arranjo Produtivo Local do setor plástico, organizado pela Agência de Desenvolvimento Econômico, buscando identificar as transformações ocorridas na forma de participação e atuação do Sindicato e das entidades regionais. O estudo procura desvendar também que fatores e expectativas influenciaram a participação do Sindicato na articulação política da região e, quais foram as mudanças nas perspectivas que contribuíram para alterar a forma dessa atuação

Tem como objetivo geral conhecer a situação atual dos intoxicados e analisar a atuação do SINTSEP-PA na luta pelo reconhecimento do Estado em relação as mazelas causadas aos trabalhadores em decorrência das condições de trabalho. A problematização do objeto de estudo e o trabalho de campo foram orientados pela perspectiva histórico-dialética. A pesquisa foi operacionalizada por meio da abordagem qualitativa que incluiu levantamento bibliográfico, documental e a realização de entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Foram entrevistados 12 (doze) trabalhadores da FUNASA, sendo 04 (quatro) do município de Conceição do Araguaia, 04 (quatro) do município de Marabá e 04 (quatro) do município de Ananindeua. Além de 02 (dois) representantes sindicais e 02 (dois) advogados do SINTSEP-PA. A dissertação conclui que a principal reivindicação do sindicato em relação ao Estado é o reconhecimento pelo mesmo de que a intoxicação sofrida pelos funcionários públicos caracteriza acidente de trabalho. Ao assumir esta situação, o Estado será acionado legalmente na garantia de tratamento adequado pela FUNASA. Por parte dos trabalhadores sujeitos da atuação sindical, avalia-se que apesar de alguns limites, os ganhos alcançados devem-se ao sindicato. / This paper discusses the results of research on intoxicated workers of the National Para State Health Foundation ( FUNASA / PA ) and the performance of the Union of Workers in the Federal Public Service in the State of Pará ( SINTSEP -PA) .It has the general objective to know the current status of the intoxicated and analyze the performance of the Union of Workers in the Federal Public Service in the State of Pará (SINTSEP-PA) in the fight for recognition of the State for the ills caused to workers as a result of working conditions. The questioning of the object of study and field work were guided by historical and dialectical perspective. The research was operationalized through a qualitative approach which included bibliographical, documentary survey and carrying out semi-structured interviews. We interviewed 12 (twelve) workers FUNASA, with 04 (four) in the municipality of Conceição do Araguaia, 04 (four) the city of Maraba and 04 (four) in the municipality of Ananindeua. In addition to two (02) union representatives and two (02) SINTSEP-PA lawyers. The dissertation concludes that the main demand of the union from the state's recognition of same that the poisoning suffered by civil servants characterized industrial accident. By assuming this, the state will be legally driven on treatment guarantee adequate by FUNASA. Of the subjects workers union activity, it is evaluated that despite some limitations, the gains achieved are due to the union.
