Výroba součásti technologií přesného stříhání / Fineblanking component and its manufacturing

Lata, Miroslav January 2010 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with a propose of a new manufacturing technology of component called „KULISA“ drawing number 4-DP-05-10/01. The beginning of this work is prepared as a literary study about blanking. There are explained some basic concepts necessary to introduce a blanking topic. Other interest of this work is an assessment of actual state of conventional blanking technology which is being currently used for component production. With regard to the deficiencies of the existing method is proposed new technology of fine blanking. In the proposal is evaluated technological site of component construction and blanking tools are proposed with stress analysis included. Last part of the work deals with the economic evaluation, where is being compared efficiency of existing and new technology.

Technologie zhotovování drážek do pláště kotvy / Technology groove manufacture on a shell clamping element

Brdečková, Zuzana January 2014 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is the design of the production process and tools for production of two grooves in coats of concrete clamp. Shell anchors are made of longitudinally welded stainless steel tubes 17 240. The size of the production of all types of shell of concrete clamps is 18 000 PCs per year. The number and the dimensions of grooves in the coats of anchors were determined on the basis of a practical verification. To the present day the grooves are made by cutting on a band saw, which is little productive and on finishing operations demanding way. The grooves in the coats of anchors will be newly manufactured by technology of shearing, which was a literary study. On the basis of the calculations was selected for the production a hydraulic press of CUPS 25 D. The grooves will be produced on the newly designed shearing tool. Work is carried out by technical-economic evaluation, which compares the current technology of production with the newly proposed technology. Part of the thesis is drawing documentation of coats of concrete clamps of all dimensions and drawing documentation of shearing tool.

Návrh výroby konzoly / Production concept of bracket

Kašpar, Jaroslav January 2019 (has links)
The thesis deals with the production concept of the bracket for fixing the drying frame. The component is made of 11 343 steel. The semi-finished product is galvanized sheet with 2 mm thickness. With regard to the required quality of the component and the yearly production quantity (40,000 pieces), a new production technology was chosen based on a literary study by means of conventional shearing in a tool, followed by bending on a press brake. For the selected technologies, technological calculations and a cutting tool were designed, which are dealt with in the drawing documentation. The work also includes technical-economic evalua-tion of the proposed production method.

Výroba třmenu sdruženým nástrojem / Stirrup manufacturing by compound tool

Brodský, Zdeněk January 2009 (has links)
The master´s thesis deals with drawing compound tool for production of stirrup. Stirrup is made from steel 17 240 and his thickness is 1,5 mm. The number of production is 400 000 pieces. After completion of constructional calculations was determined eccentric press LEN 40 C and was designed tool. The work is completed by drawing documentation of the compound tool. In the work is performed economic evaluation too. Present technology (blanking, bending) is compare here with new technology- compound tool. Compound tool is profitable, because time and money are saving.

Time Blanking for GBT Data with RADAR RFI

Dong, Weizhen 01 July 2004 (has links) (PDF)
The 1215 MHz to 1400 MHz band is important for radio astronomers to observe redshifted extragalactic hydrogen ionic (HI). Observations at these frequencies are complicated by radio frequency interference (RFI) from strong man-made transmissions such as the ARSR-3 Air Surveillance Radar. In this thesis, we characterize some data files recorded at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) at Green Bank, West Virginia, USA, where this RADAR system causes significant data corruption. Using this data, we present a blanking technique to separate RFI from cosmic signal. There are generally two blanking approaches, time window blanking and detected pulse blanking. Compared with time window blanking, the advantage of detected pulse blanking is that the loss of integration time is much less (i.e. less data is discarded). But some pulses fail to be blanked because they are too weak to detect. So in order to blank weak pulses, it is desirable to optimize detection performance. In this work, we will combine these two blanking techniques and present a new Bayesian algorithm which combines Kalman tracking with pulse detection. This new algorithm will help to locate the weaker or missed detections, so as to help improve the performance of pulse blanking.

Technologie výroby plechových klecí pro radiální soudečková ložiska / Technology of radial bearing steel cages production

Jabůrek, Petr January 2008 (has links)
The project conceived within engineer’s studies of branch 2303T002 is subbmitting a proposal for radial bearing cage produce technology. It is also subbmitting a design solution to functional parts for blanking the “windows” and coining the “locks”. The cage will be made from sheet steel 11 300.29. This cage should replace the current one machined from the brass Ms 58 Al. According to the literary research and development experiences of the company ZKL Brno, a.s., two pairs of tools were designed. First one for blanking the “windows” and second one for coining the “locks”. Blanking punch, blanking die and coining punch will be made from the steel 19436, coining die will be made from the steel 19312. Heat-treating process will be accomplished according to the enclosed drawings. Both pairs of tools will be mounted in the press LENR 63 AU (manufactured by the company ŠMERAL Trnava), with nominal force 630 kN.

Analysis Of Coining Process In Production Of Medallion

Akkus, Derya 01 January 2009 (has links) (PDF)
Coins and medallions are manufactured by using coining process which is a metal forming process. In coining of medallions, there is a strong need to shorten the production time and reduce the production cost and waste of material in conventional coining method. An alternative coining method may be considered in order to reduce the production time and the manufacturing cost. In this study, a new method has been proposed. In the proposed method, design of the medallion is performed by utilizing computer aided engineering (CAE) environment and the master die is manufactured by means of NC codes. The modular designs of blanking and coining die sets for medallions with a diameter in the range of 30-90 mm have been realized. Coining and blanking processes for production of the medallion have been simulated by using a commercial finite volume program. Moreover, a commemorative medallion for the opening ceremony of METU-BILTIR Center Forging Research and Application Laboratory has been designed. After die sets have been manufactured, the real-life experiments have been conducted by using 1000 tones mechanical forging press and 200 tones eccentric press available in Forging Research and Application Laboratory of the METU-BILTIR Center. The results have been compared with the computer simulations. After the real-life experiments, it has been observed that medallions have successfully been obtained by employing the new proposed method. Therefore, the new proposed method for coining has been verified.
