Previous issue date: 2006-02-07 / The obsessive-compulsive disorder is a chronicle disease present in 2% of general population. Its victims fells like they have been prisoners of behaviors and thoughts patterns usually exaggerated, repetitive and unpleasant. Stress is an adaptation organic response. The present study proposal is to describe the stress behavior classes in obsessive-compulsive patients. This study subjects were composed by ten adults (six women and four men), whose age were around 33 years old, previously considered an obsessive-compulsive patient by psychiatrics. The instruments used were the Informed Consent Form, The Stress Symptoms Inventory (ISSL), The Interview Script, and The Identification Form for the patients. The results has shown that 9 participants presented stress, 7 in resistance and 2 in exhaustion phases, what illustrates how damage the stress behavior classes is when associated to obsessive-compulsive behaviors. The categorization used has identified common responses in The Stress Symptoms Inventory (ISSL) and interview script. According to the interview, the context variable analysis was able to identify the principal contingencies related to the obsessive-compulsive disorder. Feelings and behaviors related to worries about the other s thoughts, rejection, and the non-understanding feelings were also noticed among the answers, as the low-control behaviors, what can be associated to the repetition, no time organization and tiredness behaviors. Self-esteem and self-confidence difficulties could be detached, and as a consequence, there were many reports of guilty, anxious and low-pleasure feelings. It is important to stick out these results reflects this group data analysis, and they shouldn t be generalized. New researches focused on the stress response classes and the obsessive-compulsive disorder are crucial to develop a better quality attendance to these patients / O Transtorno Obsessivo Compulsivo (TOC) ? um transtorno cr?nico, que acomete cerca de 2% da popula??o em geral, em que o indiv?duo sente-se aprisionado por um padr?o de pensamentos e comportamentos repetitivos, exagerados e desagrad?veis. O stress ? uma rea??o do organismo frente a uma situa??o que exija uma adapta??o. O presente trabalho objetiva descrever as classes de comportamentos de stress freq?entes em pacientes diagnosticados com TOC. Participaram deste estudo 10 adultos, diagnosticados por m?dicos psiquiatras, com TOC, destes seis eram mulheres e quatro homens. A m?dia de idade dos participantes foi de 33 anos. Foram utilizados os seguintes materiais: termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido; question?rio de identifica??o; Invent?rio de Sintomas de Stress para Adultos (ISSL) e o roteiro de entrevista. No que se refere a resultados, nove dos dez participantes apresentam stress, destes sete encontram-se na fase de resist?ncia e dois na fase de exaust?o. O presente resultado ilustra o preju?zo que as classes de comportamentos de stress, associadas aos comportamentos obsessivos compulsivos provocam na vida destes indiv?duos. Foi poss?vel identificar, por meio da categoriza??o utilizada, certa regularidade nas respostas dos participantes, tanto com rela??o ?s quest?es do Invent?rio de Sintomas de Stress, quanto ao roteiro de entrevista. Com base nos dados da entrevista, a an?lise das vari?veis de contexto permitiu a identifica??o das principais conting?ncias relacionadas ao TOC. Observaram-se sentimentos e comportamentos acerca da preocupa??o com o que o outro pensa, ao medo de desagradar e junto a isto sentimentos de incompreens?o. Tamb?m foi poss?vel notar comportamentos de baixo autocontrole, isto provavelmente em fun??o de comportamentos de repeti??o, dificuldade de organiza??o de tempo e do cansa?o. Destacam-se tamb?m comportamentos de baixa auto-estima e baixa autoconfian?a e em decorr?ncia destes, relatos indicativos de sentimentos de culpa, alta ansiedade e pouco prazer. ? importante ressaltar que esses resultados referem-se apenas ao estudo coletivo dos dados obtidos e portanto n?o devem ser generalizados. Novas pesquisas com a finalidade de compreender melhor as classes de respostas de stress e do Transtorno Obsessivo Compulsivo s?o necess?rias, a fim de se poder assegurar um atendimento de maior qualidade a esta popula??o

A pesquisa foi realizada em um N?cleo Educacional localizado numa cidade do interior paulista e os sujeitos foram 43 escolares matriculados na Primeira S?rie do Ensino Fundamental no ano letivo de 2006. Previous issue date: 2006-02-22 / Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica de Campinas / The purpose of this study was the evaluation and the comparison between married and single women regarding the incidence of stress, the stressful sources and the confrontation strategies to deal with tension. The association among symptoms, sources and strategies has been investigated. The number of women that participated was 21: a group of 10 women with high leveleduaction, professionally active, married and with children, having in average 37 years; another group of 11 college studentes (2nd. and 3rd.year), single and without children with the average of 19,8 years. The study showed high incidence of stress with predominance of psychological symptoms disclosed in both the groups, indicating that the strategies of confrontation used by the participants are insufficient or inadequate. About the stressful sources there was no significant statistics difference between the groups, however it was observed that with more stressful sources the level of stress presented became higher, what leads to the recommendation of implementing stress control programs in the prophylactic level as well in the treatment level. New studies would be really relevant to verify the real factors that determine the prevalence of decurrently symptoms of excessive stress in women. / Este estudo objetivou avaliar e comparar mulheres casadas e mulheres solteiras quanto ? incid?ncia de stress, fontes estressoras e estrat?gias de enfrentamento usadas para lidar com a tens?o. Correlacionaram-se sintomas, fontes e estrat?gias. As participantes foram um total de 21 mulheres, sendo um grupo de 10 mulheres com n?vel superior completo, profissionalmente ativas, casadas e com filhos, tendo em m?dia 37 anos e outro grupo de 11 mulheres universit?rias de 2? e 3? ano, solteiras e sem filhos com idade m?dia de 19,8 anos. O estudo revelou em ambos os grupos alta incid?ncia de stress com predomin?ncia de sintomas psicol?gicos indicando que as estrat?gias de enfrentamento utilizadas pelas participantes s?o insuficientes ou inadequadas. Quanto ?s fontes estressoras n?o houve diferen?a estat?stica significante entre os grupos, por?m observou-se que quanto mais estressores mais elevado era o n?vel de stress, o que leva a recomenda??o de que se instituam programas de controle do stress tanto a n?vel profil?tico como de tratamento. Estudos posteriores seriam de grande relev?ncia para a verifica??o dos reais determinantes da preval?ncia de sintomas decorrentes do stress excessivo nas mulheres.

This research studied the creativity s phenomenon above viewpoint of subject, its process according to the qualitative research and the Historic-Cultural of Subjectivity s Theory. The creativity is viewed that a complex phenomenon involved one connection of complex psychological functions, can or cannot develop during subject s history of life. There were 9 subjects studied, from ages 21 to 45 years old. They did not have theatrical experience. There were 5 masculine and 4 feminine. The subjects arrived timid without corporal and verbal scenic repertory. Inside of the conversation dynamics showed, difficult of subjects how to create alone and with a group. During application, scenic plays the subjects development repertory of corporal and verbal expression. Inside conversation, dynamics begun to share blockades and fears connected of creation. News subjective senses were constituted and news configuration senses were connected to create to iniciate modification. The conclusion was that this group could create after occurred the emergency of critic subject that reflects about his values and his subjective senses and he intensifies his self-knowledge. So the scenic expressions showed different matrices with new corporal expressions and new verbal expressions. Finally, there was consideration that this theatre and its plays stimulated and developed new creative configurations and creative scenic expressions peculiar to each subject. I understood that this theatre and his plays stimulated and developed configuration creative news and creative scenic expressions singulars in the subjects. Consequently this theatre is understood in Theatre of Creativity: viewpoint of how play stimulates and transports the sleeping actor to create and how a protagonist plays in the scene of your life. / Os jogos de teatro, neste estudo, visaram despertar e investigar os processos criativos e as express?es c?nicas criativas e n?o-criativas. O termo criatividade deriva do latim, creare , que significa fazer algo novo e do grego krainem realizar. Criar cenicamente seria produzir, expressar repert?rio corporal e verbal novo e diferente na hist?ria do sujeito. Esta pesquisa estudou o fen?meno da criatividade do ponto de vista do sujeito, de seus processos segundo a pesquisa qualitativa e a Teoria Hist?rico-Cultural da Subjetividade. Conclui-se que este grupo conseguiu criar, ap?s emerg?ncia do sujeito cr?tico que reflete sobre seus valores e sentidos subjetivos e aumenta seu autoconhecimento. Assim a express?o c?nica vai se apresentando de forma diferenciada, com novos gestos corporais e novas express?es verbais. Por fim, notou-se que este teatro e seus jogos estimularam e desenvolveram novas configura??es criativas e express?es c?nicas criativas idiossincr?ticas em cada sujeito e, portanto, este teatro passou a ser compreendido como Teatro da Criatividade: visto como jogo que estimula e alavanca o ator adormecido para criar e atuar como ator protagonista no palco de sua vida.

Previous issue date: 2006-12-06 / The corporal posture is based in a system complex influenced by factors like balance, muscular force, flexibility and harmony of the muscle skeletic system. This study had the objective elaborate a quality scale of corporal posture for teenagers. Two samples were used. The sample 1 was compound for four female physiotherapiers, that participated like judges in the content evaluation of scale. In the sample 2 participated 92 teenagers, 40 masculine and 52 female; 35 of for private school and 57 for public school, 5? and 6? grades with 10 and 12 years old, from interior S?o Paulo state. The instruments used were: Quality Posture Scale for teenagers and Assessment Program Computerized- denominate Posturograma . The scale measured fours areas: 1-referring to seated posture, 2- foot posture, 3- evaluated the lied posture and 4- the posture in relation school things. The program the Assessment Computerized determined the distances between anatomics points in 6 photographies made in the anterior and posterior view, right and left profile, anterior inflection in the anterior view and profile. Used the Variant Analysis Univariant and the correlations Pearson s statistics verifications. The constructor validity Posture Quality Scale was verified through of significative correlation (p ? 0,05) between its series. If you compare, the scale results with measures of Assessment Computerized Posture just 3 significatives correlations. So, conclued that is possible assess the quality posture of teenagers through valid instruments, however others studies made necessaries in the area. / A postura corporal ? fundamentada num complexo sistema influenciado por fatores como equil?brio, for?a muscular, flexibilidade e a harmonia do sistema m?sculo esquel?tico. Este estudo teve como objetivo elaborar uma escala de qualidade da postura corporal para pr?-adolescentes. Duas amostras foram utilizadas. A Amostra 1 foi composta por quatro fisioterapeutas do sexo feminino, que participaram como ju?zes na avalia??o de conte?do da escala. Na Amostra 2 participaram 92 pr?-adolescentes, 40 do sexo masculino e 52 do sexo feminino, sendo 35 de escola particular e 57 de escola p?blica, de 5? e 6? s?ries, de 10 a 12 anos de idade, do interior do estado de S?o Paulo. Os instrumentos utilizados foram: Escala de Qualidade Postural para Pr? - adolescentes e Programa de Avalia??o postural Computadorizada - denominado Posturograma. A Escala mediu quatro ?reas: 1 referente ? postura sentada, 2 relativa a postura em p?, 3 avaliou a postura deitada e 4 a postura em rela??o ao material escolar. O Programa de Avalia??o Computadorizada mensurou as dist?ncias entre pontos anat?micos em 6 fotografias feitas na vista anterior, posterior, perfil direito e esquerdo, flex?o anterior na vista anterior e perfil. Utilizou-se a An?lise da Vari?ncia Univariada e a Correla??o de Pearson para as verifica??es estat?sticas. A validade de construto para a Escala de Qualidade Postural foi verificada, atrav?s de uma correla??o significativa (p ? 0,05) entre suas ?reas. Ao se comparar, no entanto os resultados da Escala com medidas da Avalia??o Postural Computadorizada encontrou-se apenas 3 correla??es significativas. Previous issue date: 2006-02-08 / Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica de Campinas / This research intended to present the experience with a group of overweight and obese adolescents, as well as the analysis of this experience aiming at: the verification of the themes emerged from the group; the knowledge of the symbolical meaning of these adolescents actions and verbalizations; the perception whether the conquest of a sensitization in the group in respect to their conditions took place; the confirmation whether the necessary conditions for a sustentation or holding of the group from the support group technique occurred. The elected method upon which this research was based was the clinical method, through which one can get a bio-psycho-social comprehension of the individual. The participants were seven obese and overweight adolescents, composing a homogeneous group in diagnostic and ages band. A recorder and cassette-tapes were used with the authorization of all the participants as well as of their parents, who were cleared up on all the details of the research, to which they were also volunteers. The instruments used were: a previous interview that allowed selecting the participants while avoiding counter indications, and the support group technique. The place where the work was carried out was a private clinic room with capacity for up to 15 people. The desks were placed in circle within good distance that allowed good communication. There were four weekly sessions of an hour and a half, during which the researcher s function was not prominent towards the group but it was the only one previously determined. It was paid a special attention to the favoring of the holding and of the group s cohesion, for the intent of the evaluation. For the results analysis the qualitative model proposed by Ka?s and Anzieu (1976) was adopted, with the selection of excerpts that were analyzed and discussed after various readings of the psychologist and the adviser professor of this research, who has a group-analytical background. Thus, the analysis and the results interpretation seemed to reach our intents concerning the participants sensitization as well as the holding offered by the group context, besides the possibility to identify the themes that arose from the group and some of their symbolical meanings. / O presente trabalho pretendeu apresentar uma experi?ncia com um grupo de adolescentes com sobrepeso e obesos, bem como a an?lise dessa experi?ncia, buscando: a verifica??o dos temas surgidos no grupo; o conhecimento do significado simb?lico de a??es e verbaliza??es dos adolescentes; a percep??o da conquista ou n?o de uma sensibiliza??o por parte do grupo, em rela??o a seu quadro; a constata??o quanto ? cria??o ou n?o, por parte da t?cnica de grupo de apoio, das condi??es necess?rias para a sustenta??o (holding) do grupo. O m?todo escolhido para pautar a pesquisa foi o m?todo cl?nico, sendo atrav?s dele que se busca compreender a pessoa de forma bio-psico-social. Os participantes da pesquisa foram sete adolescentes obesos e com sobrepeso, constituindo um grupo homog?neo quanto a diagn?stico e faixa et?ria. Foram utilizados como materiais gravador e fitas-cassete, com a devida autoriza??o dos participantes e de seus respons?veis, que foram esclarecidos a respeito de todos os detalhes da pesquisa, sendo volunt?rios da mesma. O local onde se deu o trabalho foi uma cl?nica particular / sala, capaz de comportar at? 15 pessoas, com carteiras dispostas em c?rculo, a uma dist?ncia que permitiu boa comunica??o. Ocorreram quatro encontros semanais de uma hora e meia, sendo que o papel adotado pela pesquisadora foi sem destaque perante o grupo, por?m o ?nico pr?-definido. Foi conferida aten??o ao propiciar do holding e ao sentido de coes?o grupal, tendo finalidades voltadas ? avalia??o. J? para a an?lise dos resultados foi adotado o modelo de pesquisa qualitativo, com a utiliza??o de modelo proposto por Ka?s e Anzieu (1976), com a sele??o de trechos a serem analisados e discutidos, a partir de v?rias leituras por parte da psic?loga e do orientador do trabalho, o qual possui forma??o grupanal?tica. Previous issue date: 2007-02-08 / The main objective of this report was to identify how the teacher defines the Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity(AD/H). The data collected through questionnaire elaborated specifically for this report had been analyzed in a qualitative form, giving not only the definition of AD/H, but also data about the practice of each teacher who was heard in this research. The report showed that the concept defined for the teachers is not far from the used scientific definitions. The information about the teachers practice is that the difficulty of work with the pupils AD/H exists and it is related to the lack of structure and technician support offered by the schools, mainly the public schools. Professional help from psychologists is what is considered a technician support. Besides that, this support, offered or not by the school, was showed that the work of the psychologist is believed to be what provides the solution of all problems in the classroom, therefore that only this professional can help to include the pupil with AD/H, as if it was possible to with hold the school and the family responsibility of work together as a group to achieve the goal. / O principal objetivo deste estudo foi identificar como o professor conceitua o D?ficit de Aten??o/ Hiperatividade(DA/H). Os dados, coletados atrav?s de question?rio elaborado especificamente para este estudo, foram analisados de forma qualitativa, fornecendo al?m da defini??o sobre o DA/H, dados sobre a pr?tica docente de cada professora ouvida nesta pesquisa. O estudo mostrou que o conceito definido pelas professoras n?o se distancia das defini??es cient?ficas utilizadas. Quanto ? pr?tica docente os dados informaram que existe a dificuldade de trabalho com os alunos com DA/H que se relaciona com a falta de estrutura e apoio t?cnico oferecidos pelas redes de ensino, principalmente a rede estadual, fazendo com que as professoras n?o encontrem formas de solucionar essas dificuldades. Por apoio t?cnico, entende-se atendimento profissional de psic?logos. Ainda com rela??o a este apoio, oferecido ou n?o pelas redes de ensino, a pesquisa revelou que existe a cren?a de que o trabalho do psic?logo ? que pode proporcionar a solu??o dos problemas existentes na sala de aula, ou seja, que este profissional sozinho pode ajudar na inclus?o do aluno com DA/H, como se fosse poss?vel isentar a escola e a fam?lia do trabalho conjunto para esse fim.

Previous issue date: 2007-02-14 / This work intends, through the theoretical concept of mediation, family and creativity, the delineation of the mediator profile and his influence in family mediation practice close to Courts. The research focused the mediator personal characteristics, and the development of the mediation process, besides the relation with creativity. The sample was composed by 16 mediators, of both sexes, by the age of 32 to 64, of many professional origins. The instruments were: questionnaire and three problem situations that described parent s conflict about support obligation. The results indicated that mediators had qualification course that varied from 20 to 104 hours, are volunteers, had a little experience with mediation and did on average one mediation, from 30 to 60 minutes of duration. Through the problem situations, the results demonstrated that mediators usually define the problem situation like psychological and inter personal, adoption of informational strategies and frequent use of closed questions. Consequently, they most used evaluation positions. The research also evaluated the fluency, flexibility and originality of mediators ideas relating with creativity, concluding that the mediators creative process is limited. The questionnaire answers were submitted to content analysis and qualitative evaluation. The research pointing that the way utilized by mediators can t facilitate the development of personal creativity and social creativity in this kind of conflict. / O trabalho apresentado pretende, a partir de conceitos te?ricos sobre media??o, fam?lia e criatividade, tra?ar o perfil dos mediadores e sua influ?ncia na pr?tica de media??o familiar junto aos Tribunais. A pesquisa enfocou as caracter?sticas pessoais do mediador, assim como do processo de media??o por ele realizado e sua rela??o com a criatividade. A amostra foi composta por 16 mediadores, de ambos os sexos, na faixa et?ria de 32 a 64 anos, de v?rias origens profissionais. Os instrumentos foram: question?rio e tr?s situa??es problema que versavam sobre conflito entre pais a respeito de pens?o aliment?cia. Os resultados apontaram que os mediadores se capacitaram atrav?s de curso com dura??o m?dia de 40 horas, s?o volunt?rios, t?m pouca experi?ncia pr?tica em media??o e realizam em m?dia uma sess?o de media??o por caso, com dura??o de 30 a 60 minutos. A partir das situa??es problema, os resultados demonstraram maior tend?ncia para defini??o dos problemas sob o ponto de vista psicol?gico e interrelacional, ado??o de estrat?gias informativas e realiza??o de perguntas fechadas. Constatou-se maior utiliza??o de posturas avaliadoras, em detrimento das facilitadoras. Tamb?m se verificou ser limitado o processo criativo dos mediadores pela an?lise do n?vel de flu?ncia, flexibilidade e originalidade das respostas. As respostas ao question?rio foram submetidas ? an?lise de conte?do e avalia??o qualitativa, passando ao crivo de tr?s ju?zes especialistas na ?rea para verifica??o do ?ndice de concord?ncia. Concluiu-se que a media??o, na forma como vem sendo aplicada, n?o facilita o desenvolvimento da criatividade pessoal e social nesse tipo de conflito.

Previous issue date: 2007-02-07 / Nowadays, there are a large number of professionals from different areas using motricity or psychomotricity as a way of studying many contexts, implying that motricity is the interaction of several motor functions. The aim of this study was to characterize the psychomotor profile of children aging from 6 to 11 years old with an Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) clinical diagnosis. Ten Children that were attending the Children s Psychiatric Department of a Hospital from a Sao Paulo State city, from April/ 2006 to June/ 2006 had participated on the present research. In order to be selected, children must have satisfied the inclusion criteria, and also they must not have any exclusion criteria. After obtaining parental consent, children were evaluated. The assessment tool was Motor Development Scale (MDS) developed by Francisco Rosa Neto (1996), focusing 5 psychomotor factors, including fine motricity, global motricity, equilibrium, body scheme, and space organization. With the applied tasks, it became possible to verify all kinds of variation on the psychomotor performance establishing, or not, a relationship with the ADHD. The results suggests that the ADHD children did not have a satisfying motor performance, however it is not possible to assume that the ADHD was the only cause of the low performance, it is necessary to consider other issues as environments, social end economic level, and others, though this study does not concerns this issues. / Na atualidade, existem in?meros profissionais que utilizam a motricidade ou a psicomotricidade como meio de estudos em diferentes contextos, sendo que a motricidade ? a intera??o de diversas fun??es motoras. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi caracterizar o perfil psicomotor de crian?as entre 6 e 11 anos de idade com diagn?stico cl?nico comprovado de transtorno do d?ficit de aten??o e hiperatividade. Participaram da presente pesquisa 10 crian?as que freq?entaram, entre abril de 2006 e junho de 2006, o Ambulat?rio de Psiquiatria Infantil de um Hospital de uma cidade do interior do estado de S?o Paulo. Foram selecionadas as crian?as que cumpriram os crit?rios de inclus?o, al?m de n?o possu?rem nenhum fator de exclus?o. A pesquisa foi realizada com a autoriza??o dos pais ou respons?veis, os quais assinaram o termo de consentimento. As crian?as foram submetidas a uma avalia??o por meio da Escala de Desenvolvimento Motor (EDM), estabelecida por Francisco Rosa Neto (1996). Referente ? EDM, a mesma enfoca 5 fatores psicomotores, sendo motricidade fina, motricidade global, equil?brio, esquema corporal e organiza??o espacial. Por meio das tarefas aplicadas, foi poss?vel constatar qualquer tipo de varia??o no desempenho dos fatores psicomotores citados, estabelecendo-se, ou n?o, uma rela??o com o transtorno do d?ficit de aten??o e hiperatividade. O resultado obtido constatou um perfil psicomotor com desempenho n?o satisfat?rio, por?m ? invi?vel afirmar que esse seja o ?nico fator para tal resultado, sendo necess?rio considerar outras vari?veis como meio ambiente, n?vel socioecon?mico, entre outras, as quais n?o s?o o objeto de discuss?o deste estudo.

According to many researches hypertension is caused by an association of many different risk factors, and stress could be one of them. There are several of studies that demonstrate stress effects on hypertensive patients. The purpose of this study was to verify the possible association between stressful events and hypertensive crises occurrence. This sample was comprised by 20 women whose age was around 45-55. All data were collected in one-section interview with hypertensive urgency patients, and the instruments used were: The Inventory of Stress Symptoms (ISSL), and the Stress Sources Scale. According to the results, most of the subjects had the stress diagnosis, and the present stressors average in the last 6 months was 3,15. The most frequent stressor found was threat to personal integrity These results suggest that new and larger researches are necessary to deeply understand the influence of stressful events on the hypertensive urgency occurrence. / A hipertens?o tem sido muito estudada pelos profissionais da ?rea da sa?de. Considera-se a hipertens?o uma doen?a causada pela associa??o de diferentes fatores de risco, entre eles o stress. Os efeitos do stress no paciente hipertenso, assim como em pacientes com outras doen?as, v?m merecendo aten??o, considerando-se sua grande influ?ncia. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a poss?vel rela??o entre os eventos estressantes e a ocorr?ncia da urg?ncia hipertensiva. Participaram vinte mulheres com idade m?dia de 45-55 nos. Os dados foram coletados em um ?nico encontro com o paciente em urg?ncia hipertensiva. Foram utilizados os seguintes instrumentos: Invent?rio de Sintomas de Stress para Adultos e Escala de Fontes de Stress. A maioria dos participantes apresentou o diagn?stico de stress e a m?dia do n?mero de fontes estressoras presentes nos ?ltimos seis meses foi 3,15. O tipo de fonte de stress mais freq?ente foi a amea?a ? integridade. Esses resultados sugerem novas pesquisas nessa ?rea com maior n?mero de participantes para uma melhor compreens?o da influ?ncia dos eventos estressantes na ocorr?ncia da urg?ncia hipertensiva.
