The final thesis is focused on problematic question of social services quality inspection. First part of the thesis aids on conception of quality in context of social services. This part also describes development of social services and their practical use in law system of Czech Republic. We can also find description of inspection methods and their system. Third charter is mainly focused on dimension of inspector's ethic codex. It is aiming on systems of values, professional ethics, ethic codex and education of inspectors. Last and main chapter is trying to explain problematic areas in actual and real conditions of inspection process. Chapter contains suggestions with several solutions. Thesis uses and combines all collected data from verified sources, specialists external inspectors.

The aim of this diploma work is to assess how important role play ethic, motivation and stimulation in the selected company, find their mutual relations and assess their quality. To establish whether ethic, motivation and stimulation really create an important part of the business strategy. The survey was carried out in a private enterprise which focuses on projection, engineering and assembly activities. The survey shows that ethic plays an unsubstitutable role and to a certain extent it impacts on the firm's prosperity. Therefore the employer should motivate and stimulate his employees and have a well-developed incentive program which would allow him to affect purposefully the whole team.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar los factores que influyeron en las exportaciones de la leche evaporada con partida arancelaria 0402911000 hacia el mercado de los Estados Unidos durante el periodo 2008-2018. La metodología que se usó para el estudio fue de tipo descriptiva, con diseño no experimental, con un corte longitudinal y con un enfoque mixto al intervenir variables cualitativas y cuantitativas, tales como las medidas sanitarias y fitosanitarias, el valor FOB y la producción. El principal resultado en el enfoque cualitativo fue el grado de influencia de las exigentes medidas sanitarias que impactó en el desempeño de las exportaciones al mercado estadounidense, debido a que, las normas norteamericanas difieren de las normas internacionales. Por otro lado, en el enfoque cuantitativo, el hallazgo en la competitividad del valor FOB ha favorecido las exportaciones hacia el mercado estadounidense. Sin embargo, en la producción, pese a que se cuenta con la materia prima necesaria para abastecer mercados internacionales, la falta de apoyo por parte del Estado para orientar a los productores es la causa de fondo del porque no se ha llegado a la competitividad esperada. La población de estudio está conformada por 16 gerentes y jefes de las empresas Gloria y Nestlé; En donde se aplicó entrevistas semiestructuradas a expertos como instrumento de recolección de datos. El estudio pretende responder si las normas de etiquetado son una barrera al comercio, y si la competitividad del valor FOB y la producción contribuye a las exportaciones. / The main objective of this investigation was to determine the factors that influenced the evaporated milk exports tariff heading 0402911000 to the United States market during the period 2008-2018. The methodology used for the study was descriptive, with a non-experimental design, with a longitudinal section and with a mixed approach, involving qualitative and quantitative variables, such as sanitary and phytosanitary measures, FOB value production. The main result in the qualitative approach was the degree of influence of the demanding sanitary measures that had and impact of the performance of exports to the US market, because the North American standards differ from the international standards. On the other hand, in the quantitative approach, the finding in the competitiveness of the FOB value has favored exports to the US market. However, in production, despite having the raw material necessary to supply international markets, the lack of support from the State to guide producers is the root cause of why the expected competitiveness has not been reached. The study population is made up of 16 managers and heads of the companies Gloria and Nestle; Where semi-structure interviews with experts were applied as an instrument for data collection. Das Hauptanliegen meines Forschungsprojektes war die erneute Untersuchung der aus dem späten 3. bis 7. Jahrhundert n. Chr. stammenden griechischen medizinischen Papyri, die zwischen 1913 und 1914 hauptsächlich an einem Ort in der ägyptischen Stätte von Antinoopolis gefunden wurden. Antinoopolis bietet die Gelegenheit, diesen Dokumenten einen archäologischen Kontext zu geben, zumal die vorliegende geographische und chronologische Kontinuität einen detaillierten Vergleich der durch diese Quellen konservierten Daten begünstigt. Das Interesse an Antinoopolis aus medizinhistorischer Perspektive ist durch die diversen Heilpraktiken begründet, die von den dokumentarischen, literarischen und archäologischen Beweisstücken bezeugt werden, und deren Quantität und Bandbreite für ein ägyptisches Dorf außergewöhnlich sind. Das Ziel meiner Forschung an den Papyri ist sowohl philologischer als auch kulturhistorischer Natur. Erstens habe ich versucht, die Manuskripte wissenschaftlich zu präsentieren und ihre Eigentümlichkeiten, Charakteristika und Funktionen zu diskutieren. Ich wollte unser Verständnis dieser Fragmente durch die Identifizierung neuer Textabschnitte, die Integrierung von Textzusätzen und eine genauere Untersuchung ihrer formellen Struktur verbessern, was zu einer überarbeiteten Edition einiger ausgewählter Papyri führte. Darüber hinaus habe ich versucht, zum besseren Verständnis des allgemeinen Umfeldes dieser ägyptischen Gemeinschaft, besonders in Bezug auf religiöse Heilpraktiken im Zusammenhang mit der heiligen Stätte des Collouthus beizutragen, und die historischen und kulturellen Gegebenheiten zu untersuchen, in denen diese Texte genutzt wurden. Schlussendlich untersucht meine Forschung die Entwicklung des Kodex im Allgemeinen über den Zeitraum der späten Antike, die an verschiedenen Aspekten beobachtet werden kann. Eine der interessantesten Fragen dabei ist, wie die Texte gesammelt und präsentiert wurden, d.h. der Zusammenhang von Aufbewahrung der Papyri und ihrem Textinhalt. / The main aim of my research project was to re-examine the Greek medical papyri from the Egyptian site of Antinoopolis dating between late 3rd up to 7th century AD, discovered mostly in a single area between 1913 and 1914. Antinoopolis offers the potential for putting documents into an archaeological context, and this geographical and chronological consistency facilitates a close comparison between the data preserved in these sources. The interest in Antinoopolis, as far as the medical tradition is concerned, lies in the diverse healing practices attested by documentary, literary and archaeological evidence whose quantity and range is altogether exceptional among Egyptian villages. The objective of my research is both papyrological-philological and cultural-historical. Firstly, I have tried to present the manuscripts and discuss their peculiarities, characteristics and functions. I have sought to improve our understanding of these fragments through the identification of new portions of text, the integration of supplements and a better assessment of their formal arrangement, which resulted in the revised edition of a few outstanding papyri. In addition to this, I have tried to contribute to the evaluation of the general context of this Egyptian community, particularly as regards religious healing practices connected to the sanctuary of Collouthus, and to explore the historical and cultural circumstances in which these texts were used. Finally, my research investigates the development of the codex throughout late Antiquity, which can be observed in a number of respects. One of the most significant concerns how the texts were assembled and presented, namely the interplay between container and content.

I denna uppsats jämförs det interna narrativets utveckling hos Apg 8:4-15:35 i en läsning av ursprungstexten såsom den presenteras i B2000 med det utökade narrativet såsom det presenteras i Codex Bezae (D). Apg 8:4 tar vid efter att Stefanos stenats och vid 15:35 har apostlamötet i Jerusalem ägt rum och Paulus missionsresor börjar.  Genom att göra denna jämförelse går det att se OM och i sådanafall i vilken utsträckning Codex Bezae påverkar förståelsen av det interna narrativet. I denna uppsats undersöks även olika möjligheter i den pågående debatten kring den narrativa enheten hos Lukasevangeliet och Apostlagärningarna. Detta genom att undersöka vilken "sida" i debatten (enhetligt eller ej enhetligt narrativ) som till störst del stödjs av det undersökta narrativet i Apg. De två olika sidorna i debatten representeras av Robert C. Tannehill respektive Richard R. Pervo. Respektive forskares resonemang kring de verser som behandlas inom denna uppsats ställs motvarandra.

The "Ethical standards of Public Administration" diploma thesis looks at the application of the Code of Ethics in central government administration and the civil service. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the collected data, to determine the level of use of a single document, which addresses the ethical values within the administrative authorities, to identify problem areas and to propose possible solutions. The problem is defined and graphically displayed using a structured tree chart in the introductory part of the thesis. The next part of the thesis is dedicated to the subsequent identification of the problem and to the theoretical solutions, including the outline of a problem of applying ethical standards within the context of reform in government administration. This is followed by a brief description of the changes in the employment of civil servants in the government (public) administration authorities in neighbouring countries. In this thesis I am describing the life and work of important Czech professor and lawyer Miroslav Zedníček. It goes throught his childhood, school years, study of theology, priest activity, especially the pastoration in his parish Liběšice by Úštěk, then his pedagogical period at the Roman Catholic St. Cyril and Methodius Theological Faculty in Litoměřice and later at Catholic Teological Faculty of Charles University in Prague. I am focusing at his scientist work, especially the translation of the Codex of the Canon Law from the year 1983. I am also showing the testimony of the people who knew Miroslav Zedníček in different periods of his life and their experiences with him. There is also include the list of his publication activity, briefly mention his job in advocacy, his appreciations and medal. In the end of my thesis I have placed the text from the memorial plaque in Liběšice, which the residents donated to the professor Miroslav Zedníček as a tribute. Dissertation Thesis Abstract - Liability for Damage Caused by A Defective Product JUDr. Petr Šťovíček The subject-matter of the dissertation thesis is the relationship of legal liability for damage inflicted upon a consumer by a defective product. The paper describes the statutory definition of the relationship, in particular, without limitation, the preconditions to the establishment of liability of the individual entities on the part of entrepreneurs participating in all phases of the product distribution from the moment of its manufacturing, or, as the case may be, it import to the Czech Republic, to the moment of its sale to the end consumer; limits of the liability and possibilities through which the consumer may claim compensation of the caused damage. The first part of the paper focuses on the above mentioned issued of general legal regulation applicable to liability, its historical development and types; it has a rather generally descriptive nature.
