For this, start with the premise that the main topic of organizational change, at the last decades, includes the structure of organizations. These changes are a reaction of the organizations to the merchandizing intense pressures that amplified the level of competitivity. In such case, the establishment of contributing relations appeared as a strong tool of organizational development, however caused a change on the way of observing the enterprises. Under this context, the traditional strategic planning becomes an analyzed target in virtue of this new organizational environment that is formed when the conception of the structures at networks of enterprises. The general objective in this dissertation consist to promote a comparative analysis of the process of Strategic Planning (SP) between an enterprise of traditional pattern and an inter-worknets networks, in function of the contrast among the organizational environments. For this, will be analyzed the construction of the strategic planning at a traditional enterprise environment (only one enterprise) establishing a comparison with the same process at an inter-worknet network (enterprises in network). It is suppose that the network organizational environment differs from the traditional organizational environment. This way, the process of strategic planning is different by strength of structural divergence among the organizational environments. The objective of this study is to explain possible divergences at the elaboration of the SP between the environments in this study called: traditional and inter-worknets networks. Supplementary the study presume that the process of strategic planning permit the access of information and privileged recourses that processed enables the development of the knowledge of organizations and becomes an important tool to the organizational development. Such suppositions and objectives were reached based on a structured questionary and personal interview with managers of Strategic Planning of the two researched enterprises. Both of them are recognized on the national and international scenario representing the relevance of the study. / O presente trabalho analisa o ambiente empresarial tradicional e o ambiente de redes interorganizacionais quando da elabora??o do planejamento estrat?gico (PE). Para tal, partese da premissa de que o principal t?pico de mudan?a organizacional, nas ?ltimas d?cadas, envolve a estrutura das organiza??es. Tais mudan?as s?o rea??es das organiza??es ?s fortes press?es mercadol?gicas que elevaram o n?vel de competitividade. Assim, o estabelecimento de rela??es colaboradoras surgiu como forte ferramenta de desenvolvimento empresarial, entretanto acarretou na mudan?a da forma com que se observam as empresas. Neste contexto, o planejamento estrat?gico tradicional torna-se alvo de an?lise em virtude deste novo ambiente organizacional que se forma quando da concep??o de estruturas em redes de empresas. O objetivo geral nesta disserta??o consiste em promover uma an?lise comparativa do processo de Planejamento Estrat?gico (PE) entre uma empresa de formato tradicional e uma rede interorganizacional, em fun??o do contraste entre os ambientes organizacionais. Para tanto, ser? analisada a constru??o do planejamento estrat?gico em um ambiente empresarial tradicional (uma ?nica empresa) estabelecendo uma compara??o com o mesmo processo em uma rede interorganizacional (empresas em rede). Sup?e-se que o ambiente organizacional em rede difere-se do ambiente organizacional tradicional. Desta forma, o processo de planejamento estrat?gico ? diferenciado por for?a da diverg?ncia estrutural entre os ambientes organizacionais. O objetivo do presente estudo ? interpretar poss?veis diverg?ncias na elabora??o do PE entre os ambientes neste estudo denominados: tradicional e redes interorganizacionais. Complementarmente o estudo sup?e que este processo de planejamento estrat?gico permite o acesso a informa??es e recursos privilegiados que processados possibilitam o desenvolvimento do conhecimento das organiza??es e, portanto, torna-se ferramenta importante para o desenvolvimento organizacional. Tais suposi??es e objetivos foram atingidos com base em question?rio estruturado e entrevista pessoal com os gestores de Planejamento Estrat?gico das duas empresas pesquisadas. Ambas s?o reconhecidas no cen?rio nacional e internacional representando a relev?ncia do estudo.

This work was aimed to study the contribution of the application of Pedagogy of Projects in the praxis of Environmental Education for the formation in Farming Technicians at IFTM ? Campus Uberl?ndia under the focus of sustainable dimension; verify in which way the proposal of works with projects of Environmental Education determines a transforming character in the practice of students, in relation to the scholar community. Action-research was used in order to develop the Environmental Education projects, because this methodoly has strong relations with an action or with the resolution of problems in a cooperative or participative way. Participated in the research 120 students ? 60 from 2nd high school and 60 from 3rd high school of the Farming course of IFTM, who developed 6 projects: Water and Sewage treatment, PEPA (Permanent Environmental Protection Area) Reforesting project, the Environmental problems at IFTM, Sustainability at IFTM, Disposal at IFTM, and of proposal of Solid residue Management at IFTM. The knowledge gained with the application of Pedagogy of Projects in the praxis of Environmental Education at IFTM contributed to develop in the scholar community an awareness process about the importance of sustainability in the use of natural resources. This research has prompted a new way of teaching, enabling the construction of a new look on the way of working the subjects, breaking up the paradigms of traditional pedagogy, through creativity and autonomy of students. / A pesquisa com a tem?tica Educa??o Ambiental aliada ? pedagogia de projetos surgiu da necessidade de desenvolver um trabalho pedag?gico que valorizasse a participa??o de educando e do educador no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Este trabalho teve como objetivos estudar a contribui??o da pedagogia de projetos na pr?xis da Educa??o Ambiental para a forma??o de T?cnicos em Agropecu?ria do IFTM - Campus Uberl?ndia; verificar de que forma a proposta de trabalhos com projetos de Educa??o Ambiental determina um car?ter transformador nas pr?ticas dos estudantes, em rela??o ? comunidade escolar. Utilizamos a pesquisa-a??o para desenvolver os projetos de Educa??o Ambiental, pois essa metodologia estabelece estreita associa??o com uma a??o ou com a resolu??o de problemas de modo cooperativo ou participativo. Participaram da pesquisa 120 estudantes - 60 das 2? s?ries e 60 das 3? s?ries do curso de agropecu?ria do IFTM, os quais desenvolveram seis projetos, sendo eles: Tratamento de ?gua e esgoto, Reflorestamento de APP (?rea de Prote??o Permanente), Problemas Ambientais no IFTM, Sustentabilidade, Desperd?cio, e Proposta de Implanta??o de Gerenciamento dos Res?duos S?lidos. Os conhecimentos adquiridos com a aplica??o da pedagogia de projetos na pr?xis da Educa??o Ambiental no IFTM contribu?ram para desenvolver na comunidade escolar uma tomada de consci?ncia sobre a import?ncia da sustentabilidade na utiliza??o dos recursos naturais. Our research aimed to analyze whether the current selection process of students conducted by the Campus Vitoria de Santo Ant?o constitutes a policy of inclusion. In recent years, initiatives are being taken to allow access to education and ensure the permanence at school of the poor and offering them a quality education from early childhood education to higher education. The Campus Vitoria de Santo Ant?o of the Federal Institute of Pernambuco proposed, in 2006, changes in its selection process with the intention of promoting social inclusion on the new directions taken by the Vocational Education, to democratize access to their courses and bring inside the rural population for which the Agrotechnical Schools were created. We used as instruments for data collection interviews, questionnaires, surveys of documentary and bibliography material, with the main subject of the graduates of that course of Agricultural Campus in 2010 in order to identify the reasons that led them to choose the school and intended course. We interviewed, too, the servers involved in the various selection processes to understand how was being understood and applied the concept of social inclusion in different stages of the selection process of the school. We also performed a reading of literature pertinent to the dissertation topic, so we can contextualize our work and theoretical basis. The results showed us that are possible make a different selection process of the traditional college entrance exam, and thus enable the entry of young people from disadvantaged sections, giving them access to quality education and ensuring their stay in school. We recognize that the initiative and management support are essential to a proposal for a paradigm shift in access to quality public education, that is not based only on the valuation of purely cognitive aspects. The testimony of servers and show students the positive view that the school community have the selection process, while they show suggestions and comments for its improvement. We expect, with this work, collaborate on understanding the issues related to the selection test theme for admission of students in public schools, at a time of redefinition, the lack of extensive discussion and consensus of the effectiveness of these processes in the democratization of access and social inclusion. We believe that even without the intention to generalization, the results obtained in this study may serve as a reference for other education institutions looking to implement policies and actions for Social Inclusion / O presente trabalho ? resultado de uma pesquisa realizada no Campus Vit?ria de Santo Ant?o do Instituto Federal de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia de Pernambuco. Utilizamos como instrumentos de coleta de dados entrevistas, question?rios, levantamentos de material documental e bibliogr?fico, tendo como principais sujeitos os concluintes do curso de Agropecu?ria do referido Campus no ano de 2010, a fim de identificar as raz?es que os levaram a escolher a escola e o curso pretendido. Entrevistamos, tamb?m, os servidores envolvidos nos diversos processos seletivos para compreender como estava sendo entendido e aplicado o conceito de Inclus?o social nas fases distintas do Processo seletivo da escola. Realizamos, ainda, leitura de bibliografia pertinente ao tema da disserta??o, para que pud?ssemos contextualizar e embasar teoricamente nosso trabalho. Os resultados nos mostraram que ? poss?vel realizar um processo seletivo diferenciado do tradicional vestibular, e assim possibilitar o ingresso de jovens das camadas menos favorecidas, proporcionando-lhes o acesso ao ensino de qualidade, e garantindo sua perman?ncia na escola. Reconhecemos que a iniciativa e o apoio da gest?o s?o essenciais para uma proposta de mudan?a de paradigma no acesso ao ensino p?blico de qualidade, que n?o esteja pautado apenas na valoriza??o de aspectos meramente cognitivos. Os depoimentos de servidores e alunos mostram a vis?o positiva que a comunidade escolar tem do processo seletivo, ao tempo que apresentam sugest?es e cr?ticas para o seu aperfei?oamento. Esperamos, com este trabalho, colaborar na elucida??o de quest?es relativas ? tem?tica exame de sele??o para ingresso de alunos nas escolas p?blicas, em um momento de redefini??o, ampla discuss?o e falta de consenso da efic?cia desses processos na democratiza??o do acesso e na inclus?o social. The analysis explores the context of creation of local parties ? liberals and conservatives ? through three ways: the press, the Provincial Assembly and the local political elite. Thus, this study relies on the analysis of various political journals of the period, which were reached the main ideas, projects and policy languages of each party. From the information obtained was developing the profile of the local intellectual elite: the writers. We also observed in this work the analysis of discourses and conflicts that emerge in the Provincial Assembly from 1860 to 1880, addressing the political vocabulary of deputies, and exposure of their proposals facing the political unrest in the Court. Finally, in order to get as much information as possible, an analysis was made of the profile of provincial deputies, focusing on aspects such as education level, academic training, employment and place of birth. The study demonstrated that the province of the Esp?rito Santo has a different demeanor from other provinces when compared to the date of creation of the two major parties in the rest of the Empire. In addition, the province shows after 1860, new political practices and a political vocabulary permeated by new ideas that coming to the province from the new composition of the political and intellectual elite. / Este trabalho tem como objeto principal a din?mica pol?tica da prov?ncia do Esp?rito Santo a partir das transforma??es que emergem ap?s 1860, per?odo em que ocorre uma transforma??o dos grupos pol?ticos pessoais para os verdadeiros partidos pol?ticos de cunho ideol?gico. A an?lise aborda o contexto de cria??o dos partidos locais ? liberais e conservadores- por meio de tr?s formas: a imprensa, a Assembleia Provincial e a elite pol?tica local. Desta forma, este estudo conta com a an?lise de diversos jornais pol?ticos do per?odo, pelos quais foram levantadas as principais ideias, projetos e linguagens pol?ticas de cada partido. A partir dos dados obtidos foi elaborando o perfil da elite intelectual local, ou seja, os redatores. At first, considering the Jauss? approach of Aesthetics of Reception, it was considered the proper intention of the play?s poetical speeches, situating their potential meanings as something mediated by the rhetorical and poetical devices of Early Modern European literary genres. Therefore, it is not a matter of this work speculating about the intentions of 'Quevedo' as an individual or psychological author. We have thought that the romantic-liberal readings on the play have harmed its proper epochal meanings, creating anachronistic perceptions. Then, from the play?s structural tropics, or from its rhetorical-poetical forms and motives, and also considering its contextual functions as dramatic genre proper to solace of Spanish court and its King, we have analyzed the function of valimento as main play?s theme. We have build the comprehension that the play is formed by scenic poetical dialogues that dramatize the valido as an ideal king?s chief counselor conforming to the current expectations shaped in the renaissance genre Mirror for Magistrates, such as Castiglione?s The Book of the Courtier. / O objetivo central deste trabalho ? analisar a figura??o de valido presente na pe?a teatral cortes? C?mo ha de ser el privado. Para tanto, partindo da Est?tica da Recep??o de Jauss, foi considerada a inten??o enquanto efeito do discurso na obra, ponderando o horizonte de expectativas e o modelo de leitor/audi?ncia nela contidos, diferentemente, portanto, de seguir a tend?ncia de vi?s rom?ntico de focalizar a inten??o da obra num suposto indiv?duo ?Quevedo?, ou seja, evitou-se concentrar numa no??o individualizada oitocentista de sujeito-autor os sentidos poss?veis de legibilidade para a pe?a. Acreditamos que a leitura rom?ntico-liberal feita at? ent?o sobre a pe?a compromete a sua legibilidade epocal, recaindo em leituras anacr?nicas. Tamb?m se verifica nesta disserta??o a an?lise dos discursos e conflitos que emergem na Assembleia Provincial entre 1860 e 1880, abordando o vocabul?rio pol?tico dos deputados e a exposi??o de suas propostas diante das agita??es pol?ticas que eram vislumbradas na Corte. Por fim, com a finalidade de levantar o maior n?mero poss?vel de informa??es, foi feita uma an?lise do perfil dos deputados provinciais, concentrando-se em dados como escolaridade, forma??o, ocupa??o e local de nascimento. O estudo demonstrou que a prov?ncia do Esp?rito Santo apresenta um comportamento diferente das demais prov?ncias quando se compara com a data de cria??o dos dois grandes partidos no restante do Imp?rio. For this understanding, we try to sort and organize texts highlighting / separating the following categories for analysis: 1) PIBID Importance of training; 2) Impact of school routine training; 3) dissociation theory and practical training; 4) practical importance on training / performing activities. According to the analysis of these categories, we can point to for licensing this program has meaning and can be motivator in choosing the teaching profession, as it was also considered important to the practice of teaching practice. Several historiographical studies have investigated the platinum borders and foreign policy of the Empire in the River Plate. In our paper we tried to understand the social history of this region as a living space and dialogue of those people who have settled there and pushed the policy of their states. We went beyond the official sources and even them we don?t investigate the diplomatic decisions, but the guidelines set forth and the interests involved. / Desde o processo de Independ?ncia o governo brasileiro procurou fortalecer suas rela??es internacionais com as Rep?blicas Platinas por seu desejo de imposi??o da soberania nacional. Assim, ? de fundamental import?ncia perceber, as negocia??es travadas na fronteira. Desta forma, demonstraremos as negocia??es, os jogos pol?ticos e os tratados internacionais, que foram assinados na d?cada de 1850, percebendo as problem?ticas que acabaram por conduzir a Guerra no Prata. V?rios trabalhos historiogr?ficos j? investigaram as fronteiras platinas e pol?tica externa do Imp?rio no Rio da Prata. Em nossa disserta??o procuramos compreender a hist?ria social dessa regi?o como um espa?o vivo e de di?logo daquelas popula??es que ali se estabeleceram e pressionaram a pol?tica de seus Estados. The development of the work considered the specific characteristics of the political context in which they were inserted the commissions (1910 and 1933) and the ideals of engineers in the First Republic. The first and the second Federal Commission, and important public policies engendered by the Union, contributed in the construction of the Baixada Fluminense region. / O objetivo deste trabalho ? contribuir com a hist?ria de ocupa??o da Baixada Fluminense no estado do Rio de Janeiro ao analisar e descrever a atua??o das duas Comiss?es Federais de Saneamento que intervieram neste espa?o.
