Ocenění a posouzení rozvojových možností nemovitých věcí výrobního areálu obvyklou cenou / Appraisal and assessment of development options immovable manufacturing facility open market valueHanzlovská, Nikola Unknown Date (has links)
The main objective of this diploma thesis is to determine the usual price for a manufacturing facility, by using valuation methods. A secondary aim was to determine best possible use of the building and the development possibilities, according to the results from valuation. Diploma thesis is divided to theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are detailed valuation methods divided to two main parts, the valuation by price regulation and the market valuation. In the beginning the pratical part describes the location and property. Furthermore I applied valuation method for manufacturing complex. At the conclusion is recapitulation and analysis of results, where are considered diferences and the usual price is set. The last chapter is devoted to the best use of complex and consideration of development possibilities.

Consequences of Insect Flight Loss for Molecular Evolutionary Rates and DiversificationMitterboeck, T. Fatima 25 May 2012 (has links)
This thesis investigates the molecular evolutionary and macroevolutionary consequences of flight loss in insects. Chapter 2 tests the hypothesis that flightless groups have smaller effective population sizes than related flighted groups, expected to result in a consistent pattern of increased non-synonymous to synonymous ratios in flightless lineages due to the greater effect of genetic drift in smaller populations. Chapter 3 tests the hypothesis that reduced dispersal and species-level traits such as range size associated with flightlessness increase extinction rates, which over the long term will counteract increased speciation rates in flightless lineages, leading to lower net diversification. The wide-spread loss of flight in insects has led to increased molecular evolutionary rates and is associated with decreased long-term net diversification. I demonstrate that the fundamental trait of dispersal ability has shaped two forms of diversity—molecular and species—in the largest group of animals, and that microevolutionary and macroevolutionary patterns do not necessarily mirror each other. / Generously funded by NSERC with a Canada Graduate Scholarship and the Government of Ontario with an Ontario Graduate Scholarship to T. Deux générations d’écrivaines africaines. Les femmes qui se conforment aux normes et les femmes qui font du bruit. Mariama Bâ et Calixthe Beyala. / Two generations of African writers: Women who conform to norms, and women who make noise. Mariama Bâ and Calixthe Beyala.Nilsson, Birgitta January 2014 (has links)
The title of this paper is "Two generations of African writers: Women who conform to norms, and women who make noise. Mariama Bâ and Calixthe Beyala”. In this study we analyze two novels, Une si longue lettre by Mariama Bâ (1979) and Assèze l’Africaine by Calixthe Beyala (1994). We examine the similarities and differences in expression, style and themes. Our objective is to determine whether Bâ and Beyala are representing two different groups of African female writers. We have combined a postcolonial approach with a comparative method. Our hypothesis is that the two novels stand in contrast to each other through differences in themes and styles. In order to test this hypothesis we use previous research. Our analysis shows that the work of Bâ has a sober and refined style of writing. Bâ is raising awareness of the situation of women, without deviating from social norms, choosing themes such as polygamy, sisterhood and the value of education. In the work of Beyala we see a more pronounced political criticism, in a bolder and more agitating style of writing. Our conclusion is that the two novels are strongly differentiated through themes and styles. Bâ and Beyala belong to two different generations of female French-speaking African authors.
