The Master thesis is focused on the definition of internal and external audit. This work is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical, which deals with the characteristics of audit, audit risk, explaining methods and procedures for internal and external audit. It also includes ethical assumptions, principles and law requirements for the exercise of the audit profession. The second part is practical, this part deals with the comparison, mutual confrontation between internal and external audit, specifies the same as well as different features between them. Moreover thesis focuses on the practical application of methods during the external audit. Purpose of this thesis is to compare the internal and external audit and applies the methods used in the external audit.

This diploma work focuses on financial analysis of construction company KBO, s.r.o., in which I have been working for two years and a half. The aim of this work is to evaluate financial health of this company and to show the main elements influencing its development. Further, there are proposed possible solutions and direction which the company should take. The first part is focused on theory and explanation of some applied methods. Causes of wrong economical development of this company are revealed in the application part of this work. Also, there was conducted comparison between traditionally applied methods and less applied methods in practise (e.g. Pollak method). In conclusion, there results some possible steps needed to improve the current situation.

The diploma paper focuses on the application of the financial analysis and on methods of complex evaluation of companies at Pleas, a.s. with after-comparison these methods.

Para tanto, foi feita a análise de um movimento de grande duração inserido em uma obra extensa, composta pelo austríaco Gustav Mahler (1860-1911): a Sinfonia nº3. Sobre esta obra foram realizadas três análises: formal segundo Schoenberg e Rosen; motívica, segundo Réti; e schenkeriana, segundo Salzer.Os métodos foram comparados entre si, de modo a identificarem-se as convergências e divergências entre eles; com base nas divergências e convergências, foramindicadas possibilidades de leitura da obra. Ao final, estes resultados foram confrontados com gravações realizadas por grandes orquestras, tendo à frente regentes reconhecidos como grandes intérpretes da obra de Mahler, verifinco como foram solucionados os problemas de divergência analítica e observando, ainda, se as convergências podem ser confirmadas em suas interpretações. / Abstract: The present Master's Degree dissertation seeks to demonstrate that the utilization of different analytical methods to a single opus, and their posterior comparation, in an efficient method for the study of musical language, particularly of an specific opus, and that, through this procedure, information on theoretical and interpretative interest that go beyond the isolated utilization of each method can be reached. Therefore, three analysis of the first movement of Gustav Mahler's 3rd Symphony were made. The three analysis were; formal, according to Schoenberg and Rosen; motivic according to Réti; and schenkerian, according to Salzer. The methods were compared to each other so it would be possible to identify similarities and differences amont them. Then, based on these similarities and differences, possibilities of reading of the work were indicated. In the end, these results were confronted with recording made by great orchestras, conducted by great maestros well-known as great interpreters of Mahler's opus, verifying how the problems of analytical diffrences were resolved and observing as well if the similarities coud be confirmed in their interpretations. / Mestre

This thesis demonstrates comparison of methods PERT and Critical Chain on the practical project of the development of golf course Liščí louky. In terms of the project the owners of the company GOLF Šumava s.r.o. will make a decision between two feasible alternates of the project. The thesis presents the comparison by methods PERT and Critical Chain by using software MS Project. The recommendation of the final alternate of the project for the owners was made not only on the basis of time and cost analysis but also on the basis of SWOT analyse.

This thesis deals with the comparison of SERVQUAL method and on-line references in the monitoring of hotel guest satisfaction. In the chosen hotel is conducted research of online references and the questionnaire research of SERVQUAL method. Implementation of these researches aims for designing appropriate recommendations to improve of provided services and improve the relationships with customers.

The subject of this thesis on fundamental equities analysis, which is considered one of the most commonly used methods for valuing securities, is to make the best investment in the chosen field into the selected equity companies. In the first part of the thesis there is a brief outline of other types of analysis together with other theoretical approaches but the main problem to be solved is the fundamental analysis. The second part is devoted to the selection and characterization of joint-stock companies of the same field and then selecting assessment indicators. The third part deals with the analysis of individual companies using selected methods of intercompany comparison from two different points of view. The final part conveys the comparison of selected methods of intercompany comparisons for both points of view and the proposal of the most suitable investment.

The objective of this thesis is to propose an investment recommendation in shares of selected airlines based on fundamental analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basics of investing. To select the best company there was used several intercompany comparison methods, which are based on assessment indicators. The result is an investment recommendation in the form of determining the order of profitability of individual companies.

Abstract This thesis Compare the price of the family house in various parts of Ceske Budejovice in 2015 and 2016 "deals with the valuation of a family house at the usual price and the price determined in 2015 and 2016. The family house is located on the outskirts of the city and then will be relocated to the city center. The usual price is determined by comparison, the comparison is made with similar family houses offered for sale in the real estate advertising. The price recorded for the year 2015 will be calculated by using valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 199/2014 Coll. 2016 using valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 199/2014 Coll., Decree no. 345/2015 Coll., Decree no. 53/2016 Coll. The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts which relate to the thesis. In the practical part are processed individual methods of valuation for 2015 and 2016 and localities - outskirt and center of České Budějovice. The output of the practical part is comparison of the usual price and the price established. Finally, we evaluate the factors that affect the cost of family houses.
