The objective of the present research was to analyze the links of families crossed by a psychotic crisis and the outcome of such crisis in the institutional care at CAPS (Centers of Psychosocial Attention), having the linkage clinic as focus. The framework proposed is the family clinic, apprehending the family as a founder of the subjectivity of the subject, a mediator between the subject and society, essential in the work with psychosis and consonant with the practices of care in the psychosocial attention in mental health. The methodology used was study of a clinical case based on the psychoanalytic method of investigation. From the analysis of the case presented, the family links and the family care were discussed. We have noticed that the group of family members was an important care asset for the family, from the listening of their suffering. Just as family therapy allows, in a unique way, the event and the intervention on the link configuration typical of the family, we believe that family therapy at CAPS, with the focus on link configurations, is essential to orient the practice of mental health care. / A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar os vínculos de famílias atravessadas por uma crise psicótica e o que advém desta crise no atendimento institucional em CAPS, tendo como enfoque a clínica vincular. O recorte proposto é a clínica de família por apreender a família como fundante da subjetividade do sujeito, mediadora entre o sujeito e a sociedade, essencial no trabalho com a psicose e consonante com as práticas de cuidado na atenção psicossocial em saúde mental. A metodologia utilizada foi o estudo do caso clínico, baseada no método psicanalítico de investigação. A partir da análise do caso apresentado, discutiu-se os vínculos familiares e o atendimento da família. Percebemos que o grupo de familiares, foi um importante dispositivo de cuidado para a família, a partir da escuta de seu sofrimento. Assim como a terapia familiar possibilita, de modo singular, o acontecimento e a intervenção sobre a configuração vincular própria da família, acreditamos que a terapia familiar no CAPS, com enfoque nas configurações vinculares, é fundamental para orientar a prática de cuidados em saúde mental. / Mestre em Psicologia Aplicada

O mundo contemporâneo estrutura sujeitos que se submergem no espaço virtual, intercomunicados e com acesso para viajar a países distantes de modo vertiginoso; porém, os expatriados são uma amostra que, de modo mais abrangente, desenha o perfil subjetivo do sujeito do século XXI. Com base no trabalho psicanalítico feito com famílias de expatriados, a presente pesquisa visa a aprofundar o conceito de interculturalidade. Esses sujeitos contemporâneos se constituem a partir de um emaranhado de culturas que se entrecruzam, deixando marcas variadas que vão se estruturando em uma identidade intercultural. Os vínculos familiares servem de base e apoio, em seus diferentes formatos. Trabalhamos com o expatriado e sua família em encontros terapêuticos em situação vincular, pelos quais a terapeuta faz interpretações e assinalamentos sobre o processo de inserção em culturas estrangeiras. A teoria que ampara o trabalho clínico e teórico é a psicanálise das configurações vinculares. Vários autores são citados para dar luz sobre o mundo atual, partindo da psicanálise e também considerando outras ciências, como a sociologia e a antropologia. Trabalhamos sobre seis casos clínicos de expatriação: cinco famílias com filhos e um casal, para dar sustentação clínica à pesquisa teórica. Apresentam-se diversos modos de estrutura dos vínculos, frente às mudanças geográficas, de espaço, tempo e cultura. Algumas famílias dão sustentação a esses processos, colaborando na conformação da identidade intercultural de seus membros, enquanto outras ficam a meio caminho, nesse processo. Assinalam-se os diferentes níveis de modificação ou impossibilidades de transformação na estrutura familiar inconsciente de cada grupo familiar. Três dimensões da estruturação psíquica são levadas em conta, no presente texto, que incluem a conformação intrapsíquica, a intersubjetiva ou vincular e a transubjetiva ou sociocultural. Estabelece-se um link entre a teoria e a prática clínica, para chegar às conclusões sobre o perfil subjetivo do sujeito contemporâneo. Based on psycoanalytical work with families of expatriates, this research aims at deepening the concept of interculturalism. These contemporary people are constituted by a tangle of interwoven cultures which leave psychic traces, that will determine the structure of an intercultural identity. Family ties in its different formats are the basis and support in this process. We interview expatriates families in \"therapeutic encounters in bond situation,\" in which the therapist provides interpretations and indications concerning the insertion process in foreign cultures. The theory that supports this clinical and theoretical work is psychoanalysis of link configurations. Several authors are quoted which provide knowledge about the modern world, starting with psychoanalysis and considering other sciences, such as sociology and anthropology. In this thesis we present six expatriation cases: five families with children and a couple, to provide clinical support to theoretical research. The cases present several ways of bond structure, so as to face geographic moves, space, time and culture modifications. Some families give support to these processes, and are active at shaping an intercultural identity of its members, while others stay halfway in the process. We discuss different levels of change of the unconscious structure of each family group. We take into consideration three dimensions of psychic structure: intrapsychic conformation, the inter-subjective or link space and the transubjective or sociocultural mode. This thesis establishes a link between theory and clinical practice, reaching conclusions about the subjective profile of contemporary people. The subjective constitution of the contemporary being requires adaptability and flexibility while oscillating between different universes, the possibility of using what\'s new as a form of internal modification and the use of resources to ensure a certain stability and internal linking, in order to build intercultural identity

Such problems consisted of a family crisis situation, which prompted psychological consultation. This is a qualitative study based on the psychoanalytic theory. It includes two main aspects: 1) the clinical cases of monoparental families with problems, and 2) the Theory of the Vinculum Configurations, chosen as the theory that will allow us to understand the clinical vinculum situations. From the theoretical point of view, the investigation includes a review as treated by Psychoanalysis on how the family theme has been considered by various authors. This research is guided by the clinical cases of four monoparental families in vinculum psychoanalytic treatment and by the cultural production of the film The city of men. In it we describe families headed by a woman-mother that constitute a family together with its children from different biological fathers. The study traces the evolution of the father as genitor or provider of spermatozoids up to the concept of the father s function above and beyond the father and mother figures. The children play an important role because they denounce the family as a configuration without a way out and point to the crisis situation that leads them to seek help. They introduce an element of ¨thirdness¨ as they mention the school, the streets, a job, the social environment. We define these types of families as a vinculum configuration made up by a mother and her children. We are not talking about the lack of a father figure but rather about a peculiar conformation that describes the unconscious family structure that supports it. In order to make a thorough study of the concept of family, we include its evolution through history, Brazilian laws, the social sciences and statistics. The clinical cases studied are families of the XXI century; therefore, this research leaves open a number of questions that should be explored in order to promote further theories and to continue developing this subject / A presente dissertação resulta das inquietações despertadas na consulta psicanalítica familiar frente à grande quantidade de famílias monoparentais que apresentavam queixas similares e que faziam com que consultassem, encontrando-se em uma situação de crise. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com uma sustentação teórica psicanalítica. O trabalho se faz baseado em dois eixos: por um lado, os casos clínicos das famílias monoparentais com queixa e, por outro, a teoria das configurações vinculares, escolhida como amparo para compreender as situações clínicas vinculares. Do ponto de vista teórico, trata-se de uma pesquisa que percorre dentro da Psicanálise o tema família, e como foi trabalhado pelos diferentes autores psicanalíticos. Os exemplos clínicos de quatro famílias monoparentais em tratamento vincular psicanalítico são as bases que norteiam a pesquisa, assim como uma produção cultural, o filme Cidade dos Homens. São famílias chefiadas por mulheres mães que conformam a família junto aos filhos de diferentes pais biológicos. No trabalho se parte da figura de pai, genitor, doador de espermatozóides, para evoluir até o conceito de função paterna, além e aquém da figura paterna e materna. Os filhos cumprem um papel importante, já que são os que denunciam uma configuração familiar sem saída, apontando a situação de crise que os faz consultar. Eles trazem ao meio familiar um espaço de terceiridade, através da menção à escola, à rua, ao trabalho, ao social. Definimos esse tipo de famílias como a configuração vincular conformada por mãe e filhos. Não falamos da falta de um lugar paterno, mas sim de uma conformação peculiar, descrevendo a estrutura familiar inconsciente, que sustenta essas famílias. Para um estudo aprofundado do conceito de família, inclui-se sua evolução através da história, do direito brasileiro, das ciências sociais e da estatística. As famílias abordadas como casos clínicos fazem parte das famílias do século XXI, porém a pesquisa deixa em aberto questões a continuar a serem pensadas, do ponto de vista da Psicanálise, para construir teoria e continuar ampliando o tema
