Having present economical situation as it is we state that our government has come across one tries to do its best as to rise people’s occupation in general. It is very important to be employed for the youth, because it is the corner stone in becoming independent, it helps to fulfil one’s aims and what is more, it helps to confirm oneself in the society. This work is devoted to the problem of youth occupation and this is the finial work on the problem. The work’s main object is the problem of youth integration into the Labour market. The analyses the means and methods of youth integration into the Labour market as well as the proposals in this sphere. The tests written in details help to disclose the work’s aim; the work has the first two parts including and discussing economical and social means for solving the problems unemployed youth in Lithuania, as well as the law peculiarities, organizational means and management problems concerning this important question. The third, practical part of the work includes independent analysis of the means which can rise the youth’s occupation. The method of work which helped to solve the tasks mentioned above includes the analysis of the scientific literature of the law documents, of the Labour Exchange documents; the work includes questionary method, the analysis of statistical data and the expert’s interview.

The social politics of Lithuania tends to be directed at the needs of the people. One of the main purposes of European Union is equality of members of society.
Across all Europe intellectually disabled people still encounter prejudices and serious obstacles trying to take advantage of human rights, which are guaranteed by the law. It is very important to give real possibilities for intellectually disabled people to learn and to work in order to make sure that they will be able to live and work in the community as equal members of society. If they are not able to make use of their rights, they become dependant on others, live in poverty, experience social isolation, their disability could deepen.
The employment of intellectually disabled people – it’s a problem about which society avoids to talk. While economy is not stable ant even for the healthy person it is difficult to find a job, the society holds an attitude that it is too early to talk about the employment of intellectually disabled people and it is unbelievable that such a person could find a job.
Adequate law basis that regulate rights of disabled people is already created on Lithuania. It corresponds to economic possibilities of the country and strives for realization of the needs of disabled people. Darbe nagrinėjama jaunimo padėtis darbo rinkoje, problemos su kuriomis jiems tenka susidurti integruojantis į darbo rinką ir tų problemų sprendimo būdai, akcentuojant besimokančio jaunimo dalyvavimą darbo rinkoje. Pirmoje darbo dalyje aptarta jaunimo, kaip atskiros socialinės grupės, situacija visuomenėje, šios grupės privalumai ir trūkumai bei perspektyvos integracijos procese. Jaunimas, kaip visuomenės dalis, yra neįkainojamas valstybės išteklius ir klestėjimo šaltinis, užtikrinantis valstybės ir tautos tęstinumą, dvasinių bei materialinių vertybių perdavimą. Todėl būtina skatinti jo sėkmingą integraciją į visuomenę, darbo rinką bei stengtis didinti jaunimo užimtumą – kaip svarbiausią veiksnį būtina sėkmingam įsiliejimui. The first part of this research paper focuses on the situation of young people as a social group, speaks on the advantages and disadvantages of this particular group as well as reveals the prospects for this group in the process of integration. Youth, being a part of society, is a priceless source which determines the prosperity of the state, guarantees the continuity of the state and the nation as well as the transmission of spiritual and material values. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage the successful integration of youth into the society and labour market as well as to enhance its occupation, which is the most important factor determining a successful integration. Unemployment determines the majority of other problems that youth faces, namely, the spread of addictions, inability to pay for education, migration, the spread of poverty, etc. All these have a huge negative impact on both – the economics and the social climate of the state. Project aim – to analyse existing IS of Lithuanian jobcentre and ascertain perfection and development possibilities of it. In reference with results offer suggestions to Lithuanian jobcentre Information system planning department on IS development and potentialities renewal.
Organization and information structures and work model of Lithuanian jobcentre was inspected. It was made analysis of jobcentre and compared with other similar search systems. There were marked the mane functional and technological development stages of jobcentre information system. As a result of this analysis it was shown Lithuanian jobcentre information system variation from DBIRZA to DBIRZA_I
Users demands on pending IS work processes were investigated and framed out by questionnaire, also Lithuanian jobcentre process modeller by which must be renewed jobcentre IS was investigated.
Possible software was reviewed. MySQL technology was chosen for data base build-up and PHP technology for programming.
Employer’s information registration and administration also unemployed registration use case modellers were prepared. They detail describes information flows and computerized tasks of system. There were made structural diagrams of information flows. According to information flows the entity relations diagram was created, the logical structure of data base for certificates was developed.

In a theoretical chapter of the Master thesis, the conception of mobility and mobile work place is analysed, equipment and software for equipping the mobile work place are discussed as well as mobile solutions introduced by Lithuanian companies are reviewed.
Aim of the practical chapter is to equip the mobile work place (places) in Private Limited Liability Company “Elektronikos komponentai”. In order to achieve this goal, work analysis for the employees in every unit has been performed. The general aim of the analysis is to understand and assimilate the problem prior to its realisation. Upon analysis of the work in the sales unit, it was noticed that the largest amount of “manual” work is in this unit, because it is in particular its employees, who due to their work type, spend most of the time not inside the company, but outside its limits. Namely due to these reasons, the sales unit was selected for equipping the mobile work place.

Psichosocialinis stresas bendrosios praktikos gydytojų tarpe ir jį įtakojantys darbo aplinkos veiksniai / Work characteristics and work-related psychosocial stress among general practitioners in LithuaniaVanagas, Giedrius 13 June 2005 (has links)
Background. There are a number of studies showing that general practice is one of the most stressful workplaces for health care workers. Since the Baltic States regained independence in 1990, a reform of the health care systems took place in which a new role and more responsibilities were allocated to general practitioners. This study aimed to explore the psychosocial stress level among Lithuanian general practitioners (GPs) and examine the relationship between their psychosocial stress and work characteristics.
Methods. A cross-sectional study was made of 300 Lithuanian general practitioners. Psychosocial stress was investigated with a questionnaire based on the Reeder scale. Job demands were investigated with the Karasek scale. The analyses included descriptive statistics, interrelationship analysis between the different characteristics, and multivariate logistic regression to estimate odd ratios for each of the independent variables in the model.
Results. The study shows that 48% of the respondents could be classified as suffering from work related psychosocial stress by the Reeder scale. The highest job strain prevalence was among widowed, single and female GPs. The lowest job strain prevalence was among males and GPs of older age. Job strain occurs when job demands are high and job decision latitude is low.

Teorinė neįgaliųjų integracijos į darbo rinką veiksnių ir neįgaliųjų profesinio rengimo analizė parodė, kad profesinis rengimas mokslo šaltiniuose traktuojamas kaip nuolatinis, nenutrūkstamas žmonių ugdymo procesas, kurio metu – įgyjamos ir tobulinamos profesinės kompetencijos. Neįgalių asmenų profesinis rengi-mas ir profesinė adaptacija turi būti vientisas procesas, susidedantis iš profesinio orientavimo (konsultavimo), rengimo, integracijos ir profesinės adaptacijos. Remiantis teorine analize, pagrindinės neįgaliųjų integracijos į darbo rinką kliūtys: neigiamos visuomenės ir darbdavių nuostatos į negalę, nepritaikyta fizinė aplinka, neįga-liųjų motyvacijos dirbti trūkumas, iniciatyvumo stoka, neobjektyvus savo situacijos darbo rinkoje vertinimas. Neįgaliųjų integracijai reikalinga sisteminė profesinio mokymo ir profesinės reabilitacijos parama.
Iškelta hipotezė, kad vienas iš svarbių judėjimo negalę turinčių asmenų integracijos į darbo rinką veiksnių yra jų nuostatos į save ir savo galimybes; tikėtina, kad judėjimo negal��� turintys asmenys neadekva-čiai vertina savo galimybes, o jų pastangos įsilieti į darbo rinką nepakankamos.
Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – atskleisti neįgaliųjų integracijos į darbo rinką veiksnius. Tyrimo duomenys apibendrinti statistiniais metodais (dažnių, neparametrinė, faktorinė ir koreliacinė analizė).
Tyrime dalyvavo 300 judėjimo negalę turinčių asmenų.

The professional preparation and professional adaptation of disab-led individuals has to be solid process containing from professional orientation (consultation), pre-paration, integration and professional adaptation. Refering to theoretical analysis the main disabled people integration into labour market obstacles are: negative society and employers attitude towards disability, unfitted physical environment, lack of motivation to work from disabled peoples side, lack of inituative and biassed self situation into labour market evaluation. There is a need of syste-matic support of professional education and professional rehabilitation for disabled individuals integration.
The promoted hypothesis that one of the most significant factors of individuals with move-ment impairment integration into labour market is attitude towards themself and self abilities; pro-bably individuals with movement impairmet value of self abilities is inadequate and their effort to fit into labour market is not sufficient.

Smurtas pasireiškia be išimties visose gyvenimo srityse, kaip ir visose valstybėse. Kokios jos bebūtų – pažengusios ar atsilikusios sutinkamas smurtas. Todėl smurtas neišsprendžiama problema, kurios neįmanoma pašalinti. Galima tik atskiriems smurto pasireiškimams užbėgti už akių ar iškilusį konfliktą, vedantį į smurto protrūkį, išspręsti taikiai. Antai smurto paplitimą pasaulyje gali sumažinti vystomas bendradarbiavimas tarp valstybių, tautų ir religijų. Pasaulis siekia žengti tokiu, bendradarbiavimo ir solidarumo keliu. Tačiau ne visos valstybės sutaria, ne visus iškilusius prieštaravimus jos sprendžia prie derybų stalo. Pasaulis be karų- kol kas tik ateities vizija. Karo židinį nuslopinus vienur, jis įsiliepsnoja kitur.
Smurtas yra nuolatinis bendruomeninio gyvenimo palydovas. Kaip ir kokiu būdu smurtauja žmonės ir jų grupės, rodo valstybėje nusikalstamumo statistikos. Accordingly there is wide spread of this problem, which persists in our society and has a spread tendency, which sort of reminds epidemic. There are some uncertainty about the respond of the theory. Practical stride are not effective also.
The problem of research – to decrease increasing violence among teenagers in upbringing reality, using more effective model of social work.
