Assim, descreve a evolução da tecnologia da informação no setor bancário e investiga se o Portal Digital, disponível na plataforma desta instituição financeira, contribui para um melhor relacionamento entre os clientes de três carteiras “Pessoa Jurídica” e a referida instituição, bem como, as vantagens atribuídas quanto ao uso do mesmo.
