Test Set Compaction Considering Test Application Time in Full Scan CircuitsBasaula, Sapan 01 August 2022 (has links)
With the increasing number of transistors in the circuit, the time it requires to label the circuit as defect-free also increases. Test application time plays a major role in increasing yield in manufacturing. This thesis presents an approach to generate a test set to detect manufacturing faults considering the test application time. The test set is constructed using an initial compact test set and by utilizing the output signature of the test vectors and increasing the overlap with a succeeding test vector. The novelty of the approach is the consideration of the essential faults for the test generation of the optimal test vector and the distribution of those faults among other test vectors if such a test vector is not possible. The test generation of the optimal test vector is done using structural and SAT-based approach. The generated test set retains the fault coverage without any additional hardware overhead. The experimental results on the ISCAS89 benchmark circuit show significant reductions in the test application time.

Inhibition and the human movement response in childrenEisman, Howard David January 1965 (has links)

Thank you. / This investigation examined the relationships between children's perception of human movement on inkblots (M) and the inhibitory behavior and maternal fostering of inhibition with which it has been hypothetically associated. The hypotheses predicted:
I . Children who perceive a comparatively large amount of M have greater inhibitory
tendencies than children who produce comparatively few M responses.
II . Children who shOl-T a comparatively large amount of
inhibitory behavior have mothers who foster inhibition
more than do the mothers of those chiloren who show
comparatively little irulibitory behavior.
III . Children who perceive a comparatively large amount
of M have mothers who foster inhibition more than do
the mothers of those children who produce comparatively
few M responses.
Children's M perception was measured with a group administration of a series of inkblots selected from the Holtzman and Rorschach tests for their M-eliciting qualities. The children's inhibitory behavior was determined with a series of match stick problems. Subjects were given a design made of match sticks and asked to remove some of the match sticks and make a different design. The children's reaction times in beginning the problems (delay of action) and the amount of physical movement in which they engaged (motoric inhibition) were the two measures of inhibitory tendencies [TRUNCATED] / 2999-01-01

The Bagrut (matriculation) test-score gap between Arab students and their Jewish counterparts in IsraelJabareen, Ali Khaleel January 2007 (has links)

The Bagrut is the matriculation examination used in Israel at the end of secondary school that determines entry into university and ultimately governs opportunities for employment throughout life. Nástroj pro funkční testování / Software tool for factory acceptance testDostál, Adam January 2018 (has links)
This work is focused on the implementation of functional tests within the software project in the field of energy in the company Unicorn. The theoretical part describes in general the project methodology of software development and the methodology Rational Unified Process (RUP). In addition, the test methods are included, and the quality management model FURPS+. The last section introduces functional tests, including a description of those that are used to test the developed application. The practical part consists of description of the energy project Nemo Link, developed application Nemo Link Dispatch System (NDS), individial application modules, test enviroment, used tools and designed test methodology. Based on this methodology, individual selected tests are performed and evaluated.
