The goal of this thesis is to become familiar with the personal module within the framework of enterprise information system DIALOG 3000S and subsequent suggestion of measure and procedure when implementing its functions in operation. First of all, it concerns the functions linked with the organizational structure and professions within integrated. Theoretical part is focused on general introduction of enterprise processes widely, then the issues of personal information system are analyzed, especially its integration to the enterprise information system as a whole. The practical part features introduction of the company Romotop, ltd. and information system DIALOG 3000S, firstly its integrated personal module. Then the actual situation of the module is analyzed and thus the reflections which function should be putted in operation and the way of the procedure.

This thesis is focused on the use of enterprise information systems (ERP) provided as a service (SaaS) together with mobile technologies in an enterprise with logistics activities. The goal of the thesis is to find out whether a Czech market offers the ERP provided as a service suitable for needs of the model enterprise. This is achieved by specifying a set of criteria and following comparison and evaluation of the chosen ERP systems in two phases. The result is one chosen system which suits the best to specified criteria and therefore the needs of the model enterprise. Subsequently for the chosen system (and its offered func-tionalities) possibilities of its use with mobile technologies are described for model enterprise processes.

Diploma thesis deals with software in small and medium enterprises (SME). Main objective of this thesis is find out which software and enterprise information system companies use. Theoretical part is focused on ERP, CRM, SCM systems and application software. Analytical part deals with investments of czech SME in software and ICT equipment. Practical part is dedicated to quantitative survey and evaluation of results.

My thesis contains the analysis and following suggestion of a solution of the application for the reporting. The reporting application has a goal to display actual costing data for a selected material and be a part of the SAP applications. The description of the theoretical background that is used in the thesis is the first part of the thesis. In the following chapter is the description of the current situation and analysis of the selected company. The last chapter contains an analysis of the possible risks which are followed by the suggested solution. At the end of the thesis is an economic evaluation of the project.

The thesis deals with the latest trend in providing ICT service -- Cloud Computing -- and its possible application in enterprise information systems generally. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate market readiness for Cloud Computing services in order to find out to which extent it is possible to cover enterprise information system, or rather its software applications, on strategic and tactical management levels using the above-mentioned services. To achieve the aim, it is necessary to determine both the Cloud Computing services market and the enterprise information system sphere and then to decide whether Cloud Computing services are able to cover the basic needs of enterprise information systems. The evaluation of the market readiness will be executed in accordance with both the specially created methodology and the defined requirements. Thus the present market readiness rating will be possible to determine. The thesis should show to which extent it is possible to apply Cloud Computing model to the enterprise information systems issue. It will also be possible to find out the factors which support this application the most and, on the other hand, which factors limit this application the most. The thesis will also show which fields are advanced enough, which services we can consider and what we can expect of these services.

The diploma thesis concerning the analysis of current information system in firm ATYKO s.r.o.. The thesis includes the problems, insufficiency of the system as well as the possible solution to mentioned problems and proposal of changes which would lead to optimalization of the company. Part of this work evaluates the costs and benefits of proposed solution.

Multiple enterprises are usually involved in supply chain network, while almost each enterprise has its own information systems and databases (enterprise legacy systems). There are large quantities of information and data intersecting or even repeating with each other, which calls for system integration. Meanwhile in the cooperative process of supply chain, the whole product line or product family is involved in the enterprise systems, including PDM, ERP, SCM, and CRM et al, which also need interaction and integration. Although many data integration methods and corresponding tools have been applied to the business cooperation in the environment of supply chain, however the interoperability of enterprise information systems is becoming more and more complex, because of the restriction from lots of factors, such as the complexity of enterprise application systems and the diversity of heterogeneous data sources, especially the new application demands of enterprises. In this dissertation, the interoperability method of networked enterprise information systems in the environment of supply chain is studied, from the point of theoretical modeling and application.

The dissertation deals with an enterprise content management system (ECM). It is divided into two larger parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the author describes a lifecycle of enterprise applications and an enterprise content management system. The practical part focuses on analysing the current state and proposing a call for the tender for the supply of the information system.
