A new version of the history of the Recreation Service of Worker: memoirs revealed from 1958 to 1964.

Juliana Pedreschi Rodrigues 22 March 2010 (has links)
Until now, studies about leisure and, specially about the occupation of free working time with activities that promote quality of life and the appropriation of different cultural goods, polemicize debates in academic places as well as in municipal, state and federal locations. Through analysis of the first Brazilian experience nationwide which aimed to promote, schedule and diffuse sports, cultural and scouting activities for the unionized workers and their families, its presented the Recreational Service for Workers, SRO, an organization created by the Ministry of Labour Industry and Trade in 1943 and extinguished in 1964. For the analysis it was developed a historiographic research based on qualitative information that used oral history and content analysis to the appropriation of data in order to verify, through the analysis of various official sources, the goals and purposes of the institution throughout its life cycle, as well as the political and social context involving each period. As a research poposition it was established the research and analysis of the entire set of references, academic studies and official documents on the overall life cycle of the SRO, however, limiting the research in discussions and activities between 1958 and 1964. During the investigation, it was noted that scientific studies on this institution, generalized their analysis and findings, by claiming that the SRO had a linear historical trajectory with a main purpose of contributing to the project of coercion and conformation of unionized workers, as proposed in the forties, during the Estado Novo. This study challenges this understanding, stating that the SRO subverted the logic of the Brazilian worker conformation proposed by its creators, and during the period between 1958 and 1964, its objectives and actions aimed to a participatory management model that sought voluntary participation, awareness and emancipation of the unionized worker in Brazil, for the choice of activities to be undertaken in their free working time. It is expected that the results and conclusions presented in this thesis, arranged narrative information, documentary evidence and bibliographical sources to allow a new understanding of the history of recreation and working on the Recreational Service for Workers in Brazil.

GOMES, Viviane Margarida 22 August 2009 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2014-07-29T15:08:22Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 dissertacao_Viviane_Margarida_Gomes_EEEC_UFG_2009.pdf: 1229653 bytes, checksum: 6dded0cdb59c4c56c5eb4f04ee56788f (MD5) Previous issue date: 2009-08-22 / Intelligent Tutoring Systems are softwares to provide customized instruction by using techniques of Computational Intelligence. This research proposes the intelligent control of free time (break interval) in multi-session tutoring. The teaching strategy employs tutoring modules with the following steps: 1) video class, 2) exercise, 3) practical suggestion, 4) free time, and 5) revision exercise. As part of the learning environment, free time (step 4) can contribute to increase the knowledge retention. Based on the student performance in exercises, the proposed system uses Reinforcement Learning to control free time durations. The intelligent agent decides according to the policy that has been indicated by the Softmax method. Among the relevant points of this algorithm, it can be highlighted the optimistic initial values, the incremental implementation and the temperature adjustment (Gibbs distribution parameter) to the selection of action. Two student groups have participated of data collection. The experimental group (with intelligent control) has been compared to the control group (where decisions belong to the student). In the groups, the intelligent agent or the student determines the action that will be followed or, in more detail, if free time will be shorter, longer or maintained. In comparison, statistical data analysis have shown significant and equivalent gains in knowledge retention. However, students from experimental group have realized more accurately the role of free time as a component of the teaching strategy / Sistemas Tutores Inteligentes são programas para prover instrução personalizada a partir de técnicas de Inteligência Computacional.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Nubia Maria Dias da Cunha.pdf: 2669383 bytes, checksum: bf7415b82c6f348ae3efd9bedd4c620c (MD5) Previous issue date: 2007-10-22 / It analyzes the voluntary work and the enterprise company social responsibility. It distinguishes the social responsibility in the basis of the capitalist reorganization movement, while being a strategy for the formation of the current relationship between capital and work, in which the voluntary work constitutes a resource for the capture of the laboring subjectivity, through the intensification of the cooperation of the worker with the company. This work focuses on the expropriation of free time by the capital as form of enrollment of the employee in the experiences of social responsibility and also as an involvement strategy to co-opt the worker to the demands of the actual productive rationality. The analysis of this tendency is accurately deepened in this researching paper based on empirical indications of the initiatives of voluntary work that have been implanted for the Aluminum Trust of the State of the Maranhão in the meshes of its politics of social responsibility. Yet, it analyzes the modalities of expropriation of free time conducted by the company that uses the voluntary work as an amplifying mechanism to the exploration and control of the work force and in the capture of the laboring assent to the current standard of production and work.

Současná rodina dítěte předškolního věku a volný čas / Today's Family of a Pre-School Child and Free Time Activities

Kdýrová, Petra January 2011 (has links)
A family has an invaluable significance for a child of preschool age. It is a basic factor that determines his overall development and nature of free time activities. One of the most important activities are the shared activities of the child and his parents or grandparents, who play an important role in raising of preschool children and showing him a meaningful use of free time. The choice of free time activities should be appropriate to the child's age and should be based on their needs, abilities and skills. The activities should be interesting, varied, from different areas and should have the character of a play. The main way for children to spend free time should be a game. My research has shown that most of the mothers spend more time with their child than the father, with the largest difference occurring during working days. The range of activities reported by parents was greater than those reported by children, but there was a good agreement in the predominantly indicated plays and physical activities. Among the parents' predominant activities were also full-time activities outside the working day. The vast majority of parents indicated that grandparents spend time with the child at least once in 14 days and that they participate in his upbringing. Children also reported that they play with...

Společné aktivity rodičů a dětí v edukačních souvislostech / Common activities of parents and children in educational context

Matýsková, Jana January 2020 (has links)
The main goal of this disertation is to update knowledge about common activities of parents and adolescents in the context of family education (Gillern, 2009), which could help current counseling practices and expansion of knowledge about educational interactions in the family. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the knowledge of the effects of common realized interests of parents and adolescents, and to find out under what conditions and circumstances they occur. The theoretical part of this thesis consists of three chapters. First chapter deals with important adults during adolescence, the second chapter focuses on family upbringing while the third chapter deals with common activities during free time. The research part presents the results of quantitative research, supplemented by semi- structured interviews with several students. Adolescents were asked what activities they do in their free time, with whom they perform them, and how the actual implementation differs from their wishes. Current parenting styles according to the nine-field model were also examined. At the end of the work, the results of the research part are discussed and the findings of the research survey are summarized. Keywords Significant others, adolescents, parenting styles, common activities, free time

Tanec ako prostriedok osobnostne sociálneho rozvoje u roznych skupín klientov / Dance as a means of personal social development within different groups of clients

Kapustová, Ivana January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis is related to the dance and its importance in personal and social development of individuals with specific educational needs. This thesis is theoretical- empirical. In the theoretical part there is a leisure time described as the phenomenon of today's life and a dance as the form of spending of free time from its very own beginning to current styles and techniques. The important part here are also an overview of themes of personal and social development and an explanation of the specific educational needs term. The main goal of the research is to find out what effect a dance has on the development of individuals with specific educational needs and how important it is in their lives. The main core of the research are semi-structured interviews not only with individuals but also with dance instructors who teach those people how to dance but also teach them other skills that are important in their lives. At the same time this thesis should also serve as an education of the public as most people think that disabled people have not as much free time as healthy ones because of their medical restrictions and that they cannot learn how to dance at all.

Subrurální katalog / The subrural catalogue

Malínková, Markéta Unknown Date (has links)
The diploma project deals with the construction of the catalogue houses on the outskirts of villages. In addition to the term suburban, the term subrural is introduced, which describes and names this type of construction. At the same time, the project examines the influence of advertising catalogues on the aesthetics of subrural gardens and the activities performed on them. The work comes with a proposal for an alternative subrural locality in the village of Příkazy near Olomouc. Thanks to the minimization of plots, the labor is also minimized and at the same time space is freed for public orchard running through the entire territory. This creates a diffusion of development into the agricultural landscape and on a smaller scale it creates a spectacular space around private gardens. Prefabricated bricks from hobby markets form the architectural expression of the project. From these elements are assembled objects and fragments of fences located in the landscape. At the same time, the fragments form a newly compiled catalogue, according to which inhabitants build their fences.
