This work deals with the modifications of project MeDiMed, which ceased to meet the requirements it imposed. In the first part the main objectives, targets and methods to achieve them are defined. The second part deals with the theory that is needed to understand the issue. In the practical part, which is based on the theory is prepared SWOT analysis and the modified HOS-8 analysis of the current state, whose results are then analyzed. The next section presents design of new solution. The conclusion summarizes all the proposed solutions and knowledge that have been achieved in this work.

The diploma thesis deals with the financing and management of investment activities in the municipality. Describes the public administration of the Czech Republic and possible sources of municipal financing, including subsidy programs. It analyzes the EU and CR subsidy policies. The thesis analyzes a specific municipality, including a financial site, characterizes the investment project in the municipality and assesses its management.

The subject of the thesis is the „Solnice Tourist Centre“ project. This project involves the reconstruction of 2 historical buildings in the center of Znojmo. This centre is on the national heritage register. The project aims to build a three star pension with a 51 bed capacity and offer value added services to tourists to the area. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the purpose and realization of this project on the basis of economical and financial indicators. Some key points to be looked at are: best option chosen, were financial requirements correctly defined, risks involved and future of the investment. This thesis will also be used as basis for documentation to claim a SROP grant.

The final theses deals with elaboration of project needed to gain dotation from Control agenda Axes I to modernize animal husbandry in Zamoravi Ltd.agriculture company.

The objective of the master´s thesis „Small business support in the Czech republic“ is to carry out analysis of current system of Small business based on a created scope of knowledge necessary for orientation in the respective topic, find deficiencies and suggest innovations. The first part is focused on history, on small and medium enterprise terms definition and the evolution of small business in the Czech Republic in the years 2000 - 2007. The second part is attended to analysis of particular support programs and pointed out on its benefits and disadvantages. In the following part was done the interview, which was intended to find out small and medium-sized entrepreneurs opinion on present situation in entrepreneurial subjects support system. I compared the results with interview investigation carried out in 2006. Final part contains suggestions and recommendations, which could lead to improvement in small entrepreneurs supporting in the Czech Republic.

Thesis "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL FOR THERMAL INSULATION OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING" deals with possibilities of financing the reconstruction of panel house, analysis of offers in Czech market and optimal proposal for financing such kind of reconstruction. Theoretical part contains following kinds of financing possibilities: home loan, mortgage, no-purpose credit and not bank loan. Practical part of thesis compares offers from Czech banks. In last part of thesis I propose the optimal financial plan for this reconstruction on base of requirements of supplier of reconstruction and banks conditions.

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan dealing with the expansion of the present enterprise, which will be used when applying for a grant from the European Union. The business plan results from the inner analysis of the company as well as from the analysis of the market. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces crucial solutions and findings which are later applied in the practical part of the thesis. The conclusion includes a brief summary of the whole project as well as future prospects of the company.

This master’s thesis „Financing of revitalization of prefabricated building“ deals with the possibilities of financing reconstruction of the block of flats. Based on theoretical knowledge, carried out the analysis and calculations, includes solutions for specific housing association.

The thesis is focused on the suggestion of implementation of the prospectus, which leads towards the harmonization between work and family life of employees of research organization. The second area deal with European Union financial resources issue aim at research organization, or if you like it deal with Structural funds issue, that gives financial support to our implementation. Results of the thesis are further on check up in the real project that runs also in the time the thesis is drawn up.

This diploma thesis focuses on the EU structural funds and their utilization in the development of municipal infrastructure. The thesis starts by introducing the theoretical knowledge which is followed by analysis of the status quo. Finally, it elaborates concrete proposal for financing of large investment project in a small village. The results should help municipal council to realize the possibilities of municipal budget in the implementation of extensive investments and as the basis for decision making of the method of financing.
