Die von Friedhelm Brusniak und Ulrich Konrad betreute und angenommene Dissertation nimmt den Briefwechsel zwischen August Heinrich Hoffmann von Fallersleben und dem jüngeren Augsburger Kapellmeister und Komponisten Hans Michael Schletterer in den Jahren 1862 bis 1873 in den Blick und dokumentiert dabei Hoffmanns Einfluss auf den Entstehungsprozess der Vertonungen seiner Lieder, besonders seiner Kinderlieder. Die Arbeit beleuchtet zudem den Erfahrungsschatz, den sich der ‚Dichter-Sänger‘ Hoffmann von Fallersleben auch durch die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Musikern seiner Zeit, vorrangig Ludwig Christian Erk (1807–1883) und Ernst Heinrich Leopold Richter (1805–1876), erworben hatte. Darüber hinaus werden in der Korrespondenz Themen des gesellschaftlichen und politischen Lebens, der privaten und beruflichen Situation beider wie auch Hoffmanns Rolle als väterlicher Berater Schletterers berührt. Die Arbeit darf als neuer substantieller Beitrag der Hoffmann-Forschung und der interdisziplinären Liedforschung angesehen werden, der insbesondere der Kinderliedforschung neue Impulse verleiht. / The dissertation, supervised by Friedhelm Brusniak and Ulrich Konrad and accepted, looks at the correspondence between August Heinrich Hoffmann von Fallersleben and the younger Augsburg conductor and composer Hans Michael Schletterer from 1862 to 1873 and documents Hoffmann's influence on the creation process of the settings his songs, especially his children's songs. The work also sheds light on the wealth of experience that the 'poet-singer' Hoffmann von Fallersleben acquired through collaboration with other musicians of his time, primarily Ludwig Christian Erk (1807–1883) and Ernst Heinrich Leopold Richter (1805–1876). . In addition, the correspondence touches on topics of social and political life, the private and professional situation of both, as well as Hoffmann's role as Schletterer's fatherly advisor. The work can be seen as a new, substantial contribution to Hoffmann research and interdisciplinary song research, which gives new impetus to children's song research in particular.

[pt] A dissertação investiga diversas faces das relações entre a história dos conceitos de Reinhart Koselleck e a hermenêutica filosófica de Hans-Georg Gadamer. Ao propormos uma interpretação da obra de Koselleck a luz das questões da filosofia hermenêutica, pretendemos entender e problematizar uma forma de conhecimento histórico que se baseia no diálogo e no vínculo entre passado e presente, com vistas a abertura de novos horizontes e perspectivas de futuro. Tal propósito é bem realizado pelos estudos históricos de Koselleck, mediante seu laço teórico com a filosofia heideggeriana e inserção nas questões políticas e sociais de sua época, o que os torna um importante campo para discussão no âmbito de nossa disciplina. O vigoroso debate travado entre os autores a respeito dos fundamentos do conhecimento histórico revela não somente discordâncias, mas também amplo campo de convergências, às quais iremos abordar. Estas idéias suscitam grande interesse num momento em que a ciência histórica cada vez mais parece definir seus objetivos como a investigação da alteridade histórica. A relação entre história e filosofia pode nos revelar perspectivas interessantes para a disciplina que nas últimas décadas, tem sofrido um grande impacto de correntes da antropologia. / [en] Dissertation looks into the various aspects of relations between Reinhart Koselleck s history of concepts and Hans-Georg Gadamer s philosophical hermeneutics. By proposing to interpret Koselleck s work in the light of inquiries made by hermeneutics philosophy, we intend to comprehend and bring into question one form of historical knowledge that is based upon the dialogue and the link between past and present, with a view to opening up new horizons and prospects of future. Such purpose is well served by Koselleck s historical studies, be it through their theoretical ties with the Heideggerian philosophy or their insertion into the political and social questions of his days, whereas they also make up a major discussion topic within our discipline. These authors strong argument on the fundamentals of historical knowledge shows not only dissent, but a wide field of consent as well, which will both be approached here. Authors ideas are of much interest just when historical science increasingly seems to state its purpose as an inquiry into historical otherness. The relation between history and philosophy may disclose interesting prospects for the discipline, which has greatly experienced the impact of anthropological trends in the latest decades.

<p>PROBLEM: Finns det, trots vidden av situationer där förhandlingar kan uppkomma, raden av potentiella förhandlingssituationer och inblandade parter några gemensamma aspekter eller nämnare som alltid verkar finnas där när parterna upplever att en förhandling i kris är lyckad?</p><p>SYFTE: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva vilka beståndsdelar en lyckad förhandling i kris består av.</p><p>METOD: Uppsatsens vetenskapliga ansats är i huvudsak fenomenologi.</p><p>RESULTAT: Essensen i upplevelsen av en lyckad förhandling i kris utgörs av graden av förberedelse, att motparten känner ett förtroende för representanten, att representanten agerat sakligt i bemärkelse att denne stöder sig på fakta, samt att en hög grad av målkongruens mellan parterna uppnås.</p> / <p>PROBLEM: Is there, despite the fact that the scope in which negotiations may occur, the heterogeneity of negotiation situations and involved parties, any common denominators which tends to be present, when the parties have the experience of a successful crisis negotiation?</p><p>PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to describe how a successful crisis negotiation is constituted.</p><p>METHOD: This thesis is mainly, as a consequence of the intention of studying human experience, based upon phenomenology.</p><p>RESULTS: The essence of the experience of a successful crisis negotiation is composed of four elements: the level of preparation, matter-of-factness, the capability of inspire trust, and goal congruency between the parties.</p>
