[en] LEADERSHIP AND SOCIAL MOVEMENT ORGANIZATIONS: AN ETHNOMETHODOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF A BRAZILIAN STUDENT MOVEMENT ORGANIZATION / [pt] LIDERANÇA E ORGANIZAÇÕES DE MOVIMENTOS SOCIAIS: UMA ANÁLISE ETNOMETODOLÓGICA DE UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO DO MOVIMENTO ESTUDANTIL BRASILEIROTARSILA SANTOS RIBEIRO 29 November 2022 (has links)
[en] This research discussed the leadership production in the relational practices
of a Brazilian student movement organization in which an ethnomethodology
located in multiple locations where the organization operates was carried out. Since
the return of the postgraduate movement to the Brazilian public scene in 2019
during the manifestations known as tsunami da educação, against the federal
universities budget cuts, Brazilian national postgraduate system face the constant
contingency of resources and budget cuts for programs and projects which direct
and immediately affect the reality of their actors. In this scenario, postgraduate
representative organizations play an important role in producing organizing
practices that offer to the actions of their participants a type of directionality
favorable to the resolution of their demands: leadership. However, it is still a
challenge for the field to think about leadership beyond the classic organizations
usually found in private sectors of business-civil society, so as to conceive their
practices in informal and decentralized organizational structures, where the figure
of heroic and individual leaders fades. It is also challenging to think about leadership
practices outside the assumption of achieving instrumental goals defined for the
proper functioning of organizations. These challenges, nonetheless, do not indicate
the non-existence of leadership, but the existence of non business/managerial
organizing practices related to the phenomenon that are still poorly understood in
resistance and social struggle organizations. The ethnomethodological analysis
highlights two leadership practices produced in the interactions between the
participants of the studied organization.

La "poetica dell'incontrollabilità": l'Endymion di Keats, la lingua e i periodici romantici / The "Poetics of Uncontrollability": Keats's "Endymion", Language and Romantic PeriodicalsANSELMO, ANNA 14 February 2011 (has links)
"Endymion" is the traît d’union between Keats’s juvenilia ("Poems", 1817)and his better known, and, conventionally, ’mature’ works ("Lamia, Is-
abella ... and other Poems", 1820). By its nature, it is a transitional work, and thus gives the scholar special insight into the development of Keats’s poetics and idiom. Moreover, "Endymion" is the Keatsian work which most irritated and provoked contemporary critics; the two pieces
of venomous invective it received in the periodical press of the time have become the stuff of scholarly legend. Recent scholarly work has analysed the language of "Endymion" in socio-political terms; my work focuses on more strictly linguistic concerns.
I reconstruct the linguistic context of the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries in order to explain the reviewers’ unease with regard to "Endymion". I maintain that eighteenth-century prescriptivism arose from a deep-seated anxiety regarding language, Lockian in origin, and that the ensuing desire to stabilize and therefore control language informed Romantic criticism in general, and the criticism of Keats’s work in particular, more fundamentally than politics could or did. I analyse the imaginative and linguistic markers of
"Endymion" in order to prove that Keats had elaborated a “poetics of uncontrollability”, a series of textual and stylistic strategies, which violated linguistic and narrative standards and were therefore perceived as
unsettling.

Drama "Jošicune mezi květy sakur". Minamoto no Jošicune jako stratég, dvořan a literární mýtus. / The drama "Yoshitsune and the thousand cherry trees." Minamoto No Yoshitsune as a martial strategist, courtier and literary myth.Ryndová, Jana January 2012 (has links)
In her doctoral thesis the author would like to present the play Yoshitsune and the Thousand Cherry trees (Yoshitsune senbonzakura) as a unique piece of Japanese drama which has a great complexity and an outstanding place within the corpus of Japanese literature. Even if the play can be compared to Chushingura mono in its importance, Yoshitsune senbonzakura has not been widely translated to western languages. There are two exceptions, however: the English translation (Jones, Jr. 1993) and the German translation (Klopfenstein 1982). While comparing the two translations and using the most full original texts available (as preserved in Takeda Izumo and Namiki Sosuke Joruri Collection and Yuda Yoshio's Bunraku Joruri Collection), the author's goal is to present the play to Czech readers and its interpretation to Czech scholars. As for the flow and structure of the interpretation of Yoshitsune senbonzakura the author begins with the historical background of the legend of Minamoto Yoshitsune, capturing the life of Yoshitsune from the time of Heiji rebellion (1159) when he was born to his death in 1189. Next the author concentrates on the legend itself as it evolved within the course of Japanese literature. With a shift from the court literature of Heian period towards the battlefield stories and...

Kulturně společenské centrum u brněnské přehrady - architektonická studie objektů pro kulturně společenské i sportovní akce / The cultural and community centre near the Brno dam - the architectural design of buildings for cultural and social and sports eventsŠmihula, Michal January 2010 (has links)
The design of cultural centre is situated in part Kozia Hôrka( well-known city swimming pool), in its advantage takes natural scenery and calm atmosphere of place. Into action of performance brings a message in form of body of reservoir, function of centre is divided into small parts placed in area Kozia Hôrka. Orientation of objects comes mainly from local natural ispirations. Complex is multifunctional in concept, counts with several sorts of culture - sports events. Whereby the main function of swimming pool is preserved and added for higher comfort of inhabitants. Architecture of objects comes from idea of floating leaf on water level and body of reservoir. Objects stylizely illustrate this idea. The design takes the game of solids of organic and strictly ortogonal shapes. Two mutual opposites, in interaction. Objects smoothy and with respect encroach the environment, which is enough marked by human. Simplicity in used materials ( glass, steel, wood ) give transparency and purity to whole solution.
