The work goal is to study fundamental optimization models, their analyze methods, algorithms to solve optimization tasks use them in mobile devices. The task is using J2ME write an application which base is Pareth Optimum method for mobile device. During power-stroke assimilate MIDP v2.0 and CLDC v1.1, go into the optimization theory knowledge, learn to align mathematics and informatics methods solving tasks, study optimization problems classes and their methods, score skills rating practical tasks their complexity choosing best methods to solve them.

In this document we are analyzing and modelling Micro Payments Management System (further MPMS). This type of system is based on new technologies. It is created in order to simplify every day’s usual micro payments for different services. All services that require micro payments are integrated into one and single management system. The usage of the created system is simple and easy. The clients of the system are all users that use car parking, city transport, theatre, cinema and other services where you don‘t need big money to pay for services. The users have to have terminal equipment such as: personal computer, laptop with internet connection or cell phone with SMS, WAP, GPRS, 3G functionality or micro-payments card. Payment is very easily done, once you picked a service you can pay buy bank transfer, mobile pay or money is deducted from your virtual account. We think that a lot of service provider will be interested in this type of management system. Also this intellectual micro payments management system will be useful for its users, because you don‘t need special equipment to use it, and this system helps you save your time and money.

Theme „E-tool for teaching of economics at school”. The aim of the research is to design an e-tool, i.e. an educational tool to be applied by teachers for teaching and examination of the subject of economics. Objectives:  To create a suitable and attractive user interface;  To present the theory of economic course and task examples;  To design the examination of self-monitoring and check tests and tasks;  To store the evaluation of students by recording it in grade books;  To grant the possibility to teachers to allow their students retake tests or given tasks. Having conducted the analysis of parallel target tools, the requirements raised for the educational tool have been determined: easy installation, no particular requirements for the hardware and software; simple control features; comfortable, explicit and intuitively comprehensible user interface; informatively, explicitly, concisely and interestingly presented information. The designed e-tool, meant for teaching economics at school, is targeted to the students of higher forms and includes the theory of particular topics and task examples, self-monitoring and check tests and tasks. The aim of this work is to create an alternative IS school model and to apply it at schools. The created IS programme would allow the perfection of educational process to apply up-to-date information technologies, to accumulate the teaching and cognitive material of different subjects, to effect the management of educational institute, to execute the accounting of schoolchildren attendance and learning (in case of the created data base of school attendants), to assure the link of home-school. “Open Source” technologic – programmable means were selected for projecting and creating of the IS school: · Content Management System – CMS, which allows to administrate websites effectively, was used for creating the website and analysis. · PHP programming technologies were chosen for programming and Java Script for increasing of interactivity. · Relational DBVS MySOL was used for accounting, analysis, reports. · In order the system would function in the net the Apache WEB server is being used. · ProVision Workbench is used for the analysis of the IS data base. · Flash technologies were also used for increasing of interactivity. Most of an e-commercial systems pay the biggest attention to the acceptance of an orders and maintenance of users ,but the process of performance of the orders ,which are done in the organization, are leaved to the employees. The target of this work was to investigate the system of control of the orders ,which would enable users of internet to make the orders and for the employees of the organization to rule those orders with the help of computer tools. It is possible to work with the investigated system in the firm where it will be implemented and it will be possible to send by internet the program for cost calculation and composition of orders. In the nearest future it would be good to expand the system,upgrade it and to create the web page of the firm.By improving the system some patterns should be included such as the map of the system,the news,perfect the leader and etc.

The subject of the work is Custom’s Informatics division information system. The aim of this work is to create flexible and appropriate software tool to computerize the process, tailored to the users’ needs and requirements. This information system helps to provide information about IT stocktaking, Informatics division’s works, users needs. Search is integrated into this information system. The quality of presentation of the information and its gaining on time are the most important factor. Data security is the important criterion of this information system. The users may access the permitted information only by use of their password. Also this software tool usability and suitability is the important criterions too. The Visio 2003 tool was used to design, create and analyse necessary diagrams. Programming tool Access 2000 was used for implementing system.

The created drawing’s learning system is the method’s foundation of automatized drawing’s teaching by using IT (specifically - AutoCAD). Everyone can use it anywhere, where is the possibility to work with computer and to learn the learning program. In this learning system there are presented 91 auditorial works for topic of two – dimentional and three – dimentional graphic primitives drawing’s edit, dimension’s writing. The requirements: personal computer, Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP operating system and AutoCAD2000/2002/2004. The learning system is created using VisualLISP programming language.

Computeristed clerical work program "District Neighborhoods Office IS" is created using DELPHI field, and it acts in Windows'98/2000/XP surroundings. It is integrated registration system, this system fits for Utena District Neighborhoods. This program helps to facilitate the control of the tasks fulfilling, which are provided in documents, also documents registration, files formating and looking for information. Documentical information analysis takes much time. This program helps to improve and to facilitate work, and it distinguish very easy controlling. Owing to program "District Neighborhoods Office IS", during very shot time we can adduce how possible exhausitive information about keeping documents, producing course, and if there is a need to find them fast. In my work there ia a program description. All using buttons are described in detal, in my work is given documents registration menu: incoming, outgoing, inside, classificators, inquire, account.

The subject of the project is the methods of road-marking on a map and their research. The aim of this project is to develop a system for map drawing. The development of the system also takes into account some issues peculiar to the enterprise that it will be used in: the peculiarities of its activity, what type of maps and for what purposes are being used. The system will assess in drawing road schemes using raster view. The usage of the AutoCAD means allows drawing a road map of a chosen district or the whole region, editing it, inserting data on roads and other objects from a database. There also is a possibility to collect the information stored in a drawing and present it in any chosen format. Taking into account the software possessed by the enterprise, AutoLISP ���� AutoCAD 2002 – has been chosen as the programming language. The project makes the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing software. It also presents the analysis of the usage of AutoCAD software for the development of maps, their possibilities in transforming a hand-drawn or scanned map into a drawing file, storing the data and their connection to graphics. The program was introduced into state company “Utenos regiono keliai”. Volume: 55 pages, 28 pictures, 12 literature references.

In this work analyzed some standards and technologies according to data transfer processes between different data sources. New database development and usage requires legacy database data integration into new databases. The common integration structure must be created for this purpose. During integration we should pay attention to name conflicts. XML is being used because of its usage flexibility and simplicity. Data exchange using XML enables to ensure data storage for the future regenerative possibility. System realization was used in KTU Computer Cathedral activity.
