Assim, este estudo teve comoobjetivo apresentar uma proposta de interven??o pedag?gica na disciplina Educa??oF?sica para o Ensino M?dio com o conte?do Esporte, elaborada, planejada eexecutada com base numa abordagem cr?tica de ensino, bem como analisar erefletir o impacto na aprendizagem e percep??o dos alunos a cerca deste conte?doconsiderando as dimens?es conceituais, procedimentais e atitudinais, de forma quepossibilite aos indiv?duos envolvidos' neste estudo uma maior criticidade nacompreens?o e apreens?o a respeito do fen?meno esportivo contempor?neo. Asa??es desenvolvidas foram norteadas a partir de 3 blocos tem?ticos: Elementoshist?ricos, conceituais e culturais do esporte; Politicas p?blicas do esporte; eCaracter?sticas individuais, grupais e ambientais. A metodologia deste trabalho sefundamentou na pesquisa qualitativa, por meio do m?todo da pesquisa-a??o. Otrabalho se concretizou dentro IFRN (Instituto de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia doRio Grande do Norte), na cidade Pau dos Ferros, com uma turma de 2? ano doEnsino M?dio, do curso t?cnico de Inform?tica. Participaram da pesquisa 37 alunos,oriundos de 11 cidades diferentes. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foramutilizados um Question?rio e o Di?rio de Pesquisa. A partir da interven??opedag?gica se comprovou por parte dos sujeitos da pesquisa uma evolu??o eamplia??o nos aspectos conceituais a cerca do esporte, saindo de uma mera pr?ticacorporal regrada e competitiva, passando a compreend?-Io como um fen?menos?cio-cultural, com entrela?amentos pol?ticos e ideol?gicos com interfer?nciashist?ricas. Outro aspecto, ? a percep??o do esporte como um direito do cidad?o ecomo tal merece pol?ticas p?blicas que o atendam satisfatoriamente. Oentendimento que o esporte se manifesta sobremaneira nos h?bitos ecomportamentos das pessoas permitiu identificar sua influencia na qualidade de vidada popula??o das cidades de origem dos alunos. Com isso, evidencia-se anecessidade de um trato pedag?gico do conte?do esporte por parte da Educa??oFisica Escolar mais preocupado com a forma??o e instrumentaliza??o de sujeitoscr?ticos e reflexivos com condi??es de exercer com plenitude sua cidadania. / Researchers have analyzed how sport is being taught in the classroom as a regular subject and how it is accepted as a pedagogical action at school. This study aims to suggest some pedagogic proposal on the Physical Education subject to High School System which would be planned, formulated, and applied based on some critical approach on teaching, as well as analyzing and thinking over its impact on the students' learning, taking in consideration some conceptual, procedural and attitudinal dimensions to make possible for the students to become more critical so that they will understand how this subject works in contemporary time. .We had three specific blocs to develop our research: Historic, conceptual and cultural elements about sport; Public policies to sport; Individual, group and environmental characteristics. The method of this work was based on qualitative research through some research action. The study was made actually at IFRN (Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte state), in the city of Pau dos Ferros. Students from the second year of the computing course in high school were the participants in the research, there were 37 students from eleven different cities near Pau dos Ferros. They answered some questionares and a Research Diary. From the pedagogical intervention we could prove the students have improved their knowledge about the concept on sport itself, leaving the old idea about sport only as a physical practice such as an activity with rules or as competition, we could prove they have sport as a social-cultural event, involving policies, ideologies as well as historical interferences. Another aspect they mentioned was that sport is the citizens' right and as such there must be public policies pro sports. Understanding that sport transpires on peoples' habits as well as their behavior allowed us to identify its influence on our students' quality of life back in their home towns. Therewith, it is clear the necessity of a pedagogical focus on the content of Physical Education at school to make this subject more meaningful, so that the students will become more critical and reflexive about life and will be able be real citizens

O local da interven??o foi a Unidade Sa?de da Fam?lia do Campo da Mangueira, no munic?pio de Maca?ba/RN, Brasil. A Caderneta foi adotada como ferramenta tecnol?gica da gest?o do cuidado, de modo inclusivo e participativo, incluindo gestantes e equipe em todas as fases da implanta??o. Foram selecionadas e acompanhadas 09 (nove) gestantes, na faixa et?ria de 19 (dezenove) a 30 (trinta) anos, sendo a m?dia de idade de 24 (vinte e quatro) anos e no per?odo gestacional compreendido de 07 (sete) a 11 (onze) semanas durante abril a julho de 2014. No total foram realizadas 46 (quarenta e seis) consultas, dentre as quais 27 (vinte e sete) pelo m?dico, 19 (dezenove) pela enfermeira, al?m dos atendimentos realizados pelo dentista, imuniza??o e visitas domiciliares. O registro do processo de implanta??o da caderneta constou de anota??es em prontu?rios e relat?rios dos momentos de encontros com gestantes e com equipe de sa?de. Constatou-se que al?m de uma constru??o coletiva, humanizada e interdisciplinar houve a satisfa??o demonstrada pelas gestantes contribuindo dessa maneira para a ades?o ao Pr?-Natal - PN, maior estabelecimento de v?nculos, melhora da autoestima das gestantes e melhoria na qualidade do PN. Considera-se que a implanta??o da Caderneta da Gestante na referida Unidade de Sa?de contribuiu para mudan?as nos modos de fazer a aten??o materno-infantil na Estrat?gia de Sa?de da Fam?lia e pode ser recomendada para implanta??o na rede municipal. / Pregnancy is a unique period in a woman's life, demanding attention from family and health professionals. In Brazil, the Ministry of Health adopted the Pregnant Card to monitor the Prenatal, which has not proven means of contributing to improving the quality of that care, considering that the records are flawed, making the understanding of them more difficult for the pregnant women. The intervention project that resulted in this dissertation sought to deploy a Handbook of the Pregnant aimed at improving the treatment of women in pregnancy and childbirth. The intervention site was the Family Health Unit of the Campo da Mangueira, in the municipality of Maca?ba/RN, Brazil. The Handbook was adopted as a technological tool of management of care, in an inclusive and participatory manner, including pregnant women and staff in all phases of the deployment. Were selected and monitored nine (09) patients, aged between nineteen (19) and thirty (30) years old, with an average age of 24 (twenty four) years and comprised the gestation period of seven (07) to eleven (11) weeks during the period April-July 2014. Altogether were made 46 (fortysix) queries, among which 27 (twenty-seven) by the doctor, nineteen (19) by the nurse in addition to the services performed by the dentist, immunization and home visits. The record of the deployment process of the book consisted of notes in medical records and reports of the moments of encounters with pregnant women and health care team. It was found that in addition to a collective, humanized and interdisciplinary construction, there was the satisfaction demonstrated by pregnant women, thus contributing to adherence to Prenatal - PN, higher establishment of links, improved self-esteem of pregnant women and improving the quality of PN. It is considered that the implementation of the Handbook in the mentioned Health Unit contributed to changes in ways of doing the maternal and childcare in the Family Health Strategy and can be recommended for deployment in the municipality of Maca?ba.

Tenda do Conto (Tale Tent) ? where workers and users of the Sistema ?nico de Sa?de (Brazilian Public Healthcare System) reveal attitudes that point to new possibilities of making healthcare promotion towards the building of new social and institutional bonds. Creating affections and subjectivity processes gain importance in this focus. The research-intervention, in which daily and academic knowledge intertwine, is outlined in the referred experimentation where users and workers share life senses through facts and common experiences. During this research, we followed the micropolitical movements produced in the places where the practice has been experimented through act in experience, interviews and along with the Rede HumanizaSUS members (a collaborative network of people involved in SUS?s management and care humanization), in a way to understand how those experimentations unfold through the limitations of a standardizing and medicalizing healthcare model. Thus, we look forward to identify the limits imposed and the promotion capabilities of micro transactions in the work processes, highlighting tension lines that affect both the institutional practice objective plan and subjective plan of workers and users. Conceived as art ? doing, telling, inventing ? the study explores the paths of the Tenda do Conto, from 2007 to 2014, showing that listening to life narratives turns anonymous characters into recognized ones. Through narrative source, we are able to notice the attempt to reach the desired expansion of dialogue between different records and, on the other side, achieve the look displacement in health towards sharing senses, having life and affection as primordial ingredients.

Logo, esta pesquisa trabalhou de forma conexa elementos te?rico-metodol?gicos da pr?tica preservacionista e da tem?tica sobre m?todos de projeta??o arquitet?nica. Visando responder as quest?es apresentadas, o recorte desta an?lise consiste no estudo de caso dos projetos de interven??o do Terminal Mar?timo de Passageiros de Natal, do Antigo Pal?cio do Governo (EDTAM) e do Antigo Hotel Central, situados na ?rea reconhecida como centro hist?rico da cidade de Natal, no pol?gono de tombamento federal. Suas an?lises objetivam identificar os procedimentos metodol?gicos registrados no produto final (representa??o gr?fica do projeto arquitet?nico e demais documentos) entregue ao IPHAN/RN, ?rg?o respons?vel pela aprova??o dos mesmos, checando se tais procedimentos refletem no resultado obtido e se compreendem a complexidade das quest?es preservacionistas. As an?lises dos projetos corroboraram a hip?tese da exist?ncia de especificidades no projeto de interven??o, diferindo do projeto do novo. A principal delas refere-se ? pr?pria natureza do projeto, inerente ? rela??o dial?tica entre a necessidade da preserva??o (dos valores patrimoniais identificados) e da moderniza??o (adapta??o ? vida contempor?nea) dos bens patrimoniais. Esta rela??o, denominada nesta disserta??o de ?restri??o radical?, deve (ou deveria) balizar as a??es projetuais e an?lises t?cnicas do ?rg?o preservacionista. Entretanto, constatou-se que esta restri??o ficou mais clara nos pareceres dos legisladores do que nas decis?es dos projetistas. Os legisladores estabelecem a apresenta??o de documentos voltados para a identifica??o e contextualiza??o pr?via do im?vel objeto de interven??o (Portaria N? 420, de 22 de dezembro de 2010), que oferecem (deveriam) subs?dios para as decis?es projetuais. Contudo, foi poss?vel identificar na avalia??o dos documentos uma desconex?o entre estes e as decis?es projetuais apresentadas. A justificativa para isto ? a total aus?ncia de di?logo sobre os preceitos te?rico-metodol?gicos preservacionistas, a nosso ver, parte preponderante dos procedimentos necess?rios ao processo de projeta??o arquitet?nica de interven??o, devendo nortear as discuss?es projetuais entre projetistas e legisladores. / In the midst of growing preservationist awareness, regarding methods of architectural intervention of buildings with a recognized heritage value, there are numerous approaches on how the original heritage value can be protected. However, can these intervention projects be differentiated? Is it possible to identify how they differ (if in fact they do) from an architectural project not related to preservation? Although there are numerous theoretical studies regarding methods utilized in architectonical projects, there appear to be a lack of studies focused on an architectural intervention exclusively focused on areas or edifications that have a recognized heritage value, thereby requiring a reflection on which methodological procedures in an architectonical project serve the purpose of the preservation of the historical aspects. This discussion is of even greater importance because, at the national level, some recent discussions on this type of architectural design seem arbitrary and lack methodological rigor. Therefore, this research attempts to focus equally on the theoretical-methodological practices of preservation as well as the architectural project methods. In an attempt to address these aspects, the focus of this research centers on the case studies of the intervention projects of the maritime passenger terminal of Natal (Terminal Mar?timo de Passageriros de Natal), the old government hall (Palacio do Governo - EDTAM) and the old central hotel (Hotel Central) which are situated in the area known as the historic downtown of the city of Natal, within the federal heritage protection polygon. The analyses of these is intended to identify what methodological procedures were recorded in the final product (in the graphical representation of the architectural design and other documents) delivered to IPHAN / RN, the body responsible for review and approval of these architectural projects, noting whether such procedures appear, in some way, in the final product, and if an understanding of the complexity of preservation is evident. The analyses of these projects corroborate the hypothesis that there are unique characteristics, which must be addressed in the intervention project for preservation when compared to new project design. The main characteristic to be addressed is related to the very nature of the project. It is inherent in the dialectical relationship between the need to preserve (the identified heritage values) and the need to modernize (making adaptations to contemporary life). This relationship, denominated in this dissertation as "radical restraint", must, or at least should, guide the actions in the project as well as the technical analyses of the preservationist organization. However, this radical restriction appears more evident in the guidelines put forth by legislators than in the decisions of designers. These legislators require the presentation of documents, aimed at identifying and contextualizing intervention (Ordinance No. 420 of December 22, 2010), that grant (or should grant) assistance in the decision making process. It was evident in the analyses of these documents that there existed a disconnect between the documents produced and the decisions made in the project. This fact can be seen in the total absence of dialogue about theoretical-methodological preservationist principles, which, in our view, is an essential element of the methodological procedures of the intervention project needed to guide the legislative and project design discussions.

Foram realizadas tr?s tipos de observa??es diurnas: 1) focal (ocorr?ncias de comportamentos agon?stico, afiliativos, sincronia e mudan?a de dire??o = 130 horas); 2) todas as ocorr?ncias de conflitos em 304 h e 3) varreduras (posicionamento e atividade = 117 varreduras) que geraram informa??es de proximidade (valor da rela??o), rede social e dist?ncias entre os animais. No Cap. 1 descreveu-se que as ?guas se envolveram mais em afilia??o do que em agonismo. ? poss?vel que a sincronia na dire??o possa ser um tipo de afilia??o tamb?m nessa esp?cie. ?guas mais velhas e mais pesadas tiveram ranques mais elevados, mas n?o houve categoria mais agressiva que outra. Parceiras preferenciais apresentaram similaridade em idade, peso, for?a nos relacionamentos e centralidade social, sendo que a din?mica social dessas parcerias caracterizou-se por proximidade e baixo agonismo entre parceiras. A afilia??o e a sincronia foram mais direcionadas para animais neutros do que para parceiras preferenciais. No Cap. 2 reportou-se que reconcilia??o, consolo/apaziguamento e interven??o em conflitos (IC) ocorreram em 57%, 37% e 31% dos conflitos, respectivamente. A ocorr?ncia de reconcilia??o ou dispers?o, realizadas pelas d?ades com e sem reconcilia??o, respectivamente, podem ser estrat?gias para redu??o da incerteza/instabilidade social p?s-conflito. Os conflitos ocorreram entre ?guas com pouca proximidade e reconcilia??o n?o foi dependente do valor da rela??o (amizade), mas o consolo e apaziguamento foram. A interven??o em conflitos foi realizada por ?guas com idade e ranque mais elevados que os das oponentes do conflito, e n?o foi direcionada a parceiras preferenciais, sugerindo manuten??o da estabilidade social. No Cap. 3 detectou-se que n?o houve uma categoria de indiv?duos que se posicionasse com maior frequ?ncia ao centro do rebanho. ?guas mais velhas tenderam a estar ? frente do grupo. Animais mais jovens (potros) foram socialmente mais centrais e animais com necessidades nutricionais diferenciadas (prenhes e lactantes) e de alto ranque foram menos centrais socialmente. Mais da metade do rebanho esteve direcionado, com anteced?ncia, para o sentido que o grupo veio a seguir e o ?ndice de concord?ncia na dire??o (ICD) foi maior quando o grupo se deslocou mais. Isso pode sugerir que o sentido do deslocamento do grupo foi determinado pelo sentido do corpo da maioria dos animais (minimizando custos de consenso), que pode ter ocorrido por processo mim?tico de sincroniza??o, sugerindo uma forma simplificada de coordena??o (lideran?a) distribu?da em pastejo. ?guas vazias e de baixo ranque ajustaram mais suas dire??es em pastejo ? dire??o das outras ?guas. Isso indica maior ocorr?ncia de processos mim?ticos de sincronismo, o que pode levar a coordena??o do movimento ser efetuada por animais que mantenham maior consist?ncia na dire??o ou por animais mais velhos. / This study analyzes the social dynamics of a group of mares in three dimensions: dyadic, triadic, and collective. It is divided in three chapters which objectives are: 1) describe the dyadic affiliative and agonistic interactions and characterize the social dynamics of preferable partnerships; 2) analyze the occurrences and interactions in conflict (third part interventions) and post-conflicts (reconciliation, consolation, and appeasement); and 3) characterize collective movement dynamics under analyzes of individuals features (age, weight, rank, and reproductive state).The study was carried out at Volta Haras (Frei Paulo, Sergipe, Brazil) in 2012 and 2013. A group of 64 mares and 21 suckling foals of manga-larga marchador breed were observed. Three daytime methods of behavioral records were employed: 1) continuous animal-focal (registering occurrence of agonistic and affiliative behaviors, synchrony and change of direction) totaling 130 hours; 2) all occurrences of conflict in 304 hours; and 3) scan (position and activity) totaling 117 scans which generated closeness information (value of the relationship), social network, and distance among the animals. In the first chapter, we describe that the mares were more involved in affiliation than in agonisms. We suggest that synchrony in direction is a kind of affiliation in this species. Older and heavier mares had higher ranks, but there was not a category that was more aggressive than the other. Preferable partners presented similarities in age, weight, strength in the relationships, and social centrality, being the social dynamics of these partnerships characterized by closeness and low agonism among the partners. In the second chapter, we report that reconciliation, comfort/appeasement, and intervention in conflicts (IC) occurred in 57%, 37%, and 31% of the conflicts, respectively. The occurrence of reconciliation or dispersion may be strategies to reduce the social uncertainty/instability post-conflict. The conflicts occurred between mares with low closeness, and reconciliation was not dependent on the value of the relationship (friendship), but the comfort and appeasement did were. The intervention in conflicts were performed by mares with higher rank and age than the opponents of the conflict, and it was not directed to preferable partners, suggesting maintenance of the social stability. In the third chapter, we detected that there was not a category of individuals that positioned themselves to the center of the herd with higher frequency. Older mares tend to be ahead of the group. Younger animals (foals) were socially more central and animals with differentiated nutritional needs (pregnant mares and suckling ones) and high rank were less socially central. More than half of the herd was directed, with anticipation, to the direction that the group started to follow, and the agreement index in the direction (AID) was higher when the group moved more. This may suggest that the direction of the group?s movement was determined by the direction of the body of the majority of the animals (minimizing consensual costs), which may have occurred by the mimetic synchronization process, suggesting a simplified way of coordination (leadership) distributed in grazing. Empty and low rank mares adjusted more their directions in grazing towards the other mares. This indicates more occurrence of mimetic process of synchronism, which may lead to the coordination of the movement to be performed by animals that keep more consistency in direction or older animals.

At the end of the literacy cycle, many children don?t even guaranteed basic skills of reading and writing, presenting difficulties in understanding the alphabetic principle. Many researches show that there is influence of phonological awareness on children's performance in the written language appropriation. Other studies suggest that intervention programs in phonological awareness are positive for learning of children with difficulties in reading and writing. Researches have suggested that the development of phonological awareness skills linked to the explicit teaching of letter-sound relationships favors a more effective way, the discovery of the alphabetic principle by the child. Thus, to achieve the established objective, we conducted an experimental nature of research carried out in five phases: pre-test, application of the First Phase of the intervention program, post-test 1, implementation of Second Phase of the intervention program and post-test 2. The data found in the reading and writing tests the children were analyzed in qualitative and quantitative approach. The results revealed that the participation of students in the research group in phonological awareness program, and teaching of letter-sound relationships provided an opportunity a breakthrough in the understanding of the alphabetic principle, highlighting the importance of investing in metalinguistic skills and systematic teaching of grapheme-phoneme correspondences in the literacy process. The data presented in this study suggest important educational implications with regard to teacher formation and the use of metalinguistic skills development activities, such as phonological awareness, in addition to systematic and orderly teaching of grapheme-phoneme correspondences. / Esta disserta??o ? o resultado de uma pesquisa desenvolvida no Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, na Linha de Pesquisa 2: Culturas, Forma??o e Pr?ticas Pedag?gicas, da Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana, que tem por objetivo analisar os resultados de um programa de interven??o composto por atividades de consci?ncia fonol?gica e atividades de ensino das rela??es letra-som para a compreens?o do princ?pio alfab?tico com alunos do 3? ano do Ensino Fundamental que n?o conseguiram garantir a aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita no momento adequado. Research-intervention had a qualitative methodological approach and theoretical framework based on Textual Linguistics. Part of the theoretical framework of base: Antunes(2016, 2009, 2003), Beth Marcuschi (2010),Geraldi (2002, 1997, 1991), Kato (2003), Koch (2016,2002),Marcuschi (2003), Passarelli (2012,2004), PCN (1998), Rodrigues (2000); among others. From a work plan, consisting of additional steps, we develop actions in the classroom, which sought to improve some skills writers of the students. We promote the systematic teaching of a text argumentative, opinion piece, contemplating the underlying writing process steps, which are: planning, writing the first version, revision and rewriting of a text. To this end, we offer 14 thematic workshops focused reading and rereading of texts, the study of linguistic and discursive aspects of the genre, writing and rewriting of an article. The texts were monitored along the search to identify the main difficulties presented by students in relation to the writing of the genre and, also, to evaluate if those difficulties were minimized from the activities developed in class. We, with research, verify that the teaching of writing of a particular genre is most effective when it occurs within an international perspective, contextualized and procedure. Queimadura e sofrimento a partir da narrativa de uma psic?loga / Burns and suffering: a psychologist narrative

It was developed as a qualitative research phenomenologically based. A narrative was built by psychologist/researcher as a methodological strategy to capture significant elements experienced in the daily activities with patients, families and multidisciplinary team. It included memories, pictures, thoughts and feelings that made possible the emergence of some meanings: the context of the burns unit is an environment that offers, in addition to treatment, care to patients and their families. Over the period of hospitalization, patients go through extensive physical and psychological suffering: they feel vulnerable and unprotected; resent the absence of family and feel isolated. The way they signify the causes that led to the accident that hurt them is important in the recovery process, as well as how they face intense physical pain and addiction that required care. Family members play an important role in the recovery process of patients as they convey security and affection, in this sense, they end up being part of the team, assisting in the process of recovery of autonomy. The multidisciplinary team responds in a contradictory way to the patients complaints. The exhaustive routine seems to hamper their understanding and acceptance of the patient. On the other hand, they demonstrate willingness and commitment to carry out the procedures necessary for recovery. The researcher's experience allowed understanding of new meanings with regard to the relationship between pain and suffering. She noted the importance of specific psychological attention in that context and how it provides space for the patient to express feelings of loneliness, fear and anguish over the unknown. On the other hand, staff and family members also demand attention to be able to carry out the necessary care. We conclude that suffering severe burns and being hospitalized is an experience that requires from the patient a restructuring in their way of being and living that affects both the professionals who make up the team, as well as the families. / O objetivo desta pesquisa consistiu em apreender o sofrimento vivido por pacientes a partir da experi?ncia de uma psic?loga em uma unidade para tratamento de queimados de um hospital localizado no estado de S?o Paulo. Desenvolveu-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa de inspira??o fenomenol?gica. Uma narrativa foi constru?da como estrat?gia metodol?gica pela psic?loga/pesquisadora para apreender elementos significativos vividos no trabalho cotidiano com pacientes, familiares e equipe multiprofissional. Incluiu lembran?as, impress?es, imagens, sentimentos e pensamentos que possibilitaram a emerg?ncia de alguns significados: o contexto da unidade para queimados constitui um ambiente que oferece, al?m de tratamento, acolhimento aos pacientes e seus familiares. Ao longo do per?odo de hospitaliza??o, os pacientes passam por grande sofrimento f?sico e psicol?gico: sentem-se vulner?veis e desprotegidos; ressentem-se da aus?ncia dos familiares e do isolamento. A maneira como significam as causas que provocaram o acidente que os vitimou tem import?ncia no processo de recupera??o, assim como a forma como enfrentam a dor f?sica intensa e a depend?ncia por necessitarem de cuidados. Os familiares desempenham papel importante no processo de recupera??o dos pacientes ao transmitirem seguran?a e afeto; neste sentido, acabam por fazer parte da equipe, auxiliando no processo de retomada da autonomia. A equipe multiprofissional reage de maneira paradoxal ?s queixas dos pacientes. A rotina exaustiva parece dificultar a capacidade de compreender e acolher. Por outro lado, demonstram disponibilidade e empenho para realizar os procedimentos necess?rios ? recupera??o. A experi?ncia da pesquisadora possibilitou entrar em contato com novos significados no que se refere ? rela??o entre dor e sofrimento. Constatou a import?ncia de uma aten??o psicol?gica espec?fica naquele contexto capaz de disponibilizar ao paciente espa?o para expressar sentimentos de solid?o, medo e ang?stia face ao desconhecido. Por outro lado, a equipe e os familiares tamb?m demandam aten??o a fim de poderem desempenhar os cuidados necess?rios. Conclui-se que sofrer queimadura grave e ser hospitalizado constitui uma experi?ncia que imp?e ao paciente uma reestrutura??o no modo de ser e de viver que afeta tanto os profissionais que comp?em a equipe como tamb?m as fam?lias.

Objetivos: 1) Investigar se h? influ?ncia da adi??o de carga ao MINP durante o treinamento em esteira sobre os par?metros cardiovasculares e sobre a performance da marcha de indiv?duos com AVC; 2) Analisar os efeitos do treinamento em esteira com e sem adi??o de carga ao MINP sobre os par?metros cinem?ticos de cada membro inferior durante a marcha; 3) Analisar os efeitos do treinamento em esteira com e sem adi??o de carga ao MINP sobre as medidas de mobilidade funcional e equil?brio postural desses pacientes. Materiais e M?todos: Trata-se de um ensaio cl?nico randomizado e simples cego, no qual participaram 38indiv?duos, com m?dia de idade de 56,5 anos, na fase subaguda p?s-AVC (tempo m?dio de sequela de 4,5 meses). Os participantes foram distribu?dos aleatoriamente em grupo experimental (GE) e grupo controle (GC). O GE (n= 19) foi submetido ao treino de marcha em esteira com adi??o de carga ao MINP, feita por meio de caneleiras com carga equivalente a 5% do peso corporal. O GC (n= 19) foi submetido somente ao treino de marcha em esteira. Em ambos os grupos, tamb?m foram aplicadas estrat?gias comportamentais, que inclu?am exerc?cios domiciliares. As interven??es ocorreram diariamente durante duas semanas consecutivas (Dia 1 ao Dia 9), com dura??o de 30 minutos cada. As medidas de desfecho: equil?brio postural (Escala de Equil?brio funcional de Berg - EEB), mobilidade funcional (Timed Up and Go - TUG; vari?veis cinem?ticas do movimento de giro de 180?), vari?veis cin?ticas e cinem?ticas da marcha e coordena??o dos membros inferiores (Teste para Coordena??o dos Membros Inferiores - LEMOCOT) foram avaliadas na linha de base (Dia 0), ap?s quatro sess?es de treinamento (Dia 4), ap?s nove sess?es de treinamento (Dia 9) e ap?s 40 dias do t?rmino dos treinamentos (Follow-up). Os par?metros cardiovasculares foram avaliados em quatro momentos dentro de cada sess?o de treinamento. An?lise de vari?ncia (ANOVA) foi utilizada para comparar os desfechos entre o GE e o GC no decorrer do estudo (Dia 0, Dia 4, Dia 9 e Follow-up). Testes t n?o-pareados permitiram a compara??o intergrupos em cada sess?o de treinamento. Em todos os testes, a signific?ncia foi estabelecida em 5%. Resultados: 1) Os par?metros cardiovasculares n?o sofreram altera??es ap?s as interven??es e n?o houve diferen?as entre os grupos dentro de cada sess?o de treinamento. Houve melhora da performance da marcha, com aumento da velocidade e da dist?ncia percorrida, sem diferen?a estatisticamente significante entre os grupos. 2) Ap?s as interven??es, os pacientes aumentaram o comprimento do passo par?tico e n?o par?tico, al?m de exibirem maior excurs?o articular no quadril e joelho de ambos os membros inferiores. Os ganhos foram observados no GE e GC, sem diferen?a estat?stica entre os grupos e mantidos (em sua maioria) no follow-up. 3) Ap?s as interven??es, os pacientes exibiram melhor equil?brio postural (maiores escores na EEB) e mobilidade funcional (redu??o do tempo gasto no teste TUG e melhora da performance do movimento de giro de 180?). Todos os ganhos foram observados no GE e GC, sem diferen?a estatisticamente significativa entre os grupos e foram mantidos no follow-up. Conclus?es: A adi??o de carga ao MINP n?o alterou os par?metros cardiovasculares de indiv?duos com AVC subagudo, semelhante ao treino em esteira sem carga, mostrando-se um treinamento seguro a ser aplicado nestes pacientes. Entretanto, o uso da carga n?o ocasionoubenef?cios adicionais ao treinamento de marcha. O programa de treinamento de marcha (nove sess?es de treino em esteira + estrat?gias e exerc?cios para estimula??o do membro par?tico) mostrou-se ?til para melhora da performance e da cinem?tica da marcha, da mobilidade funcional e do equil?brio postural, sendo sugerida a sua utiliza??o com o intuito de promover a otimiza??o desses desfechos ap?s AVC na fase subaguda. / Introduction: Gait after stroke is characterized by a significant asymmetry between the lower limbs, with predominant use of the non-paretic lower limb (NPLL) over using the paretic lower limb. Accordingly, it has been suggested that adding load/weight to the NPLL as a form of restricting the movement of this limb may favor the use of the paretic limb, reducing interlimb asymmetry. However, few studies have been conducted up to this moment, which only investigated the immediate effects of this practice. Objectives: 1) Investigating whether there is an influence of adding load to the NPLL during treadmill training on cardiovascular parameters and on gait performance of individuals with stroke, compared to treadmill training without load addition; 2) Analyzing the effects of treadmill training with and without load added to the NPLL on kinematic parameters of each lower limb during gait; 3) Analyzing the effects of treadmill training with and without load added to the NPLL on measurements of functional mobility and postural balance of these patients. Materials and Methods: This is a randomized single blinded clinical trial involving 38 subjects, with a mean age of 56.5 years, at the subacute post-stroke phase (with mean time since stroke of 4.5 months). Participants were randomly assigned into an experimental group (EG) or control group (CG). EG (n= 19) was submitted to gait training on a treadmill with the addition of load to the NPLL by ankle weights equivalent to 5% of body weight. CG (n= 19) was only submitted to gait training on a treadmill. Behavioral strategies which included home exercises were also applied to both groups. The interventions occurred daily for two consecutive weeks (Day 1 to Day 9), being of 30 minutes duration each. Outcome measures: postural balance (Berg Functional Balance Scale ? BBS), functional mobility (Timed Up and Go ? TUG; kinematic variables of 180? turning) and kinematic gait variables were assessed at baseline (Day 0), after four training sessions (Day 4), after nine training sessions (Day 9), and 40 days after completion of training (Follow-up). Cardiovascular parameters (mean arterial pressure and heart rate) were evaluated at four moments within each training session. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare outcomes between EG and CG in the course of the study (Day 0, Day 4, Day 9 and Follow-up). Unpaired t-tests allowed for intergroup comparison at each training session. 5% significance was used for all tests. Results: 1) Cardiovascular parameters (systemic arterial pressure, heart rate and derivated variables) did not change after the interventions and there were no differences between groups within each training session. There was an improvement in gait performance, with increased speed and distance covered, with no statistically significant difference between groups. 2) After the interventions, patients had increased paretic and non-paretic step lengths, in addition to exhibiting greater hip and knee joint excursion on both lower limbs. The gains were observed in the EG and CG, with no statistical difference between the groups and (mostly) maintained at follow-up. 3) After the interventions, patients showed better postural balance (higher scores on BBS) and functional mobility (reduced time spent on the TUG test and better performance on the 180? turning). All gains were observed in the EG and CG, with no statistically significant difference between groups and were maintained at follow-up. Conclusions: The addition of load to the NPLL did not affect cardiovascular parameters in patients with subacute stroke, similar to treadmill training without load, thus seemingly a safe training to be applied to these patients. However, the use of the load did not bring any additional benefits to gait training. The gait training program (nine training sessions on a treadmill + strategies and exercises for paretic limb stimulation) was useful for improving gait performance and kinematics, functional mobility and postural balance, and its use is suggested to promote the optimization of these outcomes in the subacute phase after stroke.
