Juḥā é personagem cômica e chamada por muitos nomes distintos, que ficou mais amplamente conhecida nos países do Oriente Médio. Esta dissertação visa à análise da composição dos deslizamentos arquetípicos nas anedotas dessa personagem e o papel desses deslizamentos na produção do cômico. Com esse fim, uma amostra das anedotas contidas na complicação \"Giha, Hoja e Nasredin\" - feita por Mussa Kuraiem - teve suas funções narrativas e mecanismos de continuidade narrativa evidenciados, de acordo com os modelos propostos na obra \"Análise Estrutural da Narrativa\". A fim de demonstrar a quebra lógica e a dissolução da narrativa como sua consequência, estudos a respeito do cômico permeiam este trabalho. Como base para o levantamento e demarcação dos arquétipos que emergem das anedotas, utilizou-se, dentre outras, a pesquisa de Hasan El-Shamy e Jane Garry acerca de arquétipos e motivos folclórico-literários. Por fim, este trabalho demonstra a sobreposição dos arquétipos do tolo e do sábio, e indica que a produção de efeito cômico é simultânea ao momento de sobreposição arquetípica e ao de quebra lógica. Concluiu-se que o cômico, nas anedotas analisadas, não está apenas vinculado ao deslizamento arquetípico, mas também ao tipo de quebra cômica (disjuntor) e à adequação da narrativa ao gênero anedótico. Constatou-se também a existência de ciclos temáticos nas anedotas do Juḥā além da ocorrência de nuances arquetípicas subjacentes ao par arquetípico tolo-sábio. / Juḥā is a comic character, called by many different names and most widely known in the Middle Eastern countries. This master\'s thesis has analyzed the structure of archetype displacements in the anecdotes of the abovementioned character, as well as the role of those displacements in the production of the comic effect. To this end, this study identified narrative functions and mechanisms of narrative continuity in a sample of the anecdotes featured in the compilation named \"Giha, Hoja e Nasredin\", organized by Mussa Kuraiem. This research relied upon works on humor in order to describe the resolution of the narrative as an eventual result of its logical rupture. Additionally, studies on archetypes and folk motifs, such as El-Shamy and Garry\'s, helped identify and outline the archetypes which emerge from the anecdotes. The results of this research show two archetypes overlapping in the anecdotes. They also indicate that humor, the logical rupture and the archetype overlap all tend to rise simultaneously from the text. This paper concludes that, particularly for the selected anecdotes, humor is not solely linked to the archetype displacement, once it also depends on the type of logical rupture (known as switch) and on how suitable the narrative is to the anecdotic literary genre. Apart from all that, this research points out to the existence of thematic cycles in the anecdotes of Juḥā, as well as complementary archetypes underlying the wise-fool archetypal pair.

Diploma work, the proposal of establishment of an outdoor geological expositions near the village Kozolupy deals with characteristics of the place where the exhibition has to be established, natural conditions, geological history of the place and other tourist destinations of the area. Further work characterizes geoparks and issues associated with them and indicates the difference between geoparks and geological exposition, there is also provided a particular example. In next part of the work there are rocks selected for the exhibition, their description and geological characteristics of the area where it came from. This theoretical part follows the practical one. Here is described everything needful concerning the location of geological exposition in the attachment there are exhibition plans and photographs of the park, where exposition is to be located. There are also particular proposals of information boards. Last but not least, work is drawing up the budget. Diploma work concludes proposal of excursions to interesting locations with the visit of the exposition. This Master thesis was created as a part project GA JU 065/2010/S.

Studien syftar till att analysera sanfolkets existentiella riter och transformativa processer ur ett dramapedagogiskt perspektiv. Bakgrunden avgränsas till att undersöka och redogöra för Ju/’hoansifolkets etnografi, kosmologi samt riter med fokusering på de transformativa processerna. Metodansatsen är en aletisk och objektiverande hermeneutik med ett abduktivt tillvägagångsätt. Tidigare forskning belyser det antropologiska perspektivet på riter, Ju/’hoansis ontologiska transformationer samt beröringspunkterna mellan antropologi och teater. Den teoretiska referensramen redogör för det dramapedagogiska paradigmet och dess olika tolkningar på transformativa och kommunikativa kunskapsprocesser. I analysen redovisas resultatet med hjälp av rotmetaforer med den mest framstående korrelationen; den ontologiska pluralismen. Genom analysen framträdde även ett övergripande tema av det upplevelsebaserade kontinuumet. Resultatet och metodansatsen revideras i diskussionen. / The study aims to analyze the existential rites and transformative processes of the san people from a drama educational perspective. The background is constrained to examining and describing the Ju/’hoansi people's ethnography, cosmology and rites with a focus on the transformative processes. The method approach is alethic and objectifying hermeneutics with an abductive reasoning. Previous research sheds light on the anthropological perspective on rituals, Ju/’hoansi’s ontological transformations and the points of contact between anthropology and theatre. The theoretical frame of reference describes the drama educational paradigm and its different interpretations of transformative and communicative learning processes. In the analysis, the results are reported using root metaphors with the most prominent correlation; the ontological pluralism. Through the analysis, an overarching theme of the experience-based continuum also emerged. The result and the method approach are revised in the discussion.

Xing-ju literally means 'New Theatre' in Mandarin and denotes the non-traditional performing style in Taiwan. Xing-ju is regarded as the product of colonisation in Taiwan. The thesis began with the first emergence of Xing-ju in the Japanese colonial era at the beginning of the twentieth century, and went on to examine the development of Xing-ju and its sub-forms within a colonial historical context. Having gone through different colonial regimes, Xing-ju has developed into the local theatre form characterizing the hybridity of Taiwanese culture. My study aims to fill a gap in Taiwanese contemporary theatre history, to look at Xing-ju and its sub-forms from a post-colonial perspective, and to provide a continuous and complete Xing-ju history within a theoretical context. In addition, how Xing-ju has exemplified ‘Taiwaneseness’ while presenting multiple cultural characteristics is also examined. This thesis also draws on primary source data, obtained via field research, to analyse the characteristics of Xing-ju performances. Finally, while addressing my research questions through theoretical analysis, I also examine them through the lens of practical work. Inspired by critical syncretism, I experiment with an alternative way to explore the nature of Taiwanese culture and theatre form. With its hybrid cultural characteristics including Japanese Shinpa-geki, Chinese Peking Opera, Ge-zai Xi and Western theatre styles, I discuss how a definition of ‘Taiwaneseness’ emerges through Xing-ju.

Initially, ju?ara pulp added probiotic microorganism Bifidobacterium spp. lactis was subjected to drying by spray drying (spray drying), which promoted a microencapsulation. In this first step, differet types and combinations of carriers agents were evaluated, totalizing four formulations: maltodextrin, maltodextrin + inulin (1:1), maltodextrin + oligofructose (1:1) and maltodextrin + inulin + oligofructose (2:1:1). The samples produced with different formulations were characterized in relation to the viable cell count, phenolics, anthocyanins, ABTS + antiradical activity, density, porosity, particle size and hygroscopicity. The samples produced with maltodextrin + inulin (1: 1) showed the best results, being selected for further stability study. In this study, samples were also produced by freeze drying, in order to compare the processes. The powders produced by the two processes were stored at different temperatures (7 and 35 ? C) and evaluated periodically for 60 days. Results showed that the samples stored at 7?C showed microorganism cell count higher than 107 CFU/g after 60 days of storage, being considered as probiotic products, whereas samples stored at 35?C showed cell counts lower than 104 CFU/g after 30 days. The samples produced by freeze drying showed higher viable cell counts compared to those produced by spray drying, after 30 days of storage. Regarding the phenolic content and antirradical activity, the samples showed a very similar behavior to each other. / Este trabalho teve como objetivo a obten??o de um produto em p? probi?tico ? base de ju?ara, cuja palmeira vem sendo amea?ada de extin??o devido ? pr?tica indiscriminada do extrativismo do palmito e, nesse sentido, agregar valor a esse fruto ? uma proposta, na tentativa de preservar a esp?cie. Inicialmente, a polpa de ju?ara adicionada do microrganismo probi?tico Bifidobacterium spp. lactis foi submetida ao processo de secagem por atomiza??o (spray drying), que promoveu sua microencapsula??o. Nesta primeira etapa, foram avaliados diferentes tipos e combina??es de agentes carreadores, totalizando quatro formula??es: maltodextrina, maltodextrina + inulina (1:1), maltodextrina + oligofrutose (1:1) e maltodextrina + inulina + oligofrutose (2:1:1). As amostras produzidas com as diferentes formula??es foram caracterizadas em rela??o ? contagem de microrganismos vi?veis, fen?licos totais, antocianinas, atividade antirradical ABTS+, densidade, porosidade, higroscopicidade e tamanho de part?culas. As amostras produzidas com maltodextrina + inulina (1:1) foram as que apresentaram os melhores resultados, sendo selecionadas para o posterior estudo de estabilidade. Nesse estudo, as amostras foram produzidas tamb?m por liofiliza??o, a fim de se comparar os processos. O produto em p? produzido pelos dois processos foi estocado a diferentes temperaturas (7 e 35?C) e avaliado periodicamente, durante 60 dias. Os resultados mostraram que as amostras estocadas a 7?C apresentaram contagem de microrganismos superior a 107 UFC/g ap?s 60 dias de estocagem, podendo ser consideradas probi?ticas, enquanto as amostras armazenadas a 35?C apresentaram contagem inferior a 104 UFC/g a partir de 30 dias. As amostras produzidas por liofiliza??o apresentaram maior contagem quando comparadas ?s produzidas por atomiza??o, a partir de 30 dias de estocagem. Em rela??o ao teor de fen?licos e ? atividade antirradical, as amostras apresentaram comportamentos muito semelhantes entre si.

<p>Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka användningen av "ju" i vardagliga samtal. Det primära materialet för undersökningen är därför en ljud- och bildinspelning av ett vardagligt samtal mellan tre unga kvinnor. Ur detta samtal analyseras en sekvens där "ju" förekommer med samtalsanalys (CA) som metod. Analysen visar att den främsta funktionen hos "ju" i denna sekvens är att skapa gemenskap och engagemang.</p>
