January 2012 (has links)
A FFN no Agrolmin Nitro (300 L.ha-1) reduziu as populações de P. zeae e de M. javanica e elevou a produtividade em 14,6 Mg.ha-1, em relação a testemunha / Abstract: Pratylenchus zeae, Meloidogyne javanica and M. incognita are the key nematodes in sugar cane in Brazil, but P. brachyurus is also frequently found. Three experiments were conducted. In the first one, the aggressiveness of P. brachyurus and P. zeae to the crop was compared. In the second and third ones alternatives for the control were sought. The first and second experiments were carried out in 100 L pots, in open area and, the third experiment in ratoon of fourth to fifth cropping. In the first one levels of 10, 100, 1,000, 10,000 and 100,000 specimens/plant were inoculated, individually. In the second one it was tested Agrolmin ® (humic and fulvic acids extracted from peat), Agrolmin plus nematophagous fungi (FN), Pochonia chlamydosporia, FN, Helicotylenchus dihystera, Carbofuran and the Control with and without nematodes. In the third experiment were tested: Agrolmin 10:0:10 [Agrolmin Nitro (300 L.ha-1)], Agrolmin Nitro (600 L.ha-1), FN (0.5 L.m linear -1)], FN (1 L.m linear-1) Formulation of FN (FFN) in Agrolmin Nitro (300 L.ha-1), FFN in Agrolmin Nitro (600 L.ha-1), Carbofuran (6 L.ha-1) and Control. In the three experiments it was analyzed the population dynamics of the nematodes as well biometric and quantitative assessments of the plants at the end. It was observed that the variety CTC2 is susceptible to P. zeae and intolerant to P. brachyurus which was more aggressive. The FN increased productivity, especially when associated with Agrolmin. The parasitism of H. dihystera reduced M. javanica population, but caused damage to the crop. The FFN in Agrolmin Nitro (300 L.ha-1) reduced populations of P. zeae and M. javanica and increased productivity by 14.6 Mg.ha-1, compared to control / Doutor

January 2008 (has links)
Abstract: This work had the objectives of to study the morphologic characters and useful morfometric comparatively for distinction between Meloidogyne mayaguensis and M. incognita; to quantify the damages caused to the guava 'Paluma', in growing, for M. mayaguensis in growing levels of inocula; to characterize the nutritional imbalance and the fenology of the guava 'Paluma' face to the infection for the nematode; to evaluate the host suitability of other fruitful ones and its weeds to that pathogen; to study the population fluctuation of the plant parasitic nematode in guava orchard 'Pedro Sato'; resistant material prospect to M. mayaguensis between several accesses of Psidium guajava and Psidium spp. and to evaluate the compatibility of those materials as rootstock for guava 'Paluma'. The data indicate that the morphology of the perineal pattern and of the labial area of the males they are enough for the distinction it holds between M. mayaguensis and M. incognita. The measures of the diameter of the log, length of the three blanches, fresh and dry mass of the blanches, retreat in the pruning, area of individual leaves, length, width, number for plant and mass of the fruits was inversely proportional at the levels of inocula of 0; 10; 100; 1,000 and 10,000 eggs and juveniles/plant. The tenors of N, P and K decreased of leaves without symptoms for leaves with the light and severe symptom, in the analyses accomplished in February and August. The Ca had your concentration increased with the worsening of the symptoms, in February and August and Mg only in August. Sulfur had a larger concentration in leaves without symptoms, in February. In August, the leaves with severe symptoms presented larger concentrations of S. / Orientador: Jaime Maia dos santos / Coorientador: Antonio Baldo Geraldo Martins / Banca: José Antonio Alberto da Silva / Banca: Antonio Lúcio Mello Martins / Banca: Luiz Carlos Camargo Barbosa Ferraz / Banca: João Carlos de Oliveira / Doutor

O primeiro avaliou a distribuição espacial e o
antagonistas Arachis repens, Brassica juncea, Brassica napus, Crotalaria spectabilis,
As plantas Arachis repens, Brassica juncea, Brassica napus e Tagetes sp.
The infestation of nematodes of the genus Meloidogyne is one of the main limiting
factors for the expansion of Brazilian rubber tree plantations. Previous studies have
shown that this root-knot nematode affects growth of the rubber tree, thus reducing the
development of trees in the production phase and even jeopardizes its survival. In this
context, the objective of this study was to evaluate the spatial distribution of
Meloidogyne exigua in a rubber tree plantation and its control with antagonistic plants.
In order to perform this, two experiments were done. The first one evaluated the
population density of the root-knot nematode in a commercial rubber tree plantation in
Triângulo Mineiro, Minas Gerais. The population density of M. exigua, in the studied
area, was concentrated in elliptic foci with a clustered spatial distribution. The second
experiment evaluated the effect of the antagonistic plants Arachis repens, Brassica
juncea, Brassica napus, Crotalaria spectabilis, and Tagetes sp. on the management of
M. exigua in rubber tree seedlings. Both Brassica juncea and Arachis repens showed
antagonistic effect on nematode population. The results obtained highlight the
importance of proper nematode management for the expansion of Brazilian rubber tree
plantations.

The Kontsevich invariant $Z$ of rational homology $3-$ sphere was constructed by Maxim Kontsevich in 1992 using configuration space integrals. This invariant is graduated. It can be written as $Z=(Z_n)_{nin NN}$, where $Z_n$ values in the space $mathcal{A}_n$ of jacobi diagram with order $n$. A Jacobi diagram with order $n$ is a trivalent graph with $2n$ vertices. At a first point, we can see $Z$ as an invariant $Z(M,tau)$ of rational homology $3-$spheres equipped with a trivialisation $tau$ so that $Z$ is the exponential of an invariant $z(M,tau)=(z_n(M,tau))_{ninNN}$. In fact, we can say that $z_n(M,tau)$ counts the number of embeddings of connected jacobi diagrams with order $n$ with some additionnal conditions. We can associate an homotopic integer invariant $p_1(tau)$ to each trivialisation $tau$ of oriented $3-$manifolds and it exists $beta=(beta_n)_{ninNN}$, where $beta_ninmathcal{A}_n$ that is called anomaly so that $$z_n(M,tau) - p_1(tay)$$ is independant of $tau$. We name it $z_n(M)$ and $$Z(M)=exp((z_n(M)_{nin NN})).$$Greg Kuperberg and Dylan Thurston introduced this constant in 1999. We already know that $beta_n=0$ if $n$ is even and $beta_1neq 0$. This thesis is about the computation of $beta_3$. It describes simplified expressions of $beta_3$, and this expressions can be compute with a computer.

This crop is attacked by several pathogens and, amongst them are the nematodes of the genera Meloidogyne, that reduces the sugarcane yield. The use of chemical control, crop rotation, use of antagonistic plants and genetic control by
introducing resistant source genes as control measures have been searched. In this work families of sugarcane were evaluated with the purpose to identify the plant reaction to
Meloidogyne icognita. The trials were set up in a greenhouse at Universidade Federal de Goias, Goiania, GO. The seedlings were obtained from seeds or buds from the different
crosses tested. These seedlings were planted in sterilized substrate and artificially inoculated with M. incognita. In the trials evaluation the variable considered were fresh root weigh, final nematode population, reproduction factor (RF) and nematode population reduction in relation to the susceptible standart. Afterwards the families and individuals
were ranked as highly susceptible (HS), susceptible (S), little resistant (LR), moderately resistant (MR), resistant (R) or highly resistant (HR). In the trial with plants originated
from seeds, the crosses RB945961 x SP81-3250 and SP81-3250 x RB945961were ranked as LR, the others were S or HS. The RF ranged from 0.55 to 1.18. In the trial with plants
originated from buds, the crosses RB92804 x RB813804, RB865547 x RB855156, CP70-330 x ? and IAC86-2210 x SP70-1078 were considered LR and the others S or HS. The RF
ranged from 0.15 to 0.59. In both trials, the individual evaluation within the progenies there was higher frequency of individuals ranked as MR and R. / A cultura da cana-de-açúcar tem especial significado econômico para o Brasil, que lidera a lista dos países produtores. Previous issue date: 2015-08-27 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The objective of this work was to study the effect of Crambe abyssinica leaf extract on Meloidogyne incognita and Meloidogyne javanica control in tomato plants, and the possible effect of allyl isothiocyanate component in this interaction. Five experiments were conducted. The first experiment was carried out with both Meloidogyne species in vitro: dried leaves of crambe (200 mg L-1) were added in the solvents: water for infusion and grinding, acetone, water + ethanol, methyl alcohol, hexane and chloroform. After the evaporation rotative, the aqueous extracts were analyzed in vitro for nematicide activity (hatching, mortality and motility of second stage juveniles (J2)). After the extracts with increased activity were tested at doses of 200, 300, 400 and 500 mg L-1 of crambe dry leaves. To quantify the allyl isothiocyanate in the extracts was used high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The second and third experiment were with M. incognita and hydroalcoholic extract to 250 mg L-1 was used, and each experiment was repeated twice, being the second time with the two best times of the first. The first repetition of the second experiment was conducted in factorial design (3x4+1) in a greenhouse, with three extract application routes: leaf; soil; leaf+soil, in four periods: before inoculation; on inoculation; after inoculation; and weekly up to 45 days and an additional treatment (inoculated and untreated control). In the second repetition, the factorial design was (3x2+1), three routes of application as mentioned above, and two periods (after inoculation and weekly). The third experiment includes the same treatments, however, to the application routes is added the immersion of the tomato roots. The fourth and fifth experiments were with M. javanica, using the same methodology described for the experiments with M. incognita. The results derived from the extracts of hydroalcoholic solution, methanol and trituration were more effective in the action against nematodes, however, the hydroalcoholic one caused higher mortality, with 93% and 64% for M. incognita and M. javanica, respectively. The greatest effect was on the dose of 250 mg L-1, and only the extracts obtained by methanol solution and the hydroalcoholic presented allyl isothiocyanate. When the hydroalcoholic extract was tested in a greenhouse in tomato plants, to M. incognita the applications via soil and weekly did not differ statistically from the applications soil+leaf for the analyzed variables. When the immersion of the tomato plants rooting system was added, weekly applications routes via root+soil and root+soil+leaf stood out, and nematode population in the soil was reduced by 75.55% and 71.95%, respectively, however, the second experiment confirmed the control only to the application via soil+root+leaf. For M. javanica, applications of the extract via soil+leaf weekly caused reduction of total galls on 46.15%. When added the immersion of the root system, the weekly application via root+soil+leaf reduced the egg masses and total galls on 60.95% and 27.95%, respectively. Therefore, crambe extract has potential to make up the integrated management of M. javanica and M. incognita on tomato plants / O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar o efeito do extrato de folhas de Crambe abyssinica no controle de Meloidogyne incognita e Meloidogyne javanica em tomateiro e, possível atuação do componente alil isotiocianato nesta interação.

Flexible Robot to Object Interactions Through Rigid and Deformable CagesMarzinotto, Alejandro January 2017 (has links)
In this thesis we study the problem of robotic interaction with objects from a flexible perspective that complements the rigid force-closure approach. In a flexible interaction the object is not firmly bound to the robot (immobilized), which leads to many interesting scenarios. We focus on the secure kind of flexible interactions, commonly referred to as caging grasps. In this context, the adjective secure implies that the object is not able to escape arbitrarily far away from the robot which is caging it. A cage is a secure flexible interaction because it does not immobilize the object, but restricts its motion to a finite set of possible configurations. We study cages in two novel scenarios for objects with holes: caging through multi-agent cooperation and through dual-arm knotting with a rope. From these two case studies, we were able to analyze the caging problem in a broader perspective leading to the definition of a hierarchical classification of flexible interactions and cages. In parallel to the geometric and physical problem of flexible interactions with objects, we study also the problem of discrete action scheduling through a novel control architecture called Behavior Trees (BTs). In this thesis we propose a formulation that unifies the competing BT philosophies into a single framework. We analyze how the mainstream BT formulations differ from each other, as well as their benefits and limitations. We also compare the plan representation capabilities of BTs with respect to the traditional approach of Controlled Hybrid Dynamical Systems (CHDSs). In this regard, we present bidirectional translation algorithms between such representations as well as the necessary and sufficient conditions for translation convergence. Lastly, we demonstrate our action scheduling BT architecture showcasing the aforementioned caging scenarios, as well as other examples that show how BTs can be interfaced with other high level planners. /
QC 20170322

Les invariants de Links-Gould comme généralisations du polynôme d’Alexander / The Links-Gould invariants as generalizations of the Alexander polynomialKohli, Ben-Michael 23 November 2016 (has links)
In this thesis we focus on the connections that exist between two link invariants: first the Alexander-Conway invariant ∆ that was the first polynomial link invariant to be discovered, and one of the most thoroughly studied since alongside with the Jones polynomial, and on the other hand the family of Links-Gould invariants LGn,m that are quantum link invariants derived from super Hopf algebras Uqgl(n|m). We prove a case of the De Wit-Ishii-Links conjecture: in some cases we can recover powers of the Alexander polynomial as evaluations of the Links-Gould invariants. So the LG polynomials are generalizations of the Alexander invariant. Moreover we give evidence that these invariants should still have some of the most remarkable properties of the Alexander polynomial: they seem to offer a lower bound for the genus of links and a criterion for fiberedness of knots.

Caracterização, controle alternativo e reprodução de Meloidogyne graminicola em cultivares de arroz irrigado submetidos a diferentes regimes de umidade / Characterization, alternative control and reproduction of Meloidogyne graminicola in cultivars of irrigated rice to different regimes of humiditySteffen, Ricardo Bemfica 22 February 2007 (has links)
Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The rice is one of the cereals more cultivated in the world, however its production can be limited by several plant pathogenics agents, among them the rootknot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.). The present work was accomplished in three stages. In the first, twenty and one populations of root-knot nematode of eight districts of the central area of Rio Grande do Sul State, were biochemical characterized through the isoenzyme esterase and morphological characterized through the microscopic observations of nematode females perineal patterns. In the second stage of the work, they were appraised the penetration and the development of M. graminicola in the roots of the irrigated rice (BR-IRGA 410, IRGA 417, IRGA 420, IRGA 422CL, BRS 7 "Taim", BRS Atalanta, BRS Fronteira, BRS Firmeza, BRS Pelota and BRS Querência) cultivars recommended for the South of Brazil, as well as the reaction of these materials to the nematode. In the third stage of the work the effect of ten essential oils of bioactives plants were evaluated in the control of M. graminicola "in vitro", as well as the efficiency essential oils in the control of the irrigated rice plant nematode. The isoenzymatic characterization of root-knot nematode in the area studied revealed the presence of the phenotype esterase VS1 (Rm 0,70), typical of M. graminicola. Among the cultivars tested, most were independently susceptible of the irrigation regime. The cultivar IRGA 422CL was what provided a smalest penetration of nematodes for the evaluated conditions
behaving as moderately resistant under condition of saturation of soil. The oregano, eucalyptus and mint oils presented the highest nematostatic effect "in vitro ", while the alfazema, cidrão and alecrim oils presented highest effect nematicida "in vitro" also reducing the multiplication of nematode "in vivo", demonstrating its potential in the control of M. graminicola.

Laboratorní scénáře popisující systém DNS / Laboratory scenarios describing DNS systemSakala, Peter January 2018 (has links)
The master’s thesis deals with Domain Name System (DNS) and its practical use. It describes hierarchy of domain names, resource record types, protocol used, as well as DNSSEC extension. The most utilized implementations of authoritative and recursive DNS servers are presented. Virtualization, containers and other tools with potential use in labs are described. Two lab scenarios in virtualized environment with instructions for students were designed and developed in this thesis.
