• The Global ETD Search service is a free service for researchers to find electronic theses and dissertations. This service is provided by the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations.
Our metadata is collected from universities around the world. If you manage a university/consortium/country archive and want to be added, details can be found on the NDLTD website.

INFÄSTNING AV LED-ARMATUR

Rapp, Sara January 2012 (has links)
The thesis was performed at the lighting company Zpecta AB. Zpecta needed to develop alternative attachment of their LED-luminaire Capella. Today Capella attaches in metal ceilings with four magnets. Zpecta got indications from their customers that there was a need for other attachments. The purpose is to determine the customer’s requirements and the interfaces that are considered for Capella. During the thesis, Capella was only on the market for testing and evaluation. The thesis was initiated to create a specification. The specification would cover all the demands and wishes Zpecta and their customers have. The specification should also contain the regulatory requirements. To find out the requirements for a luminaire, an information research was conducted by visiting customers, researching the Internet, verbal information and by studying literature. Design concepts were developed to attach the Capella to ceilings made of wood, concrete and plaster, with wire suspension, at system ceiling, acoustic ceiling and at 3-circuit track. Capella’s magnetic attachment was tested in order to the specification. The result showed that the magnetic attachment did not meet the requirements. Therefore a solution, that meet the requirements for the magnetic attachment, would be developed and also an alternative design solution for mounting at 3-circuit track. The design concepts were evaluated by using the Pugh selection matrix and a questionnaire. Three design solutions were developed for mounting at 3-circuit track and wire suspension. The design solutions were presented as an assembly in SolidWorks, with a manufacturing method, a FMEA and a cost estimate. For the three design solutions that were developed, there have to be prototypes for testing to get knowledge about how well the design solutions meet the specification.

Konstruktionslösningar och deformationer i tre Östgötska medeltida sockenkyrkor / Construction solutions and deformations in three Östgötska medieval parish churches

Larsson, Peter, Nilsson Sundén, Fredrik January 2004 (has links)

The purpose with this report is to illuminate the construction solutions and the deformations that could exist in medieval parish stone churches. But also to increase the writers understanding how activity forces effect the construction of the churches. With help from literature and a practical study, containing three churches the writers have collected the material that the conclusions and discussions are built upon in this report.

The construction of the churches consists of three parts, the wall, the roof and the vault. The construction solutions are similar in the churches disregard of the roof, where the roof trusses are different. The roof trusses are yet typical for the roman style. The deformations that have been found can in most cases be could usual occurring in these old churches the writers chosen to study, the needs to repairmen are today not necessary. Yet the writers think that there are deformations that should be study more thorough, to derive the origin and take suitable measure. The writers think that the deformations that effect the constructions have most of their origin in some rebuilding and lost knowledge of old building engineering.
