The well arranged and instructivee business plan is the basic part of every business project.. Currently is very often used the lean canvas model of the business plan. This model shows us very istructively all the factors influencing the project realisation. The dissertation is divided into the two basic parts. In the thoretical were compared the essential forms of the business plan with their differences. The practical part consists of creating the lean canvas model for the progressive company using the UAV and the MAIA application, monitoring the flight of the UAV. The economic data were analyzed and the structured scheme of the project, with the prediction was realized. The lean canvas model was very useful and optimal for this company and it´s project.

The thesis is focused on creating a complete business plan for establishing a family owned lavender farm in the village of Římov. The theoretical part describes the business process from the very idea of starting an enterprise, the assessment of the business plan using the Lean Canvas tool, chosen analytical and research methods as well as creating a given structure for of the business plan which involves eliminating risks, setting up the product and entering the market. The analytical part of the work provides a SWOT analysis of the business environment. In the final part of the thesis both the preferred market strategy and the business model breakdown are proposed.

Hodnocení potenciálu turistického informačního centra USE-IT Prague / The evaluation of the potential of the tourist information centre USE-IT Prague

This diploma thesis evaluates the potential of the tourist information centre USE-IT Prague and its possibilities in the tourist destination Prague. The aim is to determine, whether the services the information centre currently offers are attractive enough for the visitors and whether it is possible for the information centre to make a profit in order to cover its operating costs. The introductory chapters are devoted to definition of basic terms relating to tourism and its participants, tourist information centre, non-profit organization and tools used to evaluate potential of certain business - lean canvas and SWOT analyses. The second theoretical part pays attention to the USE-IT organization on the European level as well as Czech level. The Prague branch is described into more detail. The practical part evaluates the possibilities the information centre have. The evaluation is based on two surveys among visitors if the USE-IT information centre and other European USE-IT information centres. The evaluation contents lean canvas and SWOT analyses. The last chapter propose the particular services, which USE-IT information centre could offer its visitors in order to increase the attractiveness of the whole place.

The theoretical part contains a definition of the issues related to the main idea of the plan and its validation in the form of selected analytical and evaluation tools, the structure and content of individual parts of the business plan. The analytical part is devoted to the validation of the business model and analysis of the market and general environment, including the analysis of own resources and capabilities to identify key factors and evaluate them with subsequent decision-making on the appropriate market strategy. The design part describes the selected strategy of the company and the business model, which is elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.

The specialization of the final master thesis is theory and a practical view of Location Intelligence. The author is writing about specific parts of development of the application which is focused on analysis of consumer's behaviour for managers of retail businesses focused on customer's satisfaction. The application is a new way of researching consumer's behaviour. Spatial data is connected with the subject of research -- analysis of the movement of consumers in retail stores. The application is a practical tool for better targeting for managers or marketing specialists. The app was developed by four researcher Martin Matějka, Tomáš Rosenberger, Vilém Kalus (three diploma researchers) and Ondřej Funiok. The Main goal of the final thesis was to describe the application from the business point of view and to design layout of the user interface. The business model helped us to specify the application from the business point of view. We reached the main goal with research articles of Location Intelligence. The thesis contains theory basis of informatics and geo-informatics field, Business Intelligence, Location Intelligence and selected business models. The practical part of the thesis is composed of integrating application to the business model, functionality description. From functionality description we designed the user interface. The practical part closes with the use case of application in Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze. Benefits of the thesis are in development of real, new application for future commercial use. Contribution to the theory of Location Intelligence and analytical solution of development of user interface.
