In this perspective, initialy, is shown the current condition of the art in the field of Language Therapy, discussing the reductionism to which the clinical method is submited, given the fundamental mistakes made between "method" and "technic" derived frem the Medical Clinic and applied to the field of Language Therapy. Is also stated, in this study, the main principies that guide the refered Language Therapy clinical method, supported, in one side, on Psychoanalisys on. its considerations on clinic and, in the other side, on Linguistics and its considerations over language. Understanding the clinical method as a clinical structure in action, in function, I bring on discussion an attempt to formalize it, submiting to an discoursive perspective, on which the pathologic language of the subject is involved / Este trabalho discute a questão do método clínico na Fonoaudiologia. Nesta perspectiva, inicialmente, apresento o estado atual da arte no campo da clínica fonoaudiológica de linguagem, discutindo o reducionismo à que o método clínico é relegado, dado o equívoco fundamental entre as concepções de técnica e método procedente da inspiração que a Clínica Médica ofereceu à Fonoaudiologia. Inscrevo ainda, no interior deste trabalho, os princípios centrais que esteiam o método clínico fonoaudiológico ao qual me refiro, apoiada, de um lado, na Psicanálise em suas considerações sobre a clínica e, de outro, na Lingüística em suas considerações sobre a linguagem. It is a study on psychoanalytic clinic, but it is also a review on trauma metapsychology following the theoretical production by some important authors in psychoanalysis. The first chapter presents an examination of the concept of trauma and its evolution throughout Freud´s body of work. The second chapter delineates how two classic authors Ferenczi and Winnicott work with that concept and with its clinical implications. The third chapter examines the thought of three contemporary authors André Green, Jean Laplanche and Silvia Bleichmar concerning metapsychology of trauma and the resources to approach it in the clinic. Clinical materials are presented in each chapter with the aim of illustrating the metapsychological concepts proposed by the authors and of indicating the possibilities of treatment of psychic suffering in trauma situations / Este trabalho tem a finalidade de investigar os efeitos do traumatismo psíquico na organização psíquica do sujeito e os destinos que a situação traumática pode determinar uma vez que esteja instalada no aparelho psíquico. É um estudo sobre clínica psicanalítica, mas que objetiva também uma revisão da metapsicologia do trauma, seguindo a produção teórica de alguns importantes autores da psicanálise. No primeiro capítulo é realizado um exame da noção de trauma e sua evolução ao longo da obra de Freud. O segundo capítulo dedica-se a delinear como dois autores clássicos Ferenczi e Winnicott trabalharam com esse conceito e suas implicações clínicas. O terceiro capítulo estuda o pensamento de três autores contemporâneos André Green, Jean Laplanche e Silvia Bleichmar naquilo que concerne à metapsicologia do trauma e aos recursos para abordá-lo na clínica. Em cada capítulo são apresentados materiais clínicos com a finalidade de ilustrar as noções metapsicológicas propostas pelos autores e indicar as possibilidades de tratamento do sofrimento psíquico em situações de traumatismo

The purpose of this work is the investigation of the psychoanalytical field in private clinics and public institutions, considering that in psychoanalytical practice history we can notice moviments we could call expansion and retraction of Psychoanalysis according to the interests and beliefs ruling in the time. We can already see with Freud his revolutionary intention for a Psychoanalysis in expansion when he makes references to the articulation between Psychoanalysis and Institution and when he shows us the Psychoanalysis as an investigative method. In this dissertation the attention was directed to both situations in order to apprehend the temporal (re)dimension about the analytical process or about the healing time in clinical procedures. The time to see healing? It took us to ponderations about time, subject and healing because in the psychoanalytical perspective such ideas only make sense together. For the viabilization of this research the psychoanalytical method used was the interpretation, once Psychoanalysis is an investigative method which has an specific theorical structure produced from the method itself. It expand the cientific field allowing the possibility to examinate the human nature. Thinking about time in Psychoanalysis does not mean to suit it for the urgencies of contemporary life, or dominate it, but to enlarge its perspectives and think about it outside the standard clinic. With this intention, a percurse was made beggining with the concept of temporality that goes beyond the history of ideas, emphasizing the concept of eternity; the consequences of the idea of time in contenporary life, when we tried to emphasize that is necessary that Psychoanalysis consider the modern world s way to think. At last, a discussion was made about time in Psychoanalysis and working with the idea of logical time, with synchronism and dyachronism, we were led to the concept of unconscious intenporality, which is different of atemporality. The matter about the psychic subject constitution has for so long occupied the attention of sciences that lead its attention to the human comprehension and Psychoanalysis comes to add efforts bringing the conviction about the existence of a psychic reality and the operativity over such reality is only possible through the interpretation which can not be conditionated to a will or to previously established values, but submited to what this dissertation intents to call analytical function . When we think about healing we try to emphasize that Psychoanalysis heals the human being from the misfortunes brought by happenings of life. Articulating present and future, Psychoanalisis causes a new past, leading the subject to new meanings that allow the search for his desires. For that we based our work on clinical attendance in private clinics and public institutions, SEAPS and CENPS, believing that only based on clinical facts this discussion can be productive. / Propõe-se, neste trabalho, a investigação do campo psicanalítico na clínica particular e na instituição pública, procurando investigar, em consonância com os tempos de "expansão" mais do que com os tempos de retração da Psicanálise, até onde nosso método psicanalítico pode ser intimado, por assim dizer, a produzir conhecimento psíquico. Podemos constatar já em Freud sua intenção revolucionária de uma "psicanálise em expansão", quando faz referência à questão da articulação entre Psicanálise e Instituição e quando nos aponta a Psicanálise como método investigativo. Nesta dissertação, a atenção foi direcionada para ambas as situações, buscando apreender a (re)dimensão temporal do processo analítico ou do tempo de cura em atendimentos clínicos. O tempo de ver cura? Isto levou a ponderações sobre tempo, sujeito e cura, pois, na perspectiva psicanalítica, tais noções só fazem sentido em conjunto solidário. Para a viabilização desta pesquisa, foi usado o método psicanalítico, ou seja, a interpretação, já que a Psicanálise é um método de investigação que tem um corpo teórico específico produzido a partir deste método. Ela amplia o território científico, possibilitando examinar a natureza humana. Pensarmos o tempo na Psicanálise não significa enquadrá-la às urgências da vida contemporânea, não se trata de domesticá-la, mas, ao contrário, de ampliar seus horizontes e pensá-la fora da clínica padrão. Com este intento, foi feito um percurso, iniciado pelas concepções de temporalidade que perspassam a história das idéias, ressaltando o conceito de eternidade, até chegar às conseqüências da noção de tempo na vida contemporânea, quando se buscou evidenciar a necessidade de que a Psicanálise tome em consideração o regime de pensamento do mundo atual. Por fim, foi feita uma discussão do tempo na Psicanálise, através da qual se foi trabalhando com a noção do tempo lógico, com a diacronia e a sincronia, em conexão com a clínica, debruçando-se sobre os atendimentos clínicos do consultório particular e das instituições públicas SEAPS e CENPS, visto que é somente sobre a base de fatos clínicos que a discussão pode erigir sentidos para possíveis apreensões da psique/tempo. Desse exercício remeteu-se ao conceito de intemporalidade do inconsciente, que é diferente da atemporalidade. A questão da constituição do sujeito psíquico há muito vem ocupando as ciências que direcionam sua atenção para a compreensão do humano, e a Psicanálise vem somar esforços nessa tentativa, trazendo a convicção da existência de uma realidade psíquica, sendo que a operatividade sobre tal realidade só se faz possível via interpretação, que não pode estar condicionada a vontades e valores pré-estabelecidos, mas, sim, submetida ao que se propõe, nesta dissertação, chamar de função analítica . Ao pensar a cura, procurou-se evidenciar que a Psicanálise cura o Homem do padecimento advindo dos acontecimentos da vida. This paper intends to put under analysis, through the psychoanalytical method, the work of a psychologist who becomes here a researcher on social service s politics, whose job is to execute social-educational measures without liberty restraints. We initiate from this experience and from a set of questions asked about it and, especially, about being a psychologist and/or a social worker on that space. On this purpose, we look over shared and historically conditioned ideals that, due to their attributes, operate their practices and impose their values on that field. For that, we use the theoretical and methodological contribution of psychoanalysis, and therefore we confirm it as a tool of listening institutional spaces, politics and history. According with the field that set us place and with the elements it gives us, we make a few analysis about the positions occupied by the family and by the childhood and about the modern value associated to them, the one of education, where permeate also the senses of poverty, work and responsibility. Ahead on the same purpose, we discuss about imputability and guilt and then we finally get to the question: is there any possibility of transgression, in other words, of breaking a given normative system? What we want, therefore, is to dispose to our reader the elements found on our experience in order to constitute them into instruments of transformation and reconfiguration of both our practice and others which find in them resemblance and identification. / O presente trabalho pretende colocar em análise, sob o viés do método psicanalítico, o trabalho executado por uma psicóloga esta que aqui se torna a pesquisadora na política pública de assistência social e cujo serviço está direcionado para a execução de medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto. Partimos dessa experiência de trabalho e de questionamentos que foram sendo formulados a respeito dele e, principalmente, acerca da experiência de ser um psicólogo e/ou trabalhador social neste espaço. Lançamos, neste intuito, nosso olhar sobre ideais compartilhados e historicamente condicionados que, por seu caráter, operam ali suas práticas e impõem seus valores. Para isso, contamos com o aporte teórico e metodológico da psicanálise e assim o confirmamos enquanto ferramenta de escuta de espaços institucionais, da política, e da história. Conforme o campo que nos dá lugar e os elementos que ele nos dispôs, fazemos algumas análises sobre os lugares ocupados pela família e pela infância e sobre o valor moderno a eles atrelado, o da educação, onde atravessam também os sentidos de pobreza, trabalho e responsabilidade. Adiante, no mesmo propósito, discutimos sobre imputabilidade e culpa e desaguamos finalmente na pergunta: há, ali, alguma possibilidade de transgressão, ou seja, do rompimento de um sistema normativo dado? O que queremos, portanto, é colocar para o leitor os elementos que encontramos em nossa experiência a fim de se constituam em instrumentos de transformação e reconfiguração tanto de nossa prática quanto de outras que nela encontrem semelhança e identificação.

A presente pesquisa objetiva investigar psicanaliticamente a experiência emocional de mães de crianças com diagnóstico de obesidade, justificando-se na medida em que o tratamento da condição, que inclui atenção psicológica, implica importante participação materna. O trabalho se organiza como estudo de caso da mãe de uma criança obesa em atendimento. O material clínico apresentado corresponde a duas narrativas transferenciais, relativas à história de vida e à entrevista individual da participante, que inclui suas manifestações produzidas em resposta ao Procedimento de Desenhos-Estórias com Tema. A consideração psicanalítica desse material permitiu a produção interpretativa de dois campos de sentido afetivo emocional: Sou mãe de um menino, logo existo e Minha mãe me ama, logo existo que apontam para dificuldades básicas e para movimentos de busca de constituição de si mesma como pessoa significativa para si e para o outro. Fica assim demonstrado que a experiência emocional materna, no caso estudado, está fortemente marcada por dificuldades subjetivas básicas, ligadas a processos de constituição de self, o que provavelmente afeta o cuidado psicológico do filho. Tal achado indica que é possível que a obesidade infantil seja expressão sintomática de complexas configurações familiares, de caráter transgeracional / The present study aims to psychoanalytically investigate the emotional experience of obesity diagnosis children´s mothers, justifying on the extent that the treatment of the condition, which includes psychological attention, implies important maternal participation. The work is organized as a case study of an obese in care child´s mother. The clinical material presented corresponds to two transferential narratives, related to life history and to individual participant interview, which includes their manifestation produced in response to the Theme Drawings-Story Procedure. The psychoanalytical consideration of this material allowed the interpretative production of two fields of emotional affection: I am a boy´s mother, so I exist and My mother loves me, so I exist, which points out to basic difficulties and to constitution seeking movements to herself as a significant person to her own and to the other individual. It is thus demonstrated that the maternal emotional experience, in the studied case, is strongly measured by basic subjective difficulties, linked to the constitution processes of self, which probably affects the psychological child´s care. Such discovery indicates it is possible that the childhood obesity is a symptomatic expression of family complex configuration, from a transgenerational nature

At first we gathered the main theory and history about the theme, from the main authors who discussed this subject. Our initial hypothesis was that those who had experienced their first insertion in Culture in a relatively satisfactory manner would dispose of better emotional recourses to insert themselves in a new culture, in a later moment. This hypothesis was discarded along the research, once it became no longer the focus when the interviewed subjects were heard. Ten interviews were carried out with people who had lived at least two years abroad in a country of a different language from theirs, in their own mother tongue as long as it was English, French, Spanish or Portuguese, languages of the use of the researcher herself. Five of these (ten) interviews remained in this study, from which excerpts were selected and translated into Portuguese, in order to approach the theme here investigated. What we aimed at to articulate with the psychoanalytical theory, were the subjective aspects of each of the persons interviewed, based on their decision and experience of living abroad. What was verified was that their external displacements seemed intrinsically connected to their internal ones, that is to say, their emotional, psychological motions. In this way their itinerary seemed to unfold in a particular and unique manner, according to their own subjective contents, also sometimes, according to our hypothesis, unconsciously. Some of these aspects could also be thought as similar according to our hypothesis -, among some of the interviewed subjects, enlightened by the main theoretical concepts here studied. Finally, the continuity of these issues regarding the foreigner was questioned, in a culture tending to homogenize and minimize differences of the human person / Esta pesquisa pretendeu investigar, servindo-se da ferramenta teórica e metodológica da Psicanálise, idiossincrasias daqueles que, em algum momento de suas vidas, se encontraram em outra cultura e outro idioma, distintos daqueles de suas origens. Primeiramente realizamos um breve levantamento teórico e histórico acerca do tema, a partir dos principais autores que discutiram o assunto. Nossa hipótese inicial foi a de que aqueles que tivessem experimentado sua primeira inserção na Cultura de forma mais ou menos satisfatória, disporiam de melhores recursos psíquicos para uma segunda inserção numa cultura diferente -, num momento posterior. Esta hipótese foi descartada ao longo do percurso desta pesquisa, uma vez que deixou de ser o foco da escuta no momento de encontro com os sujeitos entrevistados. Entrevistas foram realizadas com sujeitos que tivessem vivido pelo menos dois anos fora de seu país de origem, em seu idioma original, desde que este fosse o Inglês, o Francês, o Espanhol ou o Português, que são os idiomas de domínio da pesquisadora. Cinco destas entrevistas se mantiveram neste trabalho, das quais trechos foram selecionados e traduzidos para o Português, para a articulação com o tema aqui investigado. Buscou-se pensar com a teoria psicanalítica as questões subjetivas de cada um destes sujeitos, pautadas por suas experiências de trânsito entre países. O que se verificou foi que seus movimentos externos pareceram-nos muito proximamente ligados a seus movimentos internos, ou psíquicos. Desta forma, o itinerário de cada um parece ter se desdobrado de forma particular e única, de acordo com os conteúdos subjetivos próprios, e por vezes, segundo nossa hipótese, inconscientes. Alguns aspectos destes percursos puderam também ser pensados enquanto, em nossa hipótese, similares entre alguns destes sujeitos, sob a luz dos conceitos investigados. Ao final questionou-se o lugar que o estrangeiro ocupará no porvir, numa cultura com movimentos de aparente tentativa de homogeneização de vários aspectos do sujeito humano

These aim to demonstrate the efficacy of the psychoanalytical method and praxis by means of the analysis of a five-year old boy. The emotional experiences and the relationship model with the analyst staying, the setting establishment, the therapeutical come and back, the constancy, presence and absence have helped in the development of new relationship, providing him a better interaction with his family and school, and the development of his subjectivation. The infant- psychoanalytical method was adequate to reach this purpose. / De uma revisão da literatura pertinente ao autismo são feitas algumas considerações a respeito da clínica deste transtorno, visando demonstrar a eficácia do método e da práxis psicanalítica através da análise de um menino de 05 anos. As vivências emocionais e o modelo relacional mediante a permanência da figura da analista, o estabelecimento do enquadre, o ir e vir terapêutico, a constância, presença e ausência auxiliaram no desenvolvimento de novas relações, proporcionando-lhe uma melhor interação com a família e com a escola e o desenvolvimento de seu processo de subjetivação. O método psicanalítico infantil demonstrou-se adequado para esta finalidade.

The proposition is that is it possible for the analyst to listen to the patient and to be permitted to use sensibility as part of the technical heritage, without taking refuge in a previous theoretical framework to orient his or her listening. The Wounded Centaur serves the text as key-metaphor in this relationship, given that, according to this ancestral myth, the very disciple that had wounded Quiron/analyst (by imploding the supposed knowledge), is also the one who facilitated the cure (providing the insight that untangles the setting). Chapter I presents by means of a paradigmatic case-analysis situations that lead to the questioning of some common places of psychoanalytic theory. Chapter II introduces, in the light of the Multiple Fields Theory, the principal concepts with which to confront the impasses of clinical practice. Chapter III shows these concepts in action in the referred case-analysis, to reach a conclusion pertaining to the interaction between analyst (wounded healer) and patient (disciple that wounds). With that, it is hoped to demonstrate the viability of taking up again the prime Freudian posture, restoring patient and his or her discourse, at the center of the analysis / Este trabalho tenciona questionar os termos em que se dá, na psicanálise, a abordagem da relação analista-paciente. Propõe ser possível ao analista ouvir seu paciente e se permitir usar de sensibilidade como parte do cabedal técnico, sem se refugiar em um prévio enquadramento teórico para orientar a escuta. O Centauro Ferido serve ao texto como metáfora-chave dessa relação, uma vez que, segundo este mito ancestral, o próprio discípulo que ferira Quíron/analista (ao implodir seu suposto saber), é também aquele que facilitou sua cura (proporcionando-lhe o insight que desembaraça o setting). O capítulo I apresenta, por meio de um caso clínico paradigmático, situações que levaram ao questionamento de alguns lugares-comuns da teoria psicanalítica. O capítulo II nos introduz, à luz da Teoria dos Campos, nos principais conceitos com os quais enfrentar os impasses da prática clínica.
