Práce se zabývá charakteristikou a specifiky sociálního marketingu s důrazem na komunikační mix, dále charakteristikou neziskového sektoru a použitím marketingu v této oblasti na konkrétním příkladě Nadačního fondu Českého rozhlasu. Zde se soustředí na ananlýzu komunikačních kampaní a doprovodných akcí Nadačního fondu, zejména v rámci stežejního projektu Světluška. Pojmenovává klíčové faktory úspěšné marketingové komunikace v sociální oblasti.

Jedná se o problematiku fungování neziskového sektoru a hledání způsobů zvýšení povědomí a důvěryhodnosti ze strany obchodních partnerů a veřejnosti. Zabývá se oblastí legislativy neziskového sektoru. Řeší problémy NNO prostřednictvím spolupráce neziskového sektoru se sektorem ziskovým především skrze moderní prvky marketingu. Navrhuje způsob zlepšení postavení a posílení pozice v neziskovém sektoru vybrané neziskové organizace prostřednictvím spolupráce s komerční firmou. Kapitoly se zabývají specifiky a subjekty neziskového sektoru, postihují právní úpravu fungování a možnosti získávání finančních prostředků.V další kapitole se zabývá marketingem neziskových organizací a rozdíly mezi marketingem v rámci ziskového sektoru. Čtvrtá kapitola srovnává český neziskový sektor s vybranými evropskými zeměmi. Předposlední část představuje nový prvek marketingu ? sociální marketing a hodnotí přínosy a dává návod, jakým způsobem sociální marketing realizovat. Presentuje příklady sociálního marketingu českých firem. Poslední kapitola popisuje neziskovou organizace Máme otevřeno? o.s. z pohledu marketingových aktivit.

This dissertation analyses different tools of marketing communication used within the hospitality field in town of Trebic. Goals of this paper are parts of two research questions: 'how visitors assess current communication channels used by the town to present the most significant historical monuments' and 'if the current content of communication reflects the main reasons for visits of the monuments'. A survey filled out by visitors was used in order to collect data for the research. Final summary is clearly elaborated in the coincidence matrix. Based on the description of the current situation, including the method of comparison and synthesis, the tactical measures reflecting identified weaknesses and strengths of communication are suggested.
