Spory o význam normy proti chemickým zbraním: otázka neletálních látek v kontextu Úmluvy o chemických zbraních / Contested Meanings of the Norm Against Chemical Weapons: CWC and the Issue of "Non-Lethal" AgentsMartínková, Hana January 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with the debate on non-lethal chemical weapons under the Chemical Weapons Convention regime. I examine the evolution of the debate between 2002 and 2017 and use a modified theory of the cycle of normative change to analyse it. Apart from identifying main actors and actions taken by them, I identify the rule structure, rule tensions and arguments that are central to the issue of riot control agents and incapacitating chemical agents, later re-branded as central nervous system acting chemicals. In addition, I highlight the importance of (re-)framing and issue decoupling as successful strategies for norm- entrepreneurs to employ when gathering support.

Formování politiky EU pro boj s dezinformacemi / Forming the EU Disinformation PolicyŠramková, Vanesa January 2019 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the analysis of a possible formation of the EU disinformation policy by norm entrepreneurs including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, France and Germany. The work is based on the theory of social constructivism and the concept of norms. Through the analytical framework of the norm life cycle, it seeks to find out how the disinformation policy can be integrated into the EU by norm entrepreneurs, and what normative clashes can be found in the process of the birth of the disinformation policy of the EU. A possible formation of the EU disinformation policy is analysed through three stages of the norm life cycle - norm emergence, norm cascade and norm internalisation. In the norm emergence part, the Baltic states with France and Germany are examined in terms of their motivation and efforts to promote a disinformation-related norm. The norm cascade part discusses a normative clash of a regulation norm and the norm of freedom of expression. Lastly, the norm internalisation part analyses the challenges of the incorporation of the norm in the system once the previous stages are accomplished. The research has shown that even though a common regulation norm of the EU is inevitable, the EU should introduce a cooperative mechanism of its member states and private actors to prevent clash with...

Stanovení norem spotřeby v oddělení podpůrného nákupu. / Setting norms of consumption in the procurement operations department.Millerová, Denisa January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis focuses on the problematics of setting the number of employees in the selected department (team) in a specific company. With respect to the severity of impact of this decision, the diploma thesis choses a sophisticated tool, norms of work consumption. To simplify their utilization a model is created to specify the number of employees. The basis for construction of the model is summarized in the theoretical-methodological part. Practical part of the diploma thesis presents the company, the department and the team and it defines preformed processes. Furthermore, it calculates (determines) individual elements needed for building the required model, namely the time normatives (norms) of the activities, probabilities of occurrence of certain activities and usable time fund of an employee. Lastly, the created model is tested by using real data from the last period and consequent recommendations are presented.

Simulation et étude expérimentale des contraintes résiduelles dans les dépôts durs Norem des matériels de robinetterie / Modelisation and experimental study of residual stresses in Norem hardfacing coatings used in valve partsBeaurin, Gauthier 26 June 2012 (has links)
Hardfacing coatings are widely used on the surfaces of parts subjected to drastic loadings. Norem02 alloy, Fe-based, is used in PWR nuclear power plants on valves seating surfaces. Its microstructure consists of a dendritic austenite structure with ferrite islets and carbides. This work tends to demonstrate that for this alloy, metallurgical evolution during the welding process has very little influence on mechanical properties. Tensile behaviour was characterised and completed by dilatometry tests in welding process temperature range until 1000°C, in order to identify an elastoplastic model with non linear kinematic hardening rule. Temperature, displacements, distorsions and residual stresses were measured during the PTAW process and used to identify an equivalent thermal loading by solving an inverse problem. Finally, the numerical simulation of the whole process using the EDF R and D FEM software Code_Aster is presented. Predicted temperatures are consistants with experimental ones. In the same way, predicted displacements, residual distorsions and residual stresses at the end of the cooling phase are close to experimental measures, validating the modelisation strategy presented in this work.

Zlepšování softwarových procesů ve velmi malých entitách - využití normy ISO/IEC 29110 / Software Process Improvement in Very Small Entities Using the ISO/IEC 29110 StandardVodička, Petr January 2014 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on software process improvement in very small entities. It contains description of benefits that can be achieved by implementing such improvements. The focus is on the use of the fairly new ISO/IEC 29110 international standard and the basic profile of ISO/IEC 29110 standard for software engineering in particular. The standard is also suitable for use in system engineering. However, such application is not discussed within this diploma thesis. The aim of the work was to promote dissemination of information regarding said standard in the Czech Republic. The thesis, therefore, describes advantages of conforming to the standard and issues that the standard deals with. Thus, the attractiveness of the standard for very small entities is expected to increase. Furthermore, the thesis describes the importance of centers (organizations) providing support for very small entities. These centers are dedicated to spreading information about the standard and helping VSEs with the implementation of ISO/IEC 29110 into practice. The possibility of creation of such center in the Czech Republic is discussed in the thesis. A description for the center is provided designed based on information about similar foreign centers and their experiences gained during execution of pilot projects aimed at implementing the ISO/IEC 29110 processes and practices. In the practical part of the thesis, an informational website about ISO/IEC 29110 has been designed and created. The website will serve as a source of information regarding the ISO/IEC 29110 standard in the Czech Republic. It will also promote the activities of the center for very small entities and provide organizations with possibilities of collaboration. I regard the main contributions of the thesis to be: evaluation of center's competencies needed promote the use of ISO/IEC 29110 in Very Small Entities for example by an execution of pilot projects us; and the creation of a website that can be used to concentrate knowledge about the ISO/IEC 29110 standard and to share it among the target audience.

Případová studie: mateřská škola a dětská kultura / Case Study: Day-Care Center and Childern CultureSaladygová, Magda January 2010 (has links)
This case study based on a fieldwork carried out in a Day-Care Center tries to describe the process of the transition from mothering to wider society which is represented by a classroom of preschool children. Within this process we can note and describe specific ways of parent's, teacher's and especially children's actions. These activities are repeatedly produced. The point of departure is the Hirschfeld's article "Why Don't Anthropologists like Children?" (Hirschfeld, 2002) and his affirmation that children are active participants within process of accepting of social regulations and values and that they create their own culture, "children culture". This study ilustrates that the process of the transition from mothering to wider society is in the first place the process of the separation of child and mother. Within this process we note the function of the "object transitional" that compensate the absence of mother. And we can also observe how the group of pupils is formed and how their group identity is created. This group is situated in a specific place and time. And we observe that all individual actions concerning child are "embodied"- it's because we talk about an "experience that involve the whole person, including the body" (Abu-Lughold, Lutz, 1990 cit. in Ben-Ari, 1998: 138).

Výzkum šetření energiemi v domácnosti ve světle teorie plánovaného chování a modelu aktivovaných norem / An Examination of Household Energy Conservation Behavior in the Framework of Theory of Planned Behavior and Norm Activation Model: Prague CaseBoyaci, Çagatay January 2021 (has links)
This M.A. thesis aims at investigating the socio-psychological motivations and demographic factors related to how individuals perform energy conservation behavior in the household domain. For this reason, two approaches to this sociological issue, the Theory of Planned Behavior and Norm Activation Model, were comprehensively examined to be adequately combined into one experimental model that would determine and help to explain the motivations on the energy conservation behaviors in households. In total, 303 respondents were surveyed who have a residency in Prague by sharing an online-based questionnaire in various Facebook groups between April 28, 2021, and July 3, 2021. In order to test the created hypotheses according to the developed model of the research study, structural equation modeling and ANOVA analysis were employed. As a result, the findings show that combining the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Norm Activation Model gives promising results in explaining the socio-psychological motivations of household energy conservation behaviors. The author of the thesis concludes that social norms have a positive influence on personal norms, and further the personal norms have a positive impact on intentions, and therefore the intentions directly impact the household energy conservation behavior....
