Previous issue date: 2017-03-20 / This paper has the objective of study the representation of the policemen of the Pacifying Police Units (UPPs) in the movies 5x Pacifica??o (2012), directed by Wagner Novais, Luciano Vidigal, Rodrigo Felha and Cadu Barcellos; and Morro dos Prazeres (2013), directed by Maria Augusta Ramos. For this, firstly the presence of the policemen in the Brazilian cinema will be researched, since the begining until the current days, using authors like Marco Ant?nio de Almeida (2007) and Luiza Lusvarghi (2013 e 2014), drafting to parallel with what will be called "out of frame", through the history and social context about subjects like the police and the process of emergence of favelas in Rio de Janeiro, based mainly on the studies of Roberto Kant de Lima (1995) and Orlando Zaccone (2015). After that, the movies that, in someway, talk about the UPPs, will be mentioned, connectgin them with the criation of the project also "out of frame". At the analysis stage, specific sequences of the movies will be selected, and the methodology used will be inspirated on the film analysis (AUMONT et al, 2006; AUMONT, MARIE, 2009). From the analyzes, is possible to see that the policeman of the UPPs is in a formation and adaptation process, but it still has similarities with the policeman present in the Brazilian cinema before the pacification, with violent behavior and weapons in hand. It's still possible to notice how much the movies anticipate the current situation of the UPPs, when the project results don't match the initial expectations. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a representa??o dos policiais das Unidades de Pol?cia Pacificadora (UPPs) nos filmes 5x Pacifica??o (2012), de Wagner Novais, Luciano Vidigal, Rodrigo Felha e Cadu Barcellos; e Morro dos Prazeres (2013), de Maria Augusta Ramos. Para isso, inicialmente ? pesquisada a presen?a do policial no cinema brasileiro, desde seus prim?rdios at? os dias atuais, a partir de autores como Marco Ant?nio de Almeida (2007) e Luiza Lusvarghi (2013 e 2014), tra?ando um paralelo com a no??o de "fora de quadro", atrav?s de uma contextualiza??o hist?rica e social sobre temas como a pol?cia e a "faveliza??o" do Rio de Janeiro, tendo como base principal os estudos de Roberto Kant de Lima (1995) e Orlando Zaccone (2015). Posteriormente, s?o mencionados os filmes que, de alguma forma, perpassam pela quest?o das UPPs, relacionando-os com processo de cria??o e de implementa??o do projeto tamb?m no "fora de quadro". Na etapa da an?lise, s?o selecionadas sequ?ncias espec?ficas dos filmes e a metodologia aplicada ser? inspirada na an?lise f?lmica (AUMONT et al, 2006; AUMONT, MARIE, 2009). A partir das an?lises, percebe-se que o policial das UPPs representado nos filmes est? em processo de forma??o e adapta??o, mas que ainda tem muitas semelhan?as com aquele presente no cinema brasileiro antes da pacifica??o, com comportamento violento e armas em punho. Ainda, ? poss?vel constatar o quanto os filmes anteciparam a situa??o atual em que se encontram as UPPs, quando os resultados do projeto n?o correspondem ?s expectativas iniciais.

Previous issue date: 2017-03-31 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / The chances of insertion in a position of greater prestige and remuneration in the labor market are closely related to the accumulated years of study, causing individuals to seek the highest degree of education possible. Higher education in Brazil has developed markedly excluding and unequal. However, one of the most striking transformations of the last decades was the entry of a significant number of youngsters from the popular classes into the graduation. One of the main avenues of entry were public inclusion policies, in this case the University for All Program (ProUni), aimed at granting scholarships in private institutions. Although it also discusses access to higher education, this dissertation presents as a central theme the permanence of ProUni scholarship students in the university, given the importance of identifying the possible difficulties that these students face during their trajectory at this educational level. To develop the research, a qualitative methodology is used, with semistructured interviews and subsequent application of a complementary questionnaire. The sample is made up of scholarship students from prestigious middle-high courses who entered the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul between 2010 and 2014. From this research, the progress of the ProUni, as well as the challenges that remain, are verified. / As chances de inser??o numa posi??o de maior prest?gio e remunera??o no mercado de trabalho est?o estreitamente relacionadas aos anos de estudo acumulados, fazendo com que os indiv?duos busquem o maior grau de escolaridade poss?vel. A educa??o superior no Brasil se desenvolveu marcadamente excludente e desigual; contudo, uma das transforma??es mais marcantes das ?ltimas d?cadas foi a entrada de um n?mero significativo de jovens oriundos das classes populares na gradua??o. Uma das principais vias de entrada foram as pol?ticas p?blicas de inclus?o, neste caso o Programa Universidade Para Todos (ProUni), voltado para a concess?o de bolsas em institui??es privadas. Embora discorra tamb?m acerca do acesso ao ensino superior, esta disserta??o apresenta como tema central a perman?ncia de alunos bolsistas ProUni na universidade, haja vista a import?ncia de identificar as poss?veis dificuldades que estes estudantes enfrentam durante sua trajet?ria neste n?vel educacional. Para desenvolver a pesquisa utiliza-se metodologia qualitativa, com realiza??o de entrevistas semiestruturadas e aplica??o posterior de question?rio complementar. A amostra ? composta por alunos bolsistas de cursos de prest?gio m?dio-alto que ingressaram entre 2010 a 2014 na Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica do Rio Grande do Sul. Previous issue date: 2016-09-26 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / This master?s dissertation has as principal goal to question the existance of a police dispositive, that operationalizes throught the subjectivation and the desubjectivation of individuals and places itself far beyond the modern police institution, affecting not only the operators, in general, of the criminal system, but also the social relations. To confirm this hypothesis, the search initially focus on the Brazilian criminal system and it contemporary double frame, trying to trace, not only the pulsing mass encarceration since the end of the XX century, but also the state crimes against the black and poor population. Furthermore, other goal is to question about the emergency of the modern police, liking it with elementary features of its activities, as well to trace the birth and development of the Brazilian police, not forgetting to localize it on the exception paradigm of Giorgio Agamben, in other words, displacins from a contractualist vision of its activities and showing that Brazilian police are linked both to a fouding and to a conservative violence, spectral quintessentially. Thus, from the police, institution that concetrates the security power in modern democracies, is that seeks to think what represents a police dispositive in power relations and which are the possible interminglings of its crossings. / O presente trabalho vincula-se ? linha de pesquisa Viol?ncia, Crime e Seguran?a P?blica, do Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncias Criminais da Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica do Rio Grande do Sul. A pesquisa tem como objetivo interrogar a exist?ncia de um dispositivo policial, o qual operacionaliza-se atrav?s da subjetiva??o e dessubjetiva??o dos indiv?duos e se coloca para muito al?m da institui??o policial moderna, afetando n?o s? os operadores do sistema penal em geral, mas tamb?m as pr?prias rela??es na sociedade. Para confirmar tal hip?tese, a investiga??o se foca inicialmente no sistema penal brasileiro e sua dupla face contempor?nea, tentando tra?ar n?o s? o encarceramento em massa latente desde o final do s?culo XX mas tamb?m os crimes praticados pelo Estado contra a popula??o negra e pobre. Previous issue date: 2017-03-31 / The present dissertation aims to analyze the Free Brazil Movement (MBL). One of the questions to be addressed in this research is to explore, understand and to describe the formation of new actors engaged in the contentious politics of Brazilian society. Based on the theory of confrontation, the research sought to reflect on the issues that make up the emergence of this new collective actor, the possible context that facilitated its emergence in the political-social scenario of the country. It also seeks to problematize the modus operandi in which the MBL conducted its guidelines, claims and objectives. The analysis of these issues is anchored in the aspects of (a) a description of the sociohistorical context in which the emergence of these actors linked to the political right occurs, (b) the prognosis of their collective actions, such as the identification of action repertoires and the analysis of frames from the multi-thematic milestones nationalism and non-violence. For this purpose, documents of a different nature produced by MBL were analyzed based on qualitative methodology. / A presente disserta??o objetiva analisar o Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL). Uma das quest?es a ser trabalhada nesta pesquisa consiste em explorar, compreender e descrever a forma??o de novos atores engajados na pol?tica contenciosa da sociedade brasileira. Com base na teoria do confronto, a pesquisa buscou refletir acerca das quest?es que comp?em o surgimento desse novo ator coletivo, o poss?vel contexto que oportunizou a sua emerg?ncia no cen?rio pol?tico-social do pa?s. Ainda busca problematizar o modus operandi no qual o MBL conduziu suas pautas, reivindica??es e objetivos. The data collection of this research was done through individual interviews and records of collective interventions in field diaries. The assumptions of the Grounded Theory and, as an analytical proposal, the conceptions derived from the American black feminism from the intersectional perspective are used as methodological dimension. Through this theoretical contribution is proposed an understanding of the strategic forms of agency in the prison territory engendered by persons in detention in this gallery. In addition to addressing the policies of conjugality, it is sought to reflect on the ways of experiencing sexuality and gender in the prison context from a dialogical identity perspective. / O presente estudo tem como objetivo a compreens?o sobre os agenciamentos de pol?ticas identit?rias e de conjugalidades em uma ala exclusiva para pessoas travestis, companheiros de travestis, gays, bissexuais e seus companheiros, no Pres?dio Central de Porto Alegre. A coleta de dados dessa pesquisa se deu por meio de entrevistas individuais e de registros em di?rio de campo das interven??es coletivas. Previous issue date: 2017-03-21 / The research analyzes the political-educational context in which graduate courses called Interdisciplinary Bachelors were conceived and created. The bibliographic research was used, with a qualitative approach. As instruments to obtain data that contributed to the analysis of that context, semi-structured interviews were conducted, with two teachers participating in the Working Group, established by the SESu / MEC Ordinance no. 383 of April 12, 2010, which prepared the Guidelines for Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Degree. In order to subsidize the study, the theoretical contribution of theses and dissertations was sought, in which it was decided to use Ball & Bowe's Policy Cycle Approach, specifically regarding the Context of Influence. With the combination of studies on the subject, carried out and disseminated in theses and dissertations, the experiences reported by the interviewees and the authors consulted, it was possible to obtain information that brought some light on the paths that led to the creation of the Graduation Courses called Interdisciplinary Bachelors. These paths are certainly due to the transformations resulting from globalization in all areas and in particular in the field of educational policies. . On the other hand, in seeking to identify the paths that led to the creation in Brazil of undergraduate courses called Interdisciplinary Bachelor's, one can affirm that this new training proposal reflects a situation that presents itself as a worldwide trend: the reorganization of knowledge in the perspective of interdisciplinary integration, which according to the authors studied, could cause the "frontiers of scientific knowledge" to advance. The Bologna Process, flagship of education reform in Europe, was an inspiration matrix for Brazilian Interdisciplinary Bachelor's. Another inspiring source of the national proposal were the major American colleges and the brief experience of the University of Brasilia in 1961, idealized by An?sio Teixeira and Darcy Ribeiro. Thus, the study, brought some light on the paths that led to the creation of the Undergraduate Courses called Interdisciplinary Bachelor. / A pesquisa analisa o contexto pol?tico-educacional em que foram pensados e criados os cursos de gradua??o denominados Bacharelados Interdisciplinares. Foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliogr?fica, de abordagem qualitativa. Como instrumentos para obten??o de dados que contribu?ram para a an?lise daquele contexto, foram feitas entrevistas semiestruturadas, com dois docentes participantes do Grupo de Trabalho institu?do pela Portaria SESu/MEC n?. 383, de 12 de abril de 2010, que elaborou os Referenciais Orientadores para os Bacharelados Interdisciplinares. Para subsidiar o estudo, buscou-se o aporte te?rico de teses e disserta??es nas quais optou-se por utilizar a Abordagem do Ciclo de Pol?ticas de Ball & Bowe no que se refere, especificamente, ao Contexto da Influ?ncia. Com a mescla dos estudos sobre a tem?tica realizados e divulgados em teses e disserta??es, as experi?ncias relatadas pelos entrevistados e os autores consultados foi poss?vel obter-se informa??es que apontaram alguns caminhos que conduziram ? cria??o dos Bacharelados Interdisciplinares. Esses caminhos passam, certamente, pelas transforma??es decorrentes da globaliza??o em todas as ?reas e em particular no campo das pol?ticas educacionais. Por outro lado, ao buscar-se identificar os caminhos que levaram ? cria??o, no Brasil, dos Cursos de Gradua??o denominados Bacharelados Interdisciplinares, pode-se afirmar que esta nova proposta formativa reflete uma situa??o que se apresenta como tend?ncia no mundo todo: a reorganiza??o do conhecimento na perspectiva da integra??o interdisciplinar, o que segundo os autores estudados, poder? fazer com que avancem as ?fronteiras do conhecimento cient?fico?. O Processo de Bolonha, carro-chefe da reforma de ensino na Europa, foi uma matriz de inspira??o para os Bacharelados Interdisciplinares brasileiros. Outra fonte inspiradora da proposta nacional foram os major colleges estadunidenses e a experi?ncia breve da Universidade de Bras?lia, em 1961, idealizada por An?sio Teixeira e Darcy Ribeiro. The development of this research is anchored in two main axes, which are, the South-South Cooperation (SSC) and the operation of Brazilian companies in Africa, specially Angola and Mozambique that are two countries with Portuguese as official language used for the deepening of this research. This article studies of international projection of Brazil to Africa, mainly in Angola and Mozambique, what is a result of technical cooperation and the performance of companies. The main results found in this research, are two: first, that Brazil ? in the SSC scope - implemented extremely important projects for the socioeconomic development of those two African countries. On the other side, the performance of Brazilian companies in those countries, even though they represent some positive economic impact, do not always corroborate with the expectations launched by the political and diplomatic discourse that concern with the establishment of a good image of Brazil in the African continent. This research was developed based on bibliographic and documental sources, besides the investigative journalism. / Esta disserta??o analisa a evolu??o da pol?tica externa brasileira de coopera??o internacional do Brasil para a ?frica no per?odo de 2003 a 2010, compreendendo as raz?es que estimularam esse processo. O desenvolvimento deste trabalho est? ancorado em dois principais eixos, a Coopera??o Sul-Sul (CSS) e a atua??o das empresas brasileiras na ?frica, especialmente em Angola e Mo?ambique, que s?o dois pa?ses africanos de l?ngua oficial portuguesa delimitados para aprofundamento deste estudo. A obra estuda a proje??o internacional do Brasil para a ?frica, principalmente em Angola e Mo?ambique, que resulta de coopera??o t?cnica e atua??o das empresas. Os principais resultados a que chegamos, com esta pesquisa, s?o dois: primeiramente, que o Brasil - no ?mbito da CSS ? implementou projetos extremamente importantes para o desenvolvimento socioecon?mico dos dois pa?ses africanos estudados. E, por outro lado, a atua??o das empresas brasileiras nesses pa?ses, ainda que representem algum impacto econ?mico positivo, nem sempre corroboram as expectativas lan?adas pelo discurso pol?tico diplom?tico que dizem respeito ao estabelecimento de uma boa imagem do Brasil no continente africano. Esta pesquisa foi desenvolvida com base em fontes bibliogr?ficas e documentais, al?m de consulta a sites de jornalismo investigativo.

masters course in social communication. Its focus is on the interpretation of the developed
theory regarding political action in cyberspace in the 21st century. It was decided to direct this
interpretation from the political philosophy of Hannah Arendt through a phenomenological
contribution building its argumentative base around its concepts of political action and public
sphere. Based on the concepts, it was intended to elucidate and deconstruct the thinking of
three authors chosen to represent contemporary thinking, Wilhelm, Saco and Castells, and to
bring notes about the phenomenon of political action on the web and its political and social,
but mainly communicational and media implications. A detailed analysis elapses comparing
how authors? prepositions run and highlighting what of each of them fits in Arendtian thought
to then preconclude how enlightening or not for current thinking about politics in cyberspace
they might be. / O presente trabalho apresenta a pesquisa realizada para compor a disserta??o que encerra o
curso de mestrado em comunica??o social. Seu foco ? na interpreta??o da teoria desenvolvida
a respeito da a??o pol?tica no ciberespa?o no s?culo XXI. Optou-se por encaminhar essa
interpreta??o a partir da filosofia pol?tica de Hannah Arendt atrav?s de um aporte
fenomenol?gico construindo sua base argumentativa em torno de seus conceitos de a??o
pol?tica e esfera p?blica. Partindo desses conceitos, se pretendeu elucidar e desconstruir o

Previous issue date: 2017-08-29 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / The present study, guided by the dialectical-critical method, refers to the production of Social Service knowledge about the professional insertion in Education Policy in Brazil: challenges and perspectives within the scope of the Professional Project. Knowledge production of the Social Service on the insertion of professionals in Education Policy has been conforming in Brazil, from 2008 to 2016? The general objective was to analyze how the professional insertion in the Education Policy in Brazil is approached in the production of knowledge of Social Work, aiming to subsidize the professional category for a critical apprehension and in tune with the Professional Project. This research is based on critical social theory, based on the theoretical constructions of Istv?n M?sz?ros, which instigates us to apprehend the Education Policy in its contradictory movement, because if on the one hand, it develops educational practices that subalternize the working class, on the other, Has the potential to develop educational projects that resist the internalization of alienation inherent in class society. This research was based on one of the sources of knowledge production of the Social Service, which are the Proceedings of the two major meetings of the CBAS (Brazilian Congress of Social Workers) and ENPESS (National Meeting of Researchers in Social Work) Years of 2008 and 2016. 265 papers were mapped in these meetings and that somehow addressed the professional insertion in Education Policy. For data collection, qualitative research was used, through bibliographic research. In the data treatment, the content analysis was performed based on Bardin (2006). As main results, it was identified that the social workers are included in the Education Policy being requested by the State to act in the governmental programs and actions that aim at the extension of the access and the permanence of the subjects in said policy, being Such insertion marked by the tension between institutional requisitions and professional commitment to an educational project that meets the interests of the working class. Through the content analysis carried out, we arrive at the following thesis: The production of knowledge of Social Service, having as an analysis field the Annals of CBAS and ENPESS (2008-2016) addresses the professional insertion in Education Policy through two perspectives apprehended : From reproduction to the dominant order and / or resistance to the subalternizing power of the sociability of capital, demonstrating the intention between the Professional Project and the conservatism still present in professional work in Education Policy. It was concluded that in addition to the activities carried out to enable access to and permanence of the subjects in the aforementioned policy, social workers are challenged to enhance actions related to emancipatory social processes, contributing to the effectiveness of education, As a social right committed to the interests of the working class. / O presente estudo, orientado pelo m?todo dial?tico-cr?tico, refere-se a produ??o do conhecimento do Servi?o Social sobre a inser??o profissional na Pol?tica P?blica de Educa??o no Brasil: desafios e perspectivas no ?mbito do Projeto Profissional, tendo como problema a seguinte quest?o: Como a produ??o de conhecimento do Servi?o Social sobre a inser??o dos profissionais na Pol?tica de Educa??o vem se conformando, no Brasil, no per?odo de 2008 a 2016? O objetivo geral foi analisar de que forma a inser??o profissional na Pol?tica de Educa??o no Brasil ? abordada na produ??o de conhecimento do Servi?o Social, com vistas a subsidiar a categoria profissional para uma apreens?o cr?tica e sintonizada com o Projeto Profissional. Esta pesquisa se fundamenta na teoria social cr?tica, a partir das constru??es te?ricas de Istv?n M?sz?ros, que nos instiga a apreender a Pol?tica de Educa??o em seu movimento contradit?rio, pois se de um lado, desenvolve pr?ticas educativas que subalternizam a classe trabalhadora, de outro, tem o potencial de desenvolver projetos educativos que resistam ? interioriza??o da aliena??o inerente a sociedade de classes. A referida pesquisa se debru?ou em uma das fontes de produ??o de conhecimento do Servi?o Social que s?o os Anais dos dois maiores encontros da categoria profissional CBAS (Congresso Brasileiro de assistentes Sociais) e ENPESS (Encontro Nacional de Pesquisadores em Servi?o Social), ocorridos entre os anos de 2008 e 2016. Foram mapeados 265 trabalhos nos referidos encontros e que de alguma forma abordavam a inser??o profissional na Pol?tica de Educa??o. Para a coleta de dados, foi utilizada a pesquisa qualitativa, atrav?s da pesquisa bibliogr?fica. No tratamento dos dados foi realizada a an?lise de conte?do baseada em Bardin (2006). Como principais resultados identificou-se que os (as) assistentes sociais inserem-se na Pol?tica de Educa??o sendo requisitados (as) pelo Estado para atuar nos programas e a??es governamentais que visam a amplia??o do acesso e da perman?ncia dos sujeitos na referida pol?tica, sendo tal inser??o marcada pelo tensionamento entre as requisi??es institucionais postas e o compromisso profissional com um projeto educativo que atenda aos interesses da classe trabalhadora. Por interm?dio da an?lise de conte?do realizada chegamos a seguinte Tese: A produ??o de conhecimento do Servi?o Social, tendo como campo de an?lise os Anais do CBAS e do ENPESS (2008-2016) aborda a inser??o profissional na Pol?tica de Educa??o atrav?s de duas perspectivas apreendidas: de reprodu??o ? ordem dominante e/ou de resist?ncia ao poder subalternizante da sociabilidade do capital, demonstrando o tencionamento entre o Projeto Profissional e o conservadorismo ainda presente no trabalho profissional na Pol?tica de Educa??o. Concluiu-se que para al?m das atividades realizadas para a viabiliza??o do acesso e perman?ncia dos sujeitos na referida pol?tica, os (as) assistentes sociais s?o desafiados (das) a potencializar as a??es referentes aos processos sociais emancipat?rios, contribuindo para a efetiva??o da educa??o, enquanto direito social comprometida com os interesses da classe trabalhadora.
