The aim of my thesis is to prepare a business idea at Polish internet market focused at women with zoung children up to 4 years age. The thesis contains idea description, business model, marketing strategy, business environment description and financial plan. I have come to a conclussion that there is a big potential for my idea.

Cílem práce je analýza nezaměstnanosti dvou členských zemí Evropské unie, Irska a Polska. Práce se zaměří na vývoj v Irsku od vstupu do Evropské unie po současnost a na současný vývoj nezaměstnanosti v Polsku a s tím související možnosti podpory Evropské unie v této oblasti.

Práce popisuje přímé zahraniční investice jako důležitou součást ekonomiky státu. Obsahuje definice, rozdělení, různé formy a druhy. Porovnává faktory ovlivňující příliv zahraničních investic do země a hodnotí jednotlivé ukazatele, které mají vliv na výši přílivu PZI jak z pohledu makroekonomického, tak i mikroekonomického. Prezentuje kladný ale i záporný vliv PZI na ekonomické ukazatele ? HDP, nezaměstnanost, produktivita, a další. Obsahuje porovnání konkurenceschopnosti na úrovni států Visegrádské čtyřky. Poskytuje informace o historickém vývoji a nastiňuje možný budoucí vývoj přílivu přímých zahraničních investic a jeho vlivu na ekonomiku České republiky, Maďarska, Polska a Slovenska.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the Constution of first half of the 19th century in Habsburg Monarchy (The Pillersdorf constitution, The Kremsier constitution and The Stadion constitution) and with the analysis of the Polish Constitution of 3rd May from the year 1791. The first section describes constitutionalism as a concept. It is followed by an overview of previous historical events, which have great influence of the constitutional progress in the Habsburg monarchy in the previous period. The third chapter describes The Pillersdorf constitution, the fourth chapter is dedicated to The Kremsier consitution (and The Kremsier Assembly) and the fifth chapter discusses The Stadion constitution. Then is following by short section which is evaluating the influence of Austrian constitution on subsequent development of constitutionalism in Habsburg Monarchy. The seventh chapter is devoted to Polish Constitution of 3rd May and describes naturally also historical reasons for adoption of this constitutional text and an internal political situation in Poland especially during the 18th century. The aim of my diploma thesis was to describe the situation in the sphere of mutual tourism between Poland and the Czech Republic and to refer to a possible trend in the future. The findings of this thesis should be useful to employees working in tourism who are interested in Poland as a country of destination. Poland is not one of the top destinations for the Czechs even though it offers a variety of attractive and beautiful places. On the other hand the Poles visit the Czech Republic frequently. This thesis also tries to understand the reasons for this imbalance.

This thesis describes the influence of Foreign Direct Investment on the Polish car industry and main characteristics of its development. There are data concerning the amount of realized Foreign Direct Investment to Poland as well as the list of branches in which they are mostly allocated concerning the car industry. The thesis also describes the development of the Polish motorism including the characteristics of models produced there. The last part analyses the four biggest automobile companies on the Polish market, which are specialized in the production of private and commercial motor vehicles. There are also data about the quantity of production, export and sales of these vehicles.

Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a srovnání bankovních poplatků průměrného retailového klienta v České Republice. V úvodních částech jsou představeny události související s tématem bankovních poplatků v České republice jako snaha ministerstva financí uzákonit některá pravidla, žaloby na banky, anketa o nejabsurdnější poplatek a samozřejmě názory představitelů bank. Dále jsou zde popsány bankovní sektory Česka, Slovenska a Polska z hlediska struktury ( počet bank, podíl zahraničního kapitálu) a ziskovosti. Samotná analýza je provedena ve všech třech zemích v prvé řadě z pohledu průměrného českého klienta používajícího běžný účet a služby s ním související. Uvedeny jsou také některé údaje pro méně a více aktivního klienta. Výsledné náklady jsou posléze porovnány navzájem v absolutních hodnotách a ve vztahu k průměrné mzdě a srovnány s analýzou ?World Retail Banking Report? a slovenskou studií ?Porovnanie ročných nákladov na vedenie bežných účtov vo vybraných európskych krajinách?. V práci docházím k závěru, že nejdražší z vybraných zemí není Česká republika ale Polsko, a to jak v absolutních hodnotách, tak v porovnání poplatků jako procenta průměrné mzdy.
