cultural na Praia da Pipa, Tibau do Sul, Rio Grande do Norte. Foi realizada uma an?lise
sobre o agenciamento de imagens de produtos da ind?stria cultural na constru??o de
narrativas pessoais e escritas no corpo em forma de tatuagens. Para isso, foram
constru?das uma metodologia etnogr?fica e uma pesquisa de campo que durou cinco
meses. Levamos em conta tamb?m a hist?ria de vida de tr?s moradores do lugar e a
observa??o emp?rica em um est?dio de tatuagem, entre os meses de julho e agosto de
2016. As reflex?es aqui apresentadas s?o fundamentadas, principalmente, nas obras de
Le Breton (2007), Luiz Braga (2011), Goffman (2012), Giddens (2003) e Lipovetsky
(2007), Sodr? (2013), Canevacci (2008) e Appadurai (2004). O objetivo ? aprofundar a
compreens?o sobre epis?dios comunicacionais e intera??es sociais que se estabelecem
no cotidiano dos moradores da Pipa e, que s?o acionadas pelo corpo tatuado com
imagens de produtos da ind?stria cultural. / This research is about the consumption of images of cultural industry products in the
form of tattoos, at Pipa beach, Tibau do Sul, Rio Grande do Norte. An analysis was
performed on the agency of cultural industry products? images, making personal and
written narratives in the body with tattoos. Thereunto, an ethnographic methodology
and a field research that took five months were made.We also took into account the
life?s story of three local residents and the empirical observation in a tattoo studio,
between July and August 2016. The reflections presented here are mainly based in the
works of Le Breton (2007), Luiz Braga (2011), Goffman (2012), Giddens (2003) and
Lipovetsky (2007), Sodr? (2013), Canevacci (2008) and Appadurai (2004). The aim is
to deepen understanding about communicational episodes and social interactions that
are stablished in the daily life of Pipa residents, and which are stimulated by the
tattooed body with images of cultural industry products.

Previous issue date: 2006-05-19 / The chores and the daily physical and social demands make us feel more and more the need to be in a familiar and restoring environment, with which we frequently establish emotional bonds. The interaction with places for resting and leisure, exemplified in the Environmental Psychology literature as recreational and home environments, allow us to exercise our potentials and to strengthen our (personal and collective) identity. Bearing this in mind, this dissertation has as aim to study the relation of affection between the place and the inhabitants of the community of Pipa-RN, which has turned from fishermen s village into tourist destination, bringing with it many changes to the local population. To accomplish that, we made use of behavioral observations, interviews, and graphic and photographic documentation with 30 subjects selected through a network of indications, attending to the criterion loving Pipa . After analysis and systematization of the answers, we identified three super-categories: 1) Love, characterized by the strong representation that an environment has upon an individual without, necessarily, there being an affective link, allowing it to be nurtured from a distance and dissociated from the desire to be present; 2) Attachment, demonstrated by the difficulty in leaving the place, a bond that can be mediated by personal financial investments or expectation of future benefits; 3) Affiliation, which refers to the feeling of belonging to the place and its community, sharing its history, culture, habits, etc., independent from the place of birth. These super-categories are not exclusive, on the contrary, they can form combinations which we denominate as situations, that could vary from 01 (individual involved with none of the three) to 07 (individual involved with the three); there wasn t the combination between Attachment and Affiliation. These results showed that within the framework of relations of affection with the place, there are countless possibilities of interaction individual-environment, determined by the physicalenvironmental characteristics and by the assessment that each individual makes of it. With this small contribution to the theme, we hope to enlighten the perspectives for future research, especially involving the relation of affection for places and the adoption of proenvironmental conducts, as a question of preservation of the ecosystems and of the quality of life of the inhabitants / Os afazeres e as exig?ncias f?sicas e sociais cotidianas fazem com que sintamos cada vez mais a necessidade de estar num ambiente familiar e restaurador, com os quais frequentemente estabelecemos v?nculos emocionais. A intera??o com locais de descanso e lazer, exemplificados na literatura em Psicologia Ambiental por ambientes residenciais e recreativos, permite que exercitemos nossas potencialidades e fortale?amos nossa identidade (pessoal e coletiva). Partindo deste pressuposto, esta disserta??o tem como objetivo estudar a rela??o afetiva com o lugar de moradores da praia de Pipa-RN, que passou de vila de pescadores a ponto tur?stico trazendo muitas mudan?as para a popula??o local. Para tanto, utilizamos observa??o comportamental, entrevistas e documenta??o gr?fica e fotogr?fica com 30 sujeitos selecionados por uma rede de indica??es, atendendo ao crit?rio amar Pipa . Ap?s a sistematiza??o das respostas, identificamos tr?s super-categorias: 1) Amor, caracterizado pela forte representatividade que um ambiente tem para o indiv?duo, sem, necessariamente, exist?ncia de v?nculo afetivo, podendo ser mantido ? dist?ncia e dissociado do desejo de estar presente; 2) Apego, traduzido pela dificuldade em se deixar o lugar, um v?nculo que pode ser intermediado por investimentos financeiros pessoais ou expectativa de benef?cios no futuro; 3) Afilia??o, que se refere ao sentimento de perten?a ao lugar e sua comunidade, compartilhando de sua hist?ria, cultura, h?bitos, etc., independentemente do local de nascimento. Estas super-categorias n?o s?o excludentes, ao contr?rio, podem formar combina??es, as quais denominamos de situa??es, que variaram do 01 (indiv?duo envolvido com nenhuma das tr?s) ao 07 (indiv?duo envolvido com as tr?s); n?o houve a combina??o Apego e Afilia??o. Estes resultados revelaram que dentro do arcabou?o das rela??es afetivas com o lugar, h? in?meras possibilidades de intera??o pessoa-ambiente, determinadas pelas caracter?sticas f?sico-ambientais e pela avalia??o que o indiv?duo faz dele. Com esta pequena contribui??o ao tema, esperamos iluminar perspectivas de pesquisas futuras, especialmente envolvendo a rela??o afetiva com lugares e a ado??o de condutas pr?-ambientais, como uma quest?o de preserva??o de ecossistemas e qualidade de vida dos usu?rios

econ?micos no Brasil e no mundo, estimulando dessa forma a economia local de
lugares com cen?rios atrativos e inovadores para o mercado de consumo. A
presente disserta??o tem como foco estudar a relev?ncia dos eventos culturais para
a economia criativa, bem como demonstrar como estes podem contribuir para o
desenvolvimento social, cultural e econ?mico na Praia da Pipa, localizada no Rio
Grande do Norte (Brasil). Os eventos culturais promovem ambientes tematizados e
criativos que funcionam como mecanismo de atra??o para o aumento do consumo
cultural, gastron?mico e de lazer social. Na Praia de Pipa t?m-se realizado eventos
culturais e tem?ticos como o Festival Liter?rio da Pipa, Fest Bossa & Jazz da Pipa,
Festival Liter?rio Alternativo da Pipa e o Festival Gastron?mico da Pipa, os quais
conseguem atrair p?blico local, estadual, nacional, bem como, internacional. A
pesquisa realizada caracterizou-se como qualitativa quanto ? abordagem do
problema. A pesquisa de campo caracterizou-se pela abordagem etnogr?fica, com
recurso ?s t?cnicas de observa??o participante, entrevista semiestruturada e registro
fotogr?fico. Como resultados da pesquisa pode-se salientar que a Praia da Pipa
promove eventos culturais que movimentam a din?mica econ?mica, social e cultural,
inserindo novos h?bitos culturais neste espa?o urbano, e em alguns casos,
resgatando a pr?pria hist?ria do lugar. Em cada evento, as for?as econ?micas e
pol?ticas se conectam para promover a infraestrutura destes eventos, subsidiando a
oferta de servi?os e produtos, a partir dos setores criativos e culturais. A tematiza??o
dos eventos estudados mergulha o p?blico em hist?rias que podem ter (ou n?o)
conex?o com a hist?ria local. Assim sendo, percebe-se que o presente trabalho traz
? luz um lugar que se apresenta como protagonista no estado do Rio Grande do
Norte em termos de renova??o e mudan?a econ?mica, social e cultural em sua
infraestrutura e na sua potencialidade de atra??o tur?stica, a partir dos setores
criativos e culturais. / Creative industry has promoted and strengthened the growth of various economic
sectors in Brazil and abroad, thus stimulating the local economy in places with
attractive and innovative sceneries for the consumer market. This essay focuses on
studying the relevance of cultural events for the creative economy, and these may
contribute to the social, cultural and economic development in Pipa, located in Rio
Grande do Norte (Brazil). Cultural events promote a themed and creative
environment which has worked as attraction mechanism for the increase of cultural,
gastronomic and social leisure consumptions. Cultural and thematic events has been
held in Pipa, such as Festival Liter?rio da Pipa, Fest Bossa & Jazz da Pipa, Festival
Liter?rio Alternativo da Pipa and Festival Gastron?mico da Pipa, which can attract
the local, state, national and international audience. The research is characterized as
a qualitative research about the problem approach. The field research is
characterized by the ethnographic approach, using the techniques of participant
observation, semi-structured interviews and photographic record. With the research
results, we can point that Pipa promotes cultural events that move the economic
dynamics, social and cultural, inserting new cultural habits in this urban space, and in
some cases, rescuing the history of the place. In each event, the economic and
political forces connect themselves to promote the infrastructure of these events,
supporting the provision of services and products from the creative and cultural
sectors. The theming of the studied events plunges the audience into stories that
may have (or not) a connection to the local history. Therefore, it is perceived that this
work brings the light to a place that presents itself as the protagonist of the state of
Rio Grande do Norte in terms of renewal and economic, social and cultural change in
its infrastructure and its potential for tourist attraction from the creative and cultural
sectors.
