Návrh nabídkového diagramu řady čerpadel / The proposal of the diagram of a pump series

My diploma thesis describes a procedure of creating interactive computer software for company ISH&MSA Čerpadla a.s. in its theoretical part as well as in its practical part. It is a proposal diagram of centrifugal pumps which consists of made and nonmade pumps. After the selection of a certain pump, according to the required parameters of capacity of pump and transit height, the output of the programme is drawing of a flows characteristic, characteristics of coiled paddlewheel and curves of dissipation without any differences in whether the pump is made or not. There is an operating procedure from the initial work with data, short demonstrations from source code, computation of nonmeasured pump to the ascending flows characteristics in practical part of my diploma thesis. In theoretical part, there are explained principles that are needed for comprehension of a pump reform which are used in practical part.

Citizen proposal is one of many participation governance arrangements introduced the last few decades in Sweden in order to improve communication between local government institutions and citizens. In 2002 citizen proposal was introduced by the state, thus making it possible for the municipalities to allow citizens and other inhabitants to come up with proposals to the elected. In 2007 the law was revised and now gave the municipalities opportunity to delegate decision-making related to citizen proposals to the committees [nämnder/styrelser]. This study examines the implementation of citizen proposals in Kumla municipality 2002-2019. First analysing the arguments raised by the municipality to implement citizen proposal in Kumla, it then proceeds to show how it was implemented before and after the revision of the law that gave opportunity to delegate decision-making to the committees and what consequences it had on the content of the decisions. The study ends by showing how and why Kumla municipality decided to repeal the citizen proposal in favour of another kind of citizen participation.

En el presente estudio, tiene como objetivo reducir el alto índice de productos defectuosos, incrementando así los niveles de productividad en la empresa. Se explicarán los beneficios de la implementación de la metodología Lean Manufacturing en el proceso productivo textil en el área de tintorería y acabado de tela de la empresa TEXTIL SAN RAMÓN S.A. Por esta razón, se señala que si se implementa la metodología Lean Manufacturing, El trabajo está compuesto por tres capítulos. En el primer capítulo, se explica en qué consiste la metodología Lean Manufacturing. En el segundo capítulo, se presentará la situación actual de procesos actual de tintorería y acabado de tela. Asimismo, se describirá los principales beneficios de la implementación de la metodología Lean Manufacturing en el proceso de productivo textil, que buscará reducir el número de productos defectuosos en el proceso de tintorería y acabado de tela e incrementar los niveles de productividad de la empresa. Finalmente en el tercer capítulo se logra plasmar la implementación de esta metodología la cual resulta ser beneficiosa en el proceso de tintorería y acabado. Con estos resultados se evidencia que mediante la metodología Lean Manufacturing se puede reducir el índice de productos defectuosos significativamente, incrementando así en nivel de productividad, con el fin de reducir costos, aumentar la rentabilidad de la empresa y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. / In the present study, it aims to reduce the high rate of defective products, thus increasing productivity levels in the company. the benefits of implementing Lean Manufacturing in the textile production process in the area of fabric dyeing and finishing of textile SAN RAMON SA For this reason, it explained, noted that if the methodology is implemented Lean Manufacturing, The work is composed of three chapters. Finally in the third chapter it manages to capture the implementation of this methodology which proves to be beneficial in the process of dyeing and finishing. Regenerating Public Space in Residential Areas : Planning and Design Proposal for Oxhagen Residential Area, Kalmar

This degree project looks at the effective methods and principles in planning and design for regenerating public space, especially regenerating public space in residential areas. This regeneration of public space is important, as a way to solve problem of unattractiveness, lack of social interaction and insecurity feeling among people or inhabitants in public spaces in residential areas. In this project, we choose Oxhagen housing area in Kalmar, as the project object. In which, the projects aim to change the Oxhagen from unattractive place to an attractive place which enhance people to have positive social interactions among inhabitants.   Firstly, this project begun by collecting the relevant study and theory regarding public space, especially in residential areas. From there, we based this project with proper guidelines and planning principles. Furthermore, to thoroughly consider all practical aspects, this project also studied successful public spaces in residential areas in Scandinavia countries, therefore, the project can learn from the successful projects. The second and third part, the project provides information of the context of the area and situational analyses of the site, Oxhagen in Kalmar. The last important part of this project, we provide the proposal of public space in residential area, Oxhagen. The project based the proposal on the relevant theories and the situational analysis. The proposal are consists of detail plans and other planning suggestions. In the proposal, we focus the planning and design with the concept of accessibility, enclosure, and diversity of activities, as we think these three concepts are the most applicable to the context of Oxhagen. Therefore, the suggestions and proposal are from these three concepts.

A presente pesquisa pretende analisar em que medida os pensamentos de Henri Wallon (1872-1962), Jean Piaget (1896-1980) e Lev Semenovich Vygotsky (1896-1934) estão presentes nos documentos oficiais voltados para a Educação Infantil brasileira, especialmente, na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases (LDB) 9.394/96, no Referencial Curricular Nacional para a Educação Infantil (RCNEI) e nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação Infantil (DCNEI), e se a prática institucional se embasa no que postulam tais documentos e, consequentemente, em seus fundamentos teóricos. Assim, foram analisadas a legislação voltada para a Educação Infantil e a prática educativa nesse nível de ensino, considerando-se a conjuntura social, econômica e política que lhes dá sustentação, por entendê-las como expressões do desenvolvimento histórico-social. Além disso, foi desenvolvido um estudo de campo que objetivou levantar a percepção dos professores e da equipe gestora, de um Centro de educação infantil de um município do noroeste do Paraná, acerca das práticas pedagógicas ali efetivadas e das suas representações em relação a essa ação educativa. Na primeira parte do trabalho, apresenta-se um breve histórico da educação das crianças pequenas, que compreende desde as primeiras experiências nesse campo até os dias atuais, e da Educação Infantil brasileira, de modo a apresentar os documentos oficiais que norteiam esse nível de ensino. Na segunda parte, são analisados esses documentos oficiais com o objetivo de se levantar pontos de aproximação entre as suas principais ideias e aquelas propostas pelos três teóricos já citados. Em seguida, foram apresentadas as observações realizadas na pesquisa de campo, a análise do que foi observado e alguns comentários sobre algumas possibilidades de se realizar as atividades de modo a melhor aproveitar, pedagogicamente, o trabalho desenvolvido. Por fim, foram analisadas as entrevistas realizadas com as professoras e demais profissionais, bem como, foi apresentado o processo de devolução do período observado e sua respectiva análise, momento em que se procurou demonstrar o entendimento que fundamenta a prática pedagógica de cada uma das pesquisadas, de modo a se verificar se as mesmas estão seguindo o que os documentos oficiais propõem. Como resultado, percebeu-se que, nas diretrizes educacionais e nos outros documentos legais que pretendem direcionar a ação da Educação Infantil brasileira, há uma presença muito forte das ideias de Wallon, Piaget e Vygotsky, porém, ao se ir a campo, verificou-se que as professoras e a equipe gestora embora saibam da existência das diretrizes e dos documentos, ao realizarem e efetivarem o planejamento, não fazem uso desses materiais, pois, constantemente, buscam propor atividades conforme as problematizações indicadas pela Secretaria da Educação. Por outro lado, acredita-se que, inconscientemente, as diretrizes e os documentos legais estão presentes no fazer da instituição pesquisada e, dessa maneira, os princípios de Wallon, Piaget e Vygotsky, muitas vezes, permeiam a prática escolar, entretanto, sem um entendimento efetivo disso, já que há um consenso histórico daquilo que se deve realizar no cotidiano das práticas pedagógicas. / This work was carried out in order to analyze how the thoughts of Henri Wallon (1872-1962), Jean Piaget (1896-1980) and Lev Semenovich Vygotsky (1896-1934) are present in official documents regarding brazilian Education for Infant, especially, in Law of Directives and Bases (LDB) 9.394/96, in the National Curriculum Directives for the Early Childhood Education (RCNEI) and National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education (DCNEI). It also has the objective of verifying if institutional practice is in accordance with such documents and consequently with its theoretical basis. Hence, both the legislation for Early Childhood Education and educational practice at this level were analyzed. For this, we had to consider the social, economical and political condition which support them, because they are part of historical social development. Moreover, a field research was made in early childhood education center from a town Northwestern of Paraná to make teachers and management team from a school for children aware of the pedagogical practice they have used and the effect it has had on this educational activity. In the first part of this paper we present a brief record of young children education from the first experiments made in this area until today, and also a record of Brazilian Early Childhood Education which brings the official documents that guide this level of teaching. In the second part, these official documents are analyzed in order to consider how close these ideas are to the ones presented by the three theorists mentioned before. After that, the observations made in the field research were presented, as well as the analysis of what was observed and a few comments on some possibilities of performing activities which enhance the work pedagogically. Finally, we observed the interviews with teachers and with other specialists. In addition, the results of the taken period together with its analysis were shown. At this moment, we tried to show the understanding which supports the teaching practice of each research to check whether they follow what the official documents suggest. As a result, it can be said that in the educational guidelines and in other official documents which aim at guiding the work of infant education in Brazil, the ideas of Wallon, Piaget and Vygotsky are strongly present, however, concerning field research, we could realize that although the teachers and the management team know of the existence of guidelines and documents, they do not make use of these materials when they prepare and accomplish the planning. Once they are constantly out to use activities according to the questionings suggested by the Department of Education. On the other hand, it is believed that, unconsciously, the guidelines and documents are present in the activities of the institution which has been researched, and for this reason, the principles of Wallon, Piaget and Vygotsky often permeate the school practice, however, without understanding this effectively, since there is a historical consensus of what should be done in the daily practices of teaching.

The term Didactic Transposition is rediscussed by Yves Chevallard in his book La Transposition Didatique (1985), which shows the transpositions that suffers when knowledge of the scientific field goes to school, stressing about the importance of understanding this process by those who deal with the teaching of science subjects. Chevallard allows the articulation of the epistemological analysis with the training analysis. The wise learn is interested to the Didactic Transposition because certain requirements involved in preparing didactic knowledge, are already being influenced by the constitution of wise knowledge, or at least, from the discursive formulation of this knowledge. This work is a dialogue between the didactic transposition and the Curriculum Ministry of Education of São Paulo / O ensino da geografia precisa estar a serviço da população em se pensar o conteúdo e a prática do professor de Geografia das escolas públicas de São Paulo, através da Proposta Curricular 2008 de Geografia da Secretaria de Estado daEducação de São Paulo (SEE/SP). O termo Transposição Didática é rediscutido por Yves Chevallard em seu livro La Transposition Didatique (1985), em que mostra as transposições que um saber sofre quando passa do campo científico para a escola, alertando para a importância da compreensão deste processo por aqueles que lidam com o ensino das disciplinas científicas. Chevallard permite a articulação da análise epistemológica com a análise didática. O saber sábio interessa para a Transposição Didática, porque certas exigências que intervém na preparação didática do saber, já estão influenciadas a partir da constituição do saber sábio, ou ao menos, a partir da formulação discursiva desse saber. Análise da apropiação de ideias freireanas de educação por professores em uma proposta de aulas sobre aquecimento global / Appropriation of the analysis of Paulo Freire Education ideas for teachers on a proposal for classes on Global Warming

Este trabalho analisa algumas apropriações das ideias freireanas por professores durante a construção de uma proposta de aulas sobre o Aquecimento Global que contou como uma de suas referências teóricas de base a dinâmica dos três momentos pedagógicos. Para a coleta de dados, as reuniões de preparação das aulas, realizadas periodicamente, foram gravadas em áudio e vídeo para posterior análise. Dos resultados, verificamos que os professores puderam, no processo de construção, discutir ideias baseadas em diferentes visões educacionais. Embora algumas delas não façam referência a visão educacional humanista, foi possível verificar que os professores convergiram em propostas que incorporaram elementos freireanos nas aulas sobre o Aquecimento Global. É necessário deixar claro que não estamos afirmando que esta dissertação apresentará um trabalho estritamente baseado na filosofia de Paulo Freire, pois as condições objetivas de trabalho nas escolas exigem que reconstruções sejam feitas. Por fim, não temos a pretensão de dizer se a estrutura das aulas ou se os elementos freireanos identificados durante as reuniões são melhores ou piores, até porque, cada professor tem experiências e formações diferentes, além disso temos a convicção que este trabalho apresentou um caminho possível, mas sabemos que existem infinitas possibilidades e todas elas dependem de diversos fatores, tais como, infraestrutura da escola, conteúdo abordado, público alvo dentre outros. / This works analyzes some of the appropriations Freireanas ideas by teachers during construction classes proposal on Global Warming. It is noted that the process of building and collective organization of the proposed classes contemplated the dynamics of the three pedagogical moments. For data collection, the meeting preparation classes, held periodically, were recorded on audio and video for later analysis. From the results, we found that teachers could, in the construction process, discussing various ideas. Although many of them are not part of the educational vision championed this work, we found that teachers converged proposal which incorporated some elements in Freire\'s classes on heating it clear Global.É necessary that we are not saying that this thesis will present a genuinely work Freirean because the lessons about global warming were not structured from thematic research required for this perspective. Finally, we do not intend to say that the structure of the classes or the Freirean elements identified during the meetings are better or worse, because each teacher has different experiences and backgrounds also have the conviction that this work presents a path possible, but we know that there are endless possibilities and they all depend on several factors such as school infrastructure, content addressed, target among others.
