The master thesis evaluates the finances of the Domov důchodců Český Dub. The aim of this work is the cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis of the organization and to submit suggestions and recommendations to improve the economy of the organization. The first part of this work summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the topic, the second part focuses on the economic analysis, and the last part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve the economy of the organization.

The main goal of this thesis is to create business plan for the establishment of the petrol station operating as BENZINA franchise. Entrepreneurship, requirements of the business plan, franchising and definition of used analysis are described in the theoretical part. Necessary analyses are performed in the analytical part. Suggested business plan and schedule of its implementation are described in the last part of this thesis.

This thesis focuses on accounting and tax issues of local government, to develop methodologies and guidelines for a practical example in the selected village. Local government unit is introduced at the position of the tax, the recipient of tax revenues, but mainly as an accounting unit. The first part focuses on public administration, local government unit and its economy. Another chapter is devoted to legal regulations and accounting as well as tax matters. The last part is the analysis of budget revenues and expenditures of selected municipalities and way of dealing with procedures for accounting methods and tax issues.

The objective of the diploma thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of the investment project for the construction of the ski resort apartment house. The design of a particular investment project serves as the basis for the evaluation of the rated investments by using the selected methods. As a conclusion, the results of the methods are evaluated. The author also adds her own suggestion and recommendation.

The aim and object is to undergo analysis of bicycle trails in terms of their qualifications within time and technical aspects, creation of SWOT analysis, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities of bicycle trails, exploration and financing, looks at the development of bicycle trailsin Olomouc because of the focus on practical part of the project of the biking trails located in this area. In the practical part of the project the biking trails are evaluated according to cost-benefit analysis method using CBA SW eCBA where all the necessary characteristics of cycle paths and their identification and quantification in terms of financial and economic analysis of the project is described. The outcome of this project is to evaluate the methodology for dou-term sustainability. Finally, the evaluation of cycle paths as a stimulus for development of area.

The master´s thesis deals with the influence of non-residential spaces of medical attendance on the price of real estate. There are discussed some basic concepts, which are necessary for understanding, and commonly used methods for valuing property according to the purpose of valuation in the theoretical part. There are analysed these methods for particular houses in the practical part – method of valuation, comparative public notice, revenues method, annuity bond. There is investigated the role of non-residential spaces in these methods. The influence of non-residential space on price of real estate is compared by each method in conclusion.

It describes the procedure of analysis making, which precedes the financial plan, it explains necessary calculations which are vital for the plan creation and evaluation of both possible variants from the financial point of view.

The first part of the thesis discusses the theoretical knowledge. The second part analyzes the revenue and expenditure of the organization and evaluates the management of the organization. The third part contains suggestions and recommendations for improving the management of budgetary organization Technical Services Rosice.

This thesis is devoted to financial planning related to the establishment and management of a social undertaking during its lifecycle. It follows from the research focused on the issue of social undertakings in business in general. It describes various fields of social business activities and the best practices in financial planning and management recommended in literature. Along with this, it identifies the current situation in financial planning and management at social undertakings in the territory of the Czech Republic. In addition to the monitoring of the current situation, this paper deals with the results of the evaluation whether the undertakings which adhere to the recommended business administration methods of planning and management achieve better results. The aim of this work is to find and specify the differences between successful and unsuccessful undertakings on the basis of the defined best practices and their financial management and planning and to find a "manual" on how a social undertaking should plan and manage in order to achieve optimum results.
