This thesis addresses the Design centrum HANÁK NÁBYTEK a.s., Popůvky u Kojetína - This is a new object had the basement and a second floor. The thesis includes - Technical report on the construction technology of the project , which are described in each chapter building equipment, coordination of building relationships with the wider transport routes , the study of the main technological stages, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms. There is a solution on time and financial plan object , the schedule object SO03 - Rapid technological and construction timetable and plan for securing material resources SO03 object . This thesis addresses the technological specification for excavation work with the control and test plan then is solved problems of chemical anchoring pillars object SO203 , which are included tensile tests on chemical anchors.

This dissertation is focuses on the design of remedial adjustments and replacement of the existing pavement for a new one on the New Town Hall in Brno. On this building I have worked on the technological regulation for the reconstruction of the internal courtyard and remediation work which I have completed by the inspection and test plans. I have created a timetable and mechanisms for used machines. Specialization of my thesis is to BOZP and risk plan for the whole building.

The subject of my thesis are selected parts of construction technology project – construction of the logistics center Hemat in Ostrava. This thesis solves technological regulations for foundations and installation of the main steel structure. It also includes a technical report, technical report site equipment, suitable choice of construction machinery, timetables, itemized budget, inspection and test plan, occupational safety, dealing with traffic routes, situation of site equipment.

This thesis is focused on selected parts of building technological project of apartment house Novostrašnická in Prague. The project contained technical report, coordinating situation with distinguished traffic routes, object-oriented time and financial plan, study of essential technological phases, report of building equipment and drawing of building equipment for different phases, the design of mechanical arrangement, the work schedule for fabric, plan for securing material resources, technological prescript and control trial plan for drilled piles, budget and design of lifting mechanisms.

This thesis deals with construction technology project of polyfunctional building on the Štefánikova street in Brno. Building has five overground floors and basement. In relation to the construction technology project it deals with chronological and financial plan, a suggestion of main construction machinery and mechanisms, materiál resources and transport routes, the project of the construcion zone equipment, technological plan and inspection and test plan for monolithic constructions and schedule of work.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a selected part of the construction technology plan for the Residential complex Troubsko. Specifically, it is focused on a pair of mirror-image apartment buildings marked SO 12.11 and SO 12.12. The building is located in the area of a former pond, which was backfilled in the past. The foundation strips are therefore placed on vibrated gravel pillars. The structure of the building is proposed as a traditional masonry building, the horizontal load-bearing structures consists of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and the roof structure is designed as a flat roof. The thesis consists in a technical report pertaining to the construction technology plan, evaluation of transport routes, technological regulation for the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor above 1PP and a time schedule for rough construction. Also elaborated are construction site equipment including a drawing and text part, a control and test plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities for rough construction, design of machine sets and work safety solutions are elaborated.

The subject of this diploma thesis is civil technical project of a new building of the hotel Aztec in Ostrožská Nová Ves. The building was designed as a 6-storey building and will be used for accommodation and recreation. Thesis contains engineering report, a detailed time schedule for the main building object, project of construction site, technological notes and inspection and test plans for particular steps of construction, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction and wider relationships of transport routes to construction site. It also includes protection of health and safety at work taking into account environmental protection.

Prior to this thesis, there was a specialist course “Sport centre Za Lužánkami Brno”. This project was focused on planning of urbanism-architectural area with a mixture of renovated and new facilities with different functions for sport and leisure, together with professional sport opportunities. The emphasis was on collision-free paths for pedestrians and cyclists, clear transport links around the centre and terrain configuration of the area. The thesis follows on from this project, focusing on development between the hotel Bobycentrum in the South and the Lužánky swimming pool in the North. The idea of the proposal stems from the need to connect the development area to the existing network of pedestrian and cycle paths and the public transport system to minimise the use for individual car travel to the sport centre; and to connect existing and new facilities for leisure and sports. The Sport relax centre was designed with existing buildings in mind and partially follows their ground floor dimensions. The centre creates a barrier from the noisy and busy street and provides a calmer area for outdoor recreation. It fills a gap between the existing buildings and is encircled by a footpath at second level joining to the footbridges over Sportovní Street and the existing terrain in the north-western part. The footpath is ended by passageway between swimming pool and wellness centre. More and more people are looking for sport opportunities in cities however; there are still not enough quality grounds and facilities on offer. The facilities in this development are meant for regular trainings and recreation for the public, including parents with children, groups of friends as well as individual and team sports players, offering a range of day, evening and night activities both indoors and outdoors. Other facilities include outdoor changing rooms and sports equipment rental as well as spaces for meeting friends such as a restaurant, wellness and a dancing-hall.

The masters thesis prepares the project of a prefabricated hall in the premises of Bosch Diesel s. r.o. The work completely elaborates the technical report, the coordination situation with the relations to the wider transport routes, the study of the main technological stages, the project of the building site, the design of the machines, the schedule of the main building, the material and human resources, the technological regulations, the control and test plan, safety and health protection during work, noise study, budget and building details.

The content of this thesis is a construction technology project of a new office and production building for company Ray Service a.s. in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště. The thesis contains technical reports, construction technology study, design of transport ways, technological regulations of demolition and earthworks and regulations for construction of foundation structures. Furthermore is made design of the main machine assembly, inspection and test plan and the design of the construction site, including a technical report. Finally is made a project for the construction of area roads including time plan, LEED certification, noise study and comparison of the main lifting mechanisms.
