The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of shopping centre Breda & Weinstein in Opava. The thesis handles technological prescriptions of cast-in-place reinforced concrete constructions and ventilated facade made of large format precast elements with graphical surface. There is machine assembly, design of site equipment, control and test plan and computation of time of formwork dismantle for the realization of reinforced concrete constructions. There is also time and financial plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities and construction schedule for earthwork, building foundations and cast-in-place constructions.

A crescente demanda da construção civil nacional nos últimos anos leva-nos a pensar em técnicas de construção mais avançadas, com utilização de pré-fabricação, com maior nível de industrialização, redução do volume de desperdícios e prazos de entrega, mas sem abrir mão da qualidade e durabilidade dos materiais. O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar e analisar os sistemas de gestão da qualidade, SSO e ambiental, de empresas de pré-fabricados. Para tanto, foi utilizado o método de pesquisa qualitativa e estudo de caso como técnica principal. Participaram deste trabalho oito empresas que estão localizadas na cidade de Curitiba e região metropolitana, Paraná. Para a coleta de dados, foi elaborado um questionário, observações diretas e entrevistas com alguns gestores. A partir das informações obtidas, desenvolveu-se um manual de processos e o mesmo foi aplicado como estudo de caso em uma das empresas que participou da pesquisa. O estudo mostrou que os processos e as atividades de gestão da maioria das empresas deste setor apresentam dificuldades e necessidade de melhorias. Com o estudo de caso foi possível aplicar o manual elaborado e pretende-se que os resultados obtidos sirvam de experiência para o desenvolvimento de técnicas semelhantes em empresas do mesmo ramo e setor. / The growing demand of national construction in recent years leads us to think in more advanced construction techniques, using prefabrication, with higher level of industrialization, reducing the volume of waste and delivery, but without sacrificing quality and durability of this materials. O study aims to identify and analyze the systems of quality management, safety and health at work, and environmental prefabricated companies. Thus, the qualitative research method and case study was used as the main technique. Participated in this study, eight companies are located in the city of Curitiba and metropolitan region, Paraná. To collect data, a questionnaire, direct observation and interviews with some managers was developed. From the information obtained, we developed a manual process and it has been implemented as a case study in one of the companies that participated in the survey. The study showed that the processes and activities of management of most companies in this sector have difficulties and need for improvement. With the case study it was possible to apply the manual prepared and it is intended that the results serve as experience for the development of similar techniques in companies in the same industry and sector.

Efeito da rigidez de pilar parede no comportamento sísmico de edifício de concreto armado

Este trabalho tem como objeto o estudo do efeito da rigidez de pilar parede no comportamento estrutural de edifícios de concreto armado submetidos a sismos. Foram consideradas as premissas da norma brasileira ABNT NBR15421:2006, que apresenta os critérios para projeto de estruturas resistentes a sismo. A análise linear com emprego dos métodos da norma - método das forças horizontais equivalentes, método espectral e histórico de aceleração no tempo - foi aplicada em edifícios com dois tipos de sistemas estruturais, sendo eles pórtico de concreto e sistema dual pórtico de concreto e pilar parede. Os resultados foram analisados nos pórticos de extremidade das estruturas nos sentidos longitudinal (x) e transversal (y), comparando-se os deslocamentos de cada pavimento e esforços cortantes, momento fletor e normal nas bases dos pilares. A comparação foi realizada entre os três métodos aplicados e os sistemas estruturais analisados. / The aim of this work is to study the stiffness effect of wall columns on structural behavior of reinforced concrete buildings subjected to seismic action. The premises of the Brazilian standard ABNT NBR14521:2006 were considered, which presents criteria for earthquake resistant design of structures. The linear analysis employed the methods of the Brazilian standard - equivalent static load method, response spectrum analysis and time history method - were applied to buildings with two types of structural systems, namely concrete frame and dual system concrete frame and wall columns. The results were analyzed in edge frames structures in the longitudinal and transverse directions, comparing the displacement of each floor and shear, bending moment and axial forces on the bases of the columns. A comparison was made between the three methods applied and the structural systems analyzed.

The diploma thesis deals with the building - technological project of the apartment house in Brno - Slatina, Lučiny. The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. In addition, an item budget, which was followed by a detailed schedule. Based on these documents was created a balance of machines and workers. For monolithic constructions were developed a technological regulation and a control and test plan. Furthermore, the calculation of the decanting time and the design of the formwork turnover, supplemented by its drawing. In the diploma thesis is elaborated a plan for safety and health protection in the workplace and selected design details.

This diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of construction hotel in Frýdlant. The introduction of the thesis contains basic information about the construction of the building. The presumed design and construction process are described in a construction-technological study. A time and financial object plan is also processed for the object, the total cost of which was determined from the software BuildPower S program according to the THU. Also included in this software program was an item budget for rough construction. A detailed schedule of the construction was created in Contec. In addition, suitable machines, mechanisms and site equipment are designed for the rough construction. In my work I deal mainly with the design of earthworks, rider bracing and board piles. For these stages a technological regulations and a control and test plan were implemented. A technological regulation was also created to make a white tank on the second basement floor. For the white tank is designed a formwork system with sofware DokaCad 8. Health safety and preservation at work are also addressed.
